In an actual sorting process of the medicine, there may be a type of the chinese medicine in the medicine prescription information that does not exist among all the preset types of the chinese medicines currently stored in the second area. In this case, the second area is connected to the medicine storage warehouse, so that according to the preset type of medicine name and medicine weight in the medicine prescription information, the traditional Chinese medicine with the corresponding weight is obtained in the medicine storage warehouse, a sub-area where the medicine is not currently stored in the second area is selected, and the traditional Chinese medicine with the corresponding weight is transmitted to the sub-area. In the process of soaking the medicinal materials, the properties of each medicinal material, such as water absorption property, need to be considered, the required soaking water demand is determined, and when the soaking water storage capacity is not enough, the situation that the medicinal materials cannot be fully soaked is caused; in addition, whether the temperature of the soaking water is proper or not needs to be considered, and the soaking effect of the soaking process can be influenced by over-high temperature and under-low temperature.
In one embodiment of the present specification, the water absorption coefficient of each herb in the required traditional Chinese medicine is obtained, and the water requirement for soaking each herb is determined according to the water absorption coefficient of each herb. When the water absorption coefficient of the medicine is larger, more soaking water demand is set, and when the water absorption coefficient of the medicine is smaller, less soaking water demand can be set. In an embodiment of the present specification, after medicinal materials are soaked, the soaked traditional Chinese medicines are decocted by the selected decocting device, and because prescription information of each medicine is different in a decocting process, decocting modes and decocting time corresponding to different prescription information are different. In order to avoid the problem that the production quality of the traditional Chinese medicine is affected by unified decoction, a corresponding decoction mode needs to be set according to the medicines in each medicine prescription.
In one embodiment of the present disclosure, water needs to be added during the decoction process, an overflow of the decoction process may occur if the water is added too much, and an insufficient precipitation of the Chinese medicine may result, so that an appropriate amount of water needs to be determined. The amount of the added water is related to the weight of the medicine, when more medicine exists, more added water can be set, and when the weight of the medicine is less, less added water can be set. And automatically adding water into the decocting device according with the determined water adding amount. In addition, different drugs need different decoction methods, for example, exterior-releasing and heat-clearing herbs generally adopt the decoction method of heating with strong fire, and nourishing herbs generally adopt the decoction method of heating with slow fire. Determining the decoction mode and the decoction time of the required traditional Chinese medicine according to the type of the required traditional Chinese medicine; according to the decoction mode and the decoction time of the required traditional Chinese medicine, the decoction device added with water is operated and arranged, so that the required traditional Chinese medicine is automatically decocted through the arranged decoction device to generate traditional Chinese medicine liquid.
And step S105, subpackaging the Chinese medicine liquid according to the medicine taking dosage in the medicine prescription information to obtain subpackaged bagged Chinese medicine liquid so as to realize the production of the Chinese medicine.
Generally, for the convenience of drinking by patients, the traditional Chinese medicine liquid is usually bagged after decoction, and as the temperature of the traditional Chinese medicine liquid which is just decocted is higher, the higher temperature can influence the packaging materials, so that the problems of burst and the like occur after packaging. Therefore, the intermediate liquid needs to be treated before bagging.
Before the Chinese medicine liquid is subpackaged according to the medicine taking dosage in the medicine prescription information to obtain the subpackaged bagged Chinese medicine liquid, the method further comprises the following steps: detecting the temperature of the Chinese medicinal liquid to generate the current temperature of the Chinese medicinal liquid; acquiring the bearing temperature of the subpackage material in advance, and judging whether the current temperature is not higher than the bearing temperature of the subpackage material or not; when the current temperature is not higher than the bearing temperature of the subpackaging material, subpackaging the traditional Chinese medicine liquid; when the current temperature is higher than the bearing temperature of the subpackage material, the traditional Chinese medicine liquid is cooled so that the temperature of the traditional Chinese medicine liquid is not higher than the bearing temperature of the subpackage material.
In one embodiment of the present disclosure, before the dispensing, the temperature of the Chinese medicine liquid is detected to obtain the current temperature of the Chinese medicine liquid. Judging the relation between the current temperature and the pre-acquired bearing temperature of the subpackaging materials, and subpackaging the Chinese medicinal liquid when the current temperature is not higher than the bearing temperature of the subpackaging materials; when the current temperature is higher than the bearing temperature of the subpackage materials, the traditional Chinese medicine liquid is cooled, so that the temperature of the traditional Chinese medicine liquid is not higher than the bearing temperature of the subpackage materials.
According to the medicine taking dosage in the medicine prescription information, the Chinese medicine liquid is subpackaged to obtain the subpackaged bagged Chinese medicine liquid, and the method specifically comprises the following steps: acquiring the medicine taking dosage in the medicine prescription information, wherein the medicine taking dosage comprises each taking dosage and daily taking times; subpackaging the Chinese medicinal liquid according to the dosage taken each time and the daily taking times to generate multiple bags of subpackaged Chinese medicinal liquid; pre-acquiring the device identification code of the decocting device which meets the requirement; the device identification code is arranged on the surface of the package of each bag of the Chinese medicine liquid, so that the source tracing of the decoction process of the Chinese medicine liquid is conveniently carried out through the device identification code; dividing a specified number of the subpackaged Chinese medicinal liquids in the multiple bags of subpackaged Chinese medicinal liquids into one group according to the daily taking times to generate multiple groups of subpackaged Chinese medicinal liquids, wherein the specified number is the same as the daily taking times; and setting the same mark for each bag of the subpackaged Chinese medicinal liquid in each group to obtain the subpackaged bagged Chinese medicinal liquid.
In one embodiment of the present specification, the medicine prescription information includes a medicine taking dosage, which includes a dosage taken each time and a daily number of times of taking, for example, taking one dose each time and taking twice a day, and in general, each dose of traditional Chinese medicine is 150ml or 200ml, and is taken continuously for one week, that is, 7 days. The Chinese medicinal liquid is subpackaged according to the dosage and daily administration frequency to generate multiple bags of subpackaged Chinese medicinal liquid, for example, 1 dose is taken each time, 200ml of Chinese medicine is taken each time, 2 times are taken each day, 200ml of Chinese medicine is subpackaged according to 14 doses of Chinese medicine required for one week, and 14 bags of subpackaged Chinese medicinal liquid are subpackaged. Through the technical scheme, the corresponding positions are determined in the appointed medicine storage cabinet according to the types of the medicinal materials of various traditional Chinese medicines in the medicine prescription information, so that the sorting efficiency is improved, the sorting quality is further ensured, and the sorting of the qualified medicinal materials is facilitated. The decocting device in an idle state is selected according to the working state, the decocting waiting process is reduced, and the decocting efficiency is further improved. In addition, the traditional Chinese medicine liquid is subpackaged according to the medicine taking dosage in the medicine prescription information, so that the whole production flow meets the requirement of each medicine prescription, and the universality and pertinence are realized.

determining the position of the required traditional Chinese medicine in a traditional Chinese medicine cabinet according to the medicine name of the required traditional Chinese medicine in the medicine prescription information so as to sort out the required traditional Chinese medicine according to the position of the required traditional Chinese medicine in the traditional Chinese medicine cabinet and the medicine weight of the required traditional Chinese medicine;
the method comprises the steps of obtaining working states of a plurality of decocting devices in advance, and determining the decocting devices meeting requirements in the plurality of decocting devices according to the working states of the plurality of decocting devices;
the required traditional Chinese medicine is decocted through the decocting device which meets the requirement to generate a traditional Chinese medicine liquid;
and subpackaging the traditional Chinese medicine liquid according to the medicine taking dosage in the medicine prescription information to obtain the subpackaged bagged traditional Chinese medicine liquid so as to realize the production of the traditional Chinese medicine.

the traditional Chinese medicine cabinet is divided into a first area and a second area in advance, wherein the first area comprises a plurality of first sub-areas, each first sub-area is used for storing a specified type of traditional Chinese medicine, the second area comprises a plurality of second sub-areas, and each second sub-area is used for storing a preset type of traditional Chinese medicine;
determining the medicine types respectively corresponding to the traditional Chinese medicines in the required traditional Chinese medicines according to the medicine names of the required traditional Chinese medicines in the medicine prescription information, wherein the required traditional Chinese medicines comprise a plurality of traditional Chinese medicines, and the medicine types comprise designated types and preset types;
when the specified traditional Chinese medicine of the specified type exists in the required traditional Chinese medicines, determining a specified first sub-area corresponding to the specified traditional Chinese medicine in a plurality of first sub-areas of the first area;

acquiring the water absorption coefficient of each medicinal material in the required traditional Chinese medicine;
determining the soaking water requirement of each medicinal material according to the medicinal material water absorption coefficient of each medicinal material;
acquiring the current environment temperature, and determining the temperature of water for soaking each medicinal material according to the current environment temperature;
determining soaking time according to the medicine weight of the required traditional Chinese medicine in the medicine prescription information;
according to the soaking water demand, the soaking water temperature and the soaking time, soaking each medicinal material so as to conveniently decoct the soaked traditional Chinese medicine.
6. The method for producing Chinese medicine based on claim 5, wherein the required Chinese medicine is decocted by the decocting device meeting the requirement to generate a Chinese medicine liquid, and the method specifically comprises the following steps:
determining the water adding amount of the decocting device meeting the requirement according to the medicine weight of the required traditional Chinese medicine, so as to conveniently add water to the decocting device meeting the requirement according to the water adding amount;
determining a decocting mode and a decocting time of the required traditional Chinese medicine according to the medicine type of the required traditional Chinese medicine, wherein the decocting mode comprises any one or more of strong fire decoction, slow fire decoction and slow fire decoction;
and according to the decoction mode and the decoction time of the required traditional Chinese medicine, the decoction device added with water is operated and arranged, so that the required traditional Chinese medicine is decocted through the arranged decoction device to generate traditional Chinese medicine liquid.

acquiring the bearing temperature of the subpackage materials in advance, and judging whether the current temperature is not higher than the bearing temperature of the subpackage materials;
when the current temperature is not higher than the bearing temperature of the subpackaging material, subpackaging the traditional Chinese medicine liquid;

determining the position of the required traditional Chinese medicine in a traditional Chinese medicine cabinet according to the medicine name of the required traditional Chinese medicine in the medicine prescription information so as to sort out the required traditional Chinese medicine according to the position of the required traditional Chinese medicine in the traditional Chinese medicine cabinet and the medicine weight of the required traditional Chinese medicine;
the method comprises the steps of obtaining working states of a plurality of decoction devices in advance, and determining the decoction devices meeting requirements in the plurality of decoction devices according to the working states of the plurality of decoction devices;
decocting the required traditional Chinese medicine through the decocting device meeting the requirements to generate a traditional Chinese medicine liquid;
and subpackaging the traditional Chinese medicine liquid according to the medicine taking dosage in the medicine prescription information to obtain the subpackaged bagged traditional Chinese medicine liquid so as to realize the production of the traditional Chinese medicine.
