Abstract
The invention relates to a pharmaceutical composition and a protein energy bar suitable for climacteric people. The method of the invention comprises the following steps: (1) the low-temperature high-efficiency extraction of active ingredients of the medicine-food homologous traditional Chinese medicine; (2) preparing medicinal and edible high-activity Chinese medicinal powder; (3) pretreating auxiliary materials; (4) and (3) preparing and forming the protein energy bar. The invention has the beneficial effects that: the low-temperature high-efficiency extraction of the active ingredients of the medicine-food homologous traditional Chinese medicine reduces the problem of efficacy loss of the active ingredients caused by long-time high temperature, and greatly reserves the active ingredients; the low-temperature concentration technology is used, so that the powder yield is ensured, and the powder effect is effectively preserved; the addition of the auxiliary materials provides nutrient substances such as carbohydrate, protein, fat and the like required by a human body, and the protein energy bar is endowed with comprehensive nutrition and rich mouthfeel.
Description
Technical Field
The invention belongs to the technical field of light industrial food processing, and particularly relates to a medicinal and edible protein energy bar suitable for climacteric people.
Background
The information in this background section is only for enhancement of understanding of the general background of the invention and is not necessarily to be construed as an admission or any form of suggestion that this information forms the prior art that is already known to a person of ordinary skill in the art.
Menopause is an important transition stage of women from the birth phase to the old age phase, is a remarkable mark of menopause, and is a biological event which takes ovarian function decline as a core and relates to multiple systems and multiple organs of the whole body. The health care of climacteric women is widely regarded worldwide. The world health organization has listed improving the quality of life in the late years as one of three major subjects of promoting health in the 21 st century, and more than 50% of women suffer from more than hundreds of climacteric symptoms such as hot flashes, night sweats, insomnia and the like due to rapid decline and fluctuation of reproductive hormones in the period.
The traditional Chinese medicine conditioning has the unique advantage of playing the climacteric symptom improvement, but the traditional Chinese medicine is difficult to accept due to the complicated boiling process and bitter taste, and the long-time high-temperature boiling causes the great loss of the activity of the traditional Chinese medicine components, so that the efficacy is greatly reduced. In addition, the adjustment of the medicine-food homologous drinks is one of the important means for relieving the climacteric syndrome, and the body function can be adjusted and the climacteric problem can be relieved on the basis of nutrition supplementation by supplementing nutritional ingredients such as protein, vitamins, mineral substances, dietary fibers, unsaturated fatty acid and the like which are easy to be absorbed by a human body.
Disclosure of Invention
The invention firstly provides a medicinal and edible composition, which is an addition formula of Xiaoyao pills and peach kernel and safflower soup. Xiaoyao pills mainly comprise lily, angelica, bighead atractylodes rhizome, white paeony root, tuckahoe and other traditional Chinese medicines, and are a representative prescription for soothing liver and nourishing blood. The climacteric women are easy to have symptoms of irritability, low mood, distending pain in hypochondrium and the like due to the reduction of hormone level, and the ease pill is a common medicine for relieving the menopause. The peach kernel and safflower decoction also has the effects of soothing liver, regulating qi, promoting blood circulation and removing obstruction in channels, is commonly used for improving female endocrine at present, and has the effects of relieving menstrual discomfort, chest stuffiness and pains, removing freckles and beautifying. The invention designs and combines the two classic formulas, preferably medicinal and edible homologous components in the two classic formulas, and deleting components with repeated effects in the formulas, wherein the adjusted medicinal composition comprises the following medicinal components: lily, bighead atractylodes rhizome, poria cocos, red paeony root, white paeony root, Chinese angelica, cortex moutan, hawthorn, ligusticum wallichii, chrysanthemum, liquorice, mint, peach kernel and safflower.
Secondly, proper dietary adjustments are also helpful for correcting climacteric symptoms, and essential nutrients include proteins, vitamins, dietary fibers, polyunsaturated fatty acids, and the like, so providing a convenient and complete nutritional supplement diet is helpful for relieving climacteric symptoms. The invention particularly provides a protein energy bar suitable for climacteric people, which introduces active ingredients in the medicinal and edible composition and supplements nutrients.
Furthermore, in the development of the protein energy bar, the traditional Chinese medicine decoction process is complicated, the taste is poor, and the flavor is poor and the swallowing is difficult when the protein energy bar is directly applied. In order to overcome the problems, the invention improves the extraction effect of active ingredients and improves the bad taste of the medicine by microwave low-temperature extraction.
The beneficial effects of one or more technical schemes are as follows:
(1) the nutrients are provided: in the development process of the product, protein, fat, carbohydrate, vitamins, minerals and dietary fiber are introduced, and the curative effect of the product is improved through the combined action of the substances and the active ingredients of the traditional Chinese medicine.
(2) And (3) introducing protein powder. The protein is an organism which can not separate all life activities, plays an important role in many aspects of human bodies, and can be utilized only after being absorbed by human bodies when being taken outside.
(3) The introduction of active powder with homology of medicine and food. The Chinese medicinal components which are known to have the effect of resisting the climacteric and are homologous with medicine and food are introduced, and meanwhile, as the tongue bluish purple and the ecchymosis sometimes appear in climacteric people, the peach kernel and the safflower are added into the components to prevent the tongue bluish purple and the ecchymosis.
(4) And (4) introducing auxiliary materials. The invention introduces the adhesive mixture, after the adhesive mixture is melted in butter, the high-activity Chinese medicinal powder is added under stirring, thereby not only masking the bitter taste of the Chinese medicament, but also endowing the product with Q elastic mouthfeel, and being more acceptable. Improving the acceptance of the traditional Chinese medicine and the preference degree of the product. The oat and the nut in the auxiliary materials provide dietary fiber for the body and improve the body function, the dietary fiber is the seventh nutrient at present, the dietary fiber plays an important role in keeping the health of the digestive system, and simultaneously, the intake of the dietary fiber can also prevent cardiovascular diseases, cancers, diabetes and other diseases.
(5) The traditional Chinese medicines are subjected to superfine grinding into powder and then subjected to low-temperature table leaching, so that the effective active ingredients in the traditional Chinese medicines can enter water more favorably, and the utilization rate of the effective ingredients is improved. Freeze-drying the extracted traditional Chinese medicine water to obtain traditional Chinese medicine powder, wherein the freeze-drying can ensure that active ingredients in the traditional Chinese medicine powder are not lost and not deteriorated.
