Detailed Description
The drum washing machine according to the embodiment of the present invention will be described in detail with reference to the accompanying drawings.
In the description of the present invention, it is to be understood that the terms "center", "upper", "lower", "front", "rear", "left", "right", "vertical", "horizontal", "top", "bottom", "inner", "outer", and the like indicate orientations or positional relationships based on those shown in the drawings, and are only for convenience of description and simplicity of description, and do not indicate or imply that the referenced devices or elements must have a particular orientation, be constructed and operated in a particular orientation, and thus, are not to be construed as limiting the present invention.
The terms "first", "second" and "first" are used for descriptive purposes only and are not to be construed as indicating or implying relative importance or implicitly indicating the number of technical features indicated. Thus, a feature defined as "first" or "second" may explicitly or implicitly include one or more of that feature. In the description of the present invention, "a plurality" means two or more unless otherwise specified.
Referring to fig. 2, an embodiment of the present invention provides a drum washing machine, including a box body 1, an inner and outer cylinder assembly 2 (including an inner cylinder and an outer cylinder) arranged in the box body 1, and a water delivery system 5, wherein a lifting rib 9 is arranged on an inner wall of an inner cylinder 22 of the inner and outer cylinder assembly 2, referring to fig. 4 and 8, a spraying cavity 91 is arranged in the lifting rib 9, a first spraying hole 93 communicated with the spraying cavity 91 is further arranged on the lifting rib 9, and the water delivery system 5 is used for delivering water in the inner and outer cylinder assembly 2 to the spraying cavity 91 and spraying the water into the inner cylinder 22 through the first spraying hole 93.
When the drum washing machine provided by the embodiment is used for washing clothes, the water delivery system 5 is used for delivering water in the inner and outer cylinder assemblies 1 to the spraying cavity 91, the water in the spraying cavity 91 is sprayed into the inner cylinder 22 through the first spraying hole 93, so that the clothes are sprayed and washed, the water in the inner and outer cylinder assemblies 2 is continuously returned to the spraying cavity 91 through the water delivery system 5, most of the water is sprayed onto the clothes in the inner cylinder 22, and then the water is delivered to the spraying cavity 91 through the water delivery system 5, so that a circulating spraying water path is formed. That is to say, in clothing cleaning process, it is continuous washing process to spray the washing, and simultaneously, inner tube 22 rotates, and the clothing is beaten the washing under the lifting action that promotes muscle 9, finally sprays the washing and beats the washing coaction with beating and carry out high-efficient washing to the clothing, compares current and beats the washing alone, can obviously improve the cleaning performance, and under the prerequisite of guaranteeing the cleaning performance, can effectively shorten the cleaning time, satisfies the requirement that user's washing time is short.
In addition, the technical effects achieved by adopting spray washing also comprise: the circulating spray water can continuously flow through the lifting ribs 9, so that dirt in the lifting ribs 9 is flushed away, and the dirt is prevented from remaining in the lifting ribs, therefore, the roller washing machine can have a self-cleaning function through the spray washing of the lifting ribs 9, and the cleanliness of a lifting machine is guaranteed; secondly, when the water containing the detergent is sprayed through the first spraying holes 93, the detergent can be better dissolved in the water, so that active ingredients of the detergent can play a role, particularly for cold water cleaning, the dissolving effect of the detergent is more obvious, the dissolving process of the detergent is synchronous with the washing process of clothes, a heating program is not required to be specially arranged to dissolve the detergent in the water, a heating device is reduced, the time required by heating is saved, the washing time of the whole clothes is finally reduced, and meanwhile, the phenomenon that some clothes are faded due to the water with certain temperature after the water is heated by the heating device is avoided; in the clothes cleaning process, the lifting ribs 9 rotate along with the inner barrel 22, compared with static spraying cleaning, water sprayed out of the lifting ribs 9 is sprayed in a dynamic rotating mode of 360 degrees, and in the rotating process of the inner barrel 22, part of clothes are in a suspended and unfolded state, when the clothes in the unfolded state are sprayed, the cleaning area is increased, dead corners of the clothes are cleaned as far as possible, and finally the cleaning effect is improved; when the water amount in the inner and outer cylinder assemblies 2 is small, if a beating cleaning mode is independently adopted, the cleaning effect is not ideal, but the combination of spraying and beating is adopted, clothes can be fully wetted, and the cleaning effect is improved; fifthly, fibers of some clothes are swelled when soaked for a long time, and wrinkles can occur after the clothes are washed, so that the requirement on water quantity is higher, namely the water level in the inner barrel cannot be too high, but the washing effect is also required to be achieved, namely when the clothes are washed by the drum washing machine provided by the invention, the water level can be set lower, the clothes cannot be soaked in water too much, the wrinkles of the clothes are avoided, and meanwhile, the washing effect is further guaranteed due to the combined action of a spraying mode and a beating mode; sixthly, when a quick washing program is adopted, beating and cleaning are assisted through spray cleaning, and the phenomenon of unclean cleaning can be avoided; in the rinsing process of the laundries, water is sprayed on the laundries in the unfolded state, so that the phenomenon of detergent marking on the laundries can be avoided, and the rinsing effect of the laundries is improved.
In the field, the lifting ribs 9 arranged on the inner wall of the inner cylinder 22 are provided with a plurality of lifting ribs 9, each lifting rib 9 is provided with a spraying cavity 91 and a first spraying hole 93, the water delivery system 5 can deliver water into each spraying cavity 91, and the water is sprayed to the clothes through the first spraying holes 93 on the plurality of lifting ribs 9, so that the spraying cleaning effect can be further improved; in addition, the partial lifting rib 9 has the spraying cavity 91 and the first spraying hole 93, and it is also within the protection scope of the present invention that the water delivery system 5 can deliver water into the partial spraying cavity 91, and it is preferable to adopt a technical scheme that the water delivery system 5 can deliver water into each spraying cavity 91.
Referring to fig. 4, the lifting rib 9 has a mounting surface connected to the inner cylinder 22, a water outlet surface 92 opposite to the mounting surface, and a connecting surface for connecting the mounting surface and the water outlet surface 92. The first spraying holes 93 on the lifting ribs 9 have various arrangement modes; as an example, the first spray holes 93 are formed only on the water outlet surface 92; as another example, the first spraying holes 93 are formed in the connection surface and the water outlet surface 92; as another example, the first shower holes 93 are formed only on the connection surface. When the water spraying device is only arranged on the connecting surface, most of the sprayed water cannot be sprayed on clothes, the spraying and washing effect can be obviously reduced, when the water spraying device is arranged on the connecting surface and the water outlet surface 92, the spraying and washing effect is achieved, the water discharged along the connecting surface can also wash residual detergent or foam at the position of the barrel opening, when the water spraying device is only arranged on the water outlet surface, the water flow of the sprayed water can be greatly increased compared with that of the water spraying device arranged on the connecting surface and the water outlet surface 92, and further the spraying and washing intensity of the clothes is improved, so that the water spraying device is preferably arranged on the water outlet surface 92 only by the first spraying holes 93 to embody the spraying effect.
In order to improve the pressure of water sprayed from the first spraying holes 93 and enhance the spraying effect, the mounting surface of the lifting rib 9 is a closed surface, or the surface of the inner cylinder 22 matched with the lifting rib 9 is a closed surface, or the mounting surface of the lifting rib 9 and the surface of the inner cylinder 22 matched with the lifting rib 9 are both closed surfaces, in a word, the position where the lifting rib 9 is matched with the inner cylinder 22 is sealed, so that the water in the spraying cavity 91 cannot leak from the position where the lifting rib 9 is matched with the inner cylinder 22, it is ensured that the water sprayed from the first spraying holes 91 has larger pressure, and the scouring force of the water acting on clothes is ensured.
To spraying chamber 91 delivery water has multiple implementation, in some embodiments, install the catch basin on the outer wall of inner tube 22, the play water end of catch basin passes through the pipeline and promotes the chamber 91 intercommunication that sprays in muscle 9 each, the intake end of catch basin is used for with the intercommunication of outer barrel assembly 2, in order to carry the water in the outer barrel assembly 2 to the catch basin, at the rotatory in-process of inner tube 22 and promotion muscle 9, catch basin and connecting tube also synchronous revolution, on the realization sprays abluent basis, also can avoid the winding phenomenon of pipeline.
In other embodiments, referring to fig. 2 and 5, the inner cylinder 22 and the outer cylinder 21 are connected through a rotating shaft 4, a supporting frame 3 for supporting the inner cylinder 22 is fixedly connected to the rotating shaft 4, the rotating shaft 4 is used for driving the supporting frame 3 and the inner cylinder 22 to rotate synchronously, a water channel through hole 41 extending along the axial direction of the rotating shaft 4 is formed in the rotating shaft 4, a water storage channel 31 communicated with the water channel through hole 41 is formed in the supporting frame 3, the spraying cavity 91 is communicated with the water storage channel 31, and a water outlet end of the water delivery system 5 is communicated with one end of the water channel through hole 31, which is far away from the supporting frame 3. The technical solutions shown in fig. 2 and 5 make full use of the structure of the support frame 3 in the existing drum washing machine, and avoid the phenomenon of increasing the number of parts and the structure of the washing machine due to the special arrangement of the water storage tank and the connecting pipeline, and the phenomenon of water leakage of the added water storage tank and the connecting pipeline, so that the rotating shaft 4 adopting the hollow structure and the support frame 3 having the water storage channel 31 are preferred solutions.
In addition, when the rotation axis 4 rotates, can drive support frame 3 and inner tube 22 synchronous revolution, when rivers were through water course through-hole 41 and retaining channel 31, can also take place rotary motion in its runner under the rotation effect of rotation axis 4 and support frame 3, can make water and detergent more abundant dissolve the mixture under the revolving force effect like this, compare the washing liquid and be in steady flow state, can improve the dissolving capacity of detergent in aqueous, effectively improve the dirt-removing power of detergent, finally improve the cleaning performance.
Generally, the rotation shaft 4 is located at the middle of the tank 1, and the inlet end of the water supply system 5 is located at the lower portion of the tank 1, so that the water supply path shown in fig. 2 reduces the water supply resistance compared to supplying water located at the lower portion of the tank 1 to the highest portion of the tank 1.
In some embodiments, the waterway through-hole 41 extends along the axial direction of the rotary shaft 4, so that the spatial position in the rotary shaft 4 is fully utilized, and the flow resistance of water in the waterway through-hole 41 can be effectively reduced.
The support frame 3 includes at least three support arm, all have retaining passageway 31 in any support arm, a plurality of retaining passageways 31 of formation are linked together, and communicate with water course through-hole 41, and each retaining passageway 31 extends along the extending direction of corresponding support arm, refer to fig. 7, 9, 10 and 11, the one end of promotion muscle 9 extends to the bottom of inner tube 22, be provided with connecting pipe 12 on the support arm of support frame 3, the one end of connecting pipe 12 communicates with retaining passageway 31 in the support arm, the other end passes inner tube 22 and extends to in the spraying chamber 91 that promotes muscle 9. The technical scheme has the advantages that: at the rotation in-process of support frame 3 and inner tube 22, promote muscle 9 and also be carrying out rotary motion, through will promoting muscle 9 and extend to the inner tube bottom and make spray chamber 91 and retaining channel 31 intercommunication, make full use of drum type washing machine self structure, need not redesign connecting water course through-hole, simplify whole drum type washing machine's structure, and avoid connecting water course through-hole to take place serious phenomena such as leaking, distortion.
In some embodiments, referring to fig. 11, the supporting frame 3 includes a supporting seat 32 and a cover 33 that are engaged with each other, the supporting seat 32 and the cover 33 are engaged with each other to form a water storage channel 31 therein, the cover 33 faces the inner cylinder 22, the connection pipe 12 is disposed on the cover 33 and communicates with the water storage channel 31, and the rotation shaft 4 is connected to the supporting seat 32.
In order to further improve the spraying effect and the washing effect of the clothes, referring to fig. 2, 5, 6 and 8, a second spraying hole 32 communicated with the water storage channel 31 is formed on the side wall of the support frame 3 facing the inner cylinder 22, referring to fig. 3, a avoiding hole 221 corresponding to the second spraying hole 32 is formed on the surface of the inner cylinder 22 facing the cylinder opening, and water in the water storage channel 31 can be sprayed into the inner cylinder 22 through the second spraying hole 32 and the avoiding hole 221. That is, referring to fig. 8, the drum washing machine according to the embodiment of the present invention has dual spray washing functions, one of which is spray washing by the lifting ribs 9, and the other of which is spray washing by water sprayed from the escape holes 221 on the bottom surface of the inner tub 22, and the washing effect of the laundry is further improved by the combined action of the dual spray washing and the beating washing.
In the example, each support arm is provided with a plurality of second spraying holes 32, and as the plurality of support arms are arranged at the bottom of the inner cylinder 22 along different directions, referring to fig. 3, a plurality of avoiding holes 221 can be formed in three directions of the bottom surface of the inner cylinder 22, when the inner cylinder 22 rotates, 360-degree dead-angle-free dynamic rotary spraying of the bottom surface and the side surface of the inner cylinder is realized, not only visual impact of a user is improved, but also all-directional spraying is mainly realized, and the cleaning effect is improved.
The injection directions of the avoiding holes 221 have various conditions, for example, the cleaning solution can be injected toward the central axis of the inner cylinder 22, and when the injection directions of all the avoiding holes 221 are toward the central axis of the inner cylinder 22, the cleaning solution injected by all the avoiding holes 221 is collected in the central area of the inner cylinder 22, so that the area of the spraying area is small, and the cleaning effect is affected; further, referring to fig. 6 and 8, since the injection direction of the avoiding holes 221 is away from the direction of the central axis of the inner cylinder 22, the cleaning liquid injected from all the avoiding holes 221 is dispersed in each region of the inner cylinder 22, and the spray area is enlarged and the cleaning effect is improved as compared with the cleaning liquid accumulated in the central region of the inner cylinder 22, it is preferable that the avoiding holes are directed away from the central axis of the inner cylinder 22. However, the avoiding hole 221 may be oriented in any direction, and the present invention does not limit the orientation of the avoiding hole 221, and any direction is within the scope of the present invention.
The water sprayed through the second spraying holes 32 and the avoiding holes 221 not only has a spraying and cleaning effect, but also can clean the bottom of the inner cylinder 22, the inside of the support frame 3 and the space between the inner cylinder 22 and the outer cylinder 21, so that dirt residues are prevented.
Referring to fig. 2 and 7, a third spraying hole 101 is formed in the door seal 10 at the opening of the cylinder, the water delivery system 5 is used for spraying water in the inner and outer cylinder assemblies 2 into the inner cylinder through the third spraying hole 101, and the water sprayed through the third spraying hole 101 mainly has two functions, one of which is: the spraying device is used for spraying the clothes in the inner barrel; the second step is as follows: because the difference of drum type washing machine and rotary drum type washing machine structure, when wasing the clothing, refer to fig. 2, splash the washing liquid to the door glass of drum door and on door seals 10 easily, and then remain the foam on door glass and door seals 10 easily, spray water through the third and spray hole 101 and can be used to wash the door and seal and the last residual detergent on the glass, and then make the inboard of drum door keep clean, keep pollution-free state, improve user experience comfort level.
In a specific implementation, if the water sprayed from the third spraying holes 101 is mainly used for cleaning the door seal and the door glass, the spraying direction of the third spraying holes 101 may be designed to face the door glass; on the contrary, if the water injected from third spray holes 101 is mainly used for spraying the laundry, the injection direction of third spray holes 101 may be designed to be directed toward the central region of the inner tub, and therefore, the opening direction of third spray holes 101 may be set according to the use requirement.
Referring to fig. 8, when the drum washing machine is used for washing the laundry, on one hand, the laundry is beaten and washed in the rotation process of the inner drum, on the other hand, the laundry is sprayed and washed under the action of the cleaning liquid sprayed from the first spraying holes 93, on the other hand, the laundry is sprayed and washed under the action of the cleaning liquid sprayed from the avoiding holes 221, on the other hand, the laundry is sprayed and washed (the spraying and washing strength is weak) under the action of the cleaning liquid sprayed from the third spraying holes 101; through the combined action of the four cleaning modes, 360-degree dead-angle-free dynamic rotary spraying is formed in the inner barrel, so that stains on clothes can be removed in a short time, and the cleaning time is greatly shortened on the basis of ensuring the cleaning effect.
Referring to fig. 2, the water delivery system 5 includes a pressurizing device 51 and a flow dividing member 52, an inlet of the pressurizing device 51 is communicated with the outer tub 21, an outlet of the pressurizing device 51 is communicated with the flow dividing member 52, the flow dividing member 52 is used for dividing the water flow pressurized by the pressurizing device 51 into a first water path and a second water path, the first water path is communicated with the water path through hole 41 of the rotary shaft 4, and the second water path is communicated with the third spraying hole 101. After the water flowing out of the water outlet of the outer cylinder 22 flows through the supercharging device 51, the water pressure is increased under the action of the supercharging device 51, and then the water sprayed into the inner cylinder 22 from the avoiding hole 221, the first spraying hole 93 and the third spraying hole 101 is high-pressure water, when the high-pressure water acts on the clothes, the high-pressure water can generate large impact force on the clothes, the cleaning effect is further improved, and meanwhile, the residues on the inner side of the drum door 10 can be washed clean by the strong impact force.
The spraying water flow entering the inner cylinder 22, the lifting rib 9 and the door seal 10 is obtained by splitting through a splitting piece 52, the structure of the splitting piece 52 has various conditions, and the splitting piece exemplarily comprises a first connecting pipe, a second connecting pipe and a third connecting pipe which are connected through a three-way valve, wherein the first connecting pipe is connected with an outlet of the supercharging device 51, the second connecting pipe is communicated with the water channel through hole 41 to form the first water channel, and the third connecting pipe 11 is communicated with the third spraying hole 101 to form the second water channel; the flow divider 52 may have other structures, and the structure is not limited herein.
Illustratively, the booster device 51 is a booster pump; as another example, the pressure increasing device 51 may have another pressure increasing structure.
In order to ensure that the waste water in the inner and outer cylinder assemblies 2 is discharged out of the machine by the aid of the supercharging device 51 serving as a drainage pump when the drum washing machine drains water, so that a drainage function is completed, referring to fig. 2, the distribution valve 7 is installed at an outlet of the supercharging device 51, the distribution valve 7 comprises a first port, a second port and a third port, the first port is communicated with the outlet of the supercharging device 51, the second port is communicated with the drainage pipe 8, the drainage pipe 8 is used for draining water in the inner and outer cylinder assemblies 2, the third port is communicated with the liquid inlet of the shunting piece 52, the third port is opened and closed when clothes are washed, and the second port is opened and the third port is closed when the water is drained. Thus, the double functions of the supercharging device 51 are realized, namely, the supercharging device is used as a drainage pump and a supercharging pump of sprayed water, two operations are realized through one pump, and compared with the two pumps, the number of parts of the drum washing machine is reduced, the manufacturing cost is reduced, and the failure rate is also reduced.
In an example, the distribution valve 7 is a three-way valve, and the three-way valve is an electric control valve, and the electric control valve is connected with a control system in the drum washing machine, so that automatic switching between spray cleaning and sewage discharge is realized.
When clothes are cleaned, the first port and the third port of the distribution valve 7 are opened, the second port is closed, the inner cylinder 22 rotates, water in the inner cylinder and outer cylinder assembly 2 flows to the supercharging device 51 through the water outlet of the outer cylinder 21, after supercharging is carried out by the supercharging device 51, water with certain pressure passes through the flow dividing piece 52, then sequentially flows through the water channel through hole 41, the water storage channel 31 and the second spraying hole 32, and finally is sprayed onto clothes in the inner cylinder through the avoidance hole 221, and meanwhile, the water flows through the first spraying hole 93 and the third spraying hole 101 and is sprayed onto the clothes, door glass of the drum door and the door seal 10; when the washing of the laundry is completed, the second port of the dispensing valve 7 is opened, the third port is closed, the water in the tub assembly 2 flows to the pressurizing device 51 through the drain port of the tub 21, and after being pressurized by the pressurizing device 51, the water having a certain pressure is discharged out of the washing machine through the drain pipe 8.
In order to prevent the cleaning liquid containing the thread scraps or the impurities from being circulated into the inner cylinder 22, referring to fig. 2, a filtering structure 6 is provided between the water outlet of the outer cylinder 21 and the supercharging device 51, and the impurities such as the thread scraps in the discharged cleaning liquid are filtered by the filtering structure 6, so that the technical effects achieved by the following steps are: 1. the sundries such as thread scraps are prevented from entering the supercharging device 51 to damage the supercharging device 51; 2. the water mixed with impurities is prevented from being sprayed into the inner barrel again, so that secondary pollution to the clothes is prevented; 3. the water is prevented from blocking the holes to influence the spraying and cleaning effects when water flows through the first spraying hole, the second spraying hole, the third spraying hole and the avoidance hole; 4. in the process of continuous water circulation, water is continuously filtered, so that the water in the inner and outer cylinder assemblies can constantly keep free of sundries such as filings, and compared with the existing non-circulating water, the water cleanliness can be improved.
The structure of the filter structure 6 has a variety of: for example, the filtering structure 6 includes a filtering cavity, a water inlet of the filtering cavity is communicated with a water outlet of the outer cylinder 21, a water outlet of the filtering cavity is communicated with an inlet of the pressurizing device 51, and a filtering net is arranged in the filtering cavity, so that the filtering net can be cleaned conveniently and is detachably mounted in the filtering cavity; for another example, the filter structure 6 includes a filter net installed at the drain port of the outer tub 21 and the filter net is detachable, which is simple and easy to manufacture. The present invention is not limited to the specific structure of the filtering structure 6, and any structure is within the protection scope of the present invention.
When the washing machine washes clothes, the washing machine may vibrate under the vibration of the motor, in order to enhance the stability of the whole washing machine, referring to fig. 5, the diversion member 52 may be fixed on the outer tub 21 through the water channel frame 53, referring to fig. 12 and 13, the water channel frame 53 is a revolving structure, a containing cavity 533 is formed in the water channel frame 53, the water channel frame 53 is installed behind the outer tub 21, the support frame 3 may be located in the containing cavity 533, the water channel frame 53 is provided with an installation hole 534 for installing the rotation shaft 4, the rotation shaft 4 is rotatably installed in the installation hole 534, one side of the water channel frame 53, which is far away from the support frame 3, is provided with a drainage tube 531, one end of the drainage tube 531 is communicated with the first diversion port of the diversion member 52, and the other end is communicated with the water channel through hole 41 in the rotation shaft 4. In addition, the waterway frame 53 of the present invention may have other structures, and the material of the waterway frame 53 is not limited.
In some embodiments, in order to fully utilize the effective space in the cabinet 1, the shunt member 52 is located between the inner wall of the cabinet 1 and the outer tub 21, and the shunt member 52 is not as close to the driving motor as possible, because the closer to the driving motor, the greater the vibration of the shunt member 52 is, and the greater the noise of the washing machine is.
The drum washing machine further includes a driving device for driving the inner tub 22 to rotate, wherein the driving device includes: driving motor installs the action wheel on driving motor's the output shaft, and the rotation axis 4 is kept away from the tip of support frame 3 and is installed from the driving wheel, and the action wheel passes through the drive belt with following the driving wheel and is connected. When the driving motor is started, an output shaft of the driving motor drives the driving wheel to rotate, the driven wheel and the rotating shaft are driven to rotate through the driving belt, and finally the supporting frame and the inner cylinder are driven to synchronously rotate. The drive motor may be a variable frequency motor. Referring to fig. 12 and 13, the waterway frame 53 has a notch 532 at the outer periphery thereof, and the driving belt may be connected to the driven wheel located inside the waterway frame 53 and the driving wheel located outside the waterway frame 53 through the notch 532.
In the description herein, particular features, structures, materials, or characteristics may be combined in any suitable manner in any one or more embodiments or examples.
