The invention discloses a sleeve quick tieback sealing device and an operation method thereof, wherein the device comprises a top joint, a lower joint, a guide shoe and a spiral slip; the invention has simple operation and improves the operation time efficiency; the retaining teeth can ensure the continuous pressurization of the piston and the firmness of the tieback; the gripping range of the spiral slips is 9-12 mm, and the deformation adaptation degree of the tie-back sleeve is large; the lead ring and the rubber seal can be effectively attached to the outer wall of the sleeve, and the small-range deformation part of the sleeve can be sealed; the baffle ring is provided with a pressure transmission hole, so that pressure can be transmitted to an annulus between the lead ring and the rubber seal; the pressure test at the butt joint after tie-back can be performed, and the tie-back quality is ensured.

Technical Field

Background
With the domestic safety and environmental protection management upgrading, the technical requirements for rapidly plugging and recovering the integrity of a shaft after disaster is applied to offshore oil and gas wells are higher and higher. At present, aiming at the damage of the casing in the wellhead area, the operations such as casing tie-back sealing and wellhead installation are carried out after the lower part of the damaged part of the casing is cut. However, because the positions of the casing damage have randomness, the distance between the cutting port and the next coupling is long or short, cement in the ring is extremely difficult to treat, the requirement of quickly recovering the integrity of the shaft cannot be met, and the pressure test on the interface cannot be performed in time after tie-back.

the lower end of the top joint is connected with the lower joint through threads, a limit step is formed on the inner wall of the top joint, a groove is formed on the inner wall of the top joint, a lead ring, a baffle ring, a rubber seal and a piston are sequentially arranged in the groove from top to bottom, retaining teeth are arranged on the inner wall of the top joint at the groove, and a seat hole is formed on the wall of the top joint beside a piston packing;
the lower end of the lower joint is connected with the guide shoe through threads, and the inside of the lower joint is connected with a spiral slip;
in the technical scheme, the upper part of the top joint is provided with the sleeve thread for connecting with the sleeve.
In the technical scheme, the spiral slip is externally provided with the wide-sawtooth left-handed threads, the inner gripping teeth are multi-head left-handed sawtooth threads, and the lower part of the spiral slip is welded with the finger-shaped key for being matched with the control card to prevent the slip from rotating.

The operation method of the quick tie-back sealing device for the sleeve is as follows:

step two, connecting a hand pump to the seat hole, pushing a piston by pressing, pushing a rubber seal by the piston and extruding a lead ring by a baffle ring, continuously extruding the rubber seal by the baffle ring to finish the expansion seal after the lead ring achieves the expansion seal effect, and locking the piston by a retaining tooth after the seat is finished, so that no relative movement is generated, and continuously extruding the lead ring and the rubber seal; the pressure release and manual pump is disassembled, and blind plugs are arranged on the seat holes;
and thirdly, connecting the hand pump to the pressure testing hole, testing the pressure of the annulus between the lead ring and the rubber seal by pressing, ensuring the effectiveness of the two seals, releasing the pressure after the pressure testing is finished, and detaching the hand pump to install the blind plug on the pressure testing hole.

And the limiting step 4 is used for limiting the upward movement of the sleeve. And the lead ring 5 is used for sealing the inner wall of the top joint 3 with the outer wall of the sleeve so as to prevent the pressure in the sleeve from being shifted out. The baffle ring 6 is used for transmitting thrust to squeeze the lead ring 5 and the rubber seal 7. The piston 8 is used for extruding the lead ring 5 and the rubber seal 7. The piston packing 9 is used for sealing the inner walls of the piston 8 and the top joint 3 and ensuring that hydraulic force acts on the piston surface. The seat hole 10 is used for pressing and pushing the piston 8 to seal the outer wall of the sleeve and the inner wall of the top joint 3. The lower joint 11 is threaded at the upper part and is used for being connected with the top joint 3; the lower part is provided with threads for connecting the guide shoe 14; the interior is threaded to engage the helical slips 12 for securing the casing. Connecting a hand pump to a seat hole 10, pushing a piston 8 through pressing, pushing a rubber seal 7 and a baffle ring 6 to extrude a lead ring 5 by the piston 8, continuously extruding the rubber seal 7 by the baffle ring 6 to finish expanding sealing after the lead ring 5 reaches the expanding sealing effect, and locking by a retaining tooth 15 after the seat is finished, so that no relative movement is generated, and continuously extruding the lead ring 5 and the rubber seal 7. The pressure release manual pump is disassembled, and the sealing hole is installed in a blind way. The pressure testing device is connected with the hand pump to the pressure testing hole, the annular space between the lead ring 5 and the rubber seal 7 is tested by pressing, the effectiveness of the two seals is guaranteed, the pressure is relieved after the pressure testing is finished, the hand pump is disassembled, and the pressure testing hole is blindly blocked.
