Abstract
The invention discloses a quick tieback sealing device for a casing and an operation method thereof, wherein the device comprises a top joint, a lower joint, a guide shoe and a spiral slip; the method is simple to operate, and the operation timeliness is improved; the stopping teeth can ensure the continuous pressurization of the piston and ensure the firmness of the tieback part; the holding range of the spiral slips is 9-12 mm, and the deformation adaptability of the tie-back casing is high; the lead ring and the rubber seal can be effectively attached to the outer wall of the sleeve, and the small-range deformation part of the sleeve can be sealed; the baffle ring is provided with a pressure transmission hole, so that pressure can be transmitted to an annular space between the lead ring and the rubber seal; the pressure test can be carried out on the interface after the tie-back, thereby ensuring the tie-back quality.
Description
Technical Field
The invention belongs to the technical field of offshore oil downhole operation, and particularly relates to a quick casing tie-back sealing device and an operation method thereof.
Background
With the upgrade of domestic safety and environmental protection management, the technical requirements for rapidly plugging and recovering the integrity of a shaft after an offshore oil and gas well is higher and higher. At present, aiming at the damage of a casing at a wellhead area, the lower part of the damaged part of the casing needs to be cut, and then operations such as casing tie-back sealing, wellhead device installation and the like are carried out. However, the damaged position of the casing is random, the distance between the cutting opening and the next coupling is long or short, the cement in the annular space is extremely difficult to treat, the requirement of quickly recovering the integrity of the shaft cannot be met, and the pressure test on the opening cannot be timely carried out after the back connection.

The invention aims to overcome the defects of the prior art and provides a quick casing tie-back sealing device and an operation method thereof.
The invention is realized by the following technical scheme:
a quick tieback sealing device for a casing comprises a top joint, a lower joint, a guide shoe and a spiral slip;
the lower end of the top joint is connected with the lower joint through threads, a limiting step is formed on the inner wall of the top joint, a groove is formed on the inner wall of the top joint, a lead ring, a baffle ring, a rubber seal and a piston are sequentially arranged in the groove from top to bottom, a stopping tooth is arranged on the inner wall of the top joint at the position of the groove, and a seat hole is formed in the cylinder wall of the top joint beside a piston packing;
the lower end of the lower joint is connected with a guide shoe through threads, and a spiral slip is connected inside the lower joint;
in the technical scheme, the upper part of the top connector is provided with a casing thread for connecting with a casing.
In the technical scheme, the outer part of the spiral slip is provided with wide sawtooth left-handed threads, the inner grasping teeth are provided with multi-start left-handed sawtooth threads, and the lower part of the spiral slip is welded with a finger-shaped key which is used for being matched with the control card to prevent the slip from rotating.
In the technical scheme, a pressure test hole is formed in the cylinder wall of the top connector at the rubber sealing installation position.

The operation method of the quick tieback sealing device for the casing comprises the following steps:
step one, lowering the tool to a cut sleeve cutting opening, introducing the sleeve into the tool through a guide shoe, lowering the pipe column until the sleeve cutting opening contacts a limiting step, lifting the pipe column, confirming that a spiral slip grasps the sleeve, and lowering the pipe column to a neutral point;
connecting the hand pump to a seat hole, pushing the piston by pressing, pushing the rubber seal and the baffle ring to extrude the lead ring by the piston, continuously extruding the rubber seal by the baffle ring to complete expansion sealing after the lead ring achieves the expansion sealing effect, locking the piston by the stopping teeth after the seat sealing is finished, and continuously extruding the lead ring and the rubber seal without generating relative motion; releasing the pressure, detaching the hand pump, and installing a blind plug in the setting hole;
and step three, connecting the hand pump to the pressure test hole, testing the pressure of the annular space between the lead ring and the rubber seal by pressing, ensuring the effectiveness of the two seals, releasing the pressure after the pressure test is finished, disassembling the hand pump, and installing the pressure test hole in a blind manner.
The invention has the beneficial effects that:

Referring to fig. 1, the quick tieback sealing device for the casing comprises a casing thread 1, a top connector 3, a limiting step 4, a lead ring 5, a baffle ring 6, a rubber seal 7, a piston 8, a piston packing 9, a setting hole 10, a lower connector 11, a spiral slip 12, a control card 13, a guide shoe 14, a stopping tooth 15, a pressure test hole 16 and the like.
The upper part of the top connector 3 is provided with a sleeve thread for connecting with a sleeve; the lower part is provided with threads and is used for connecting with a lower joint 11; the inner part is provided with a limiting step 4 and a groove for placing a lead ring 5, a baffle ring 6, a rubber seal 7 and a piston 8. And the limiting step 4 is used for limiting the upward movement of the sleeve. And the lead ring 5 is used for sealing the inner wall of the top connector 3 and the outer wall of the sleeve to prevent the pressure in the sleeve from escaping. And the baffle ring 6 is used for transmitting thrust to extrude the lead ring 5 and the rubber seal 7. And the rubber seal 7 is used for sealing the inner wall of the top connector 3 and the outer wall of the sleeve to prevent the pressure in the sleeve from escaping. And the piston 8 is used for extruding the lead ring 5 and the rubber seal 7. And the piston packing 9 is used for sealing the piston 8 and the inner wall of the top joint 3 and ensuring that hydraulic pressure acts on the piston surface. And the seating hole 10 is used for pressing and pushing the outer wall of the sealing sleeve of the piston 8 and the inner wall of the top connector 3. The upper part of the lower joint 11 is provided with threads and is used for being connected with the top joint 3; the lower part is provided with threads for connecting the guide shoe 14; internally threaded to cooperate with the screw slips 12 for securing the casing. The outer part of the spiral slip 12 is a wide sawtooth left-handed thread which is matched with the inner thread of the lower joint 11; the internal grasping teeth are multi-head left-handed sawtooth-shaped screw teeth and are used for fixing the sleeve; finger keys are welded on the lower part and are used for matching with the control card 13 to prevent the slips from rotating. And the control card 13 is used for fixing the spiral slips 12 and preventing the slips from rotating. The guide shoe 14 is used to guide the top of the casing into the tieback seal. The retaining teeth 15 are used for preventing the piston 8 from moving downwards. And the pressure test hole 16 is used for testing the sealing property between the lead ring 5 and the rubber seal 7.
The working principle of the invention is as follows:
taking a tie-back wellhead casing as an example, the tool is lowered to a cutting opening of the cutting casing, the casing is introduced into the tool through the guide shoe 14, the pipe string is lowered until the cutting opening of the casing contacts the limiting step 4, the pipe string is lifted, the spiral slips 12 are confirmed to grasp the casing, and the pipe string is lowered to a neutral point. Connect the hand pump to sit and seal hole 10, promote piston 8 through suppressing, piston 8 promotes rubber seal 7 and keeps off ring 6 extrusion lead ring 5, keeps off ring 6 and continues to extrude rubber seal 7 and accomplish the expand sealing after lead ring 5 reaches the expand sealing effect, sits and seals the back that finishes, and piston 8 receives stopping tooth 15 to lock, no longer produces relative motion, continues to extrude lead ring 5 and rubber seal 7. And releasing the pressure, detaching the hand pump and installing the blind plug in the setting hole.
