In the prior art, the suppliers and the buyers commonly sign up by using paper contracts, so that the signing process is complicated and the signing efficiency is low.
With the rapid development of electronic commerce, a large number of informationized enterprises are increasingly prone to rapidly locking customers and reducing cost by adopting a mode of signing electronic contracts. While more and more businesses begin to introduce electronic contracts, the content of electronic contracts is difficult to normalize, and once the content of the business, the goods being transacted, the time of transaction, the amount of transaction, etc. is altered, the entire contract needs to be reformulated again, resulting in less efficient generation of electronic contracts.
In order to solve the above problems, the embodiment of the application provides an electronic contract generation method and device. By selecting the corresponding initial template contract and filling the data to be filled into the corresponding position of the initial template contract, the same contract can be utilized for conversion for multiple times, most data in the template contract is reserved, and only a few variable data are replaced. Therefore, the time for generating the electronic contract is shortened, and the efficiency is improved. In addition, the embodiment of the application synthesizes the signature to be filled to the preset position only after receiving the signing request instruction of the provider and the buyer, and generates the electronic contract, thereby ensuring that the contract content is the content commonly accepted by the transaction parties and improving the accuracy of the content in the electronic contract.
The following describes in detail the technical solution proposed in the embodiments of the present application through the accompanying drawings.
Fig. 1 is a flowchart of an electronic contract generating method according to an embodiment of the present application. As shown in fig. 1, the electronic contract generation method includes the steps of:
s101, the electronic contract generating system acquires an electronic contract generating instruction and data to be filled.
In one embodiment of the present application, an electronic contract generation instruction sent by a provider is received, with data to be filled sent by the provider, and a first reception time is recorded. And receiving the electronic contract instruction sent by the buyer, the electronic contract instruction and the data to be filled sent by the buyer, and recording a second receiving time.
In one embodiment of the present application, when the interval duration between the first receiving time and the second receiving time is less than 1 hour, comparing the data to be filled sent by the buyer with the data to be filled sent by the supplier, and when the comparison result is correct, storing the electronic contract generating instruction and the data to be filled.
Specifically, the electronic contract generation instructions sent by the buyer enterprise and the supplier enterprise respectively are sequentially received, and at the moment, the electronic contract is generated for the transaction. And under the condition that the time interval between the reception of the data to be filled sent by the supplier and the reception of the data to be filled sent by the buyer is less than 1 hour, comparing the transaction amount, the transaction commodity and the transaction date respectively sent by the buyer and the supplier. And under the condition that the comparison results are the same, generating an electronic contract according to the received data to be filled.
S102, determining an initial template contract with the same order type identifier as the order type identifier in the generation instruction in a preset template library.
In one embodiment of the application, an instruction is generated according to the received electronic contract, and an order type identification in the instruction is determined. For example, the order type may be a sales order, a return order, a reservation order, or the like. The order identifications corresponding to different order types are also different.
Further, in the preset template library, an initial template contract with the same order type identifier is determined. Specifically, the preset template library includes a plurality of types of template contracts. And determining the template contract with the same order type identifier in a preset template library according to the received order type identifier.
S103, identifying a variable mark in the initial template contract, and determining a variable type corresponding to the variable mark.
In one embodiment of the present application, variable markers in the initial template contract are identified according to a preset variable type table, and variable types corresponding to the variable markers are determined. Wherein different types of variable labels correspond to different variable types.
Specifically, a preset variable type table is recorded with a plurality of variable marks, and variable types corresponding to each variable mark are recorded. For example, the variable label may be a red label, a green label, etc., where the variable type corresponding to the red label is transaction amount, and the variable type corresponding to the green label is transaction commodity. And identifying the variable marks in the initial contract template according to a preset variable type table, and determining the variable types corresponding to different variable marks in the current initial contract template according to the preset variable type table.
And S104, under the condition that a trigger instruction acts on the to-be-filled data is detected, filling the to-be-filled data into the corresponding position of the initial template contract according to the data type of the to-be-filled data and the variable type corresponding to the variable mark, and generating the to-be-signed contract.
In one embodiment of the present application, the format of variable data corresponding to the variable tag is determined, and the data format of the data to be filled into the initial template contract is determined according to the format of the variable data.
Specifically, according to the variable marks, variable data with the variable marks are determined to determine the format of the variable data, for example, information such as font size, font color, font type and the like corresponding to the variable data is determined. And determining the data to be filled for replacing the variable data according to the determined format of the variable data, and filling the initial template and the data format at the same time.
Further, the number of page codes of the variable data in the initial template contract is determined, and a paragraph sequence number of a paragraph containing the variable data in the current text page is determined. And determining a set of character sequence numbers for the variable data in the paragraph. And determining the position of the variable data in the initial template contract according to the page code number, the paragraph serial number and the character serial number set.
For example, the position of variable data corresponding to the transaction commodity in the initial template contract is the position of a character set with the character serial number of 10-15 in the 1 st page and the 3 rd section, and the format of the variable data is determined to be regular script, number four and black. At this time, the transaction commodity corresponding to the current order in the data to be filled is filled in the position of the character set with the character serial number of 10-15 in the 3 rd section of the 1 st page, and the font of the filled transaction commodity is changed into regular script, number four and black.
In one embodiment of the present application, in the case that the user clicks on the data to be filled, a trigger command is received that acts on the data to be filled. And comparing the data to be filled acted by the trigger instruction with keywords in a preset corpus, and calculating the similarity value of the data to be filled and the keywords. To determine the keyword with the highest similarity value with the data to be filled.

And comparing the data to be filled with keywords in a preset expected library, wherein the minimum editing operation times required by converting the keywords into the data to be filled can be calculated through an editing distance algorithm. The smaller the editing times, the smaller the editing distance, and the higher the similarity value between the data to be filled and the keywords.
It should be noted that, the editing operation in the embodiment of the present application may include replacing one character with another character, inserting one character, and deleting one character.
Further, determining the data type corresponding to the keyword with the highest similarity value of the data to be filled, and taking the data type as the data type of the data to be filled. The data type of the data to be filled at least comprises one or more of a provider enterprise name, a purchasing enterprise name, an order commodity, an order amount and an order date.
For example, the data type corresponding to the keyword with the highest similarity value of the data to be filled is the transaction amount, and at this time, the data type of the data to be filled can be set as the transaction amount. For another example, the data type corresponding to the keyword with the highest similarity value of the data to be filled is the transaction commodity, and the data type of the data to be filled can be set as the transaction commodity.
In one embodiment of the present application, when the data type of the data to be filled is the same as any variable type, a to-be-filled flag corresponding to the data type of the data to be filled is determined according to a preset variable type table.
Specifically, according to the determined data type of the data to be filled, whether variable data with the same data type as the data to be filled exists in the current initial template contract is determined. And under the condition that variable data with the same data type exist, determining a to-be-filled mark corresponding to the data type of the to-be-filled data according to a preset variable type table.
Further, in the initial template contract, the variable marks that are the same as the marks to be filled are determined. And determining the position of variable data corresponding to the variable marks in the initial template contract. In the initial template contract, the position of variable data is filled with data to be filled in, and the variable data is deleted.
For example, the variable marks identical to the to-be-filled marks are determined, and the corresponding variable data is located at the position of the character set with the character serial number of 10-15 in the 3 rd section of the 1 st page. Filling the data to be filled in the position, and deleting the variable data in the position.
In one embodiment of the present application, the filling data filled in the initial template contract is compared with the acquired data to be filled in, so as to verify the filling data in the initial template contract. And under the condition that the filling data in the initial template contract are duplicated and missing, the data to be filled is filled in the corresponding position in the initial template contract again.
S105, synthesizing the signature to be filled to a preset position of the contract to be signed according to the signing request instruction, and generating the electronic contract.

Wherein the supplier signing instruction comprises basic information of the supplier. And verifying the basic information of the suppliers according to the to-be-signed contract. And synthesizing the signature to be filled by the provider to the first preset position of the contract to be signed under the condition that the verification is passed.
Specifically, a signing request instruction sent by a provider is received, and basic information of the provider contained in the instruction is compared with basic information of the provider filled in a contract to be signed. For example, basic information of the vendor's name, the transaction commodity, etc. contained in the instruction is compared to determine whether the information in the contract to be signed is correct. And under the condition that the information is correct, synthesizing the received signature to be filled of the supplier enterprise to a first preset position of the contract to be signed.

Specifically, a signing request instruction sent by a buyer is received, and basic information of the buyer contained in the instruction is compared with basic information of the buyer filled in a contract to be signed. For example, basic information of the name of the business of the buyer, the commodity of the transaction, and the like contained in the instruction are compared to determine whether the information in the contract to be signed is correct. And under the condition that the information is correct, synthesizing the received signature to be filled of the buyer enterprise to a second preset position of the contract to be signed.
In one embodiment of the present application, a first set of coordinate points corresponding to a signature in an initial template contract is identified based on a signature identification network model.
Specifically, a coordinate system is established in a text page with a signature in the current initial template contract. For example, an initial template contract coordinate system is established with the intersection point of a horizontal straight line where the upper edge of the text page is located and a vertical straight line where the left edge is located as the origin of the coordinate system, with the straight line extending horizontally to the right as the X axis, and the straight line extending vertically downward as the Y axis. And determining a first coordinate point set corresponding to the signature in the current initial template contract in a coordinate system based on the signature identification network model.
And filling the to-be-filled signature into the region corresponding to the first coordinate point set, wherein the shape of the to-be-filled signature is different from the shape of the signature in the initial template contract. And moving the signature to be filled for a plurality of times, and respectively counting a plurality of second coordinate point sets corresponding to the signature to be filled after each movement according to the signature identification network model.
Specifically, the shape and the size of the signature are not identical for different enterprises. After the to-be-filled signature is filled into the area corresponding to the first coordinate point set, the to-be-filled signature needs to be subjected to position fine adjustment for multiple times, so that the to-be-filled signature moves upwards or downwards, leftwards or rightwards on the basis of the current position. And after each movement, counting a plurality of second coordinate point sets corresponding to the moved signature to be filled.
Further, the number of coordinate points of each second coordinate point set, which are respectively coincident with the first coordinate point set, is counted. And determining a second coordinate point set with the largest number of the coincident coordinate points, and taking the position corresponding to the second coordinate point set as a preset position of the to-be-filled signature.
