本发明属于染发剂技术领域,尤其是涉及一种以茶叶提取物为原料的天然染发剂,包括以下重量份数的原料制备而成:茶叶提取物10‑30份、蛇床子提取物1‑5份、苦参提取物1‑5份、鞣质5‑20份、FeCl3.6H2O 2.5‑20份、透明质酸钠1‑5份、芦荟多糖5‑20份、茶皂素2.5‑10份、NaOH 2.5‑10份、水85‑130份。本发明使用的原料为秋后老茶叶,丰富的蜡质有利于黑色素成分在头发上的包裹吸附,富含各种营养成分,能营养头发,抑菌消炎,无任何毒副作用,而且黑发效果好,用后头发色泽自然,光亮,能很好地护发养发;其中植物源的鞣质和三价铁离子的络合使得头发乌黑发亮,透明质酸和芦荟多糖使得头发含水量增加而滋润,并赋予染发剂以啫喱水功能,蛇床子、苦参、薄荷醇的加入赋予染发剂以止痒功效。

技术领域
本发明涉及染发剂技术领域,尤其涉及一种以茶叶提取物为原料的天然染发剂及其制备方法。
背景技术
目前零售市场和专业美发机构用的基本是化学染发剂,其主要成分为苯胺、苯酚类等有毒的化学物质,如对苯二胺、对氨基苯酚、间氨基苯酚、甲苯2,5-二胺、间苯二酚、对甲氨基苯酚、2,4-二氨基苯氧基乙醇盐酸盐、N,N-双(2-羟乙基)-p-苯二胺硫酸盐、4- 氨基-2-羟基甲苯、2-甲基间苯二酚、羟乙基对苯二胺硫酸盐、1,5- 萘二酚、4-氯间苯二酚等等。长期使用化学染发剂,只要1%被皮肤吸收进入人体,就会蓄积中毒,其中化学物质与某些细胞结合,细胞核内脱氧核糖核酸受损,引起细胞突变,而诱发皮肤癌、膀胱癌、白血病等。
相比化学染发剂而言,真正的植物染发产品所采用的上色分子全部由植物中提取。据现有技术而言,能符合头发毛鳞片规格的植物上色分子有黑桑果、黑豆皮、黑枸杞、五倍子、何首乌、黑胡桃等。真正纯天然的植物染发剂,是不应添加苯胺类及其衍生物的。
为了从天然植物中寻找能代替化学染发剂的安全无毒并具有较好黑发效果的天然染发剂,发现茶叶提取物能很好地满足这些要求,为此,我们提出一种以茶叶提取物为原料的天然染发剂及其制备方法来解决上述问题。
发明内容
本发明的目的是为了解决现有技术中存在的缺点,而提出的一种以茶叶提取物为原料的天然染发剂及其制备方法。
为了实现上述目的,本发明采用了如下技术方案:
一种以茶叶提取物为原料的天然染发剂,包括以下重量份数的原料制备而成:茶叶提取物10-30份、蛇床子提取物1-5份、苦参提取物1-5份、鞣质5-20份、FeCl3.6H2O 2.5-20份、透明质酸钠1-5 份、芦荟多糖5-20份、茶皂素2.5-10份、NaOH 2.5-10份、水85-130 份。
在上述的以茶叶提取物为原料的天然染发剂中,所述茶叶提取物的制备方法包括以下步骤:
S1、取新鲜秋后茶叶,烘干,粉碎至10-30目,称重;
S2、加6-7倍量90%乙醇,水浴温度60℃,回流提取3小时,过滤;
S3、滤渣加5倍量50%-90%乙醇回流提取2.5小时,过滤,合并滤液;
S4、减压浓缩至浸膏状,浸膏加两倍于原料重量的纯净水溶解,冷却,离心得不溶物A和离心液B;
S5、离心液上大孔吸附树脂柱,柱床体积与原料比为1/1(v/s);
S6、以两倍柱床体积的水洗去除杂质,以3倍柱床体积的80%乙醇洗脱,将离心不溶物A与洗脱液混合溶解后浓缩至浸膏状,真空干燥,得茶叶提取物。
在上述的以茶叶提取物为原料的天然染发剂中,所述蛇床子提取物的制备方法为:
S1、称取蛇床子,加6倍量75%乙醇,水浴温度90℃,回流提取 3小时,过滤;
S2、滤渣加5倍量75%乙醇回流提取2.5小时,过滤,合并滤液,减压浓缩至浸膏状。
在上述的以茶叶提取物为原料的天然染发剂的制备方法中,所述染发剂原料中还包括0.5份的薄荷精油和0.5份的苯甲酸钠,所述苦参提取物的制备方法为:
S1、称取苦参,加6倍量75%乙醇,水浴温度90℃,回流提取3 小时,过滤;
S2、滤渣加5倍量75%乙醇回流提取2.5小时,过滤,合并滤液,减压浓缩至浸膏状。
一种以茶叶提取物为原料的天然染发剂的制备方法,包括以下步骤:
步骤1、称取10-30份茶叶提取物,加水60份,超声溶解;称取茶皂素2.5-10份,10份水溶解;称取鞣质5-20份,20份水溶解;

步骤6、向步骤5中加入步骤2所得三氯化铁溶液,搅拌均匀;
步骤7、向步骤6中加入步骤3所得氢氧化钠溶液,搅拌均匀;
步骤8、向步骤7中加入蛇床子提取物3-5份,苦参提取物3-5 份,搅拌均匀;
步骤9、向步骤8中加入0.5份薄荷精油,搅拌均匀;
步骤10、将步骤9所得混合系经过胶体磨处理,得均一体系,即得以茶叶提取物为原料的具有止痒功效的天然染发剂。
在上述的以茶叶提取物为原料的天然染发剂的制备方法中,所述茶叶提取物的原料为秋后老茶叶,且老茶叶内含有丰富的蜡质有利于黑色素成分在头发上的包裹吸附。所述蛇床子和苦参提取物赋予染发剂以止痒功效。
在上述的以茶叶提取物为原料的天然染发剂的制备方法中,所述步骤10所得染发剂的使用方法为清晨以手润湿头发,用牙刷蘸取少许膏状染发剂均匀涂抹于白发上,来回揉搓片刻,头发即被染成黑色,且不必立刻冲洗,于晚上睡前冲洗即可。
与现有技术相比,本一种以茶叶提取物为原料的天然染发剂及其制备方法的优点在于:本发明所使用的原料为秋后老茶叶,丰富的蜡质有利于黑色素成分在头发上的包裹吸附,富含各种营养成分,能营养头发,抑菌消炎,无任何毒副作用,而且黑发效果好,用后头发色泽自然,光亮,能很好地护发养发;其中植物源的鞣质和三价铁离子的络合使得头发乌黑发亮,透明质酸和芦荟多糖使得头发含水量增加而滋润,并赋予染发剂以啫喱水功能,蛇床子、苦参、薄荷醇的加入赋予染发剂以止痒功效。
具体实施方式
下面将对本发明实施例中的技术方案进行清楚、完整地描述,显然,所描述的实施例仅仅是本发明一部分实施例,而不是全部的实施例。
实施例1
一、茶叶提取物的制备方法
取新鲜秋后老茶叶,烘干,粉碎至10-30目,称重;加6倍量 90%乙醇(s/v),水浴温度60℃,回流提取3小时,过滤,滤渣加 5倍量90%乙醇回流提取2.5小时,过滤,合并滤液;减压浓缩至浸膏状,浸膏加两倍于原料重量的纯净水溶解,冷却,离心得不溶物A 和离心液B,离心液上大孔吸附树脂柱,柱床体积与原料比为1/1 (v/s);以两倍柱床体积的水洗去除杂质,以3倍柱床体积的80%乙醇洗脱;将离心不溶物A与洗脱液混合溶解后浓缩至浸膏状,真空干燥,得茶叶提取物。

步骤1、称取20份茶叶提取物,加水60份,超声溶解;称取茶皂素4份,10份水溶解;称取鞣质10份,20份水溶解;
步骤2、称取FeCl3.6H2O 5份,加水5份溶解;
步骤3、称取NaOH4份,加水4份溶解;
步骤4、称取透明质酸钠1份,苯甲酸钠0.5份,加水50份加热溶解后,加芦荟多糖10份,搅拌均匀;
步骤5、向步骤1中加入步骤4所得混合物,搅拌均匀;
步骤6、向步骤5中加入步骤2所得三氯化铁溶液,搅拌均匀;
步骤7、向步骤6中加入步骤3所得氢氧化钠溶液,搅拌均匀;
步骤8、向步骤7中加入蛇床子提取物4份,苦参提取物4份,搅拌均匀;
步骤9、向步骤8中加入0.5份薄荷精油,搅拌均匀;
步骤10、将步骤9所得混合系经过胶体磨处理,得均一体系,即得以茶叶提取物为原料的具有止痒功效的天然染发剂。
实施例2
一、茶叶提取物的制备方法
取新鲜秋后老茶叶,烘干,粉碎至10-30目,称重;加7倍量 95%乙醇(s/v),水浴温度90度,回流提取3小时,过滤;滤渣加 5倍量95%乙醇回流提取2.5小时,过滤,合并滤液;减压浓缩至浸膏状,浸膏加两倍于原料重量的纯净水溶解,冷却,离心得不溶物A 和离心液B;离心液上大孔吸附树脂柱,柱床体积与原料比为1/1 (v/s);以两倍柱床体积的水洗去除杂质,以3倍柱床体积的90%乙醇洗脱;将离心不溶物A与洗脱液混合溶解后浓缩至浸膏状,真空干燥,得茶叶提取物。

步骤1、称取30份茶叶提取物,加水60份,超声溶解;称取茶皂素10份,10份水溶解;称取鞣质20份,20份水溶解;
步骤2、称取FeCl3.6H2O 20份,加水20份溶解;
步骤3、称取NaOH 10份,加水10份溶解;
步骤4、称取透明质酸钠2份,苯甲酸钠0.5份,加水50份加热溶解后,加芦荟多糖20份,搅拌均匀;
步骤5、向步骤1中加入步骤4所得混合物,搅拌均匀;
步骤6、向步骤5中加入步骤2所得三氯化铁溶液,搅拌均匀;
步骤7、向步骤6中加入步骤3所得氢氧化钠溶液,搅拌均匀;
步骤8、向步骤7中加入蛇床子提取物5份,苦参提取物5份,搅拌均匀;
步骤9、向步骤8中加入0.5份薄荷精油,搅拌均匀;
步骤10、将步骤9所得混合系经过胶体磨处理,得均一体系,即得以茶叶提取物为原料的具有止痒功效的天然染发剂。
实施例3
一、茶叶提取物的制备方法
取新鲜秋后老茶叶,烘干,粉碎至10-30目,称重;加6倍量 50%乙醇(s/v),水浴温度90度,回流提取3小时,过滤;滤渣加 5倍量50%乙醇回流提取2.5小时,过滤,合并滤液;减压浓缩至浸膏状,浸膏加两倍于原料重量的纯净水溶解,冷却,离心得不溶物A 和离心液B;离心液上大孔吸附树脂柱,柱床体积与原料比为1/1 (v/s);以两倍柱床体积的水洗去除杂质,以3倍柱床体积的50%乙醇洗脱;将离心不溶物A与洗脱液混合溶解后浓缩至浸膏状,真空干燥,得茶叶提取物。

步骤1、称取15份茶叶提取物,加水60份,超声溶解;称取茶皂素5份,10份水溶解;称取鞣质15份,20份水溶解;
步骤2、称取FeCl3.6H2O 2.5份,加水2.5份溶解;
步骤3、称取NaOH 2.5份,加水2.5份溶解;
步骤4、称取透明质酸钠5份,苯甲酸钠0.5份,加水50份加热溶解后,加芦荟多糖5份,搅拌均匀;
步骤5、向步骤1中加入步骤4所得混合物,搅拌均匀;
步骤6、向步骤5中加入步骤2所得三氯化铁溶液,搅拌均匀;
步骤7、向步骤6中加入步骤3所得氢氧化钠溶液,搅拌均匀;
步骤8、向步骤7中加入蛇床子提取物3份,苦参提取物3份,搅拌均匀;
步骤9、向步骤8中加入0.5份薄荷精油,搅拌均匀;
步骤10、将步骤9所得混合系经过胶体磨处理,得均一体系,即得以茶叶提取物为原料的具有止痒功效的天然染发剂。
实施例四
一、茶叶提取物的制备方法
取新鲜秋后老茶叶,烘干,粉碎至10-30目,称重;加7倍量 70%乙醇(s/v),水浴温度90度,回流提取3小时,过滤;滤渣加 5倍量70%乙醇回流提取2.5小时,过滤,合并滤液;减压浓缩至浸膏状,浸膏加两倍于原料重量的纯净水溶解,冷却,离心得不溶物A 和离心液B;离心液上大孔吸附树脂柱,柱床体积与原料比为1/1 (v/s);以两倍柱床体积的水洗去除杂质,以3倍柱床体积的70%乙醇洗脱;将离心不溶物A与洗脱液混合溶解后浓缩至浸膏状,真空干燥,得茶叶提取物。

步骤1、称取10份茶叶提取物,加水60份,超声溶解;称取茶皂素7.5份,10份水溶解;称取鞣质5份,20份水溶解;
步骤2、称取FeCl3.6H2O10份,加水10份溶解;
步骤3、称取NaOH 6份,加水6份溶解;
步骤4、称取透明质酸钠3份,苯甲酸钠0.5份,加水50份加热溶解后,加芦荟多糖15份,搅拌均匀;
步骤5、向步骤1中加入步骤4所得混合物,搅拌均匀;
步骤6、向步骤5中加入步骤2所得三氯化铁溶液,搅拌均匀;
步骤7、向步骤6中加入步骤3所得氢氧化钠溶液,搅拌均匀;
步骤8、向步骤7中加入蛇床子提取物4份,苦参提取物3份,搅拌均匀;
步骤9、向步骤8中加入0.5份薄荷精油,搅拌均匀;
步骤10、将步骤9所得混合系经过胶体磨处理,得均一体系,即得以茶叶提取物为原料的具有止痒功效的天然染发剂。
天然染发剂的使用方法:
每天早晨以手润湿头发,用牙刷蘸取少许膏状染发剂均匀涂抹于白发上,来回揉搓片刻,头发即被染成黑色。不必立刻冲洗,于晚上睡前冲洗即可。

1.一种以茶叶提取物为原料的天然染发剂,其特征在于,包括以下重量份数的原料制备而成:茶叶提取物10-30份、蛇床子提取物1-5份、苦参提取物1-5份、鞣质5-20份、FeCl3.6H2O 2.5-20份、透明质酸钠1-5份、芦荟多糖5-20份、茶皂素2.5-10份、NaOH 2.5-10份、水85-130份。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种以茶叶提取物为原料的天然染发剂,其特征在于,所述茶叶提取物的制备方法包括以下步骤:
S1、取新鲜秋后茶叶,烘干,粉碎至10-30目,称重;

S2、滤渣加5倍量75%乙醇回流提取2.5小时,过滤,合并滤液,减压浓缩至浸膏状。
4.根据权利要求3所述的一种以茶叶提取物为原料的天然染发剂,其特征在于,所述染发剂原料中还包括0.5份的薄荷精油和0.5份的苯甲酸钠,所述苦参提取物的制备方法为:
S1、称取苦参,加6倍量75%乙醇,水浴温度90℃,回流提取3小时,过滤;
S2、滤渣加5倍量75%乙醇回流提取2.5小时,过滤,合并滤液,减压浓缩至浸膏状。
5.一种以茶叶提取物为原料的天然染发剂的制备方法,其特征在于,包括以下步骤:
步骤1、称取10-30份茶叶提取物,加水60份,超声溶解;称取茶皂素2.5-10份,10份水溶解;称取鞣质5-20份,20份水溶解;

6.根据权利要求4所述的一种以茶叶提取物为原料的天然染发剂的制备方法,其特征在于,所述茶叶提取物的原料为秋后老茶叶,且老茶叶内含有丰富的蜡质有利于黑色素成分在头发上的包裹吸附。所述蛇床子和苦参提取物赋予染发剂以止痒功效。
