In some embodiments of the present invention, the dispensing box 11 may also be manually removed at the end of the washing phase of the washing apparatus 100; or to close the confined chamber 16 so that water flow cannot reach the confined chamber 16.
In some embodiments of the present invention, two water channel ribs 131 are disposed on the bracket 13 and extend outward, a mounting opening 132 for mounting the protecting cover 12 is disposed on the bracket 13, and the mounting opening 132 is located between the two water channel ribs 131. The outer end of the water channel rib 131 is abutted against the inner wall of the inner tub 20 to form the water channel 16.

7. The drop box assembly of claim 6, wherein the outer barrier and the side barrier have a side opening therebetween, and wherein water in the waterway can impinge on the drop box through the side opening.
8. A drop box assembly as claimed in any one of claims 1 to 7, wherein the side of the drop box has a side hinge which can be opened in one direction inwards, one side of the side hinge being hinged and the other side having a first inclined surface at a side remote from the hinge.
9. A drop box assembly as claimed in any one of claims 1 to 7, wherein the drop box is floatably movable under the impact of water flow at the cover.
10. A washing apparatus characterized by having a dosing box assembly according to any of claims 1 to 9.
