When the cage replacing operation is needed to be carried out on the experimental animal, a worker can push the movable trolley 6 provided with the clean breeding cage to move in the moving area 1, after the position of the movable trolley and the position of the worker are measured by the first distance measuring instrument 71, the air curtain box 4 can move synchronously along with the movable trolley, and clean air curtains after filtering and disinfecting are generated around the movable trolley and the worker, so that the contact between microorganisms in the breeding room and the worker is reduced, the worker can stop at any time to replace the cage, the workload of the worker is reduced, and the working efficiency is improved.
On the other hand, the cage changing system of the experimental animal breeding room comprises a main control module, a cage changing module and a cage moving module, wherein the main control module is used for receiving information and processing data, and controlling the air curtain box 4 to move along with the moving cart 6;
the sensing module is connected with the main control module, comprises a first distance measuring instrument 71 for measuring the position of the mobile cart 6, and transmits the position information of the mobile cart 6 to the main control module;
and the driving module is connected with the main control module, is controlled by the main control module, and comprises a first driving part 48, a second driving part 313 and a third driving part 344, and is used for controlling the movement of the air curtain box 4.
When workers change cages in the moving area 1, the sensing module can measure the distance between the sensing module and the moving trolley 6 at any time, and position information of the moving trolley 6 is transmitted to the main control module. The main control module controls the start and stop of the first driving member 48 by calculation, so that the air curtain box 4 can continuously move along with the moving cart 6, and thus, the air curtain box can be kept right above the moving cart 6.
When the air curtain box 4 needs maintenance, the air curtain box 4 is moved to the position of the continuation section 312 by controlling the first driving member 48, then the second driving member 313 is started to separate the continuation section 312 from the air curtain box 4 until the air curtain box 4 is completely overlapped on the supporting plate 341, and then the third driving member 344 is started to drive the air curtain box 4 to descend to a proper height so that a worker can maintain the air curtain box 4.
The sensing module further comprises a second distance meter 72 for determining the position of the air curtain box 4. The main control module compares the data transmitted by the first distance measuring instrument 71 and the second distance measuring instrument 72, and adjusts the position of the air curtain box 4, so that the moving error of the position of the air curtain box 4 can be effectively reduced, and the clean air curtain is maintained around the movable trolley 6 or the staff.
The cage changing system further comprises a cruising module communicated with the main control module and used for monitoring the electric quantity of the air curtain box 4 and sending the electric quantity information to the main control module. When the electric quantity of the air curtain box 4 is low, the main control module can control the air curtain box 4 to move to the socket 5 until a plug on the air curtain box 4 is inserted into the socket 5 for charging.
