The invention discloses a chitin antibacterial hemostatic material film, which comprises: the invention discloses a chitin dressing block and a PU film material compounded with the chitin dressing block, wherein the thickness of the chitin dressing block is 0.1-0.5nm, the thickness of the PU film material is 0-0.2nm, and the invention also discloses a preparation method of a chitin antibacterial hemostatic material film. The problem of clinical lateral perineotomy wound is difficult to care is solved, lateral perineotomy wound infection is prevented, and wound healing is promoted.
Description
Technical Field
The invention belongs to the technical field of medical treatment, and particularly relates to a chitin antibacterial hemostatic material film and a preparation method thereof.
Background
An important function of modern wound dressings is to effectively restore important functions of damaged skin and to act all the way to wound healing and skin lesion healing. It can resist mechanical factors (such as dirt, collision, inflammation, etc.), resist pollution and chemical stimulation, prevent second-degree infection, prevent dryness and body fluid loss (electrolyte loss), prevent heat loss, and actively influence the wound healing process through debridement in addition to comprehensively protecting the wound, thereby creating a microenvironment for promoting wound healing.
Chitin is the only natural high molecular material with positive charge in nature, is a natural basic polysaccharide, the chemical structure of Chitin (Chitin) is very similar to that of cellulose, the difference is that the C-2 hydroxyl of each glucose unit is replaced, and in Chitin, acetylamino (-NHCOCH2) is contained, and the Chitin is divided into three crystals of alpha, beta and gamma according to the crystal structure, wherein the Chitin existing in nature is mostly alpha-type Chitin, the content of which is the most, the most stable, and the Chitin widely exists in cell walls of crustaceans, insects and parts of microorganisms. The yield of the natural product can reach 10-100 tons every year, and the natural product is the second most polysaccharide next to cellulose, and the resource is very rich. The material contains-NH 2 group and-OH group, is easy to modify and can generate various derivatives with different properties, and the most important derivative after chitin deacetylation is chitosan.
The chitin has excellent biological activity and biocompatibility, can be absorbed by human bodies and has no toxic and side effects; has wound protecting, antibacterial, hemostatic, analgesic, exudation reducing, cell growth promoting, wound healing promoting, air permeable, and moisture keeping effects; also has humoral immunity promoting and ecological regulating effects (reducing cholesterol, softening blood vessel, promoting heart function, etc.); has strong affinity to various proteins, and can be used as excellent physiologically active substances and excellent carrier materials of enzyme, antigen and antibody, and impurity separation and purification materials of natural traditional Chinese medicines; can be made into artificial skin, permeable membrane for hemodialysis; can be used as medicinal carrier and sustained release agent; has a weave structure, and can be used for the growth and regulation of cells and tissues and the induction of cell differentiation and tissue differentiation and growth, such as skin, cartilage and blood vessel reconstruction, and the like. The test results of acute toxicity, subacute toxicity, endothelial reaction, pyrogen, transplantation test, cytotoxicity, hemolysis, allergy, antigen and the like are negative, and the safety is high.
The medical dressing at present uses medical dressing directly to paste on the wound face and has partial viscose layer to paste and be used for fixed wound dressing in the aspect of handling the wound, and the dressing is by can simply prevent infection, simple hemostasis and slow accelerating wound healing's effect, but traditional medical dressing can only play the effect of handling general body part wound, can't solve the needs of the special position wound of health, if the perineum side is cut, if use improperly, cause secondary damage to the wound very easily. And traditional medical dressing does not have the wound exudate that can in time absorb, causes the healing of wound to slow down, and the medicine direct contact wound on traditional medical dressing has the side effect to human tissue how much, and the use amount is less moreover, and the drug effect is lower.
Therefore, the development of a wound care material for treating a special part of a body in a medical treatment process is urgently needed, and the medical dressing of the chitin (chitosan) antibacterial hemostatic material adhesive film for medical treatment, which uses a novel material chitin (chitosan) antibacterial hemostatic material adhesive film for medical treatment, has the advantages of fast healing effect on a wound, capability of isolating the wound from the outside and avoiding secondary damage, and overcomes the defects that the existing medical dressing has a special part wound which is not easy to be adhered by a viscose material, very slow healing effect on the wound, and incapability of isolating the wound from the outside and easily causing secondary damage.
Disclosure of Invention
The invention aims to overcome the defects of the prior art and provides a chitin antibacterial hemostatic material film and a preparation method thereof.
In order to achieve the purpose, the invention adopts the following technical scheme:
in a first aspect, a chitin antibacterial hemostatic material film and a preparation method thereof comprise: the chitin dressing block comprises a chitin dressing block and a PU (polyurethane) film material compounded with the chitin dressing block, wherein the thickness of the chitin dressing block is 0.1-0.5nm, and the thickness of the PU film material is 0-0.2 nm.
Preferably, the chitin dressing block comprises: 1-5 parts of chitin fiber and 0.1-1 part of solid gel particles.
In a second aspect, a preparation method of the chitin antibacterial hemostatic material film comprises the following steps:
preparing a chitin dressing block;
the chitin dressing block is compounded with the PU film material.
Preferably, the chitin dressing block is prepared by:
mixing the chitin fiber and the solid gel particles according to the formula amount, heating for dissolving, fully stirring, and then needling to obtain the chitin dressing block.
Preferably, the chitin dressing block is compounded with the PU film material, and the method comprises the following steps:
and uniformly covering the chitin dressing block on the surface of the PU film material, and heating to obtain the chitin antibacterial hemostatic material film.
Preferably, the heating temperature is 45-55 ℃.
In summary, due to the adoption of the technical scheme, the invention has the beneficial effects that:
in the invention, the chitin (chitosan) dressing block has viscosity when meeting liquid, can be adhered to a wound without using viscose, has the functions of stopping bleeding, resisting bacteria and promoting healing, is used for a special part which cannot be adhered by an adhesive, such as a lateral perineal cutting part, and has water resistance and high air permeability by a PU film compounded with the chitin (chitosan) dressing block by a special process, so that the wound can be effectively prevented from being invaded by postpartum lochia to cause infection. The problem of clinical lateral perineotomy wound is difficult to care is solved, lateral perineotomy wound infection is prevented, and wound healing is promoted.

The product is used for special parts which can not be adhered by the adhesive, such as perineum lateral cutting parts, and the PU film compounded with the chitin (chitosan) dressing block has water resistance and high air permeability, and can effectively prevent postpartum lochiorrhea from invading wounds to cause infection. The problem of clinical lateral perineotomy wound is difficult to care is solved, lateral perineotomy wound infection is prevented, and wound healing is promoted.
The foregoing is a more detailed description of the invention in connection with specific preferred embodiments and it is not intended that the invention be limited to these specific details. For those skilled in the art to which the invention pertains, several simple deductions or substitutions can be made without departing from the spirit of the invention, and all shall be considered as belonging to the protection scope of the invention.
