the centrifugal outer machine 32 is mounted on the second mounting seat 31; the centrifugal inner machine 33 is arranged in the centrifugal outer machine 32, a feed inlet at the top end of the centrifugal inner machine 33 penetrates out of the centrifugal outer machine 32 to be provided with a valve, the feed inlet of the centrifugal inner machine 33 is communicated with a discharge outlet of the kettle body 12 of the winterization reaction kettle 4 through a feed conveying pipeline, a finished product outlet 331 penetrating through the bottom of the centrifugal outer machine 32 is arranged at the bottom end of the centrifugal inner machine 33, a discharge outlet at one side of the centrifugal inner machine 33 penetrates out of the centrifugal outer machine 32 to be provided with a valve, and the discharge outlet of the centrifugal inner machine 33 is communicated with the feed inlet of the kettle body 12 of the second mixing kettle 6 through a feed conveying pipeline; the rotating motor 34 is installed at the top end of the centrifugal outer machine 32, and the output shaft of the rotating motor is fixedly connected with the centrifugal inner machine 33 so as to drive the centrifugal inner machine 33 to rotate; the spray device 35 is installed on top of the centrifugal outer machine 32 and its spray outlet is arranged at the inner top end of the centrifugal inner machine 33.
In some embodiments, there are two storage tanks 8, the top end and the bottom end of the kettle body 12 of the distillation kettle 7 are respectively provided with a discharge port, and the two storage tanks 8 are respectively communicated with the two discharge ports of the kettle body 12 of the distillation kettle 7.
In some embodiments, three temperature sensors, three pressure sensors, three liquid level sensors, three vacuum sensors and three display operators 41 are further included,
three temperature sensors, three pressure sensors, three liquid level sensors and three vacuum degree sensors are respectively arranged in the first tank body 02, the second tank body 22 and the centrifugal indoor unit 33; the three display operation instruments 41 are respectively installed on the outer side walls of the first shell 03, the third shell 24 and the centrifugal outer machine 32 and are respectively and electrically connected with the temperature sensor, the pressure sensor, the liquid level sensor and the vacuum degree sensor which are adjacent to the three display operation instruments.
In some embodiments, the centrifugal drying device further comprises six vacuum valves 51, suction holes are formed in the top ends of the second tank 22, the four tanks 12 and the centrifugal indoor unit 33, and the six vacuum valves 51 are respectively installed at the six suction holes.
In some embodiments, the filter further comprises a transparent opening and closing door 26, the side wall of the second tank 22 above the filter screen 23 is provided with a through hole, and the opening and closing door 26 is fixed at the through hole in an openable and closable manner.
In some embodiments, there are two storage tanks 8, the top end and the bottom end of the kettle body 12 of the distillation kettle 7 are respectively provided with a discharge port, and the two storage tanks 8 are respectively communicated with the two discharge ports of the kettle body 12 of the distillation kettle 7.
In some embodiments, the distillation still further comprises a condenser 91, wherein the inlet of the condenser 91 is communicated with the inlet at the top end of the still body 12 of the distillation still 7, and the outlet thereof is communicated with the inlet of one storage tank 8.
In some embodiments, the centrifugal drying device further comprises five transparent end covers 61, four operating holes are formed in the top ends of the kettle body 12 and the centrifugal outer unit 32, and the five end covers 61 can be respectively mounted at the five operating holes in an opening and closing manner.
In some embodiments, the system further comprises five emptying valves 71, wherein the second tank 22 and the top ends of the four tanks 12 are respectively provided with an emptying hole, and the five emptying valves 71 are respectively installed at the five emptying holes.
A process for continuously refining shea butter comprises the following steps:
s1, injecting the shea butter into the grease dissolving tank 1, heating the grease dissolving tank 1 to 80 ℃, and dissolving the shea butter to form a shea butter dissolving solution;
s2, injecting the shea butter solution into the first mixing kettle 2, adding the petroleum ether solution with the volume same as that of the shea butter solution into the first mixing kettle 2, heating at constant temperature for 30min, and fully mixing the shea butter solution and the petroleum ether solution;
s3, injecting the mixed solution into a filter tank 3, removing impurities which are insoluble in petroleum ether solution, such as plant fibers, proteins and the like in the shea butter dissolved solution in the filter tank 3, and injecting the mixed solution after impurity removal into a winterization reaction kettle 4;
s4, reducing the temperature in the winterization reaction kettle 4 to 4 ℃, so that the temperature of the impurity removal solution is reduced when the impurity removal solution is cooled, the solubility of the shea butter is reduced, part of the shea butter is separated out and cooled and crystallized, and a mixed solution with crystallized shea butter is formed, wherein the crystallized shea butter can remove pigments, free fatty acids and other volatile components carried by the crystallized shea butter;
s5, injecting the solid-liquid mixture in the winterization reaction kettle 4 into a centrifuge 5, and separating solid shea butter from the mixed solution under the action of the centrifuge 5, wherein the solid shea butter can flow out from a finished product outlet at the bottom end of the centrifuge 5, so as to complete the primary purification of a shea butter solution;
s6, injecting the remaining mixed solution in the centrifuge 5 into a mixing kettle 6, injecting petroleum ether solution with the same volume into the mixing kettle 6, heating the mixing kettle 6 for a period of time, and fully mixing the petroleum ether solution and the once purified shea butter solution to form a new mixed solution;
s7, injecting the new mixed solution formed in the mixing kettle 6 into the winterization reaction kettle 4;
s8, repeating the steps S4, S5, S6 and S7, and completing multiple purifications;
s9, introducing the multi-purified mixed solution into a distillation kettle 7, heating the distillation kettle 7, and heating and evaporating petroleum ether in the mixed solution to enter a storage tank.
The present invention is not limited to the above preferred embodiments, and any modifications, equivalent replacements, improvements, etc. within the spirit and principle of the present invention should be included in the protection scope of the present invention.

Claims (10)

1. A shea butter continuous refining equipment, its characterized in that includes: a grease dissolving tank (1), a first mixing kettle (2), a filtering tank (3), a winterization reaction kettle (4), a centrifuge (5), a second mixing kettle (6), a distillation kettle (7) and a storage tank (8),
the oil dissolving tank (1), the first mixing kettle (2), the filtering tank (3), the winterization reaction kettle (4), the centrifuge (5), the second mixing kettle (6), the distillation kettle (7) and the storage tank (8) are sequentially communicated in series through material conveying pipelines, and valves are arranged on the material conveying pipelines respectively corresponding to the material conveying pipelines;
a material conveying pipeline between a valve at the discharge port of the filter tank (3) and a valve at the feed port of the winterization reaction kettle (4) is communicated with a material conveying pipeline between the valve at the discharge port of the winterization reaction kettle (4) and a valve at the feed port of the centrifuge (5) through a first communicating pipe (81);
and a material conveying pipeline between a valve at the discharge port of the winterization reaction kettle (4) and a valve at the feed port of the centrifuge (5) is communicated with a material conveying pipeline between a valve at the discharge port of the second mixing kettle (6) and a valve at the feed port of the distillation kettle (7) through a second communicating pipe (82).
2. The shea butter continuous refining equipment according to claim 1, wherein the grease dissolving tank (1) comprises a first fixed seat (01), a first tank body (02), a first shell (03) and a first steam control device (04),
the first tank body (02) is fixed on the first fixed seat (01), and valves are arranged on material conveying pipelines corresponding to a material inlet and a material outlet of the first tank body; the first shell (03) is fixed on the outer wall of the first tank body (02) in a sealing mode, a first interlayer is defined between the first shell and the side wall of the first tank body (02), and a first interlayer air outlet (031) is formed in the bottom end of the first shell (03); the first steam control device (04) is installed on the outer side wall of the first shell (03) and is provided with a first steam inlet (041) and a first steam outlet (042), the first steam inlet (041) is communicated with the outside, and the first steam outlet (042) is communicated with the first interlayer.

The shea butter continuous refining equipment according to claim 2, wherein the first mixing kettle (2), the winterization reaction kettle (4), the second mixing kettle (6) and the distillation kettle (7) are identical in structure and comprise a first mounting seat (11), a kettle body (12) and a second shell (13),
the kettle body (12) is arranged on the first mounting seat (11), a discharge port of the kettle body (12) of the first mixing kettle (2) is communicated with a discharge port of the first tank body (02) through a material conveying pipeline, and a discharge port of the kettle body (12) of the second mixing kettle (6) is communicated with a feed port of the kettle body (12) of the distillation kettle (7) through a material conveying pipeline; the second shell (13) is fixed on the outer wall of the kettle body (12) in a sealing mode and defines a second interlayer between the outer wall of the kettle body (12), and a second steam inlet (131), a condensate water inlet (132) and a second steam outlet (133) which are communicated with the outside and the second interlayer are formed in the second shell (13).
4. The shea butter continuous refining equipment according to claim 3, characterized in that, four stirrers (14) and four motors (15) are further included, and the four stirrers (14) are respectively arranged inside the four kettle bodies (12); four motors (15) are fixed respectively four the outer top of cauldron body (12) and its output shaft passes four respectively cauldron body (12) and four agitator (14) transmission is connected.
5. The shea butter continuous refining equipment according to claim 3, wherein the filtering tank (3) comprises a second fixed seat (21), a second tank body (22), a filtering net (23), a filtering cloth, a third shell (24) and a second steam control device (25),
the second tank body (22) is fixed on the second fixing seat (21), valves are arranged on material conveying pipelines corresponding to a material inlet and a material outlet of the second tank body, the material inlet of the second tank body (22) is communicated with the material outlet of the kettle body (12) of the first mixing kettle (2) through the material conveying pipeline, and the material outlet of the second tank body (22) is communicated with the material inlet of the kettle body (12) of the winterization reaction kettle (4) through the material conveying pipeline; the periphery side of the filter screen (23) is arranged on the inner wall of the second tank body (22); the filter cloth is flatly paved on the filter screen (23); the third shell (24) is fixed on the outer wall of the second tank body (22) in a sealing mode, a third interlayer is defined between the third shell and the second tank body (22), and a third interlayer air outlet (241) is formed in the bottom end of the third shell (24); the second steam control device (25) is installed on the outer wall of the third shell (24) and is provided with a third steam inlet (251) and a third steam outlet (252), the third steam inlet (251) is communicated with the outside, and the third steam outlet (252) is communicated with the third interlayer.
6. The shea butter continuous refining equipment of claim 5, wherein the centrifuge (5) comprises a second mounting seat (31), an outer centrifuge (32), an inner centrifuge (33), a rotating motor (34) and a spraying device (35),
the centrifugal outer machine (32) is mounted on the second mounting seat (31); the centrifugal inner machine (33) is arranged in the centrifugal outer machine (32), a feed inlet at the top end of the centrifugal inner machine penetrates out of the centrifugal outer machine (32) to be provided with a valve, the feed inlet of the centrifugal inner machine (33) is communicated with a discharge outlet of the kettle body (12) of the winterization reaction kettle (4) through a feed conveying pipeline, the bottom end of the centrifugal inner machine (33) is provided with a finished product outlet (331) penetrating through the bottom of the centrifugal outer machine (32), a discharge outlet at one side of the centrifugal inner machine (33) penetrates through the centrifugal outer machine (32) to be provided with a valve, and the discharge outlet of the centrifugal inner machine (33) is communicated with the feed inlet of the kettle body (12) of the second mixing kettle (6) through a feed conveying pipeline; the rotating motor (34) is arranged at the top end of the centrifugal outer machine (32), and an output shaft of the rotating motor is fixedly connected with the centrifugal inner machine (33) so as to drive the centrifugal inner machine (33) to rotate; the spraying device (35) is arranged at the top of the centrifugal outer machine (32) and a spraying outlet of the spraying device is arranged at the inner top end of the centrifugal inner machine (33).
7. The shea butter continuous refining equipment according to claim 6, wherein the number of the storage tanks (8) is two, the top end and the bottom end of the kettle body (12) of the distillation kettle (7) are respectively provided with a discharge hole, and the two storage tanks (8) are respectively communicated with the two discharge holes of the kettle body (12) of the distillation kettle (7).
8. The shea butter continuous refining equipment of claim 7, characterized in that, it also includes three temperature sensors, three pressure sensors, three liquid level sensors, three vacuum degree sensors and three display operation instruments (41),
the three temperature sensors, the three pressure sensors, the three liquid level sensors and the three vacuum degree sensors are respectively arranged in the first tank body (02), the second tank body (22) and the centrifugal internal machine (33); the three display operation instruments (41) are respectively arranged on the outer side walls of the first shell (03), the third shell (24) and the centrifugal outer machine (32) and are respectively and electrically connected with the temperature sensor, the pressure sensor, the liquid level sensor and the vacuum degree sensor which are adjacent to the display operation instruments.

The shea butter continuous refining equipment according to claim 7, further comprising six vacuum valves (51), wherein the second tank (22), the four kettles (12) and the top end of the centrifugal inner machine (33) are provided with air suction holes, and the six vacuum valves (51) are respectively installed at the six air suction holes.
10. A process for continuously refining shea butter, which is characterized in that the continuous refining equipment of shea butter according to any one of claims 1 to 9 is utilized, and comprises the following steps:
s1, injecting the shea butter into the grease dissolving tank (1), heating the grease dissolving tank (1) to 80 ℃, and dissolving the shea butter to form a shea butter dissolving solution;
s2, injecting the shea butter solution into a first mixing kettle (2), adding a petroleum ether solution with the volume same as that of the shea butter solution into the first mixing kettle (2), heating at constant temperature for 30min, and fully mixing the shea butter solution and the petroleum ether solution;
s3, injecting the mixed solution into a filter tank (3), removing impurities which are insoluble in petroleum ether solution, such as plant fibers, proteins and the like in the shea butter dissolved solution in the filter tank (3), and injecting the mixed solution after impurity removal into a winterization reaction kettle (4);
s4, reducing the temperature in the winterization reaction kettle (4) to 4 ℃, so that the temperature of the impurity removal solution is reduced when the impurity removal solution is cooled, the solubility of the shea butter is reduced, part of the shea butter is separated out and cooled and crystallized, and a mixed solution with crystallized shea butter is formed, wherein the crystallized shea butter can remove pigments, free fatty acids and other volatile components carried by the crystallized shea butter;
s5, injecting the solid-liquid mixture in the winterization reaction kettle (4) into a centrifuge (5), and separating solid shea butter from the mixed solution under the action of the centrifuge (5), wherein the solid shea butter can flow out from a finished product outlet at the bottom end of the centrifuge (5), so that the once purification of a shea butter solution is completed;
s6, injecting the residual mixed solution in the centrifuge (5) into a mixing kettle (6), injecting a petroleum ether solution with the same volume into the mixing kettle (6), heating the mixing kettle (6) for a period of time, and fully mixing the petroleum ether solution and the once purified shea butter solution to form a new mixed solution;
s7, injecting a new mixed solution formed in the mixing kettle (6) into the winterization reaction kettle (4);
s8, repeating the steps S4, S5, S6 and S7, and completing multiple purifications;
s9, introducing the multi-purified mixed solution into a distillation still (7), heating the distillation still (7), and heating and evaporating petroleum ether in the mixed solution to enter a storage tank (8).
