Meanwhile, the hydraulic packer is matched with the water blocking and layering process pipe column of the releasing tool, and the hydraulic packer is more and more widely applied to complex well conditions such as deep wells, horizontal wells, inclined wells, directional wells and the like by virtue of the advantages that the packer is not influenced by well repairing operations such as a pump detection and the like and alternating load action and the like. From the whole releasing process pipe column, the performance of the releasing tool is the key of the success or failure of the releasing process pipe column. The traditional mechanical releasing device is influenced by the well depth, well deviation and drilling fluid performance, the transposition is difficult, and the releasing operation is difficult; the hydraulic releasing device cannot realize back-plugging fishing operation due to structural restriction.
