Detailed Description
As shown in figure 1, the vehicle-mounted drying and sterilizing equipment combining the water-absorbent resin and the plasma technology mainly comprises a water absorption system, a heating and drying system and a sterilizing and disinfecting system.
The equipment uses the green super absorbent resin material to quickly adsorb water on clothes, the PTC heating pipe is used as a heat source of the equipment to provide heat for a drying system, electrons, ions and the like generated by a plasma generator are sterilized and disinfected, and an automobile power supply system provides power for the device.
In the water absorption process, adjusting a second knob 36 to lift the seat 38 cushion, lifting a first cover plate 3, putting an object to be absorbed on the second water absorbing material 2, closing the first cover plate 3, absorbing water on the object to be absorbed by the first water absorbing material 1 and the second water absorbing material 2 simultaneously, and finishing the water absorption operation within about 10 minutes;
in the heating and drying process, the sterilizing box body 7 is opened, the article absorbed with water is flatly laid on the heating partition plate 18, the sterilizing box body is closed, a user sets the optimal drying temperature and drying time on the control panel 27 according to the material of clothes or the type of the article, and if the user wants to remove wrinkles, the heights of the first pressing plate 12 and the second pressing plate 13 are adjusted through the first lifter 10 and the second lifter 11 to press the article to be flat; the optimal drying temperature is set on the control panel 27, and a user can set the working time on the control panel 27 according to the requirement of the user; in the drying function operation, the heater 16 generates heat, the first fan 14 and the second fan 15 intake air from the first air inlet 21, the second air inlet 22 and the third air inlet 23, the air is sent to the upper part of the heating partition plate 18 through the first air outlet 25, the second air outlet 26 and the air outlet 24 to form hot air circulation, and the heat generated by the heater 16 is transmitted to the heating partition plate 18, in the drying process, when the temperature and humidity sensor 20 detects that the temperature of the heating drying system is higher than the set optimal temperature, the information is transmitted to the control board 27 to close the heater 16, and if the temperature and humidity sensor 20 detects that the temperature of the heating drying system is lower than the optimal temperature, the control board 27 controls the heater 16 to work again, so that the constant temperature state is kept; after the set working time is reached, the control panel 27 receives information to control the heater 16, the first fan 14 and the second fan 15 to be turned off, and the waste heat is utilized to completely dry the materials;
in the process of sterilizing and disinfecting the articles, the sterilizing box body 7 is lifted, the articles to be sterilized are placed on the heating clapboard 18, the sterilization and disinfection functions are started on the control panel 27, the sterilization duration is set, the control panel 27 receives information to control the operation of the sterilizer 8, the first fan 14 and the second fan 15 intake air from the first air inlet 21, the second air inlet 22 and the third air inlet 23, the first air outlet 25, the second air outlet 26 and the air outlet 24 are sent to the upper part of the heating partition plate 18, the sterilizer 8 processes the input current through a multistage special circuit in the device, boosting the pressure to obtain positive high pressure and negative high pressure, generating a large amount of ions and living group groups by utilizing the positive high pressure and negative high pressure ionized air to sterilize and disinfect the objects, and controlling the sterilizer 8, the first fan 14 and the second fan 15 to be closed by the control board 27 after the set sterilization duration is reached;
in the process of sterilizing and disinfecting the environment in the vehicle, adjusting a second knob 36 to lift a seat 38 cushion, lifting a sterilization box body 7, enabling a sterilizer 8 to correspond to an air outlet of an air conditioner of the vehicle, keeping the sterilization box body 7 in an open state, starting a sterilization function on a control panel 27, setting sterilization duration, enabling the control panel 27 to receive information to control the sterilizer 8 to work, enabling a ventilation circulating system of the vehicle to circulate ions, living group and the like generated by the sterilizer 8 into the environment in the vehicle for sterilization and disinfection, simultaneously converting toxic and harmful gases in the air into various active particles under the action of a large amount of electrons, achieving the effects of smoke prevention, dust removal and odor elimination, and controlling the sterilizer 8 to be closed by the control panel 27 after the set sterilization duration is reached;
after each work is finished, the control panel 27 controls the closing of the working elements; if the first to second water absorbing materials 1-2 reach a saturated state after being used for many times, they can be detached and replaced.
The invention designs a vehicle-mounted drying and sterilizing device by utilizing the water absorption performance of the green super absorbent resin and the efficient sterilization and detoxification of low-temperature plasma, and equipment is arranged below a vice-driving seat of an automobile and can dry, sterilize and disinfect clothes, articles and the like at any time when the automobile goes out; the equipment utilizes the green super absorbent resin to absorb water firstly and then dry, thereby greatly reducing the electric energy consumed by water evaporation and improving the drying speed; the water-absorbing resin can be repeatedly used and periodically replaced after reaching a saturated state, and the used resin can be recycled; free radicals, free electrons and the like generated by the plasma generator are utilized for sterilization, the sterilization efficiency is higher, and generated ions and the like can float in the air by utilizing an automobile ventilation system to sterilize, remove dust and eliminate peculiar smell in the space in the automobile; the height of the pressure plate is adjusted through the lifter to keep the clothes in a flat state, so that wrinkles of the clothes are removed; the water absorption function, the drying function and the sterilization and disinfection function can be used integrally and also can work independently. The implementation of this patent can handle the problem of the condition such as the trip in-process clothing drenches and individual protection more high-efficiently in time, can the energy saving again can create healthy comfortable trip to experience.

Claims (9)

the heating system consists of a first fan (14), a second fan (15), a heater (16), a heater bracket (17), a heating partition plate (18), a heat-conducting film (19), a temperature and humidity sensor (20), a first air inlet (21), a second air inlet (22), a third air inlet (23), an air outlet (24), a first air outlet (25), a second air outlet (26), a control board (27) and a heating box body (28); the first fan (14) and the second fan (15) are arranged at the bottom of the heating box body (28), the heater support (17) is arranged at the bottom of the heating box body (28), the heater (16) is arranged on the heater support (17), the heating partition plate (18) is arranged on the upper surface of the heating box body (28), the air outlet hole (24) is arranged in the middle of the heating partition plate (18), the heat conducting film (19) is attached to the lower part of the heating partition plate (18), the first air outlet (25) and the second air outlet (26) are arranged on two sides of the heating partition plate (18), the first air inlet (21) and the second air inlet (22) are arranged on two sides of the outer box body of the heating box body (28), the third air inlet (23) is arranged on the right side of the heating box body (28), the temperature and humidity sensor (20) is arranged on the right side of the heating box body (28), and the control panel (27) is arranged on the right side of the heating box body (28);

the control and regulation system consists of a first lifter (10), a second lifter (11), a first pressing plate (12), a second pressing plate (13), a first guide rail (31), a second guide rail (32), a first fixing frame (33), a second fixing frame (34), a first knob (35), a second knob (36), a regulating handle (37), a control panel (27), a heating box body (28), a sterilization box body (7) and a seat (38); the sterilizing box comprises a sterilizing box body (7), a first lifter (10) and a second lifter (11) are mounted at the top of the sterilizing box body (7), a first pressing plate (12) and a second pressing plate (13) are respectively connected with the first lifter (10) and the second lifter (11), a first fixing frame (33) and a second fixing frame (34) are mounted on two sides of a base of a seat (38), a first guide rail (31) is mounted on the first fixing frame (33), a second guide rail (32) is mounted on the second fixing frame (34), and a first knob (35) and a second knob (36) are mounted on the right side of the seat (38).

the first to the second water absorbing materials (1-2) are reusable green super absorbent resin materials, and when the first water absorbing material (1) and the second water absorbing material (2) are contacted with an article to be absorbed, the first water absorbing material and the second water absorbing material can simultaneously absorb water on the article.
3. The vehicle-mounted drying and sterilizing equipment combining the water-absorbent resin and the plasma technology as claimed in claim 1, is characterized in that:
the lower surface of the first cover plate (3) and the upper surface of the second cover plate (4) are corrugated and are correspondingly meshed up and down, so that the contact area and pressure between the first water absorbing material (1-2) and the object to be dried are increased, and the material is aluminum alloy.
