Technical Field
The invention relates to the technical field of downhole tools of oil and gas wells, in particular to a plugging device, a setting short section and matching equipment.
Background
In recent years, multistage staged fracturing tests have become important technologies for exploration and development of unconventional oil and gas resources such as compact oil and gas reservoirs. The packer sliding sleeve multistage staged fracturing technology is one of important means and has been widely popularized and applied.
In the prior art, a ball seat is usually arranged at the lowermost end of an exploration and test well string. In the testing process, if the lowermost end needs to be tested, the ball seat core needs to be knocked down to carry out the bottom layer test. And then the ball seat is sealed to carry out independent layering test on the rest layer section. And at present, effective plugging of the ball seat is the technical problem for the expert in the field to be used for solution.
Disclosure of Invention
Aiming at part or all of the technical problems in the prior art, the invention provides a plugging device, a setting short joint and matching equipment. Detailed Description
The invention will be further explained with reference to the drawings.
Figure 1 shows an occluding device 100 according to the present invention. As shown in fig. 1 and 2, the occluder 100 comprises a setting initiator 9, a setting lock 11, a first locking means 10, a glue cartridge 12, a locking key 7 and a lower connector 14. The setting starter 9 is substantially cylindrical in the axial direction and is used for driving the setting locker 11 to move so as to complete setting of the rubber cylinder 12. The setting lock 11 is substantially cylindrical and can be moved together by the first locking means 10 in co-operation with the setting actuator 9 to complete the setting of the glue cartridge 12. The first locking means 10 is arranged between the setting activator 9 and the setting lock 11 such that the setting activator 9 can move downwards relative to the setting lock 11, while the setting activator 9 is prevented from being able to move upwards relative to the setting lock 11. The rubber cylinder 12 is arranged on the outer wall of the setting locker 11 and is used for deforming under the extrusion of force to realize setting plugging. The locking key 7 is sleeved on the outer side of the upper end of the setting locker 11, and the lower end face of the locking key is abutted against the rubber cylinder 12 to limit the position of the rubber cylinder 12. Meanwhile, the elastic sheet 71 of the locking key 7 extends axially upwards and is used for being matched with the limiting groove 201 of the setting nipple 200, so that the position of the locking key 7 is limited. The lower joint 14 is arranged outside the lower end of the setting locker 11, and the upper end surface of the lower joint is abutted against the rubber barrel 12. At the same time, the lower sub 14 is connected with the setting lock 11 by means of a first pin 13. The first pin 13 protrudes radially to abut against the lower end face of the setting initiator 9.
The occluding device 100 further comprises a releasing sub 1 and an outer barrel 5. The release sub 1 is used to connect with other tools. The outer cylinder 5 is connected with the releasing sub 1 through a second pin 2 and is arranged at the lower end of the releasing sub 1. The outer cylinder 5 has a cylindrical upper portion 51 having a large outer diameter, a cylindrical lower portion 52 having a small outer diameter, and an intermediate portion 53 connecting the upper portion 51 and the lower portion 52, and an axially extending relief groove 54 is provided in the intermediate portion 53. The setting actuator 9 is fixedly connected to the lower part 52 of the outer cylinder 5. The resilient piece 71 of the locking key 7 extends into the escape groove 54 to enable relative movement of the locking key 7 and the outer cylinder 5.
The invention also relates to a setting sub 200. As shown in fig. 3, the setting nipple 200 is a cylindrical structure and is constructed with a restriction groove 201 on its inner wall. During a fracturing operation, the setting sub 200 is lowered into the wellbore with the tubular string 400.
The plugging device 100 with the structure can realize the plugging effect by matching with the setting nipple 200. Specifically, as shown in figure 5, the occluder 100 is lowered into the setting sub 200. The spring plate 71 of the locking key 7 extends into the limiting groove 201 and is matched with the limiting groove to limit the axial position of the locking key 7. Then, pressure is applied to the throwout sub 1 to depress the occluder 100, the throwout sub 1 pushes the outer barrel 5 and the setting activator 9 with a downward movement tendency, when the pressure reaches a certain value, the setting activator 9 shears off the upper part of the first pin 13, and the throwout sub 1 with the outer barrel 5 and the setting activator 9 is moved downward with respect to the setting lock 11, as shown in fig. 6. At this point, the first locking means 10 act to lock the setting activator 9 and the setting lock 11. Then, the releasing joint 1 is lifted up, the releasing joint 1 drives the outer cylinder 5 and the setting starter 9 to move upwards together, the setting starter 9 drives the setting starter 11 to move upwards as the setting starter 9 and the setting starter 11 are locked together, and the lower joint 14 also moves upwards as the setting starter 11 and the lower joint 14 are fixedly connected by the first pin 13. At this time, the locking key 7 is clamped in the limiting groove 201, and the lower joint 14 pushes the rubber tube 12 upwards to make the rubber tube 12 radially expand and set between the plugging device 100 and the setting nipple 200, as shown in fig. 7. Thus, the plugging device 100 can be used to plug the inner cavity of the setting sub 200, so as to complete the purpose of plugging the ball seat 401 at the lower end of the setting sub 200.
After setting of the rubber sleeve 12 is completed, the running tool running into the occluder 100 is lifted up, and the second pin 2 is sheared to separate the outer sleeve 5 and the release sub 1, thereby lifting the release sub 1 out of the setting sub 200, as shown in fig. 8.
In order to define the position of the glue cartridge 12, ensuring the safety of the setting, a second locking means 15 is provided between the setting lock 11 and the locking key 7. Preferably, as shown in fig. 2, a first ratchet 72 is configured on an inner wall of a lower end of the locking key 7. And the upper end of the setting lock 11 is configured as a split leaf spring 16, and a second ratchet 73 is configured on the outer side wall of the split leaf spring 16. During the upward movement of the setting lock 11 with respect to the locking key 7, the first ratchet 72 and the second ratchet 73 cooperate. When the setting of the rubber cylinder 12 is completed, the first ratchet 72 and the second ratchet 73 are locked to prevent the setting lock 11 from moving downwards corresponding to the locking key 7 to unseal the rubber cylinder 12.
Preferably, the first locking means 10 comprise a C-shaped ratchet ring 74 provided on the outer wall of the setting activator 9, and a third ratchet 75 provided on the inner wall of the setting lock 11. During the downward movement of the setting activator 9 in relation to the setting lock 11, the C-shaped ratchet ring 74 cooperates with the third ratchet 75 for locking purposes.
According to the invention, a piston 4 is arranged in the inner cavity of the upper part of the outer cylinder 5. The piston 4 is arranged on the outer cylinder 5 by means of a third pin 6. During the downward movement of the setting actuator 9 with respect to the setting lock 11, the piston 4 moves down together with the outer cylinder 5 to enter the inner cavity of the locking key 7. In addition, a deblocking rod 8 is provided in the lower part of the outer cylinder 5, which rod extends into the inner cavity of the setting actuator 9. A first step surface 41 is provided toward the lower end at the upper end of the piston 4. And a locking block 3 for defining a piston 4 is provided in an inner cavity of an upper portion of the outer cylinder 5. With the above arrangement, when setting of the rubber sleeve 12 is not required, the rubber sleeve 12 can be unsealed by running the fishing tool 300 (shown in fig. 4), and the plugging device 100 is lifted out of the setting nipple 200, as will be discussed in detail later.
Preferably, an internal thread (not shown in the figures) is provided on the lower nipple 14, while an external thread (not shown in the figures) is provided on the setting lock 11, axially spaced from the internal thread, the internal thread being located on the upper end side of the external thread. So that the lower sub 14 cannot fall off the setting lock 11 after the subsequent shearing of the first pin 13 between the lower sub 14 and the setting lock 11.
The invention also includes a fishing tool 300 for unsealing the occluding device 100 and lifting the setting sub 200. As shown in fig. 4, the fishing tool 300 includes an unlocking sub 18, a fishing outer barrel 20, and a fishing claw 21. Wherein, the fishing outer cylinder 20 is arranged at the lower end of the unlocking connector 18 through a fourth pin 19. And a groove 24 communicating inside and outside is formed on the wall of the fishing outer cylinder 20. The fishing claw 21 is arranged between the unlocking joint 18 and the fishing outer cylinder 20 and is fixedly connected with the unlocking joint 18. A locking spring piece 23 is formed at the lower end of the fishing claw 21. The locking spring piece 23 corresponds to the groove 24 in position to realize the matching with the first step surface 41 of the piston 4.
The invention also relates to a fitting apparatus comprising an occluder 100, a setting sub 200 and a fishing tool 300. The operation of the fitting device is discussed in detail below with respect to fig. 1 to 12.
First, the setting sub 200 is set on the tubular string 400 as shown in fig. 12, and then the tubular string 400 is run into the wellbore. After running in place, a circulating well-flushing operation can be performed by using a setting sliding sleeve 407 arranged at the lower end of the setting nipple 200. After the well is washed, the wellhead is shot, which is combined with a ball seat (not shown) in the setting slide 407. Pressure fluid is pumped into the inner cavity of the tubing string 400 such that the packer 404 seals all horizons. Continuing to increase the pressure in the tubing 402, the ball seat in the setting sleeve 407 is unseated for subsequent fracturing operations. From the second stage, fracturing is performed sequentially through the switch sliding sleeve 405 until fracturing of all intervals is completed.
After fracturing, the self structure of the setting nipple 200 is substantially cylindrical, so that the full drift diameter inside the pipe column 400 is not affected, and later-stage downhole operation is facilitated. Meanwhile, in the later fracturing construction process, the setting nipple 200 does not block other tools from going into the process due to the self structure of the setting nipple.
When a layering test is needed, the plugging device 100 is put in to plug the first section where the setting sliding sleeve 407 is located, so as to perform a separate test on the upper layer section. The occluding device 100 is lowered into the lumen of the setting sub 200 by a running tool. And the elastic sheet 71 of the locking key 7 extends into the limiting groove 201 and is matched with the limiting groove to limit the axial position of the locking key 7.
Next, pressure is applied to the release sub 1 to depress the occluder 100, when the pressure reaches a certain value, the setting activator 9 shears off the upper part of the first pin 13 and the release sub 1 with the outer barrel 5 and setting activator 9 are moved down relative to the setting lock 11, as shown in fig. 6. At this point, the first locking means 10 act to lock the setting activator 9 and the setting lock 11. At this time, the piston 4 moves down together with the outer cylinder 5 and moves to the spring piece 71 of the locking key 7 to prevent the spring piece 71 from contracting in the radial direction, so that the radial direction limiting spring piece 71 is stably maintained at the position of the limiting groove 201, thereby ensuring the position of the locking key 7.
Then, the releasing joint 1 is lifted up, the releasing joint 1 drives the outer cylinder 5 and the setting starter 9 to move upwards together, the setting starter 9 drives the setting starter 11 to move upwards as the setting starter 9 and the setting starter 11 are locked together, and the lower joint 14 also moves upwards as the setting starter 11 and the lower joint 14 are fixedly connected by the first pin 13. At this time, the locking key 7 is clamped in the limiting groove 201, and the lower joint 14 pushes the rubber tube 12 upwards to make the rubber tube 12 radially expand and set between the plugging device 100 and the setting nipple 200, as shown in fig. 7. Thus, the plugging device 100 can be used for plugging the inner cavity of the setting nipple 200 so as to fulfill the aim of plugging the ball seat at the lower end of the setting nipple 200.
After setting of the packing cartridge 12 is completed, the running tool is lifted up, the second pin 2 is sheared to separate the outer cartridge 5 and the release sub 1, and the release sub 1 is lifted out of the setting sub 200 to bring the packing cartridge 12 into the setting state, as shown in fig. 8.
When the rubber sleeve 12 is not needed to be set, the rubber sleeve 12 can be unsealed by running the fishing tool 300, and the plugging device 100 is lifted out of the setting nipple 200. Specifically, as shown in figure 9, a fishing tool 300 is lowered over the occluding device 100. The lower end locking spring piece 23 of the fishing claw 21 is matched with the first step surface 41 at the upper end of the piston 4 to realize locking. The fishing outer cylinder 20 abuts against the outer cylinder 5. Applying downward pressure, the fourth pin 19 shears off and the release tab 18 moves the grappling jaw 21 downward. During the downward movement, the unlocking lug 18 pushes the piston 4. Under the action of the pushing force, the third pin 6 is sheared, and the piston 4 continues to move downwards and acts on the unsealing rod 8. The unsealing rod 8 applies a force to the lower connector 14, and the first pin 13 is sheared off under the force. Thus, the lower joint 14 moves downward relative to the lock key 7. Thereby, the glue cartridge 12 is unsealed, as shown in fig. 10. At this time, the fishing tool 300 can be lifted up, and the locking spring piece 23 is engaged with the first step surface 41 at the upper end of the piston 4, and at the same time, the lower joint 14 is engaged with the thread of the setting lock 11, so that even if the lower joint 14 moves down relative to the setting lock 11, the lower joint does not fall off from the setting lock 11, the plugging device 100 is lifted out of the setting sub 200 by the fishing tool 300, as shown in fig. 11. It should be noted that when the fishing tool 300 is lifted up to fish the plugging device 100, the piston 4 is first moved upward relative to the locking key 7 to release the radial restriction of the piston 4 on the spring 71 of the locking key 7, so as to facilitate the radial contraction of the spring 71 to lift the plugging device 100 out of the setting sub 200.
By utilizing the matching equipment, plugging can be realized to complete the layered test. After plugging is completed, the plugging device 100 can also be lifted out of the setting sub 200 by unsealing so as not to affect other operations.
The matching equipment can be applied to the tests, and can also be used for plugging a water outlet section and the like under the conditions of underground water outlet and the like.
In the present application, the orientation terms "upper" and "lower" are used with reference to the actual operating orientation of the occluding device 100.

3. The occluder of claim 2, wherein a second locking means for preventing downward movement of the setting lock relative to the locking key is provided between the setting lock and the locking key.
4. The occluder of claim 3, wherein the second locking means has a first ratchet tooth provided on an inner wall of the locking key and a second ratchet tooth provided on an outer wall of the split leaf spring at an upper end of the setting lock.
5. The occluder of any one of claims 2 to 4, wherein a piston is provided in the lumen of the upper portion of the outer barrel by a third pin, while a release rod is provided in the lumen of the lower portion of the outer barrel extending into the lumen of the setting activator.
6. The occluder of claim 5, wherein a first step surface is provided at the upper end of the piston towards the lower end and a locking block is provided in the inner cavity of the upper portion of the outer barrel for defining the piston.
7. The occluder of claim 6, wherein an internal thread is provided on said lower fitting, while an external thread is provided on said setting lock axially spaced from said internal thread, said internal thread being located on the upper end side of said external thread.
8. A setting sub for cooperation with the occluder of any one of claims 1 to 7, wherein a limit groove is configured on the inner wall of the setting sub, said limit groove being capable of cooperating with the locking key to limit the axial position of the locking key.
9. A mating device, comprising:
the occluder of any one of claims 1 to 7,
the setting sub of claim 8,
and a fishing tool,
the setting short section is lowered into a shaft in a first state, the plugging device is lowered into an inner cavity of the setting short section in a second state, and the plugging device is lifted out of the setting short section by utilizing a fishing tool in a third state.
10. The mating apparatus of claim 9, wherein the fishing tool comprises:
the joint is unlocked, and the joint is unlocked,
a salvaging outer cylinder arranged at the lower end of the unlocking joint through a fourth pin, a groove is formed on the wall of the salvaging outer cylinder,
the fishing claw is arranged between the unlocking joint and the fishing outer barrel and fixedly connected with the unlocking joint, and the lower end of the fishing claw is provided with a clamping elastic sheet corresponding to the groove position.
