The technical solutions proposed in the embodiments of the present application are described in detail below with reference to the accompanying drawings.
Fig. 1 is a flowchart of an electronic contract generating method according to an embodiment of the present application. As shown in fig. 1, the electronic contract generating method includes the steps of:
s101, the electronic contract generating system obtains an electronic contract generating instruction and data to be filled.
In one embodiment of the application, an electronic contract generation instruction sent by a supplier is received, data to be filled sent by the supplier is received, and a first receiving time is recorded. And receiving the electronic contract instruction sent by the buyer, the data to be filled sent by the buyer and recording the second receiving time.
In an embodiment of the application, when the interval duration between the first receiving time and the second receiving time is less than 1 hour, the data to be filled sent by the buyer is compared with the data to be filled sent by the supplier, and the electronic contract generating instruction and the data to be filled are stored when the comparison result is correct.
Specifically, the electronic contract generating instructions respectively sent by the buyer enterprise and the supplier enterprise are sequentially received, and the electronic contract is generated for the transaction at the moment. And comparing the transaction amount, the transaction commodity and the transaction date respectively sent by the buyer and the supplier under the condition that the time interval between the receipt of the data to be filled sent by the supplier and the receipt of the data to be filled sent by the buyer is less than 1 hour. And under the condition that the comparison result is the same, generating an electronic contract according to the received data to be filled.
And S102, determining an initial template contract with the same order type identifier as the order type identifier in the generation instruction in a preset template library.
In one embodiment of the application, an instruction is generated according to the received electronic contract, and an order type identifier in the instruction is determined. For example, the order type may be a sales order, a return order, a reservation order, or the like. The order identifications corresponding to different order types are different.
Further, in a preset template library, initial template contracts with the same order type identification are determined. Specifically, the preset template library contains a plurality of types of template contracts. And determining template contracts with the same order type identification in a preset template library according to the received order type identification.
And S103, identifying the variable marks in the initial template contract and determining the variable types corresponding to the variable marks.
In one embodiment of the application, the variable marks in the initial template contract are identified according to a preset variable type table, and the variable types corresponding to the variable marks are determined. Wherein the different types of variable tags correspond to different variable types.
Specifically, a plurality of variable marks are recorded in the preset variable type table, and variable types respectively corresponding to each variable mark are recorded. For example, the variable mark may be a red mark, a green mark, or the like, the variable type corresponding to the red mark is the transaction amount, and the variable type corresponding to the green mark is the transaction commodity. And identifying the variable marks in the initial contract template according to a preset variable type table, and determining the variable types corresponding to different variable marks in the current initial contract template according to the preset variable type table.
And S104, under the condition that the trigger instruction is detected to act on the data to be filled, filling the data to be filled into the corresponding position of the initial template contract according to the data type of the data to be filled and the variable type corresponding to the variable mark, and generating the contract to be signed.
In one embodiment of the application, a format of variable data corresponding to the variable mark is determined, and a data format of the initial template contract filled with the data to be filled is determined according to the format of the variable data.
Specifically, according to the variable marks, variable data with the variable marks are determined to determine the format of the variable data, for example, information such as font size, font color, font type, and the like corresponding to the variable data is determined. And according to the determined format of the variable data, determining data to be filled for replacing the variable data, and filling the data in the data format of the initial template.
Further, the number of pages of the variable data in the initial template contract is determined, and the paragraph sequence number of the paragraph containing the variable data in the current text page is determined. And determines a set of character sequence numbers of the variable data in the paragraph. And determining the position of the variable data in the initial template contract according to the page number, the paragraph serial number and the character serial number set.
For example, the position of the variable data corresponding to the transaction commodity in the initial template contract is the position of the character set with the character serial number of 10-15 in page 1, segment 3, and the format of the variable data is determined to be regular script, four-character and black. At this time, the trade commodity corresponding to the order in the data to be filled is filled into the position where the character set with the character serial number of 10-15 in page 1, section 3 is located, and the font of the filled trade commodity is changed into a regular font, a fourth font and a black font.
In an embodiment of the present application, in a case where a user clicks on data to be filled, a trigger instruction acting on the data to be filled is received. And comparing the data to be filled acted by the trigger instruction with the keywords in the preset corpus, and calculating the similarity value of the data to be filled and the keywords. So as to determine the key word with the highest similarity value with the data to be filled.
Specifically, the preset corpus at least includes a plurality of keywords and data types to which the plurality of keywords respectively correspond. The data to be filled is compared with the keywords in the preset pre-material library, for example, the embodiment of the application can calculate the minimum number of editing operations required for converting the keywords into the data to be filled through an editing distance algorithm. The smaller the number of editing times, the smaller the editing distance, and the higher the similarity value between the data to be filled and the keyword.
It should be noted that the editing operation in the embodiment of the present application may include replacing one character with another, inserting one character, and deleting one character.
And further, determining the data type corresponding to the keyword with the highest similarity value of the data to be filled, and taking the data type to which the keyword corresponds as the data type of the data to be filled. The data type of the data to be filled at least comprises one or more items of supplier enterprise name, purchasing enterprise name, order commodity, order amount and order date.
For example, the data type corresponding to the keyword with the highest similarity value of the data to be filled is the transaction amount, and at this time, the data type of the data to be filled can be set as the transaction amount. For another example, if the data type corresponding to the keyword with the highest similarity value to the data to be filled is a trading commodity, the data type of the data to be filled can be set as the trading commodity.
In an embodiment of the present application, under the condition that the data type of the data to be filled is the same as any variable type, the mark to be filled corresponding to the data type of the data to be filled is determined according to a preset variable type table.
Specifically, according to the determined data type of the data to be filled, whether variable data with the same data type as the data to be filled exists in the current initial template contract or not is determined. And under the condition that variable data with the same data type exist, determining a mark to be filled corresponding to the data type of the data to be filled according to a preset variable type table.
Further, in the initial template contract, the same variable mark as the mark to be filled is determined. And determining the position of the variable data corresponding to the variable mark in the initial template contract. In the initial template contract, the position of the variable data is filled with the data to be filled, and the variable data is deleted.
For example, the variable mark which is the same as the mark to be filled is determined, and the position of the corresponding variable data is the position of the character set with the character sequence number of 10-15 in the 3 rd paragraph of page 1. And filling the data to be filled into the position, and deleting the variable data in the position.
In an embodiment of the present application, the filled-in data filled in the initial template contract is compared with the acquired data to be filled, so as to verify the filled-in data in the initial template contract. And under the condition that the filling data in the initial template contract is repeated and missing, filling the data to be filled in the corresponding position in the initial template contract again.
And S105, synthesizing the to-be-signed seal to a preset position of the to-be-signed contract according to the signing request instruction, and generating the electronic contract.
In one embodiment of the present application, a vendor signing request instruction is received along with a vendor to-be-filled signature. The supplier signing instruction contains basic information of the supplier. And verifying the basic information of the supplier according to the contract to be signed. And in the case of passing the verification, synthesizing the supplier to-be-signed seal to a first preset position of the contract to be signed.
Specifically, a signing request instruction sent by a supplier is received, and basic information of the supplier contained in the instruction is compared with basic information of the supplier filled in a contract to be signed. For example, the basic information of the business name of the supplier, the transaction goods and the like contained in the instruction is compared to determine whether the information in the contract to be signed is correct. And in the case of correct information, synthesizing the received to-be-filled signature of the supplier enterprise to a first preset position of the to-be-signed contract.
In one embodiment of the application, a buyer signing request instruction and a buyer to-be-filled signature are received, wherein the buyer signing instruction comprises basic information of the buyer. And verifying the basic information of the buyer according to the contract to be signed. And combining the to-be-filled signature of the buyer to a second preset position of the to-be-signed contract if the verification is passed.
Specifically, a signing request instruction sent by a buyer is received, and the basic information of the buyer contained in the instruction is compared with the basic information of the buyer filled in the contract to be signed. For example, the business name of the buyer, the trade goods and other basic information contained in the instruction are compared to determine whether the information in the contract to be signed is correct. And under the condition that the information is correct, synthesizing the received to-be-filled signature of the buyer enterprise to a second preset position of the to-be-signed contract.
In one embodiment of the present application, a first set of coordinate points corresponding to a signature in an initial template contract is identified based on a signature recognition network model.
Specifically, a coordinate system is established in a text page with a signature of the current initial template contract. For example, an initial template contract coordinate system is established by taking an intersection point of a horizontal straight line where an upper edge of a text page is located and a vertical straight line where a left edge is located as a coordinate system origin, taking a straight line extending horizontally to the right as an X-axis, and taking a straight line extending vertically downward as a Y-axis. And determining a first coordinate point set corresponding to the signature in the current initial template contract in a coordinate system based on the signature identification network model.
And filling the area corresponding to the first coordinate point set with the seal to be filled, wherein the shape of the seal to be filled is different from the shape of the seal in the initial template contract. And moving the to-be-filled seal for multiple times, identifying the network model according to the seal, and respectively counting a plurality of second coordinate point sets corresponding to the to-be-filled seal after each movement.
Specifically, the signatures for different enterprises have different shapes and sizes. After the to-be-filled signature is filled into the area corresponding to the first coordinate point set, position fine adjustment needs to be performed on the to-be-filled signature for multiple times, so that the to-be-filled signature moves upwards or downwards, leftwards or rightwards on the basis of the current position. And after each movement, counting a plurality of second coordinate point sets corresponding to the moved to-be-filled signature.
Further, counting the number of coordinate points of each second coordinate point set respectively coincident with the first coordinate point set. And determining a second coordinate point set with the largest number of coincident coordinate points, and taking the position corresponding to the second coordinate point set as a preset position of the signature to be filled.
