Background
The documentary credit is a money order with attached shipping documents or a credit paid only by the shipping documents, and is commonly used for international trade settlement.
In the related technology, an importer applies for issuing a documentary credit to a bank and fills an application for opening an invoice according to bank regulations, then bank staff manually check the content of the application for opening the invoice and whether the application for opening the invoice conforms to related terms of a trade contract, and if the check is correct, the importer issues the documentary credit.
However, in the related art, when issuing the documentary credit, manual checking cannot be guaranteed in terms of quality or efficiency.
Disclosure of Invention

recognizing the text content in the trade contract image to obtain structured trade information corresponding to the trade contract;
and performing element extraction on the structured trade information to obtain trade element information.
In one embodiment, performing element extraction on the structured trade information to obtain trade element information includes:
determining a target contract template from a preset contract template library according to the identity information of the importer; the contract template library comprises a plurality of contract templates, and each contract template is marked with trade elements corresponding to each trade clause;

Detailed Description
In order to make the objects, technical solutions and advantages of the present application more apparent, the present application is described in further detail below with reference to the accompanying drawings and embodiments. It should be understood that the specific embodiments described herein are merely illustrative of the present application and are not intended to limit the present application.
The documentary credit generating method can be applied to the application environment shown in fig. 1, the computer equipment in the application environment can be but is not limited to various personal computers, notebook computers, smart phones, tablet computers, internet of things equipment and portable wearable equipment, and the internet of things equipment can be smart sound boxes, smart televisions, smart air conditioners, smart vehicle-mounted equipment and the like. The portable wearable device can be a smart watch, a smart bracelet, a head-mounted device, and the like.
The internal structure of the computer device is shown in fig. 1, and a processor in the internal structure is used for providing data calculation and analysis functions. The memory in the internal structure comprises a nonvolatile storage medium and an internal memory, wherein the nonvolatile storage medium stores an operating system, a computer program and a database, the internal memory provides an environment for the operating system and the computer program in the nonvolatile storage medium to run, and the database can be used for storing relevant data such as the stipulated content of the documentary credit clauses, a documentary credit template, a contract template and the like. The communication interface in the internal structure is used for connecting and communicating with an external device in a wired or wireless mode. When executed by a processor, the computer program running in the computer device can implement the documentary credit generation method provided by the application.
The documentary credit is used as a widely used international trade payment mode, and is characterized in that an importer and an exporter sign an international trade goods import and export trade contract, and after confirming that the credit is used as a settlement mode, the importer applies for the opened credit by a bank. The importer will apply for the documentary letter of credit at the time specified by the trade contract, or within a specified time before shipment. Since the documentary letter of credit relates to the relevant provisions of the right obligations of the importer and the bank, the bank requires the importer to fill in the application for making an opening certificate in advance, and then makes an opening certificate according to the application for making an opening certificate of the importer.
The issuing application is printed in advance by an issuing bank so that the applicant can fill the issuing application according to relevant main terms in the trade contract. In some cases, the importer proposes that the application for the approval be based on his own customized approval application, but the customized approval application may lack the goods-related description information. In the process, the contents of the documentary letter of credit, the opening application and the trade contract are checked and verified manually, the verification process completely depends on the experience of business personnel and the proficiency of business, and the verification efficiency is low. In addition, when the documentary letter of credit cannot effectively and comprehensively cover the relevant terms of the trade contract, the documentary letter of credit needs to be repeatedly modified according to the trade contract, so that the normal operation of the trade is influenced.
Based on this, the application provides a documentary credit generation method, apparatus, device, storage medium and program product. The documentary credit card can be quickly and accurately generated according to the trading contract of the importer, so that the generated documentary can well accord with the clause content of the trading contract, and the issuing efficiency is improved.
Next, the technical solutions of the embodiments of the present application, and how to solve the above technical problems will be specifically described in detail through embodiments and with reference to the accompanying drawings. The following several specific embodiments may be combined with each other, and details of the same or similar concepts or processes may not be repeated in some embodiments. It should be noted that, in the method for generating documentary credit provided in the embodiment of the present application, an execution subject may be a computer device, or may also be a device for generating documentary credit, and the device may be implemented as part or all of a processor in a software, hardware, or a combination of software and hardware. The trade contract image can be in the form of a photo, a PDF document, a form and the like, and comprises information of goods, payment information, a transportation mode, a transaction money and the like for international trade between an importer and an exporter.
In practical application, important information in the trade contract must be consistent with the content of relevant terms in the documentary credit, and in case of inconsistency, the documentary credit needs to be modified according to the requirements of the trade contract.
In one possible implementation manner, the implementation procedure of step 210 may be: receiving an issuing request triggered by an importer in the form of mail, letter, webpage and the like, wherein the issuing request comprises a trade contract image between the importer and at least one exporter.
It should be noted that the present embodiment does not limit the number of images of trade contracts submitted by the same importer, and the number of exporters involved.
Step 220: and acquiring trade element information according to the character information recognition result of the trade contract image.
The trade element information comprises clause information and text information, and the clause information comprises one or more of the following: quality specification terms of the goods, quantity terms of the goods, packaging terms of the goods, price terms of the goods, shipping terms of the goods, insurance terms, payment terms, verification terms, ineligibility terms, arbitration terms, legal use terms, and the like; the text information includes one or more of: the name of the exporter, the address of the exporter, the amount of the letter of credit and the type of currency used, the use of documents, the type and quantity of goods, delivery conditions, whether to deliver in batches, whether to order a guarantee, amount reimbursement, etc.
In one possible implementation, obtaining the trade element information from the trade contract image may be implemented through a text recognition algorithm or a machine learning model.
As one example, the text Recognition algorithm may be an Optical Character Recognition (OCR) technique, and the machine learning model may be CTPN (a connected Network-based text detection algorithm), a Convolutional Recurrent Neural Network (CRNN) model, and the like.
Step 230: and according to the regulated content of the documentary credit clause, performing information conversion processing on the trade element information to obtain target trade information conforming to the documentary credit clause.

Note that, if the content of a provision in a documentary credit may correspond to one piece of trade element information in a trade contract or may correspond to a plurality of pieces of trade element information in a trade contract, it is necessary to convert the plurality of pieces of trade element information. As an example, for the goods/service description clause in the documentary credit, the stipulated content of the clause is detailed information of trade goods or specific service information provided by the exporter, and according to the stipulated content of the clause, the corresponding trade element information in the trade contract should include: quality specification terms for the good, quantity terms for the good, packaging terms for the good, price terms for the good, shipping terms for the good, and the like. In this step, it is necessary to extract and integrate information of the trade element information, such as quality specification terms of the goods, quantity terms of the goods, packaging terms of the goods, price terms of the goods, and shipping terms of the goods, to obtain target trade information complying with the goods/service description terms in the documentary credit.

The identity information of the importer can be any information which can indicate the unique legal identity of the importer, such as the name, address, identification and the like of the importer. The contract template library comprises a plurality of contract templates, and each contract template is marked with trade elements corresponding to each trade item.
It should be understood that there is some difference in the format of trade contracts made by different importers and exporters, as the importers and exporters are contracting the trade. Therefore, when the trade element information is extracted from the trade contract images of different importers, the extraction needs to be performed by combining the characteristics of the trade contract, so as to improve the extraction accuracy and the extraction rate of the trade element information.
As an example, the contract template library can be constructed by: acquiring historical trade contracts of a plurality of importers; and performing text recognition, clause frame selection and element marking on the historical trade contracts of the importers, and generating a contract template corresponding to each importer according to the historical trade contracts of each importer.
The historical trade contracts of a plurality of importers can be obtained from the importers, can also be called from a database of a bank, and can also be obtained from other third-party systems/devices, which is not limited in this embodiment.
Further, for a plurality of contract templates in the contract template library, each contract template marks trade terms, terms content description and trade elements corresponding to the trade terms. In the contract template, one trade clause may correspond to one trade element or may correspond to a plurality of trade elements; similarly, a trading element may correspond to a trading term or terms. In this embodiment, the text content recognition processing is performed on the image of the trade contract first, the structured trade information corresponding to the trade contract is acquired, and the information conversion processing from the image to the text is completed. All or part of the information in the structured trade information corresponding to the trade contract can be used for generating the documentary credit, and further, the structured trade information is extracted and screened through element extraction operation, and the trade element information for filling the documentary credit is acquired. In this way, the text recognition and information extraction processing are performed on the trade contract image, so that the extraction accuracy and extraction efficiency of the trade element information are improved. Therefore, the documentary letter of credit generated according to the trade element information can be in accordance with the content of each clause in the trade contract, and the issuing accuracy is improved.
In one embodiment, as shown in fig. 4, the implementation process of performing information conversion processing on the trade element information according to the specified content of the documentary credit clause in the step 230 to obtain the target trade information conforming to the documentary credit clause includes the following steps:
step 410: and determining first trade element information meeting the corresponding relation and second trade element information not meeting the corresponding relation from the trade element information according to the corresponding relation between the preset documentary credit clause and the trade element.
The corresponding relation between the documentary credit clauses and the trade elements is obtained through manual marking or computer algorithm matching processing in advance. Through the corresponding relation, the corresponding trade elements can be determined for each clause in the documentary credit. In other words, based on the correspondence, a filling relationship between the trade element information and the contents of the documentary credit provision can be generated.
Optionally, the corresponding relationship includes a general term corresponding relationship and a special term corresponding relationship.
The general clause relationship is a credit clause corresponding rule converted by combing the corresponding relationship between each element of the trade contract and all clauses contained in the MT700 (format for Documentary credit approval), combining with the unified convention of Documentary credit (UCP 600), International Standard Banking Practice for the approval of Documentary credit Credits, ISBP) and expert reviewing experience. The computer equipment can automatically generate the contents of the general terms in the documentary credit according to the corresponding relation between the trade element information and the general terms.
As an example, the general term correspondence is shown in table 1 below.

In this table 1, the correspondence between the partial trade elements and the documentary credit terms is shown. In practical applications, the general term correspondence relationship may further include more or less correspondence relationships, which is not limited in this embodiment and is merely exemplified as an example.
In addition, based on the table 1, besides the trade element information in the trade contract, the required documents and additional conditions can also set personalized terms according to the transaction habits of the importer so as to bring the special requirements of the importer into the corresponding documentary credit terms; furthermore, the special terms of the bank can be used as the personalized terms of the bank, and the terms of the documentary letter of credit can be added.
Therefore, the special item corresponding relation between the documentary credit item and the trade element can be established according to the special requirements of the importer and the bank and the specified content of the documentary credit item. Based on the corresponding relation of the special terms, the special requirements of the importer and the special requirements of the bank can be supplemented to the related terms of the documentary credit certificate, so that the generated documentary credit certificate can meet the trade contract stipulation of the importer and simultaneously meet the issuing requirements of the bank.
Based on the above explanation, in one possible implementation manner, the implementation process of step 410 may be: and classifying the trade element information extracted from the trade contract based on the corresponding relation between the preset documentary credit clause and the trade element to obtain first trade element information and second trade element information.
The first trade element information satisfies the corresponding relation, and the second trade element information does not satisfy the corresponding relation. The "first" and the "second" are used only for distinction, and in the actual classification, the trade element information satisfying the correspondence relationship among the trade element information may be used as the second trade element information, and the trade element information not satisfying the correspondence relationship among the trade element information may be used as the first trade element information.
Step 420: and performing information conversion processing on the first trade element information according to the corresponding relation to obtain regular trade information.
In one possible implementation manner, the implementation procedure of step 420 may be: performing information conversion processing on the first trade element information according to the corresponding relation of the general terms to obtain general trade information, and performing supplementary processing on the first trade element information according to the corresponding relation of the special terms to obtain special trade information; and generating regular trade information according to the general trade information and the special trade information.
The information conversion process may include at least one of information merging, information fusion, feature information extraction, information deletion, and logic conversion, and the supplementary process includes an information merging operation or a feature fusion operation, which is not limited in this embodiment.
As an example, the first trade element information is converted according to the general term correspondence relationship shown in table 1, and general trade information meeting the requirement of the documentary credit terms is obtained. And then, performing supplementary processing on the first trade element information according to the special clause corresponding relation and other trade element information in the trade contract to obtain special trade information. Therefore, according to the corresponding relation between the documentary credit clauses and the trade elements, the trade information is converted to obtain the regular trade information meeting the requirements of the documentary credit clauses.
That is, according to the corresponding relationship, the trade combination element information and the documentary credit terms can be quickly matched to determine the trade elements which can be directly corresponding to the documentary credit terms. And for the second trade element information which cannot be processed by the corresponding relation, the second trade element information needs to be identified through an intelligent identification model of the contents of trade contract terms and documentary credit terms so as to determine whether the second trade element information needs to be displayed in the documentary credit.
As an example, as shown in table 1, the validation line and manner of the item number 41a in the documentary credit do not have corresponding first trade element information, and the trade element corresponding to the item needs to be determined by the trade information matching model preset in the following step 430.
Step 430: and determining target terms of the documentary credit matched with the second trade element information through a preset trade information matching model, and filling the second trade element information into the target terms to obtain additional trade information.
The trade information matching model is a machine learning model trained in advance and used for matching the second trade information. The second trade element information which is successfully matched needs to be supplemented into the documentary credit card for displaying, and the second trade element information which is not successfully matched can be ignored during issuing, and does not need to be displayed in the issued documentary credit card.
In one possible implementation manner, the implementation procedure of step 430 may be: and inputting the second trade element information into a pre-trained trade information matching model, and outputting target terms which can be matched with the second trade element information in the documentary credit through the trade information matching model. And further filling the second trade element information into the target clause to form additional trade information in the documentary credit.
Alternatively, the trade information matching model may output a prompt of "no show in documentary credit" when determining no matching target terms.
In addition, the training process of the trade information matching model may be: acquiring a plurality of groups of trade information matching samples, wherein each group of trade information matching samples comprises trade clause content samples and corresponding documentary credit clause content samples; and training the initial trade information matching model according to the multiple groups of trade information matching samples until the output result of the initial trade information matching model meets a preset convergence condition, so as to obtain the trade information matching model.
As one example, the establishment process of the trade information matching model includes the following steps:
(1) and acquiring sample data.
Typically, the importer's trade contracts are stored in an electronic archive system in the form of images, while the corresponding documentary credits are structured data stored in a database. When a trade information matching model is constructed, a trade contract image and a corresponding documentary credit message need to be extracted and used as sample data.
(2) And preprocessing sample data.
Extracting text information corresponding to the trade contract sample image through an OCR recognition technology, and extracting trade element information such as an applicant, a beneficiary, a notification line, a goods description, a starting place, a destination, a document clause and the like from the text information. Because the documentary credit message corresponding to the trade contract is relatively structured data, the clause content of the documentary credit sample such as the applicant, the beneficiary, the notification bank, the description of goods, the origin, the destination, the document clause and the like can be extracted by splitting the message elements.
It should be noted that since the description of goods/services and the accompanying conditions in the DC are unstructured data, special handling of these two terms in the DC message is required. For example, the key points of each clause in the documentary credit are split and corrected to form label items, all English letters in the trade contract sample image are converted into capital letters, and punctuation marks and English stop words are removed.
And further marking the corresponding relation between the trade element information in the trade contract sample image and the clause content of the documentary credit sample, and obtaining sample data and gold standard data during training after marking.
(3) And selecting and training a model.
The embodiment needs to communicate with a computer by using natural language, and training models related to natural language processing and machine learning are FastText, TextCNN, ULMFiT, BERT and the like.
As an example, the model adopted in the present embodiment is a FastText neural network model, where the input of the FastText neural network model is a word sequence and the output is the probability that the word sequence belongs to different categories. In the neural network model, words and words in the sequence may constitute feature vectors, which are mapped to intermediate layers by linear transformation, and the intermediate layers are mapped to labels.
(4) And (5) evaluating the effect of the model.
And predicting the sample data on the verification set or the test set by using the trained trade information matching model so as to check whether the trained trade information matching model meets the matching requirement.
Step 440: and fusing the regular trade information and the additional trade information to generate target trade information.
The target trade information is the necessary information for generating the documentary credit card, and the target trade information is filled into the corresponding clause of the documentary credit card, so that the documentary credit card can be generated.
In this embodiment, according to the preset correspondence between the documentary credit terms and the trade elements and the trade information matching model, information conversion processing may be performed on the trade element information to determine the target trade information that needs to be shown in the documentary credit. Therefore, the target trade information needing to be filled into the documentary credit card can be accurately and comprehensively acquired, and the acquiring efficiency of the issuing information is improved.
Based on the documentary credit generation method shown in any of the above embodiments, after the documentary credit is issued, the documentary credit needs to be checked to confirm that the content of the documentary credit matches the content of the trade contract.
Based on this, in one embodiment, the present application further provides a documentary credit check method, as shown in fig. 5, which is also described by taking the method as an example applied to the computer device shown in fig. 1, and includes the following steps:
step 510: generating a checking key point list of the documentary credit according to the opening application and the trade contract image; the checklist is used to instruct the importer to check the contents of the documentary credit terms.
The issuing application is an application which is filled in advance according to a trade contract when an importer needs a bank to issue a documentary credit. The application for issuing the certificate includes partial information of the trade contract, and the information can assist the bank to issue the documentary letter of credit.
That is, the contents of the terms of the documentary credit may be written in the trade contract and/or the issuing application, and thus, when the contents of the documentary credit are checked, they may be checked based on the contents of the trade contract and the issuing application to determine whether necessary information is written in the documentary credit.
Alternatively, the format of the checking gist list may be a table, a document, a mind map, a tree structure, or the like, which is not limited by the present embodiment.
Step 520: and sending the check gist list to the entrance party, and receiving the checking result of the documentary credit clause of the entrance party.
Wherein, the checking result of the documentary credit clause comprises qualification and error. In the case where the result of the check is wrong, the generated documentary credit needs to be modified according to the modification opinion of the importer.
Further, if the checking result of the documentary credit clause is qualified, acquiring the notification information of the exporter from the trade contract and/or the application form of the opening certificate; and sending the documentary credit message to the notification bank of the outlet side according to the notification bank information.
Wherein, the documentary credit message represents that the documentary credit is effective. That is, after the notification bank of the exporter receives the documentary credit message, the content of the documentary credit can take effect. After the exporter operates the goods according to the requirement according to the amount on time and the requirement according to the specification of the documentary letter of credit, the bank which opens the documentary letter of credit for the importer pays the related fee instead of the importer according to the specification of the documentary letter of credit.
In this embodiment, after generating the documentary credit, can provide the inspection key point manifest for the entrance party to the entrance party checks the checking to the documentary credit that generates, makes the actual trade demand that the documentary credit that generates satisfy the entrance party, has improved the content degree of accuracy of documentary credit.
In summary of the foregoing method embodiments, as shown in fig. 6, the present application further provides another documentary credit generation method, which is also exemplified by applying the method to the computer device shown in fig. 1, and the method includes the following steps:
step 601: receiving an issuing request triggered by an importer; the issuing request carries a trade contract image and an issuing application book;
step 603: recognizing the text content in the trade contract image to obtain structured trade information corresponding to the trade contract;
step 605: determining a target contract template from a preset contract template library according to the identity information of the importer; the contract template library comprises a plurality of contract templates, and each contract template is marked with trade elements corresponding to each trade clause;
step 607: performing element extraction on the structured trade information according to the target contract template to obtain trade element information;
step 609: determining first trade element information meeting the corresponding relation and second trade element information not meeting the corresponding relation from the trade element information according to the corresponding relation between preset documentary credit clauses and the trade elements; the corresponding relation comprises a general clause corresponding relation and a special clause corresponding relation;
step 611: performing information conversion processing on the first trade element information according to the corresponding relation of the general terms to obtain general trade information, and performing supplementary processing on the first trade element information according to the corresponding relation of the special terms to obtain special trade information;
step 613: generating regular trade information according to the general trade information and the special trade information;
step 615: determining target clauses of the documentary credit certificate matched with the second trade element information through a preset trade information matching model, and filling the second trade element information into the target clauses to obtain additional trade information;
step 617: fusing the regular trade information and the additional trade information to generate target trade information;
step 619: generating a documentary credit according to the target trade information;
step 621: generating a checking key point list of the documentary credit according to the opening application and the trade contract image; checking the gist manifest for instructing the importer to check the contents of the documentary credit terms;
step 623: sending the checking key point list to the entrance party and receiving the checking result of the documentary credit clause of the entrance party;
step 625: if the checking result of the documentary credit terms is qualified, acquiring the notification information of the exporter from the trade contract and/or the opening application form;
step 627: according to the information of the notification bank, sending a documentary credit message to the notification bank of the outlet side; the documentary letter of credit message representation documentary letter of credit is valid.
When the computer device provided in this embodiment implements the steps of the documentary credit generation method, the implementation principle and technical effect of the computer device may refer to relevant steps in any of the embodiments described above, and details are not described herein.
It should be understood that, although the steps in the flowcharts related to the embodiments as described above are sequentially displayed as indicated by arrows, the steps are not necessarily performed sequentially as indicated by the arrows. The steps are not performed in the exact order shown and described, and may be performed in other orders, unless explicitly stated otherwise. Moreover, at least a part of the steps in the flowcharts related to the embodiments described above may include multiple steps or multiple stages, which are not necessarily performed at the same time, but may be performed at different times, and the execution order of the steps or stages is not necessarily sequential, but may be rotated or alternated with other steps or at least a part of the steps or stages in other steps.
Based on the same inventive concept, the embodiment of the application also provides a documentary credit generating device for realizing the documentary credit generating method. The implementation scheme for solving the problem provided by the device is similar to the implementation scheme recorded in the method, so that specific limitations and beneficial effects in one or more embodiments of the documentary credit generation device provided below can be seen in the limitations on the documentary credit generation method in the above, and details are not repeated herein.
In one embodiment, as shown in fig. 7, there is provided a documentary credit generating apparatus 700, the apparatus including: a receiving module 710, an identifying module 720, a converting module 730, and an issuing module 740, wherein:
a receiving module 710, configured to receive an approval request triggered by an importer; the issuing request at least carries a trade contract image;
the recognition module 720 is configured to obtain trade element information according to the text information recognition result of the trade contract image;
the conversion module 730 is used for performing information conversion processing on the trade element information according to the specified content of the documentary credit clause to obtain target trade information conforming to the documentary credit clause;
and the issuing module 740 is used for generating the documentary credit according to the target trade information.
In one embodiment, the identifying module 720 includes:
the recognition unit is used for recognizing the text content in the trade contract image to obtain the structured trade information corresponding to the trade contract;
and the extraction unit is used for extracting elements of the structured trade information to obtain the trade element information.
In one embodiment, the extraction unit includes:
the first determining subunit is used for determining a target contract template from a preset contract template library according to the identity information of the importer; the contract template library comprises a plurality of contract templates, and each contract template is marked with trade elements corresponding to each trade clause;

In one embodiment, the apparatus 700 further comprises:
the acquisition module is used for acquiring the notification information of the exporter from the trade contract and/or the issuing application if the checking result of the documentary credit clause is qualified;
the second sending module is used for sending the documentary credit message to the notification bank of the exit party according to the notification bank information; the documentary letter of credit message representation documentary letter of credit is valid.
The modules in the documentary credit generating device can be wholly or partially implemented by software, hardware and a combination thereof. The modules can be embedded in a hardware form or independent from a processor in the computer device, and can also be stored in a memory in the computer device in a software form, so that the processor can call and execute operations corresponding to the modules.
In one embodiment, a computer device is provided, which may be a terminal, and its internal structure diagram may be as shown in fig. 8. The computer apparatus includes a processor, a memory, a communication interface, a display unit, and an input device connected through a system bus. Wherein the processor of the computer device is configured to provide computing and control capabilities. The memory of the computer device comprises a nonvolatile storage medium and an internal memory. The non-volatile storage medium stores an operating system and a computer program. The internal memory provides an environment for the operation of an operating system and computer programs in the non-volatile storage medium. The communication interface of the computer device is used for carrying out wired or wireless communication with an external terminal, and the wireless communication can be realized through WIFI, an operator network, NFC (near field communication) or other technologies. The computer program is executed by a processor to implement a documentary credit generation method. The display unit of the computer equipment can be a liquid crystal display screen or an electronic ink display screen, and the input device of the computer equipment can be a touch layer covered on the display screen, a key, a track ball or a touch pad arranged on the shell of the computer equipment, an external keyboard, a touch pad or a mouse and the like.
Those skilled in the art will appreciate that the architecture shown in fig. 8 is merely a block diagram of some of the structures associated with the disclosed aspects and is not intended to limit the computing devices to which the disclosed aspects apply, as particular computing devices may include more or less components than those shown, or may combine certain components, or have a different arrangement of components.
In one embodiment, a computer device is provided, comprising a memory and a processor, the memory having a computer program stored therein, the processor implementing the following steps when executing the computer program:
receiving an issuing request triggered by an importer; the issuing request at least carries a trade contract image;
acquiring trade element information according to the character information recognition result of the trade contract image;
according to the stipulated content of the documentary credit terms, information conversion processing is carried out on the trade element information, and target trade information conforming to the documentary credit terms is obtained;

Claims (12)

1. A documentary credit generation method, the method comprising:
receiving an issuing request triggered by an importer; the issuing request at least carries a trade contract image;
acquiring trade element information according to the character information recognition result of the trade contract image;
according to the regulated content of the documentary credit clauses, performing information conversion processing on the trade element information to obtain target trade information conforming to the documentary credit clauses;
and generating the documentary credit according to the target trade information.
2. The method as claimed in claim 1, wherein said obtaining trade element information according to the text information recognition result of the trade contract image comprises:
recognizing the text content in the trade contract image to obtain structured trade information corresponding to the trade contract;
and performing element extraction on the structured trade information to obtain the trade element information.
3. The method of claim 2, wherein said performing element extraction on the structured trading information to obtain the trading element information comprises:
determining a target contract template from a preset contract template library according to the identity information of the importer; the contract template library comprises a plurality of contract templates, and each contract template is marked with trade elements corresponding to each trade clause;
and performing element extraction on the structured trade information according to the target contract template to obtain the trade element information.
4. The method as claimed in any one of claims 1 to 3, wherein the performing of information conversion processing on the trade element information according to the regulated content of the documentary credit provision to obtain the target trade information conforming to the documentary credit provision comprises:
determining first trade element information meeting the corresponding relation and second trade element information not meeting the corresponding relation from the trade element information according to the corresponding relation between preset documentary credit clauses and trade elements;
performing information conversion processing on the first trade element information according to the corresponding relation to obtain regular trade information;
determining target clauses of the documentary credit matched with the second trade element information through a preset trade information matching model, and filling the second trade element information into the target clauses to obtain additional trade information;
and fusing the regular trade information and the additional trade information to generate the target trade information.
5. The method of claim 4, wherein the correspondence includes a general term correspondence and a special term correspondence;
the performing information conversion processing on the first trade element information according to the corresponding relationship to obtain regular trade information includes:
according to the general term corresponding relation, performing information conversion processing on the first trade element information to obtain general trade information, and according to the special term corresponding relation, performing supplementary processing on the first trade element information to obtain special trade information;
and generating the regular trade information according to the general trade information and the special trade information.
6. The method of claim 4, wherein the training process of the trade information matching model comprises:
acquiring a plurality of sets of trade information matching samples, wherein each set of trade information matching samples comprises trade clause content samples and corresponding documentary credit clause content samples;
training an initial trade information matching model according to the multiple groups of trade information matching samples until an output result of the initial trade information matching model meets a preset convergence condition, and obtaining the trade information matching model.
7. The method according to any one of claims 1 to 3, wherein the request for issuing further carries an application for issuing, the method further comprising:
generating a checking point list of the documentary credit according to the opening application and the trade contract image; the checklist of points is used to instruct the importer to check the content of the documentary credit terms;
and sending the checking point list to the importer and receiving the documentary credit clause checking result of the importer.
8. The method of claim 7, further comprising:
if the documentary credit clause check result is qualified, acquiring the notification information of the exporter from the trade contract and/or the issuing application form;
according to the information of the notification row, sending a documentary credit message to the notification row of the exporter; the documentary credit message represents that the documentary credit is effective.

the receiving module is used for receiving an issuing request triggered by an importer; the issuing request at least carries a trade contract image;
the recognition module is used for acquiring trade element information according to the character information recognition result of the trade contract image;
the conversion module is used for carrying out information conversion processing on the trade element information according to the specified content of the documentary credit clause to obtain target trade information conforming to the documentary credit clause;
and the issuing module is used for generating the documentary credit card according to the target trade information.
