7. The liftable electric scooter with stool and urine emission function of claim 6, further comprising a second rotating module and a fixing shaft, wherein the fixing shaft is fixed to the lifting module;
the second rotating module is fixedly connected with the first seat cushion, and the output end of the second rotating module is connected with the fixed shaft and drives the first seat cushion to swing relative to the lifting module along the vertical direction, so that the first seat cushion swings relative to the lifting module.

the seating pad assemblies are swung toward the base and folded over each other.
