本发明涉及一种小麦种植用杀虫剂及其制作工艺，包括以下步骤：将菌陈50‑60份、穿心莲30‑50份、醉马草20‑30份、南蛇藤30‑40份、兰香草30‑40份、鱼腥草20‑40份、醉马草内生菌10‑20份、丁香10‑20份、樟脑15‑25份、氧化苦参碱10‑15份、皂荚粉15‑20份、烷基苯磺酸钠3‑5份、甲氰菊酯5‑10份、福美双12‑18份、苦参碱10‑12份、阴香树7‑9份、鱼藤8‑10份、侧柏叶10‑12份、苦豆草15‑25份、克菌丹2‑5份、代森锰锌3‑5份、氯氰菊酯1‑3份、蛇床子提取物3‑9份，通过粉碎机粉碎；将粉碎后的物料倒入搅拌机内，加水2000‑3000份充分搅拌；将得到的混合料在加热至85℃后保持恒温160‑180分钟，过滤弃渣后浓缩，即得小麦种植用杀虫剂。本发明优点在于：无污染、无残留，对人体、环境无负担，可以降低成本，增加收益，具有很好的推广前景。
Description
技术领域
本发明涉及一种小麦种植用杀虫剂及其制作工艺。
背景技术
随着人们的生活水平的提高，对于食品的安全、优质与环保性提出了更高的要求，对绿色食品的需求量日益增加，在国际贸易中，农药残留量多少，也成为农产品贸易的绿色壁垒。小麦是我国的主要粮食之一，它含有淀粉、蛋白质、糖类、脂肪、精氨酸及多种酶类。不但有极高的营养价值，而且小麦苗、麦芽、麦麸、麦籽均可入药。早在1700年前，我国医圣张仲景就创立了“甘草小麦大枣汤”这一著名药方，由此可见小麦用于治病的悠久历史。
在小麦的生长过程中，极易受到病虫害的影响，一般来说优质小麦更易遭受病虫害。我国长期以来一直沿用化学农药防治农林作物的病虫害，由于农药的不合理使用，以及某些化学农药本身固有的缺点，导致使用后害虫产生抗药性，造成害虫在读猖獗，而且化学农药具有高毒、高残留的特点，因此对生态环境也造成了严重的破坏，对人畜来赖以生存的食物也造成了日益严重的危害。随着经济的快速发展，人们对食品安全的重视意识也在不断提高，特别是对蔬菜和水果的安全问题更是极为重要。因此，研究新型的高效、低毒、无残留、对农作物无药害、不污染环境、对人畜安全的杀虫剂已成为必然趋势。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于提供一种小麦种植用杀虫剂及其制作工艺，以解决上述背景技术中提出的问题。
为解决上述技术问题，本发明提供的技术方案为：一种小麦种植用杀虫剂的制作工艺，具体包括以下步骤：
1)将菌陈50-60份、穿心莲30-50份、醉马草20-30份、南蛇藤30-40份、兰香草30-40份、鱼腥草20-40份、醉马草内生菌10-20份、丁香10-20份、樟脑15-25份、氧化苦参碱10-15份、皂荚粉15-20份、烷基苯磺酸钠3-5份、甲氰菊酯5-10份、福美双12-18份、苦参碱10-12份、阴香树7-9份、鱼藤8-10份、侧柏叶10-12份、苦豆草15-25份、克菌丹2-5份、代森锰锌3-5份、氯氰菊酯1-3份、蛇床子提取物3-9份，通过粉碎机粉碎；
2)将步骤1)粉碎后的物料倒入搅拌机内，加水2000-3000份充分搅拌；
3)将步骤2)得到的混合料在加热至85℃后保持恒温160-180分钟，过滤弃渣后浓缩，即得小麦种植用杀虫剂。
一种小麦种植用杀虫剂，采用上述的制作工艺制作而成。
本发明优点在于：方便制作，无污染、无残留，对人体、环境无负担，可以降低成本，增加收益，具有很好的推广前景。
具体实施方式
下面用具体实施例说明本发明，并不是对本发明的限制。
实施例1
一种小麦种植用杀虫剂的制作工艺，具体包括以下步骤：
1)将菌陈50份、穿心莲50份、醉马草20份、南蛇藤40份、兰香草30份、鱼腥草40份、醉马草内生菌10份、丁香20份、樟脑15份、氧化苦参碱15份、皂荚粉15份、烷基苯磺酸钠5份、甲氰菊酯5份、福美双18份、苦参碱10份、阴香树9份、鱼藤8份、侧柏叶12份、苦豆草15份、克菌5份、代森锰锌3份、氯氰菊酯3份、蛇床子提取物3份，通过粉碎机粉碎；
2)将步骤1)粉碎后的物料倒入搅拌机内，加水2000份充分搅拌；
3)将步骤2)得到的混合料在加热至85℃后保持恒温180分钟，过滤弃渣后浓缩，即得小麦种植用杀虫剂。

实施例2
一种小麦种植用杀虫剂的制作工艺，具体包括以下步骤：
1)将菌陈60份、穿心莲30份、醉马草30份、南蛇藤30份、兰香草40份、鱼腥草20份、醉马草内生菌20份、丁香10份、樟脑25份、氧化苦参碱10份、皂荚粉20份、烷基苯磺酸钠3份、甲氰菊酯10份、福美双12份、苦参碱12份、阴香树7份、鱼藤10份、侧柏叶10份、苦豆草25份、克菌丹2份、代森锰锌5份、氯氰菊酯1份、蛇床子提取物9份，通过粉碎机粉碎；
2)将步骤1)粉碎后的物料倒入搅拌机内，加水3000份充分搅拌；
3)将步骤2)得到的混合料在加热至85℃后保持恒温160分钟，过滤弃渣后浓缩，即得小麦种植用杀虫剂。
一种小麦种植用杀虫剂，采用上述的制作工艺制作而成。
实施例3
一种小麦种植用杀虫剂的制作工艺，具体包括以下步骤：
1)将菌陈55份、穿心莲40份、醉马草25份、南蛇藤35份、兰香草35份、鱼腥草30份、醉马草内生菌15份、丁香15份、樟脑20份、氧化苦参碱13份、皂荚粉18份、烷基苯磺酸钠4份、甲氰菊酯7份、福美双15份、苦参碱11份、阴香树8份、鱼藤9份、侧柏叶11份、苦豆草20份、克菌丹4份、代森锰锌4份、氯氰菊酯2份、蛇床子提取物6份，通过粉碎机粉碎；
2)将步骤1)粉碎后的物料倒入搅拌机内，加水2500份充分搅拌；
3)将步骤2)得到的混合料在加热至85℃后保持恒温170分钟，过滤弃渣后浓缩，即得小麦种植用杀虫剂。
一种小麦种植用杀虫剂，采用上述的制作工艺制作而成。

1)将菌陈50-60份、穿心莲30-50份、醉马草20-30份、南蛇藤30-40份、兰香草30-40份、鱼腥草20-40份、醉马草内生菌10-20份、丁香10-20份、樟脑15-25份、氧化苦参碱10-15份、皂荚粉15-20份、烷基苯磺酸钠3-5份、甲氰菊酯5-10份、福美双12-18份、苦参碱10-12份、阴香树7-9份、鱼藤8-10份、侧柏叶10-12份、苦豆草15-25份、克菌丹2-5份、代森锰锌3-5份、氯氰菊酯1-3份、蛇床子提取物3-9份，通过粉碎机粉碎；
2)将步骤1)粉碎后的物料倒入搅拌机内，加水2000-3000份充分搅拌；
3)将步骤2)得到的混合料在加热至85℃后保持恒温160-180分钟，过滤弃渣后浓缩，即得小麦种植用杀虫剂。
2.一种小麦种植用杀虫剂，其特征在于，采用权利要求1所述的制作工艺制作而成。
