When the mixing amount of the waste gas in a certain heat storage chamber needs to be reduced, the adjusting handle 12-4 is pressed downwards to drive the adjusting rod 12-3 to move upwards, the adjusting amount is controlled through the angle ruler 12-5, the adjusting rod 12-3 drives each layer of rotatable blades of the horizontal grating 12-1 to turn over and reduce the opening degree of the rotatable blades simultaneously, the distribution proportion of the waste gas in the waste gas distribution device 1 is changed, and the mixing amount of the waste gas is reduced.
Similarly, when the mixing amount of the waste gas in a certain heat storage chamber needs to be increased, the adjusting handle 12-4 is only lifted up to drive the adjusting rod 12-3 to move downwards, the adjusting amount is controlled by the angle ruler 12-5, the adjusting rod 12-3 drives each layer of rotatable blades of the horizontal grating 12-1 to turn over and increase the opening degree of the rotatable blades simultaneously, and the distribution proportion of the waste gas in the waste gas distribution device 1 is changed, so that the mixing amount of the waste gas is increased.
The waste gas is mixed with air in a staggered way after being guided by the grids, then enters the corresponding small flue 2 of the coke oven, enters the combustion chamber after passing through the regenerator, realizes oxygen-poor combustion, and reduces the generation of nitrogen oxides.
The method is specifically adjusted according to the following steps:
1) the exhaust gas shutter 3 corresponding to the regenerator for the mixing amount of the exhaust gas to be regulated is found, it is checked whether the air damper of the exhaust gas shutter 3 is opened, and it is confirmed whether the valve on the corresponding exhaust gas recirculation branch pipe 5 is normally opened.
2) Recording the angles of angle rulers 12-5 corresponding to adjusting handles 12-4 in 2 exhaust gas distribution mechanisms 11 corresponding to the exhaust gas distribution device 1;
3) the opening degree of the corresponding horizontal grating 12-1 is increased through one adjusting handle 12-4, after the adjusting handle 12-4 is operated in place, the other adjusting handle 12-4 is adjusted reversely, and the adjusting angle value is the same as that of the previous adjusting handle, namely, the opening degree of the other horizontal grating 12-1 is reduced;
4) after the regulation is finished, the specific regulating value of the regulating handle 12-4 in the waste gas distributing device 1 is recorded, so that the waste gas mixing amount of all the regenerative chambers of the coke oven can be conveniently and correspondingly regulated, and finally the combustion condition of each combustion chamber is controlled to reach an ideal state.

Claims (9)
1. The waste gas distribution device of the coke oven is characterized by comprising a device body and a waste gas distribution mechanism; one end of the device body is connected with 1 pair of coke oven small flues below the corresponding regenerative chambers, and the other end of the device body is connected with the corresponding waste gas shutter; a returned waste gas inlet is formed in the bottom of the device body close to one end of the small flue of the coke oven, the returned waste gas inlet is connected with a waste gas returning pipeline in a waste gas returning system of the coke oven through a waste gas returning branch pipe, and a valve is arranged on the waste gas returning branch pipe; the device body at the two sides of the returned waste gas inlet is internally provided with a clapboard respectively to divide the corresponding end of the device body into 2 gas mixing channels; the waste gas distribution mechanism comprises a grating arranged on the partition plate and a grating adjusting device arranged outside the device body.

The exhaust gas distribution device of the coke oven as claimed in claim 1, wherein the device body is composed of a casing, a partition plate and a sealing plate; the shell consists of a rectangular box body and a quadrangular frustum pyramid-shaped box body which are connected; the outer end of the rectangular box body is connected with the corresponding waste gas shutter, and the outer end of the quadrangular frustum pyramid shaped box body is connected with the corresponding small flue of the coke oven; the outer end of the quadrangular frustum pyramid shaped box body is provided with a sealing plate, and the sealing plate is provided with bell and spigot ports at the positions corresponding to the 2 small flues of the coke oven; the two sides of the back-matching waste gas inlet in the quadrangular frustum pyramid shaped box body are symmetrically arranged by the 2 partition plates, and the quadrangular frustum pyramid shaped box body, the 2 partition plates and the sealing plate jointly form a closed structure with a triangular cross section.
3. The exhaust gas distribution device of a coke oven according to claim 2, wherein the outer end of the rectangular box is connected with the corresponding exhaust gas shutter through a flange; the outer end of the quadrangular frustum pyramid shaped box body is connected with the corresponding small flue of the coke oven in a socket joint mode, and a sealing structure is arranged at the socket joint.
4. The exhaust gas distribution device of the coke oven of claim 1, wherein the return exhaust gas inlet is connected with the exhaust gas return branch pipe through a flange.
5. The exhaust gas distribution device of the coke oven as set forth in claim 1, wherein the device body is made of cast iron.
6. The exhaust gas distribution device of the coke oven as set forth in claim 1, wherein the grids comprise vertical grids disposed at left and right sides and horizontal grids disposed at upper and lower sides; a plurality of strip-shaped fixed ventilation openings are formed in the vertical grating along the vertical direction; the horizontal grating is composed of a plurality of rotatable blades arranged in parallel.

The exhaust gas distribution device of the coke oven as claimed in claim 1, wherein the grille adjusting device is composed of an adjusting rod, an adjusting handle, an adjusting bracket, a locking mechanism and a bevel protractor; the rotatable blades are strung together by the adjusting rod, and the upper end of the adjusting rod penetrates out of the top of the shell; the adjusting bracket is arranged at the top of the shell, the middle part of the adjusting handle is hinged with the adjusting bracket through a rotating shaft, and one end of the adjusting handle is hinged with the upper end of the adjusting rod; the adjusting bracket is provided with a rotating shaft locking mechanism and an angle ruler.
8. The working method of the waste gas distribution device of the coke oven as claimed in any one of claims 1 to 7, characterized in that the device is used for realizing the waste gas return distribution of the coke oven; the method comprises the following steps:
1) when the airflow in the vertical flue of the coke oven combustion chamber is reversed to be ascending airflow, the air damper corresponding to the waste gas shutter is opened, and simultaneously, the waste gas in the waste gas return pipeline enters the corresponding waste gas distribution device through the waste gas return branch pipe; the angle of a horizontal grid in the waste gas distribution mechanism is adjusted in advance, waste gas is guided by the grid, enters a gas mixing channel to be mixed with air flowing in through a waste gas shutter in a staggered manner, and finally enters a corresponding small flue of the coke oven;
2) when the airflow in the vertical flue of the coke oven combustion chamber is changed into descending airflow, the valve on the corresponding waste gas return branch pipe is closed, and the waste gas in the small flue of the coke oven directly flows into the corresponding waste gas shutter through the waste gas distribution device.
9. The operating method of the waste gas distributor of coke oven according to any of claims 1 to 7, characterized in that it is used to realize the external adjustment of coke oven; the method comprises the following steps:
1) when the airflow in the vertical flue of a certain coke oven combustion chamber is reversed to be ascending airflow, the air damper corresponding to the waste gas shutter is opened, and simultaneously, waste gas in the waste gas return pipeline enters the corresponding waste gas distribution device through the waste gas return branch pipe;
2) when the mixing amount of the waste gas in the corresponding heat storage chamber needs to be reduced, the adjusting handle drives the adjusting rod to adjust the rotating angle of the horizontal grating, so that the opening degree of the horizontal grating is reduced, and the adjusting amount is controlled by the angle ruler, so that the mixing amount of the waste gas is reduced to a set level;
3) when the waste gas mixing amount in the corresponding heat storage chamber needs to be increased, the adjusting handle is driven to adjust the rotating angle of the horizontal grating, so that the opening degree of the horizontal grating is increased, and the adjusting amount is controlled through the angle ruler, so that the waste gas mixing amount is increased to a set level.
