Preferably, in the above-mentioned interlocking type safety belt traveling device, the movable wheel set 4 includes an installation shaft 41, a roller 42 and two second springs (not shown), the installation shaft 41 is horizontally disposed, the roller 42 is sleeved at one end of the installation shaft 41 through a bearing, the other end of the installation shaft 41 is fixedly connected with one end of a horizontally disposed connection plate 43, the connection plate 43 is installed between two lug plates 62 through a pin shaft 9, the pin shaft 9 is vertically disposed, the installation shaft 41 can horizontally rotate around a central shaft of the pin shaft 9, one end of each of the two second springs is installed at each of two sides of the installation shaft 41, the other end of each of the two second springs is installed on each of the vertical plates 21 of the base 2, and the movable wheel set 4 is automatically perpendicular to the vertical plate 21 of the base 2 under the condition that no external force is applied to the two second springs.

1. An interlocking belt running gear for fastening a belt and capable of continuously running along a steel beam under the traction of the belt, comprising: the safety belt device comprises two bases, a base spacing adjusting mechanism, four movable wheel sets and four interlocking mechanisms, wherein the steel beam is H-shaped steel or I-shaped steel, each base comprises a vertical plate and a transverse plate, the vertical plate and the transverse plate are connected to form an L-shaped structure, each base is provided with two movable wheel sets, one end of each movable wheel set is connected with the vertical plate of the corresponding base, the movable wheel sets are horizontally arranged, the height of each movable wheel set can be adjusted, the web of the steel beam can automatically turn over horizontally in the moving process of each movable wheel set and can automatically reset after crossing the web, the movable wheel sets are perpendicular to the vertical plates when naturally resetting, the base spacing adjusting mechanism is provided with handles for fixing safety belts, the two bases are symmetrically arranged at the two ends of the base spacing adjusting mechanism, and the distance between the two bases can be adjusted through the base spacing adjusting mechanism, the lower flanges on the two sides of the steel beam horizontally extend into the space between the corresponding movable wheel set and the corresponding transverse plate respectively; the interlocking mechanism can lock another movable wheel set on the same base when one movable wheel set meets the automatic horizontal turning of the web of the steel beam, and the other movable wheel set on the same base is automatically reset and unlocked after the movable wheel set turns over the web of the steel beam.

The interlocking seatbelt running gear of claim 1, wherein the interlocking mechanisms are four groups in total, each interlocking mechanism comprises two wire ropes, a driving block, a first spring and a support, one end of each of the two steel wire ropes is respectively fixed on both sides of one movable wheel set, the other end is respectively fixed on one end of the driving block, the steel wire rope is pulled to move by the rotation of the movable wheel set, so that the driving block moves and clings to the side surface of the other movable wheel set to prevent the other movable wheel set from turning over, so that the other movable wheel set is always vertical to the vertical plate, the support is arranged on the base and positioned at the outer side of the other movable wheel set, the first spring is arranged between the driving block and the support, when the movable wheel set is vertical to the vertical plate, the first spring automatically resets, so that the driving block leaves the outer side face of the other movable wheel set.

The interlocking belt running gear according to claim 2, wherein each of the interlocking mechanisms further comprises three steering wheels for changing the direction of movement of the wire rope, one of the steering wheels being disposed on the outer side of the one movable wheel group, and two of the steering wheels being disposed on the inner side of the one movable wheel group.

The interlocking seat belt running device according to claim 1, wherein the base-interval adjusting mechanism comprises a connecting ratchet strip, two ratchets, two ratchet caps and two ratchet return springs, the ratchet caps are fixedly connected with the corresponding bases, the ratchets can be meshed with the connecting ratchet strip, the two ratchets are rotationally symmetrically distributed at two ends of the connecting ratchet strip, and the corresponding ratchets and the ratchet return springs are arranged in the ratchet caps; the ratchet is externally connected with a pull rod, the ratchet and the connecting ratchet bar are loosened by pulling the pull rod, the relative position of the ratchet and the connecting ratchet bar is adjusted, and the ratchet is automatically reset under the action of the corresponding ratchet reset spring by loosening the pull rod.

The interlocking seatbelt walking apparatus according to claim 1, wherein the transverse plate is provided with a rolling mechanism for rolling-connecting with a lower flange of the steel beam, the rolling mechanism is a ball, a circular groove matching with the ball is provided on an upper surface of the transverse plate, and a center of the ball is lower than the upper surface of the transverse plate.

The interlocking type seatbelt walking apparatus according to claim 1, wherein each movable wheelset is horizontally mounted on a vertical plate of the corresponding base through a respective wheelset seat, the vertical plate is provided with two long slots, the wheelset seats are mounted on the corresponding long slots of the vertical plate through bolt assemblies, the movable wheelsets are mounted on the corresponding wheelset seats, and the heights of the wheelset seats and the movable wheelsets can be adjusted through the bolt assemblies so that the movable wheelsets are closely attached to the upper surface of the lower flange of the steel beam.

The interlocking belt running device according to claim 6, wherein the wheel set base comprises a bottom plate and two lug plates, the two lug plates are arranged in parallel and horizontally, the bottom plate is arranged vertically, the bottom plate is arranged in an elongated slot of a vertical plate of the base through a bolt assembly, and the movable wheel set can be pressed on the upper surface of the corresponding lower flange of the steel beam through adjusting the bolt assembly.

The interlocking type safety belt walking device as claimed in claim 7, wherein the movable wheel set comprises a mounting shaft, a roller and two second springs, the mounting shaft is horizontally arranged, the roller is sleeved at one end of the mounting shaft through a bearing sleeve, the other end of the mounting shaft is fixedly connected with a horizontally arranged connecting plate, the connecting plate is mounted between the two lug plates through a pin shaft, the pin shaft is vertically arranged, the mounting shaft can horizontally rotate around the central axis of the pin shaft, one end of each of the two second springs is mounted at each of two sides of the mounting shaft, the other end of each of the two second springs is mounted on a vertical plate of the base, and the movable wheel set is automatically perpendicular to the vertical plate of the base through the two second springs without external force.
