The driving wheel 12 drives the second rotating shaft 11 to synchronously rotate, and the second rotating shaft 11 rotates to drive the soil crushing roller 4 to rotate. When the soil breaking roller 4 rotates, the second rotating shaft 11 is deviated from the axle center of the driving wheel 12, so that the soil breaking roller 4 can rotate relative to the separating drum 3. When the soil crushing roller 4 rotates, the agricultural film with soil is pressed, and the projections on the agricultural film are crushed. The crushed soil particles are separated from the agricultural film and are in a free state in the separating cylinder 3.
When the separating cylinder 3 rotates, the crushed soil particles fly out of the soil outlet 6 and enter the cleaning tank 1 under the action of centrifugal force. The crushed soil particles are accumulated at the bottom of the cleaning tank 1. In the rotation process of the soil breaking roller 4, because the axis of the soil breaking roller 4 is spaced from the axis of the separating cylinder 3, when the soil breaking roller 4 moves, as shown in the figure, the distance x1 between the lower side of the soil breaking roller 4 and the separating cylinder 3 is smaller than the distance x2 between the upper side of the soil breaking roller 4 and the separating cylinder 3 (the diameter of the x1+x2+the soil breaking roller 4 is equal to the inner diameter of the separating cylinder 3), and the lower side of the soil breaking roller 4 also has the function of fixing a film when the soil-carrying film is extruded. The movement of the broken soil particles in the space with the larger side is intense, and the shielding of the agricultural film to the soil outlet 6 can be reduced due to the limitation of the displacement of the agricultural film, so that the broken soil particles can smoothly fly out of the soil outlet 6. When the soil breaking roller 4 continues to displace, the agricultural film rolled by the soil breaking roller 4 is loosened, and the soil breaking particles are separated from the agricultural film under the action of centrifugal force.
Wherein, the movement of the soil breaking roller 4 relative to the separating cylinder 3 is as follows: the soil-crushing roller 4 rolls around the second rotation shaft 11 in the separating drum 3, so that the agricultural film with soil can be crushed comprehensively.
After the soil is separated from the film, a soil outlet 9 at the bottom of the cleaning tank 1 is opened, and the dried crushed soil particles are collected.
After the collection is completed, the soil outlet 9 is closed, water is injected into the cleaning tank 1, and the water amount is 1/2 of that of the separation barrel 3. In the process, the separating cylinder 3 rotates, so that all agricultural films in the separating cylinder 3 can be cleaned. The soil crushing roller 4 still continuously rolls the film in the separating cylinder 3, (the residual soil on the agricultural film becomes slurry after meeting water) so as to extrude the slurry out of the film, thereby realizing the final separation of the soil and the agricultural film and replacing manual cleaning. After the cleaning is finished, the soil outlet 9 is opened, the mixed solution of slurry and water is discharged from the soil outlet 9, the mixed solution is collected to a sedimentation tank, supernatant after sedimentation can be used for cleaning an agricultural film, and bottom sedimentation can return to a farmland after drying, so that soil loss is reduced.
In the water discharging process, the soil-film separation mechanism 2 continues to rotate. The rotation process of the separating cylinder 3 provides centrifugal force for the film in the separating cylinder 3, and the water in the agricultural film enters the cleaning tank 1 through the soil outlet 6 under the action of the centrifugal force. When the soil breaking roller 4 rotates, water in the agricultural film is extruded, so that the water in the agricultural film is separated in an accelerating way. The agricultural film is dehydrated through the rotation of the soil film separating mechanism 2, and the drying of the agricultural film after cleaning can be accelerated.
