when the tension of the yarn needs to be adjusted, firstly, the fixing rod 13 is rotated, so that the first threaded ring 12 is driven to rotate on the outer wall of the first fixed threaded column 10, then the connecting plate 9 is pushed to move upwards or downwards on the outer wall of the first fixed threaded column 10, so that the spring 11 is compressed or released by the connecting plate 9, then the pushing block 8 pushes the two mounting blocks 4 to move, then the sliding block 6 is driven to slide in the inner cavity of the sliding groove, the limiting block 7 slides in the inner cavity of the limiting groove, so that the tension roller 3 is driven to move upwards or downwards, so that the tension of the yarn is adjusted, when the tension roller 3 moves downwards, the tension of the yarn is gradually increased, and when the tension roller 3 moves upwards, the tension of the yarn is gradually decreased;

Claims (10)

1. A preparation process of an anti-mould acrylic blended yarn is characterized by comprising the following steps: the method comprises the following steps:
(1) mixing the apocynum venetum fibers and the cellulose fibers, and then sequentially carrying out opening picking and cotton carding procedures to obtain mixed fibers;
(2) sequentially carrying out opening picking and cotton carding procedures on the acrylic fibers, then carrying out strip mixing on the acrylic fibers and the mixed fibers in the step (1), then carrying out compounding in a drawing procedure to obtain composite fibers, and then carrying out coarse sand, fine sand and winding procedures on the composite fibers to prepare yarns;
also included is an apparatus for use with the method, the apparatus comprising: coiling case (1), the front of coiling case (1) is provided with bearer bar (2), the inside of bearer bar (2) is provided with tensioning roller (3), the both sides of tensioning roller (3) all are provided with installation piece (4), the first pivot (5) of the equal fixedly connected with in both sides of tensioning roller (3), the first rotation groove with first pivot (5) matched with is seted up to one side of installation piece (4), the bottom fixedly connected with of installation piece (4) promotes piece (8), the bottom of bearer bar (2) is provided with adjustment mechanism, the inside of coiling case (1) is provided with winding mechanism.

The preparation process of the mould-proof acrylic blended yarn as claimed in claim 1, wherein the adjusting mechanism comprises a connecting plate (9), two sides of the connecting plate (9) are respectively fixedly connected with two pushing blocks (8), a first fixed threaded column (10) is fixedly connected to the bottom end of the protective frame (2), a through hole is formed in the middle of the connecting plate (9), the outer wall of the first fixed threaded column (10) is slidably and alternately connected with the inner cavity of the through hole, a spring (11) is sleeved on the outer wall of the first fixed threaded column (10), and a first separating ring (18) is fixedly and alternately connected to the outer wall of the tensioning roller (3).

The preparation process of the mould-proof acrylic blended yarn as claimed in claim 2, wherein through grooves are symmetrically formed in the bottom end of the inner wall of the protective frame (2), the pushing block (8) is connected with the inner cavity of the through grooves in a sliding and penetrating manner, one end of the spring (11) is fixedly connected with the protective frame (2), the other end of the spring (11) is fixedly connected with the connecting plate (9), a first threaded ring (12) is connected to the outer wall of the first fixing threaded column (10) in a threaded and penetrating manner, the top end of the first threaded ring (12) is attached to the bottom end of the connecting plate (9), and a fixing rod (13) is fixedly connected to the outer wall of the first threaded ring (12).

The preparation process of the mould-proof acrylic blended yarn as claimed in claim 1, wherein sliding grooves are formed on both sides of the inner wall of the protective frame (2), sliding blocks (6) are fixedly connected to the other side of the mounting block (4), the sliding blocks (6) are slidably and alternately connected with the inner cavity of the sliding grooves, limiting blocks (7) are fixedly connected to both sides of the sliding blocks (6), limiting grooves are formed on both sides of the inner wall of the sliding grooves, and the limiting blocks (7) are slidably and alternately connected with the inner cavity of the limiting grooves.
