and judging the book turning direction based on the character direction of the upper surface of the book, the front cover direction or the back cover direction and the spine direction or the opposite side direction of the spine, wherein the book turning direction comprises left book turning and right book turning.

The book editing preprocessing method of claim 1 or 2, wherein calling a label printing template according to the text direction comprises: if the character direction is the same as the conveying direction of the conveying mechanism, calling a first label printing template, wherein the character direction of the first label printing template is the same as the conveying direction; and if the character direction is opposite to the conveying direction of the conveying mechanism, calling a second label printing template, wherein the character direction of the second label printing template is opposite to the conveying direction.

or acquiring a side image of the book at the left side of the conveying track, judging whether the side image is a spine image, if the side image is the spine image, considering that the spine of the book faces the left side of the conveying track, and if not, considering that the spine of the book faces the right side of the conveying track.
