The building construction plank binding apparatus according to claim 3, further comprising a transmission mechanism (11) for transmitting nails, wherein the transmission mechanism (11) comprises a support frame (111), a second rotating shaft (112), a second wheel (113), a support column (114), a third rotating shaft (115), a first belt (116), a fourth rotating shaft (117), a bevel gear (118), a fifth rotating shaft (119), a second belt (1110), a sixth rotating shaft (1111), a third belt (1112) and a fourth belt (1113), the support frame (111) is arranged on the front and rear sides of the middle portion inside the housing (1), the right side of the support frame (111) passes through the right side of the housing (1), the second rotating shaft (112) is rotatably arranged on the front and rear sides of the right portion inside the housing (1), the second wheel (113) is arranged on the second rotating shaft (112), the support column (114) is arranged on the rear portion of the right side inside the housing (1), a third rotating shaft (115) is rotatably arranged at the upper part of the supporting column (114), belt pulleys are arranged on the rear side of the third rotating shaft (115) and the second rotating shaft (112) at the rear side, a first belt (116) is wound between the belt pulleys, a fourth rotating shaft (117) is rotatably arranged at the rear part of the right side of the bottom in the shell (1), the fourth rotating shaft (117) is positioned right in front of the supporting column (114), bevel gears (118) are arranged on the front side of the third rotating shaft (115) and the upper side of the fourth rotating shaft (117), the bevel gears (118) are meshed with each other, two fifth rotating shafts (119) are rotatably arranged at the middle part of the right side of the lower part of the inner side of the shell (1), belt pulleys are arranged at the upper side of the fourth rotating shaft (117) and the middle part of the fifth rotating shaft (119) at the rear side, a second belt (1110) is wound between the belt pulleys, a sixth rotating shaft (1111) is rotatably arranged at the left side of the bottom of the supporting frame (111), the fifth rotating shaft (119) at the rear side and the sixth rotating shaft (1111) at the rear side are both provided with belt pulleys, a third belt (1112) is wound between the belt pulleys, the fifth rotating shaft (119) at the front side and the sixth rotating shaft (1111) at the front side are both provided with the belt pulleys, and a fourth belt (1113) is wound between the belt pulleys.
