The position of the deflector 20 at two angles of rotation is shown in fig. 2. Specifically, the baffle 20 is connected to the first inner wall of the pumping channel 11, and when the rotation angle of the baffle 20 is 0 °, the baffle 20 is parallel or nearly parallel to the axis of the pumping channel 11; after the deflector 20 rotates, the deflector 20 is obliquely arranged in the pumping channel 11, i.e. the deflector 20 is obliquely arranged with the axis of the pumping channel 11.
In this embodiment, the water pumping channel 11 is in communication with the washing chamber of the dishwasher; the dishwasher further includes: the water pumping pipe 80 of the washing pump is communicated with the water pumping channel 11, and the water draining pipe of the washing pump is communicated with the spray arm, so that the washing water in the washing cavity flows to the spray arm after passing through the water pumping channel 11 under the action of the washing pump. Specifically, the wash pump is an ac pump.
In particular, the dishwasher requires a high water pressure during the washing stage so that the spout has a sufficiently high water pressure to flush dirt off the dish, while the wash pump water-pumping channel widens to reduce the flow rate, and foam is not easily pumped into the wash pump to cause power fluctuation of the wash pump. In the rinsing stage, smaller water pressure is needed to make the water pressure of the nozzle soft, so that secondary pollution is avoided. The application solves the problem that the rotating speed of the alternating current pump is not adjustable and the water pressure of the spray arm cannot be changed.
In particular, after the dishwasher enters a washing stage, the wax motor is electrified, the telescopic part 40 is contracted, the water pumping channel 11 is fully opened to provide enough water supply to improve the water spraying pressure of the spray arm, the flow velocity in the fully opened water pumping channel is reduced, and the water flow can be prevented from bringing foam into the washing pump to cause power fluctuation. When the dishwasher enters the rinsing stage, the wax motor is powered off, the telescopic part 40 extends out, the deflector throttles half the flow, and the water spray pressure of the spray arm is reduced to improve the rinsing effect.
The application has the beneficial effects that the flow area of the water pumping channel 11 is adjusted by arranging the guide plate 20, so that the water pumping quantity can be adjusted, the water pressure of the spray arm is adjustable, the water pressure needs to be increased in the washing stage, meanwhile, the water inlet does not need to have high flow velocity to prevent foam floating on the water surface from being pumped into the washing pump to make the washing pump operate unstably, the rinsing stage needs to reduce the water pressure to increase the rinsing softness, and meanwhile, the water pumping speed needs to be higher, so that fine pollutants can be brought into the water cup as soon as possible by the water flow and are discharged along with the water discharge.
From the above description, it can be seen that the above embodiments of the present application achieve the following technical effects:
the dish washer comprises a base 10 and a guide plate 20, wherein the guide plate 20 is connected with the base 10 and positioned in a water pumping channel 11, and the guide plate 20 is rotatably arranged to adjust the flow area of the water pumping channel 11 and further adjust the water pressure of a spray arm. Thus, when the dishwasher performs a washing operation, the guide plate 20 rotates to increase the flow area of the pumping channel 11, and provide a sufficient amount of washing water to increase the water spray pressure of the spray arm, thereby ensuring a cleaning effect; when the dish washer performs rinsing operation, the guide plate 20 rotates to reduce the flow area of the water pumping channel 11, so that the water spraying pressure of the spray arm is reduced, secondary pollution is avoided, and the rinsing effect is improved.
