本发明公开了一种用于水泥路面的高强抗裂改性沥青添加剂及其制备方法,包括丁苯胶,线性三嵌共聚物,橡胶油,乙烯‑乙酸乙烯共聚物、增粘石油树脂,抗氧剂;制备时将丁苯胶,线性三嵌共聚物,橡胶油,乙烯‑乙酸乙烯共聚物、增粘石油树脂及抗氧剂混合后,经过双螺杆挤出机挤出造粒后制成。采用本发明的添加剂制备的混合料低温小梁弯曲应变>7000με,15℃,1000με的疲劳寿命>20万次,APA防反射能力>50万次,抗裂性能优异。

技术领域
本发明属于添加剂领域,尤其涉及一种用于水泥路面的高强抗裂改性沥青添加剂及其制备方法。
背景技术
高韧超薄TAC-5铺装技术是采用特种高强抗裂添加剂,在SBS改性沥青、高质量玄武岩集料的基础上,添加具有增强抗裂效果的特种添加剂,使用特种不粘轮粘层油和高沥青含量的TAC-5骨架密实型间断级配设计,形成具有优异抗裂、密水和抗滑性能的表面磨耗层。
发明内容
发明目的:本发明的第一目的是提供一种抗裂性能优异的用于水泥路面的高强抗裂改性沥青添加剂;
本发明的第二目的是提供上述添加剂的制备方法。
技术方案:本发明用于水泥路面的高强抗裂改性沥青添加剂,按重量份数包括如下原料:丁苯胶15-30份,线性三嵌共聚物60-80份,橡胶油40-60份,乙烯-乙酸乙烯共聚物10-30份、增粘石油树脂10-20份,抗氧剂1-5份。
优选的,所述丁苯胶20-25份,线性三嵌共聚物65-75份,橡胶油45-55份,乙烯-乙酸乙烯共聚物15-25份、增粘石油树脂12-18份,抗氧剂2-4份。进一步优选,所述丁苯胶23份,线性三嵌共聚物70份,橡胶油50份,乙烯-乙酸乙烯共聚物20份、增粘石油树脂15份,抗氧剂3份。
再进一步说,所述橡胶油为石油系橡胶油或煤焦油系橡胶油。优选的,石油系橡胶油包括石蜡基橡胶油、环烷基橡胶油或芳烃基橡胶油。进一步优选的,所述石油系橡胶油为环烷基橡胶油。
更进一步说,所述抗氧剂为二烷基二硫代磷酸锌或二烷基二硫代氨基甲酸锌。
本发明制备上述用于水泥路面的高强抗裂改性沥青添加剂的方法,包括如下步骤:将丁苯胶,线性三嵌共聚物,橡胶油,乙烯-乙酸乙烯共聚物、增粘石油树脂及抗氧剂混合后,经过双螺杆挤出机挤出造粒后制成。
有益效果:与现有技术相比,本发明的显著优点为:该添加剂采用SBR和大量的橡胶油可以大幅度的提高改性沥青的低温性能,增加抗裂性能,采用该配方造粒后的改性剂,和I-D SBS改性沥青,采用TAC-5沥青混合料级配,油石比为:6.5%-7.0%,造粒旧的添加剂的掺量为混合料的0.6%-1.2%。制备的混合料低温小梁弯曲应变>7000με,15℃,1000με的疲劳寿命>20万次,APA防反射能力>50万次,抗裂性能优异。
具体实施方式
下面结合实施例对本发明的技术方案做进一步详细说明。
实施例1
原料:丁苯胶23份,线性三嵌共聚物70份,橡胶油50份,乙烯-乙酸乙烯共聚物20份、增粘石油树脂15份,抗氧剂3份。
制备方法:将丁苯胶,线性三嵌共聚物,橡胶油,乙烯-乙酸乙烯共聚物、增粘石油树脂及抗氧剂混合后,经过双螺杆挤出机挤出造粒后制成。
采用该添加剂制备的混合料低温小梁弯曲应变>7000με,15℃,1000με的疲劳寿命>20万次,APA防反射能力>50万次,抗裂性能优异。
实施例2
原料:丁苯胶20份,线性三嵌共聚物65份,橡胶油45份,乙烯-乙酸乙烯共聚物15份、增粘石油树脂12份,抗氧剂2份。
制备方法:将丁苯胶,线性三嵌共聚物,橡胶油,乙烯-乙酸乙烯共聚物、增粘石油树脂及抗氧剂混合后,经过双螺杆挤出机挤出造粒后制成。
实施例3
原料:丁苯胶25份,线性三嵌共聚物75份,橡胶油55份,乙烯-乙酸乙烯共聚物25份、增粘石油树脂18份,抗氧剂4份。
制备方法:将丁苯胶,线性三嵌共聚物,橡胶油,乙烯-乙酸乙烯共聚物、增粘石油树脂及抗氧剂混合后,经过双螺杆挤出机挤出造粒后制成。
实施例4
原料:丁苯胶15份,线性三嵌共聚物60份,橡胶油40份,乙烯-乙酸乙烯共聚物10份、增粘石油树脂10份,抗氧剂1份。
制备方法:将丁苯胶,线性三嵌共聚物,橡胶油,乙烯-乙酸乙烯共聚物、增粘石油树脂及抗氧剂混合后,经过双螺杆挤出机挤出造粒后制成。
实施例5
原料:丁苯胶30份,线性三嵌共聚物80份,橡胶油60份,乙烯-乙酸乙烯共聚物30份、增粘石油树脂20份,抗氧剂5份。
制备方法:将丁苯胶,线性三嵌共聚物,橡胶油,乙烯-乙酸乙烯共聚物、增粘石油树脂及抗氧剂混合后,经过双螺杆挤出机挤出造粒后制成。

1.一种用于水泥路面的高强抗裂改性沥青添加剂,其特征在于按重量份数包括如下原料:丁苯胶15-30份,线性三嵌共聚物60-80份,橡胶油40-60份,乙烯-乙酸乙烯共聚物10-30份、增粘石油树脂10-20份,抗氧剂1-5份。
2.根据权利要求1所述用于水泥路面的高强抗裂改性沥青添加剂,其特征在于:所述丁苯胶20-25份,线性三嵌共聚物65-75份,橡胶油45-55份,乙烯-乙酸乙烯共聚物15-25份、增粘石油树脂12-18份,抗氧剂2-4份。

5.根据权利要求4所述用于水泥路面的高强抗裂改性沥青添加剂,其特征在于:所述石油系橡胶油包括石蜡基橡胶油、环烷基橡胶油或芳烃基橡胶油。
6.根据权利要求5所述用于水泥路面的高强抗裂改性沥青添加剂,其特征在于:所述石油系橡胶油为环烷基橡胶油。
7.根据权利要求1所述用于水泥路面的高强抗裂改性沥青添加剂,其特征在于:所述抗氧剂为二烷基二硫代磷酸锌或二烷基二硫代氨基甲酸锌。
8.一种制备权利要求1所述用于水泥路面的高强抗裂改性沥青添加剂的方法,其特征在于包括如下步骤:将丁苯胶,线性三嵌共聚物,橡胶油,乙烯-乙酸乙烯共聚物、增粘石油树脂及抗氧剂混合后,经过双螺杆挤出机挤出造粒后制成。
