Abstract
The invention relates to an intubation type releasing joint and a using method thereof. The mandrel assembly is characterized in that a pawl is arranged between the upper connector and the mandrel assembly, an upper connector and a sealing outer barrel are arranged on the outer side of the pawl, the sealing outer barrel is arranged on the outer side of the mandrel assembly, the mandrel assembly is composed of an upper mandrel, a lower mandrel and a pressing cap which are connected with each other, a sealing component is arranged on the outer side of the upper mandrel, and a sealing component is arranged on the outer side of the lower mandrel. The invention abandons the arrangement of the transposition groove of the traditional releaser, reduces the possibility of improper transposition in the wellhead operation process, reduces the influence of special shafts such as deep wells, inclined wells, horizontal wells and the like on the pipe column, improves the releasing success rate of the pipe column and enables the water blocking releasing and blocking releasing process to have more choices.

Background
With the gradual deepening of oil and gas field development, most old oil areas of various high-strength oil fields enter a high-water-content exploitation stage, special wells such as deep wells, inclined wells, directional wells and horizontal wells in new drilling wells are more and more, and the layering of oil layers is more and more refined. In the later development stage, finding water plugging is an important process measure for improving the recovery ratio of the oil field; the mechanical layered blocking water and oil production technology is reliable and easy to implement, and becomes a method commonly adopted by western oil fields. Meanwhile, the hydraulic packer is matched with the water blocking and layering process pipe column of the releasing tool, and the hydraulic packer is more and more widely applied to complex well conditions such as deep wells, horizontal wells, inclined wells, directional wells and the like by virtue of the advantages that the packer is not influenced by well repairing operations such as a pump detection and the like and alternating load action and the like. From the whole releasing process pipe column, the performance of the releasing tool is the key of the success or failure of the releasing process pipe column. The traditional mechanical releasing device is influenced by the well depth, well deviation and drilling fluid performance, the transposition is difficult, and the releasing operation is difficult; the hydraulic releasing device cannot realize back-plugging fishing operation due to structural restriction.

The technical problem to be solved by the invention is to provide an insertion pipe type release joint, which can effectively reduce the influence of well conditions, solve the problem that the back insertion cannot be carried out in the later period and the like, greatly improve the water plugging process efficiency, realize the adaptation to various working conditions and provide powerful guarantee for the smooth production and yield increasing measures after the completion of an oil-gas well.
The invention relates to an intubation type releasing joint, which comprises: one end of the mandrel assembly is fixedly connected with an upper joint, and the outside and the other end of the mandrel assembly are coated by a sealing sleeve; a pawl is arranged at the contact position of the sealing sleeve and the upper joint; the shaft core assembly comprises an upper core shaft, a lower core shaft and a pressing cap which are connected in sequence, the upper core shaft, the lower core shaft and the pressing cap are wrapped by a sealing sleeve, a convex shoulder is arranged on the outer side of the upper core shaft, an annular groove is arranged on one side of the convex shoulder, and a pawl is fixedly arranged between the upper core shaft and the annular groove; and a through hole is formed in the position, close to the upper mandrel, of the sealing sleeve and used for installing a retaining nail, and the retaining nail penetrates through the through hole and is fixedly connected with the other side of the upper mandrel shoulder.

when the pipe column needs to be inserted back, after the outer sealing cylinder of the insertion pipe type releasing joint is washed, the pipe column is directly pressed down, and the telescopic thread buckle can be clamped into a thread buckle groove in the lower sealing outer cylinder; under the extrusion action of the mandrel of the upper joint of the insertion pipe type releasing joint, the special threads are tightly fastened and tightly bitten in the fastening groove of the sealing outer cylinder, and the original well pipe column can be taken out by lifting the pipe column.
The implementation of the intubation type releasing joint and the releasing method thereof has the following beneficial effects:

3. Compared with the prior traditional releasing joint, the releasing joint has the advantages of high temperature resistance, high tensile strength and smart matching of the special thread button and the upper joint mandrel, and also well solves the problems of back insertion and occlusion.
4. The advantages of the mechanical and hydraulic releasing device at the early stage are integrated, so that more choices are provided in the water blocking and releasing process.

Detailed Description
For a more clear understanding of the technical features, objects and effects of the present invention, embodiments of the present invention will now be described in detail with reference to the accompanying drawings.
As shown in FIG. 1, the intubation type releasing sub of the invention comprises: one end of the mandrel assembly is fixedly connected with an upper joint 1, and the outside and the other end of the mandrel assembly are covered by a sealing sleeve 11; a pawl 3 is arranged at the contact position of the sealing sleeve 11 and the upper joint 1; the shaft core assembly comprises an upper core shaft 4, a lower core shaft 7 and a pressing cap 10 which are connected in sequence, the upper core shaft 4, the lower core shaft 7 and the pressing cap are wrapped by a sealing sleeve 11, a convex shoulder is arranged on the outer side of the upper core shaft 4, an annular groove is arranged on one side of the convex shoulder, and the pawl 3 is fixedly arranged between the upper core shaft 4 and the annular groove; and a through hole is formed in the position, close to the upper mandrel 4, of the sealing sleeve 11 and used for installing a retaining nail 12, and the retaining nail 12 penetrates through the through hole and is fixedly connected with the other side of the shoulder of the upper mandrel 4.
The upper joint 1 is connected with the upper mandrel 4 through threads; a first O-shaped sealing ring 2 is arranged between the upper joint 1 and the upper mandrel 4; the pawl 3 is connected with the sealing outer cylinder 11 through threads; the upper mandrel 4 is connected with the lower mandrel 7 through threads; the lower mandrel 7 is connected with the pressing cap 10 through threads; a second O-shaped sealing ring 6 is arranged between the upper mandrel 4 and the lower mandrel 7; a third O-shaped sealing ring 9 is arranged between the lower mandrel 7 and the pressing cap 10; and a backstop pin 12 is arranged between the sealing outer cylinder 11 and the upper mandrel 4.
The plug pipe type releasing joint and the process pipe column thereof can be applied to zonal reconstruction, zonal injection, zonal oil production and zonal well washing in oilfield production and comprise an upper pipe section, a releasing joint and a lower pipe section which are sequentially connected in series from top to bottom, wherein the lower pipe section is provided with a packer and/or a hanger with a reversing mechanism, so that the process pipe column needs to be rotated in the process of setting and unsealing, and the setting and unsealing of the process pipe column are carried out through the reversing of the reversing mechanism.
When not in use, the relative fixation between the sealing sleeve 11 and the upper mandrel 4 is achieved by means of the retaining nail 12: the retaining nail 12 penetrates through a through hole formed in the sealing sleeve 11 and is fixedly connected with the upper mandrel 4, so that the relative fixation of the positions of the sealing sleeve 11 and the upper mandrel 4 is realized. Even if the upper mandrel 4 and the sealing sleeve 11 cannot move relative to each other at this time. After the retaining nail 12 is cut off, the thread buckle of the pawl 3 can be gradually screwed out of the sealing outer cylinder 11 through the thread arranged on the mandrel assembly. The pipe column is sleeved outside the release, when the release is operated, the pawl 3 is extended out, the pipe column is rotated forward for 14-15 circles only under the condition that the pipe column is slightly pulled, the backstop pin 12 on the insertion pipe type release joint is firstly cut off, then the pawl 3 thread buckle always supported on the upper portion of the insertion pipe type release joint is gradually screwed out of the sealing outer cylinder 11, and the pipe column is lifted up, so that the release is realized. When the pipe column needs to be inserted back, the pipe column is directly pressed down, and the retractable pawl 3 can be clamped into the thread buckle groove in the lower sealing outer cylinder 11 through the thread buckle. Under the extrusion action of the mandrel of the upper joint of the insertion pipe type releasing joint, the special threads are tightly fastened and tightly bitten in the catching groove of the sealing outer cylinder 11, and the original well pipe column can be taken out by lifting the pipe column.
When the releasing joint is used for setting operation, the process pipe column in the embodiment is lowered to a designed position, then the process pipe column is rotated, so that the reversing mechanisms of the packer and the hanger are reversed, and setting is pressed; and when the deblocking is needed, reversely rotating the process pipe column for deblocking.
In addition, the invention also provides a using method of the intubation type releasing joint, which comprises the following steps:
after the setting and the seal checking of the hydraulic packer are qualified, in the releasing operation, the pipe column is rotated forward 14-15 circles under the condition of slight tension, the backstop pin 12 on the insert pipe type releasing joint is firstly cut off, then the pawl 3 thread buckle always supported on the upper part of the insert pipe type releasing joint is gradually screwed out of the sealing outer cylinder 11, and the pipe column is lifted up, so that the releasing is realized.
