The roller 113 includes an inner layer of hard glue and a sponge layer wrapped around the hard glue. The end of the hard rubber can be fixed on the body 111 through a connecting piece such as a bearing. The roller driving mechanism drives the hard rubber to rotate around the axis of the hard rubber through the roller transmission mechanism to drive the roller to rotate, so that the surface of the roller does circular motion. An arc-shaped movable guard plate may be provided on the body 111 to facilitate the removal of the drum 113.
The wiper strip assembly 213, the water pressing strip 115, the drum 113 and the water tank cover 116 form a water tank a. The wiper strip assembly 213 is mounted on the body 111 to interfere with (i.e., press) the drum 113 to prevent the water in the water tank a from flowing along the drum 113 to the ground. The water pressing bar 115 also interferes with the drum 113 to press out water in the drum 113 to clean the drum 113 and maintain the humidity of the drum 113 at a proper level. The wiper strip assembly 213 includes a wiper fixing portion 213c, and a wiper strip 213a and a water bar 213b covering the surface of the fixing portion 213c, the wiper strip 213a and the water bar 213b may be rubber strips, the wiper strip 213a and the water bar 213b are made of soft materials, and the fixing portion 213c and the water bar 115 are made of hard materials.
The water pressing strip 115 comprises a straight line section and arc sections arranged at two ends of the straight line section. During the operation of the cleaning tool, the roller 113 is continuously rotated, and the water pressing bar 115 extrudes the sewage in the roller. The wiper strip 213a has a Y-shape. The "Y" shaped tip portion interferes with the roller of the roller cleaning tool and helps to peel off debris adhering to the roller during operation of the cleaning tool.
The water bar 213b is shaped like a "Y". The water retaining part 213b-1 and the water receiving bar 213b-2 are Y-shaped and bifurcate respectively. The water stop portion 213b-1 interferes with the drum 113 and cooperates with an arc-shaped working bar (not shown) of the water pressing bar 115 to press out water in the drum 113 during the operation of the cleaning tool. As the drum 113 rotates, water extruded from the drum 113 flows to a water storage space formed by the water pressing bar 115, the water blocking bar 213b and the drum 113. Both ends of the water bar 213b are formed in an arc shape. Through the cooperation of the water bar 213b and the arc 213b-3, the sewage extruded from the drum 113 is gathered and guided to the water tank. This arrangement keeps the portion of the drum 113 pressed by the arc 213b-3 unsaturated (i.e., not fully filled with water) to prevent the water in the water tank from flowing out of both ends of the drum 113.
In this embodiment, as shown in fig. 5, the cover 116 is reversible, and can be turned over along the shaft 116a to facilitate cleaning of the waste in the tank a. Alternatively, the water tub cover 116 may be turned at an angle of 90 or more (the turning angle is 90 in FIG. 5). When the cleaning equipment provided by the invention is used for cleaning dry garbage on the ground, when the roller 113 rolls on the ground, the particles of the dry garbage on the ground press and deform the sponge layer of the roller 113, and the sponge layer wraps the particles of the dry garbage through deformation, so that the particles of the dry garbage are separated from the ground and rotate along with the roller 113. When the garbage collection device is turned to the shovel strip position, particles of dry garbage leave the ground and continue to rotate along with the roller 113 under the extrusion of the shovel strip. When the water reaches the water retaining strip 213b after passing through the shovel strip, the sponge layer is restored and deformed due to the loss of the compression of the shovel strip, and the dry garbage particles wrapped by the sponge layer are released, enter the water tank A and then flow into the water tank 112 along with the water flow.
Some small particles of dry garbage may remain attached to the sponge layer, and it is removed from the surface of the drum 113 by the washing force of water and the combined action of the water pressing strips 115, enters the water tank a, and then flows into the water tank 112 with the water flow.
When wet garbage is cleaned using the cleaning apparatus of the present invention, the sponge layer of the drum 113 absorbs the wet garbage. The wet garbage moves to the position of the water pressing strip 115 along with the roller 113, the water pressing strip 115 presses the sponge layer of the roller 113, and the wet garbage is released from the sponge layer, enters the water tank A and then flows into the water tank 112 along with water flow.
When the cleaning apparatus of the present embodiment is used to clean the viscous garbage, the viscous garbage adheres to the sponge layer of the drum 132 and partially permeates into the sponge layer of the drum 132. The drum 132 continues to rotate, reaches the water tank a, is removed from the surface of the drum 113 by the combined action of the flushing force of the water, the water bar 213b and the water pressing bar 115, enters the water tank a, and then flows into the water tank 112 with the water flow.
The invention can realize self-cleaning of the roller by utilizing the 'water-dust circulation' cleaning technology, and combines sweeping, dragging, washing and twisting together, thereby being greatly convenient for users and realizing good cleaning effect.
It should be understood that the above examples are only for clearly illustrating the present invention and are not intended to limit the embodiments. Other variations and modifications will be apparent to persons skilled in the art in light of the above description. And are neither required nor exhaustive of all embodiments. And obvious variations or modifications of the invention may be made without departing from the scope of the invention.
