Further, the organic fertilizer comprises the following raw materials of dried chicken manure, auxiliary materials, starter strains, urea, calcium superphosphate and brown sugar, wherein the auxiliary materials comprise straws, rice chaff, sawdust, corns, bran and mushroom residues, and the raw materials comprise the following components:
the organic fertilizer comprises the following raw materials of 300kg of dried chicken manure, 5kg of auxiliary materials, 1.2kg of starter strains, 3kg of urea, 8kg of calcium superphosphate and 4kg of brown sugar according to weight;
the auxiliary material components comprise 25 percent of straws, 20 percent of rice chaff, 15 percent of sawdust, 15 percent of corns, 15 percent of bran and 10 percent of mushroom residues according to weight percentage.
Further, the starter strain is compounded by photosynthetic bacteria, lactic acid bacteria, saccharomycetes, acetic acid bacteria, bifidobacteria, actinomycetes and bacillus.
Further, the standing time in the second step is 5 hours, and the stirring time is 1.2 hours.
Further, in the third step, the diluent, the dried chicken manure and the auxiliary materials are stirred for 2.5 hours.

Claims (9)

1. A fermentation process of animal excrement liquid organic fertilizer comprises the following steps:
step one, pouring dry chicken manure into a mixing box, and adding auxiliary materials according to a proportion;
adding a zymophyte agent into water, dissolving brown sugar, standing for a set time, and forming a stirring diluent;
pouring the stirred diluent into a mixing box, stirring and mixing the stirred diluent with the dried chicken manure and the auxiliary materials, and adding urea and calcium superphosphate after mixing for a set time;
step four, the stirred materials are sent into a fermentation tank (1) by a loader;
wherein, the inside of fermentation vat (1) is provided with fermentation chamber (19) of height 2 meters, width 2 meters, length 4 meters, the upper end of fermentation vat (1) is provided with footstock (2) the same rather than the area, rotate between the four corners department of footstock (2) lower extreme and the four corners department of fermentation vat (1) upper end and install lead screw (4), four be provided with elevating platform (3) rather than the looks adaptation between lead screw (4), the lower extreme of elevating platform (3) is equipped with rotation axis (8) that the specification is 2 x 4, the outside of rotation axis (8) is provided with a plurality of helical blade (9), a plurality of oxygen exit tubes (15) have been seted up to the bottom of fermentation vat (1) for rectangular array, and the upper end of oxygen exit tube (15) extends to the inside of fermentation chamber (19), thermometer (6) and hygrometer (7) are installed respectively to one side of fermentation vat (1), the rear end of the fermentation cavity (19) is provided with four electric heating tubes (13) which are vertically distributed;

and step six, completing fermentation, filling and storing.

The fermentation process of the animal excrement liquid organic fertilizer as claimed in claim 1, wherein: the organic fertilizer comprises the following raw material components of dried chicken manure, auxiliary materials, starter strains, urea, calcium superphosphate and brown sugar, wherein the auxiliary materials comprise straws, rice chaff, sawdust, corns, bran and mushroom residues, and the raw materials comprise the following components:
the organic fertilizer comprises the raw materials of 300kg of dried chicken manure, 4-8kg of auxiliary materials, 0.8-1.2kg of starter strains, 1-3kg of urea, 6-10kg of calcium superphosphate and 2-4kg of brown sugar according to weight;
the auxiliary material components comprise 25 percent of straws, 20 percent of rice chaff, 15 percent of sawdust, 15 percent of corns, 15 percent of bran and 10 percent of mushroom residues according to weight percentage.
3. The fermentation process of the animal excrement liquid organic fertilizer as claimed in claim 2, wherein: the starter strain is prepared by compounding photosynthetic bacteria, lactic acid bacteria, saccharomycetes, acetic acid bacteria, bifidobacteria, actinomycetes and bacillus.
4. The fermentation process of the animal excrement liquid organic fertilizer as claimed in claim 1, wherein: and the standing time in the second step is 3-5h, and the stirring time is 0.8-1.2 h.
5. The fermentation process of the animal excrement liquid organic fertilizer as claimed in claim 1, wherein: and in the third step, the diluent, the dried chicken manure and the auxiliary materials are stirred for 1.5 to 2.5 hours.
