Fig. 3 is a schematic structural view of a pulsator washing machine according to an embodiment of the present invention, in which a tub assembly includes an inner tub and no outer tub, and a spray assembly is disposed between the inner tub and a cabinet, as shown in fig. 3, the pulsator washing machine includes a cabinet 1, an inner tub 21, and a spray assembly, wherein the inner tub 21 is used for accommodating laundry and washing water.
In this embodiment, the spray assembly includes a water supply pipe connected between the inner tub 21 and the spray unit 33, the water supply unit 32 disposed on the water supply pipe for drawing the washing water in the inner tub 21 to the spray unit 33, the spray unit 33 disposed above the surface of the washing water in the inner tub 21, and the spray unit 33 having a spray direction toward the inner tub 21.
Since the inner tub 21 contains the laundry and the washing water, if the laundry is a floating type laundry, the laundry will float on the water surface, and in order to spray the washing water to the floating laundry, in this embodiment, the spraying unit 33 may be disposed above the inner tub 21, and the spraying direction of the spraying unit 33 is directed from the upper side of the inner tub 21 to the bottom of the inner tub 21, so as to spray the washing water to the surface of the floating laundry in the inner tub 21.
In this embodiment, the water supply unit 32 may include a water pump, and the water pump may preset a water pressure of the pumped water, and the preset water pressure may be less than or equal to a pressure resistance value of the water pipe, for example, the pressure resistance value of the water pipe is 0.8 mpa, and the preset water pressure may be less than or equal to 0.8 mpa. The pressure of the water pumped by the water pump is set, so that the water sprayed by the spraying unit has certain pressure, and the washing effect of washing partial clothes suspended on the water surface is ensured.
When the water supply unit 32 includes a water pump having a water inlet and a water outlet, in an implementable manner, a first end of the water inlet pipe 311 is communicated with the inner tub 21 and forms a water inlet end of the water supply pipeline, and a second end of the water inlet pipe 311 is communicated with the water inlet 312 of the water pump; a first end of the water outlet pipe 313 communicates with the water outlet 314 of the water pump, and a second end of the water outlet pipe 313 communicates with the injection unit 33 and forms an outlet end of the water supply pipe.
Optionally, the spraying unit 33 comprises a spray member, which is in communication with the water outlet end of the water supply pipeline.
In an implementable manner, the spray member may be plural, and the plural spray members may be disposed at different positions above the inner tub 21, and/or the spray direction of the spray members is directed toward different positions inside the inner tub 21. Therefore, the washing water can be sprayed into the inner tub 21 in all directions, and the washing effect of the suspension type clothes is enhanced.
As shown in fig. 3, further, the pulsator washing machine of the present embodiment may further include a lid assembly 4, the lid assembly 4 may be disposed above the inner tub 21, and the shower may be disposed on the lid assembly 4.
Alternatively, the lid assembly 4 may include a control panel 41 and an upper lid 42, the upper lid 42 may be openably disposed on the control panel 41, and the shower may be disposed on the upper lid 42.
In one possible implementation, the spray may be centrally located on the cover 42. Since the inner tub 21 is generally designed in a cylindrical shape, washing water can be conveniently sprayed into the inner tub 21 by disposing the spray member at the center of the inner tub 21, thereby ensuring the washing effect of the suspended clothes.
In another practical manner, the spray member may be disposed at a position of the upper cover 42 corresponding to a central position of the inner tub 21, so as to spray the washing water into the inner tub 21, thereby ensuring a washing effect of the suspended clothes.
The washing principle of the pulsator washing machine provided by the embodiment is as follows: the water supply unit pumps the washing water in the inner barrel 21 and then conveys the washing water to the spraying unit, the spraying unit sprays the washing water into the inner barrel at a certain pressure, so that the washing water can be sprayed onto the surfaces of the suspended clothes at a certain speed, the detergent in the washing water can dissolve stains, and under the impact of the high-speed kinetic energy of the washing water, the surfaces of the clothes floating on the water surface are deformed, so that the stains are quickly dissolved by the detergent. In addition, in the washing process, when the impeller rotates, the floating surface of the suspended clothes also rotates, and the sprayed floating surface is irregularly and convexly changed, so that the effect similar to hand rubbing is achieved. In the process of stirring the suspended clothes by the impeller, the part of the suspended clothes floating out of the water surface is continuously changed in the stirring process. The irregular rotation of the suspended clothes can ensure that the suspended clothes floating out of the water surface are sprayed and fully covered without dead angles. The floating suspended clothes surface is matched with detergent to quickly decompose the dirt under the action of water flow scouring, and the dirt is flushed into the inner barrel 21 along with the water flow. The part of the suspended clothes immersed in the water is washed by the water flow stirred by the impeller, the part of the suspended clothes floating on the water surface is washed by the water flow sprayed by the spraying unit, and the washing effect is improved after the suspended clothes are subjected to double washing by the impeller and spraying. Therefore, the part of the suspended clothes floating on the water surface can be cleaned without damaging the suspended clothes.
The impeller type washing machine provided by the embodiment comprises a barrel assembly and a spraying assembly, wherein the barrel assembly comprises an inner barrel, the inner barrel is used for containing clothes to be washed and washing water, the spraying assembly comprises a water supply pipeline, a water supply unit and a spraying unit, the water supply pipeline is connected between the inner barrel and the spraying unit, the water supply unit is arranged on the water supply pipeline, the water supply unit is used for pumping the washing water in the inner barrel out to the spraying unit, the spraying unit is arranged above the liquid level of the washing water in the inner barrel, and the spraying direction of the spraying unit faces to the inner barrel. Therefore, the water supply unit pumps the washing water in the inner barrel and then conveys the washing water to the injection unit, the injection unit injects the washing water into the inner barrel at a certain pressure, the washing water can be injected to the surface of suspended clothes at a certain speed, the detergent in the washing water can dissolve stains, the surface of the clothes floating on the water surface is deformed under the impact of the high-speed kinetic energy of the washing water, the stains are accelerated to be dissolved by the detergent, and the washing effect of the suspended clothes is improved after the suspended clothes are subjected to double washing by the impeller and spraying. Therefore, the part of the suspended clothes floating on the water surface can be cleaned without damaging the suspended clothes.

Claims (10)

1. A pulsator washing machine is characterized by comprising a barrel assembly and a spraying assembly, wherein the barrel assembly is used for accommodating clothes to be washed and washing water;
the spraying assembly comprises a water supply pipeline, a water supply unit and an injection unit, the water supply pipeline is connected between the barrel assembly and the injection unit, the water supply unit is arranged on the water supply pipeline and used for pumping the washing water in the barrel assembly to the injection unit, the injection unit is arranged above the liquid level of the washing water of the barrel assembly, and the injection direction of the injection unit faces towards the barrel assembly.
2. The pulsator washing machine according to claim 1, wherein the spray unit is located above the tub assembly, and a spray direction of the spray unit is directed to a bottom of the tub assembly from above the tub assembly to spray the washing water toward a washing water level of the tub assembly.
3. The pulsator washing machine as claimed in claim 2, wherein the tub assembly comprises an inner tub and an outer tub, and the water inlet end of the water supply pipe is communicated with the bottom of the outer tub;
or,
the barrel assembly comprises an inner barrel, and the water inlet end of the water supply pipeline is communicated with the bottom of the inner barrel.
4. The pulsator washing machine according to any one of claims 1 to 3, wherein the water supply unit comprises a water pump.

The pulsator washing machine as claimed in claim 4, wherein a first end of the water inlet pipe communicates with the tub assembly and forms a water inlet end of the water supply pipe, and a second end of the water inlet pipe communicates with a water inlet of the water pump; the first end of the water outlet pipe is communicated with the water outlet of the water pump, and the second end of the water outlet pipe is communicated with the injection unit and forms the water outlet end of the water supply pipeline.
6. The pulsator washing machine as claimed in any one of claims 1 to 3, wherein the spray unit comprises a spray member, the spray member being in communication with a water outlet end of the water supply pipe.
7. The pulsator washing machine according to claim 6, wherein the spray is plural, and the plural spray is provided at different positions above the tub assembly;
and/or the presence of a gas in the gas,
the spray member has a spray direction directed toward different locations within the tub assembly.
8. The pulsator washing machine according to claim 6, further comprising a cover assembly disposed above the tub assembly, the spray being disposed on the cover assembly.
9. The pulsator washing machine as claimed in claim 8, wherein the cap assembly comprises a control disk base and an upper cap openably provided on the control disk base, the showers being provided on the upper cap.
10. The pulsator washing machine according to claim 9, wherein the spray is provided at a central position of the upper cover.
