step 1, install interlocking formula safety belt running gear on the girder steel, the girder steel is H shaped steel or I-steel, interlocking formula safety belt running gear includes: the safety belt seat comprises two bases, a base interval adjusting mechanism, four movable wheel sets, four wheel set seats and four interlocking mechanisms, wherein each base comprises a vertical plate and a transverse plate, the vertical plate and the transverse plate are connected to form an L-shaped structure, each base is provided with two wheel set seats, the vertical plate is respectively provided with two long slotted holes, the wheel set seats are respectively installed on the corresponding long slotted holes of the vertical plate through bolt assemblies, the movable wheel sets are horizontally arranged on the corresponding wheel set seats, a web plate of a steel beam can automatically turn horizontally and cross the web plate in the advancing process of the movable wheel sets and can automatically reset after crossing the web plate, the movable wheel sets are perpendicular to the vertical plate after being automatically reset, handles for fixing safety belts are arranged on the base interval adjusting mechanism, and the two bases are symmetrically arranged at two ends of the base interval adjusting mechanism;
step 2, adjusting the distance between the two bases through the base distance adjusting mechanism to enable the lower flanges of the steel beams to horizontally extend into the space between the corresponding movable wheel set and the corresponding transverse plate respectively;
step 3, adjusting the height of the movable wheel set through the bolt assembly to enable the movable wheel set to be tightly attached to the upper surface of the lower flange of the steel beam;
step 4, hanging the safety belt on the handle;
step 5, pulling the safety belt to enable the interlocking type safety belt walking device to move along the length direction of the steel beam;
step 6, in the process that the interlocking type safety belt walking device moves along the length direction of the steel beam, when one movable wheel set reaches the position of a web plate of the steel beam, the movable wheel set automatically rotates and drives the corresponding interlocking device to lock the other movable wheel set on the same base, and the movable wheel set automatically resets and drives the corresponding interlocking device to unlock the other movable wheel set on the same base after bypassing the web plate of the steel beam;
and 7, when the other movable wheel set reaches the web plate position of the steel beam, the other movable wheel set automatically rotates and drives the corresponding interlocking device to lock the movable wheel set on the same base, and the other movable wheel set automatically resets and drives the corresponding interlocking device to unlock the movable wheel set on the same base after bypassing the web plate of the steel beam.

The method of using an interlocking seatbelt walking device according to claim 1, four groups of interlocking mechanisms are provided, each interlocking mechanism comprises two limit switches, a battery, an electromagnet, a driving block, a first spring and a support, the two limit switches are respectively fixed on two sides of a movable wheel set, the support is arranged on the base, the support is positioned at the outer side of the other movable wheel set, a first spring is arranged between the driving block and the support, when the movable wheel set automatically turns horizontally when touching the web plate in the forward movement, the limit switch can be triggered to electrify the electromagnet, and after the electromagnet is electrified, the magnetic attraction driving block moves forwards and clings to the side surface of the other movable wheel set to prevent the other movable wheel set from turning, the other movable wheel set is always vertical to the vertical plate, and the driving block automatically resets through the first spring under the condition that the electromagnet is not electrified.
