Along with the increasing development speed of cities in China, the phenomena of initial rainwater pollution and black and odorous water bodies are increasingly serious. At present, domestic treatment of initial rainwater is still in an initial stage. The adding point of the composite flocculant is only arranged in the first-stage reaction area 1, and the adding point of the medicament is not arranged in the second-stage reaction area 4.
In practical application, the treatment process is as follows: (1) the initial rainwater is collected through the ground and flows into a rainwater pipeline, one or more sets of treatment devices of the invention are arranged at the tail end of the rainwater pipeline, the initial rainwater sequentially enters a primary reaction zone 1, a secondary reaction zone 4 and a multi-stage sedimentation zone 7 in the rapid treatment device through a water inlet, and pollutants such as COD, BOD5, TP, SS and the like in the initial rainwater are removed. (2) The black and odorous water body is introduced into the treatment device through the lift pump, the black and odorous water body sequentially enters the primary reaction zone 1, the secondary reaction zone 4 and the multi-stage sedimentation zone 7 in the treatment device, and pollutants such as COD, BOD5, SS, NH3-N, TP and the like in the black and odorous water body are removed. The treated initial rainwater and the effluent of the black and odorous water body can be directly discharged into natural water bodies such as nearby rivers, lakes and the like; or the effluent part is stored in a clean water tank and is used for road spraying, green land irrigation, public toilet flushing and the like, so that the initial rainwater and the black and odorous water body are treated and recycled.
The present embodiment is further described below with reference to the drawings.
Treatment of initial rainwater: the main source rainwater of pollutants in the initial stage rainwater dissolves a large amount of polluting gases in the air, such as acid gas, automobile exhaust, factory waste gas and the like, and after the pollutants fall to the ground, the pollutants are contained in the initial stage rainwater due to scouring of roofs, asphalt concrete roads and the like, and the pollutants are high in concentration and large in variation range.
Comprehensively consider, adopt the processing apparatus of an urban initial stage rainwater and black smelly water of this embodiment to carry out experimental processing to initial stage rainwater, experimental effect is shown in the following table.

The test results show that: by adopting the treatment device for the urban initial rainwater and the black and odorous water body to treat the initial rainwater, the pollutant index values of COD, BOD5, SS and TP in the effluent quality are respectively reduced by 55.5%, 45.4%, 93.3% and 83.3%, the degree of pollutants in the initial rainwater is greatly reduced, and the problem that the surface water environment is polluted by the initial rainwater can be effectively avoided; meanwhile, a basic water quality guarantee condition is provided for realizing the resource utilization of the rainwater.
Aiming at black and odorous water: the black and odorous water body is formed by serious organic pollution of the water body, when the aerobic decomposition oxygen consumption rate of organic matters in the water body is greater than the reoxygenation rate, the water body is anoxic, so that the organic matters are not completely degraded and the speed is reduced, and odorous substances such as hydrogen sulfide, ammonia, mercaptan and the like are generated in the anaerobic biodegradation process, and black and odorous substances are formed at the same time, so that the water body is black and odorous.
The pollutants in the black and odorous water body are mainly COD, BOD5, SS, NH3-N, TP, and DO (dissolved oxygen) content in the water body is less than 2.0 mg/L. The values of pollutant indexes in the black and odorous water body are shown in the following table, and the experimental treatment of the black and odorous water body is carried out by adopting the rapid treatment device and the rapid treatment method for the initial rainwater and the black and odorous water body in the city, and the experimental effect is shown in the following table.

The test results show that: by adopting the treatment device for the initial rainwater and the black and odorous water body in the city to treat the black and odorous water body, the index values of pollutants of COD, BOD5, SS and NH3-N, TP in the effluent quality are respectively reduced by 58.3%, 50.0%, 92.0%, 25.0% and 91.6%, and the degree of pollutants in the black and odorous water body is greatly reduced; meanwhile, the DO content is increased by 50.0-75.0%, the imbalance of water body oxygen supply and oxygen consumption is relieved, and the problem of black and odorous water body can be effectively solved.
The treatment device of city initial rainwater and black and odorous water body of this embodiment still includes that the flocculating agent adds feeder apparatus 11, flocculating agent adds feeder apparatus 11 and corresponds the position setting of one-level reaction tank 2, flocculating agent adds feeder apparatus 11 and spills pipe 16 including diluting case 17, first connecting pipe 12, second connecting pipe 14, medicine pump 15 and cloth, diluting case 17 includes case body 18, loading hopper 23, stirring vane 24 and agitator motor 25, stirring vane 24 locates in case body 18, agitator motor 25 connects stirring vane 24, loading hopper 23 locates the top of case body 18, and with the inside intercommunication of case body 18, be equipped with connector 22 on case body 18, first connecting pipe 12 is connected connector 22 with medicine pump 15, second connecting pipe 14 is connected medicine pump 15 with cloth spills pipe 16, the scattering pipe 16 is horizontally arranged above the primary reaction tank 2, and a plurality of medicine outlets are formed in the bottom of the scattering pipe 16. The flocculating agent is thrown and fed by a flocculating agent feeding device 11, when the flocculating agent is thrown and fed, the flocculating agent is thrown into a box body 18 through a feeding hopper 23 of a dilution box 17, water is simultaneously added into the dilution box 17, a stirring motor 25 is used for driving a stirring blade 24 to rotate, the flocculating agent in the box body 18 is stirred and mixed, after dilution and mixing are completed, the flocculating agent in the box body 18 is pumped out to a spreading pipe 16 through a medicine pump 15, the flocculating agent flows out through a plurality of medicine outlets on the spreading pipe 16 and falls into a primary reaction tank 2, the flocculating agent is thrown and fed, the flocculating agent can be automatically diluted and fed through the flocculating agent feeding device 11, the problems of low efficiency and high labor capacity caused by manual throwing are reduced, the working efficiency is effectively improved, and the work load of workers is reduced.
In order to effectively filter the liquid medicine, the dilution box 17 further comprises a filter element, the filter element is arranged at the connecting port 22, the filter element comprises a mounting ring 26 and a filter plate, the filter plate comprises a fixing ring 27 and a filter screen 28, the filter screen 28 is arranged on the fixing ring 27, the mounting ring 26 is arranged on the inner wall of the box body 18 and surrounds the connecting port 22, and the fixing ring 27 is connected with the mounting ring 26 and concentrically arranged with the mounting ring 26. Under above-mentioned structural configuration, the installation of filter can be convenient for, particularly, collar 26 can weld on the inner wall of case body 18, and solid fixed ring 27 and collar 26 can utilize the bolt to carry out fixed connection to can realize dismantling the setting of filter, when filter screen 28 needs to be changed after long-term the use, can realize changing conveniently.
Further, the dilution box 17 further comprises a cleaning part, the cleaning part comprises a driving motor 33, a driving wheel 34, a rotating ring 35 and a knocking component, the driving wheel 34 is connected with a driving shaft of the driving motor 33, the periphery of the driving wheel 34 is attached to the outer annular surface of the rotating ring 35, the driving wheel 34 is used for driving the rotating ring 35 to rotate, the rotating ring 35 is sleeved on the first connecting pipe 12 and is in contact with the side wall of the box body 18, a plurality of arrangement grooves are formed in the side surface, close to the box body 18, of the rotating ring 35, magnets 36 are arranged in the arrangement grooves, the knocking component is located in a space surrounded by the installation ring 26, the knocking component comprises a supporting seat 37, a rotating rod 38, a knocking block 39 and an action block 40, the supporting seat 37 is fixed on the inner wall of the box body 18, and a pin shaft is arranged in the middle of the rotating rod 38, the round pin axle passes supporting seat 37, strike the piece 39 and locate the one end of dwang 38, and be located being close to of dwang 38 one side of filter screen 28, effect piece 40 is located the other end of dwang 38, and locate being close to of dwang 38 one side of swivel becket 35, effect piece 40 adopts magnetic material to make, be used for with magnet 36 takes place interact. Under the above structure setting, when the filter screen 28 needs to be cleaned, the driving motor 33 is started, the driving motor 33 drives the driving wheel 34 to rotate, the driving wheel 34 drives the rotating ring 35 to rotate, the rotating ring 35 enables the magnet 36 to generate circular motion in the rotating process, when the magnet 36 is close to the action block 40, attraction is formed on the action block 40, the action block 40 moves towards the direction close to the action block 40, when the action block 40 moves towards the magnet 36, the knocking block 39 moves towards the direction close to the filter screen 28, knocking is formed on the filter screen 28, in the continuous rotating process of the magnet 36, a state close to the action block 40 and a state far from the action block 40 are generated continuously, so that the knocking block 39 generates continuous knocking action, the filter screen 28 is knocked continuously, impurities on the filter screen 28 are knocked off, and the filter screen 28 is cleaned.
In order to make the rotating lever 38 restore the position in time after one stroke is completed to prepare for the next stroke, the connecting structure between the rotating lever 38 and the support base 37 may be set to a structure having a restoring force, for example, a torsion spring is provided on the lower pin shaft, for making the stroke piece 39 restore the position after one stroke occurs.
Further, the filter screen 28 includes a first interlayer 29 and a second interlayer 30 which are parallel to each other.

In order to collect impurities shaken off from the filter screen 28, a settling chamber 19 is arranged in the box body 18, the settling chamber 19 is arranged below the mounting ring 26, a sewage discharge outlet 20 is arranged at the bottom of the settling chamber 19, and a sewage discharge valve 21 is arranged on the sewage discharge outlet 20.
In order to accurately limit the position of the rotating ring 35, a first limiting ring 13 is arranged on the outer peripheral wall of the first connecting pipe 12, a first limiting groove is formed in the inner side wall of the rotating ring 35, and the first limiting ring 13 is matched with the first limiting groove.

as shown in fig. 1 to 7, a method for treating urban initial rainwater and black and odorous water comprises the following steps of introducing water into a treatment device, the treatment device comprises a first-stage reaction zone 1, a second-stage reaction zone 4 and a multi-stage sedimentation zone 7, wherein the first-stage reaction zone 1 comprises a first-stage reaction tank 2 and a first-stage submersible stirrer 3, the primary submersible mixer 3 is arranged in the primary reaction tank 2, the secondary reaction zone 4 comprises a secondary reaction tank 5 and a secondary submersible mixer 6, the secondary submersible mixer 6 is arranged in the secondary reaction tank 5, the secondary reaction tank 5 is communicated with the primary reaction tank 2, the multistage settling zone 7 comprises a plurality of settling ponds 8, the settling ponds 8 are linearly distributed, and the first settling pond 8 is communicated with the secondary reaction pond 5 in the settling ponds 8 according to the distribution direction.
Among the plurality of sedimentation tanks 8, according to the distribution direction thereof, corrugated inclined plates 9 are arranged in the first three sedimentation tanks 8, and sludge hoppers 10 are arranged in the remaining sedimentation tanks 8 except the first sedimentation tank 8.

The filter screen 28 comprises a first interlayer 29 and a second interlayer 30 parallel to each other.
The box body 18 is internally provided with a settling chamber 19, the settling chamber 19 is arranged below the mounting ring 26, the bottom of the settling chamber 19 is provided with a sewage discharge outlet 20, and the sewage discharge outlet 20 is provided with a sewage discharge valve 21.

The device for treating the initial urban rainwater and the black and odorous water body according to claim 1, wherein a settling chamber is arranged inside the box body and is arranged below the mounting ring, a sewage draining outlet is arranged at the bottom of the settling chamber, and a sewage draining valve is arranged on the sewage draining outlet.

The device for treating urban initial rainwater and black and odorous water according to claim 1, wherein a first limiting ring is arranged on the outer peripheral wall of the first connecting pipe, a first limiting groove is arranged on the inner side wall of the rotating ring, and the first limiting ring is matched with the first limiting groove.
