背景技术
瓦楞纸板是一个多层的黏合体,又称波纹纸板。由至少一层瓦楞纸和一层箱板纸粘合而成,具有较好的弹性和延伸性,通常瓦楞纸称为芯纸,箱板纸称为面纸。主要用于制造纸箱、纸箱的夹心以及易碎商品的其他包装材料。瓦楞纸板通过土法草浆和废纸经打浆,制成类似黄纸板的原纸板,再机械加工使轧成瓦楞状,然后在其表面用粘合剂与箱板纸粘合而成。
现有的瓦楞纸板在受力变形后无法快速回弹,不能及时再次对物体起到保护作用,使得瓦楞纸板所起到的缓冲抗压能力和强度较差。
发明内容
有鉴于此,本发明的目的在于提供一种高强度瓦楞纸板及其制作方法和瓦楞纸箱,能够提高瓦楞纸板的缓冲抗压能力和强度。
为了达到上述目的,本发明提供如下技术方案:
一种高强度瓦楞纸板,所述高强度瓦楞纸板依次包括:第一防水外层、第一无纺布层、第一珍珠棉层、第二珍珠棉层、第二无纺布和第二防水外层,各层之间通过粘合剂粘合;
所述第一珍珠棉层和所述第二珍珠棉层之间设置有菱形纸筋架层;
所述菱形纸筋架层包括多个菱形纸筋架、多个瓦楞纸筋和多个瓦楞纸芯;
所述瓦楞纸芯内切设置在所述菱形纸筋架内,所述瓦楞纸筋一端连接第一珍珠棉层,另一端连接第二珍珠棉层,且相邻的两个菱形纸筋架之间通过瓦楞纸筋连接;
所述菱形纸筋架由纸筋条通过所述粘合剂粘合而成。
优选地,所述粘合剂由以下重量份的原料制成:环氧树脂25-30份,丙烯酸5-8份,丙烯酸丁酯20-25份,十二烷基磺酸钠5-8份,过硫酸铵1-2份,碳酸氢钠1-3份,3-氨丙基三乙氧基硅烷2-3份,改性纳米二氧化硅5-8份,改性石墨烯10-20份和去离子水40-50份。

E、将第一防水外层、第一无纺布层、第一珍珠棉层、第二珍珠棉层、第二无纺布和第二防水外层,各层之间通过粘合剂粘合,即得所述高强度瓦楞纸板。
本发明还提供一种瓦楞纸箱,由上述的瓦楞纸板经过模切、压痕、钉箱/粘箱制成。

本发明先通过氨基硅烷偶联剂对纳米二氧化硅进行改性,使纳米二氧化硅带电荷,通过浓酸对石墨烯进行改性,以使得石墨烯表面含有大量羧基、羟基等功能基团,之后改性后纳米二氧化硅、改性石墨烯和其他组分通过静电吸附、分子交联进行充分混合,以最终得到粘接性良好的粘合剂。

下面将结合本发明实施例中的附图,对本发明实施例中的技术方案进行清楚、完整地描述,显然,所描述的实施例仅仅是本发明一部分实施例,而不是全部的实施例。基于本发明中的实施例,本领域普通技术人员在没有做出创造性劳动前提下所获得的所有其他实施例,都属于本发明保护的范围。
请参阅图1,一种高强度瓦楞纸板,依次包括:第一防水外层1、第一无纺布层2、第一珍珠棉层3、第二珍珠棉层4、第二无纺布5和第二防水外层6,第一珍珠棉层3和第二珍珠棉层4之间设置有菱形纸筋架层,菱形纸筋架层的设计使得纸板再进行受力时能够有效的将受力扩散出去,以具有一定形变弹性,其中,菱形纸筋架层包括多个菱形纸筋架9、多个瓦楞纸筋7和多个瓦楞纸芯8,瓦楞纸芯8内切设置在所述菱形纸筋架9内,提高了纸板的支撑性,增加横向上的抗冲击能力,防止瓦楞纸表面受压后发生形变,瓦楞纸筋7一端连接第一珍珠棉层3,另一端连接第二珍珠棉层4,且相邻的两个菱形纸筋架9之间通过瓦楞纸筋7连接,能够增加内部菱形纸筋架层与第一珍珠棉层3和第二珍珠棉层4之间的连接处的接触面积,提高连接的牢固性、稳定性和强度。
另外,本发明的粘合剂使得瓦楞纸芯8和菱形纸筋架层,以及第一防水外层1、第一无纺布层2、第一珍珠棉层3、第二珍珠棉层4、第二无纺布5和第二防水外层6相互之间的粘合更加的稳定。
实施例一:
一种高强度瓦楞纸板的制作方法,包括下列步骤:
A、将纸筋条通过粘合剂粘合而成菱形纸筋架9;
B、将瓦楞纸芯8通过粘合剂内切粘合在菱形纸筋架9内;
C、将步骤B中相邻的两个菱形纸筋架9之间通过瓦楞纸筋7和粘合剂粘接;
D、将步骤B中的菱形纸筋架9通过粘合剂粘合在第一珍珠棉层3和第二珍珠棉层4之间,将瓦楞纸筋7通过粘合剂一端粘接第一珍珠棉层3,另一端粘接第二珍珠棉层4,以此构成第一珍珠棉层3和第二珍珠棉层4之间的菱形纸筋架层;
E、将第一防水外层1、第一无纺布层2、第一珍珠棉层3、第二珍珠棉层4、第二无纺布5和第二防水外层6,各层之间通过粘合剂粘合,即得所述高强度瓦楞纸板。
一种瓦楞纸箱的制作方法,将步骤E所得的高强度瓦楞纸板进行模切、压痕、钉箱/粘箱,即得瓦楞纸箱。
其中,粘合剂由以下重量份的原料制成:环氧树脂30份,丙烯酸8份,丙烯酸丁酯25份,十二烷基磺酸钠8份,过硫酸铵2份,碳酸氢钠3份,3-氨丙基三乙氧基硅烷3份,改性纳米二氧化硅8份,改性石墨烯20份和去离子水50份。
其中,粘合剂的制备方法包括下列步骤:
a、制备改性纳米二氧化硅:将纳米二氧化硅、氨基硅烷偶联剂和体积分数为75%的乙醇溶液混合搅拌10min,其中,纳米二氧化硅、氨基硅烷偶联剂和乙醇溶液的重量份比为1:1:5,用体积分数为30%的盐酸溶液调节PH至3-4,于70℃下继续搅拌反应30min,过滤,洗涤干燥,即得;
制备改性石墨烯:将石墨烯置于体积分数为70%的浓硫酸和体积分数为70%的浓硝酸的混合酸中,其中,石墨烯、浓硫酸和浓硝酸的重量份比1:5:2.5,超声处理12h,超声结束后,静置24h,过滤,洗涤干燥,即得;
b、将环氧树脂、丙烯酸、丙烯酸丁酯、十二烷基磺酸钠、过硫酸铵、碳酸氢钠、3-氨丙基三乙氧基硅烷、改性纳米二氧化硅、改性石墨烯和去离子水混合均匀,搅拌12h,即得所述粘合剂。
实施例二:
一种高强度瓦楞纸板的制作方法,包括下列步骤:
A、将纸筋条通过粘合剂粘合而成菱形纸筋架9;
B、将瓦楞纸芯8通过粘合剂内切粘合在菱形纸筋架内;
C、将步骤B中相邻的两个菱形纸筋架9之间通过瓦楞纸筋7和粘合剂粘接;
D、将步骤B中的菱形纸筋架9通过粘合剂粘合在第一珍珠棉层3和第二珍珠棉层4之间,将瓦楞纸筋7通过粘合剂一端粘接第一珍珠棉层3,另一端粘接第二珍珠棉层4,以此构成第一珍珠棉层3和第二珍珠棉层4之间的菱形纸筋架层;
E、将第一防水外层1、第一无纺布层2、第一珍珠棉层3、第二珍珠棉层4、第二无纺布5和第二防水外层6,各层之间通过粘合剂粘合,即得所述高强度瓦楞纸板。
一种瓦楞纸箱的制作方法,将步骤E所得的高强度瓦楞纸板进行模切、压痕、钉箱/粘箱,即得瓦楞纸箱。
其中,粘合剂由以下重量份的原料制成:环氧树脂25份,丙烯酸5份,丙烯酸丁酯20份,十二烷基磺酸钠5份,过硫酸铵1份,碳酸氢钠1份,3-氨丙基三乙氧基硅烷2份,改性纳米二氧化硅5份,改性石墨烯10份和去离子水40份。
其中,粘合剂的制备方法包括下列步骤:
a、制备改性纳米二氧化硅:将纳米二氧化硅、氨基硅烷偶联剂和体积分数为75%的乙醇溶液混合搅拌10min,其中,纳米二氧化硅、氨基硅烷偶联剂和乙醇溶液的重量份比为1:1:5,用体积分数为30%的盐酸溶液调节PH至3-4,于70℃下继续搅拌反应30min,过滤,洗涤干燥,即得;
制备改性石墨烯:将石墨烯置于体积分数为70%的浓硫酸和体积分数为70%的浓硝酸的混合酸中,其中,石墨烯、浓硫酸和浓硝酸的重量份比1:5:2.5,超声处理10h,超声结束后,静置12h,过滤,洗涤干燥,即得;
b、将环氧树脂、丙烯酸、丙烯酸丁酯、十二烷基磺酸钠、过硫酸铵、碳酸氢钠、3-氨丙基三乙氧基硅烷、改性纳米二氧化硅、改性石墨烯和去离子水混合均匀,搅拌10h,即得所述粘合剂。
实施例三:
一种高强度瓦楞纸板的制作方法,包括下列步骤:
A、将纸筋条通过粘合剂粘合而成菱形纸筋架9;
B、将瓦楞纸芯8通过粘合剂内切粘合在菱形纸筋架9内;
C、将步骤B中相邻的两个菱形纸筋架9之间通过瓦楞纸筋7和粘合剂粘接;
D、将步骤B中的菱形纸筋架9通过粘合剂粘合在第一珍珠棉层3和第二珍珠棉层4之间,将瓦楞纸筋7通过粘合剂一端粘接第一珍珠棉层3,另一端粘接第二珍珠棉层4,以此构成第一珍珠棉层3和第二珍珠棉层4之间的菱形纸筋架层;
E、将第一防水外层1、第一无纺布层2、第一珍珠棉层3、第二珍珠棉层4、第二无纺布5和第二防水外层6,各层之间通过粘合剂粘合,即得所述高强度瓦楞纸板。
一种瓦楞纸箱的制作方法,将步骤E所得的高强度瓦楞纸板进行模切、压痕、钉箱/粘箱,即得瓦楞纸箱。
其中,粘合剂由以下重量份的原料制成:环氧树脂28份,丙烯酸6份,丙烯酸丁酯22份,十二烷基磺酸钠6份,过硫酸铵1.5份,碳酸氢钠2份,3-氨丙基三乙氧基硅烷2.5份,改性纳米二氧化硅6份,改性石墨烯16份和去离子水45份。
其中,粘合剂的制备方法包括下列步骤:
a、制备改性纳米二氧化硅:将纳米二氧化硅、氨基硅烷偶联剂和体积分数为75%的乙醇溶液混合搅拌10min,其中,纳米二氧化硅、氨基硅烷偶联剂和乙醇溶液的重量份比为1:1:5,用体积分数为30%的盐酸溶液调节PH至3-4,于70℃下继续搅拌反应30min,过滤,洗涤干燥,即得;
制备改性石墨烯:将石墨烯置于体积分数为70%的浓硫酸和体积分数为70%的浓硝酸的混合酸中,其中,石墨烯、浓硫酸和浓硝酸的重量份比1:5:2.5,超声处理11h,超声结束后,静置18h,过滤,洗涤干燥,即得;
b、将环氧树脂、丙烯酸、丙烯酸丁酯、十二烷基磺酸钠、过硫酸铵、碳酸氢钠、3-氨丙基三乙氧基硅烷、改性纳米二氧化硅、改性石墨烯和去离子水混合均匀,搅拌11h,即得所述粘合剂。
对比例1:
对比例1与实施例1的瓦楞纸板结构相同,不同的是粘合剂的组分不同:不对纳米二氧化硅和石墨烯进行改性,即:
其中,粘合剂由以下重量份的原料制成:环氧树脂30份,丙烯酸8份,丙烯酸丁酯25份,十二烷基磺酸钠8份,过硫酸铵2份,碳酸氢钠3份,3-氨丙基三乙氧基硅烷3份,纳米二氧化硅8份,石墨烯20份和去离子水50份。
其中,粘合剂的制备方法包括下列步骤:
a、将环氧树脂、丙烯酸、丙烯酸丁酯、十二烷基磺酸钠、过硫酸铵、碳酸氢钠、3-氨丙基三乙氧基硅烷、纳米二氧化硅、石墨烯和去离子水混合均匀,搅拌12h,即得所述粘合剂。
对实施例1-3、对比例1所得高强度瓦楞纸板和市售购买自上海音顺纸业有限公司的瓦楞纸板进行测试,结果如表1所示。

从上表可以看出,本发明的高强度瓦楞纸板边压强度、耐破强度和戳穿强度均为市售瓦楞纸板和对比例所得瓦楞纸板好。

Claims (9)

1.一种高强度瓦楞纸板,其特征在于,所述高强度瓦楞纸板依次包括:第一防水外层(1)、第一无纺布层(2)、第一珍珠棉层(3)、第二珍珠棉层(4)、第二无纺布(5)和第二防水外层(6),各层之间通过粘合剂粘合;
所述第一珍珠棉层(3)和所述第二珍珠棉层(4)之间设置有菱形纸筋架层;
所述菱形纸筋架层包括多个菱形纸筋架(9)、多个瓦楞纸筋(7)和多个瓦楞纸芯(8);
所述瓦楞纸芯(8)内切设置在所述菱形纸筋架(9)内,所述瓦楞纸筋(7)一端连接第一珍珠棉层(3),另一端连接第二珍珠棉层(4),且相邻的两个菱形纸筋架(9)之间通过瓦楞纸筋(7)连接;
所述菱形纸筋架(9)由纸筋条通过所述粘合剂粘合而成;
所述粘合剂由以下重量份的原料制成:环氧树脂25-30份,丙烯酸5-8份,丙烯酸丁酯20-25份,十二烷基磺酸钠5-8份,过硫酸铵1-2份,碳酸氢钠1-3份,3-氨丙基三乙氧基硅烷2-3份,改性纳米二氧化硅5-8份,改性石墨烯10-20份和去离子水40-50份。
2.根据权利要求1所述的高强度瓦楞纸板,其特征在于,所述粘合剂的制备方法包括下列步骤:
a、制备改性纳米二氧化硅和改性石墨烯;
b、将环氧树脂、丙烯酸、丙烯酸丁酯、十二烷基磺酸钠、过硫酸铵、碳酸氢钠、3-氨丙基三乙氧基硅烷、改性纳米二氧化硅、改性石墨烯和去离子水混合均匀,搅拌10-12h,即得所述粘合剂。
3.根据权利要求2所述的高强度瓦楞纸板,其特征在于,所述步骤a中改性纳米二氧化硅的制备方法为:将纳米二氧化硅、氨基硅烷偶联剂和体积分数为75%的乙醇溶液混合搅拌10min,用体积分数为30%的盐酸溶液调节PH至3-4,于70℃下继续搅拌反应30min,过滤,洗涤干燥,即得改性纳米二氧化硅。
4.根据权利要求3所述的高强度瓦楞纸板,其特征在于,所述纳米二氧化硅、氨基硅烷偶联剂和乙醇溶液的重量份比为1:1:5。
5.根据权利要求2所述的高强度瓦楞纸板,其特征在于,所述步骤a中改性石墨烯的制备方法为:将石墨烯置于体积分数为70%的浓硫酸和体积分数为70%的浓硝酸的混合酸中,超声处理10-12h,超声结束后,静置12-24h,过滤,洗涤干燥,即得改性石墨烯。
6.根据权利要求5所述的高强度瓦楞纸板,其特征在于,所述浓硫酸和浓硝酸的重量份比为2:1。
7.根据权利要求6所述的高强度瓦楞纸板,其特征在于,所述石墨烯、浓硫酸和浓硝酸的重量份比1:5:2.5。
8.一种如权利要求1所述的高强度瓦楞纸板的制作方法,其特征在于,包括下列步骤:
A、将纸筋条通过粘合剂粘合而成菱形纸筋架(9);
B、将瓦楞纸芯(8)通过粘合剂内切粘合在菱形纸筋架(9)内;
C、将步骤B中相邻的两个菱形纸筋架(9)之间通过瓦楞纸筋(7)和粘合剂粘接;
D、将步骤B中的菱形纸筋架(9)通过粘合剂粘合在第一珍珠棉层(3)和第二珍珠棉层(4)之间,将瓦楞纸筋(7)通过粘合剂一端粘接第一珍珠棉层(3),另一端粘接第二珍珠棉层(4),以此构成第一珍珠棉层(3)和第二珍珠棉层(4)之间的菱形纸筋架层;
E、将第一防水外层(1)、第一无纺布层(2)、第一珍珠棉层(3)、第二珍珠棉层(4)、第二无纺布(5)和第二防水外层(6),各层之间通过粘合剂粘合,即得所述高强度瓦楞纸板。
9.一种瓦楞纸箱,其特征在于,所述瓦楞纸箱是由如权利要求1所述的瓦楞纸板经过模切、压痕、钉箱/粘箱制成。
