Abstract

Referring to fig. 1, the cable pay-off rack disclosed by the invention comprises a rack body 1, a height adjusting device 2 and a pay-off shaft 3; a first cross arm 11 is arranged on the frame body 1; the height adjusting device 2 is arranged on the frame body 1, one end of the height adjusting device 2 is connected to the first cross arm 11, and the other end of the height adjusting device can move up and down along the height direction of the frame body 1; the pay-off shaft 3 is connected to the height adjusting device 2. It should be understood that, in the embodiment of the present invention, there are two frame bodies 1. Referring to fig. 1, the frame body 1 is composed of a vertical rod 17, a supporting rod 12 and a first cross arm 11, wherein the supporting rod 12 is disposed below the first cross arm 11. In this embodiment, the stability of the overall framework of the frame body 1 can be ensured by arranging the first cross arm 11 and the support rod 12. It should be understood that the chain block 21 is arranged to replace an additional device such as a crane in the prior art, so that the construction cost is reduced, and the operation is more convenient.
Referring to fig. 1-2, a bushing 23 is disposed on the second cross arm 22, and the pay-off shaft 3 is connected to the height adjusting device 2 through the bushing 23. It should be understood that, in the implementation, the two ends of the pay-off shaft 3 are respectively placed in the shaft sleeve 23, so that the pay-off shaft 3 can be prevented from sliding on the second cross arm 22, and the stability and safety of the operation can be ensured. In this embodiment, it is preferable to dispose the boss 23 at an intermediate position of the second cross arm 22.
Referring to fig. 1, 3 and 7, the frame body 1 is further provided with a sliding groove 14, and the second cross arm 22 can slide along the sliding groove 14. It should be understood that the chute 14 is disposed on the upright 17, and both ends of the second cross arm 22 are respectively disposed in the chute 14, and when the chain block 21 is pulled, the second cross arm 22 moves up and down along the chute 14 under the driving of the chain block 21.
Referring to fig. 1, 2, 4 and 6, a first positioning assembly is further disposed on the frame body 1, and the first positioning assembly includes a positioning hole 15 and a plug 16; the positioning hole 15 is perpendicular to the sliding groove 14 and is disposed on the frame body 1, and the bolt 16 fixes the second cross arm 22 on the frame body 1 by penetrating through the positioning hole 15. It will be appreciated that the locating holes 15 are provided in the uprights 17. In this embodiment, the positioning holes 15 may be provided in plural as needed. In this embodiment, the positioning hole 15 preferably penetrates through the vertical rod 17 of the frame body 1. In this embodiment, the positioning hole 15 is preferably a circular positioning hole. It should be understood that, by the arrangement of the first positioning assembly, accurate positioning and stability of the second cross arm 22 can be achieved, and the tension load of the chain block 21 can also be reduced; wherein, because paying out shaft 3 is connected on second cross arm 22, the steadiness of paying out shaft 3 has also further been guaranteed to the steadiness of second cross arm 22 to conveniently carry out the unwrapping wire of cable conductor. In this embodiment, the latch 16 is preferably a T-shaped latch, as shown with reference to FIG. 6.

It should be understood that the hanging ring 24 is provided to facilitate the connection of the hook of the chain block 21 to the second cross arm 22, and to improve the stability of the chain block 21 when hoisting the second cross arm. In this embodiment, the hanging rings 24 are preferably two, and the two hanging rings are respectively disposed at 1/4 at both ends of the second cross arm 22.
As shown in fig. 1, 2, 5, and 7, the second cross arm 22 is further provided with a plug hole 221, and the plug hole 221 is provided at both ends of the second cross arm 22. It will be appreciated that the ends of the second cross arm 22 are placed in the slide slots 14, and the pins 16 pass through the positioning holes 15 and the insertion holes 221 to firmly fix the second cross arm 22 to the vertical rods 17 of the frame body 1, as shown in fig. 7.
