the linkage locking mechanism (8) is arranged on the folding stair (1) and can lock the supporting legs (3) under the driving of the folding closing motion of the folding stair (1).

The linkage device for stair folding and leg locking according to claim 1, wherein the linkage locking mechanism (8) comprises a connecting rod assembly (2) arranged on the folding stair (1) and a locking shaft (4) connected with the connecting rod assembly (2), the locking shaft (4) is arranged corresponding to a locking through hole (71) formed in the frame (7), and the connecting rod assembly (2) is used for linking with the folding closing movement of the folding stair (1) so as to drive the locking shaft (4) to extend out of the frame (7) from the locking through hole (71) and abut against the leg (3).

The stair folding and leg locking linkage according to claim 2, characterized in that the folding stair (1) comprises a first seat (11) for fixed arrangement on the frame (7), a first tread (13) laterally deflectable arranged on the first seat (11), and a second seat (12) connected to the first tread (13), the second seat (12) being located outside the folding stair (1) and being adapted to abut against the leg (3) for lateral folding closure of the folding stair (1) towards the first seat (11).

The linkage device for stair folding and leg locking according to claim 3, wherein the connecting rod assembly (2) comprises a first connecting rod (21) and a second connecting rod (22) movably hinged to the first connecting rod (21), two ends of the first connecting rod (21) are respectively rotatably mounted on the first support (11) and the second support (12) in a one-to-one correspondence manner, and one end of the second connecting rod (22) far away from the first connecting rod (21) is connected with the locking shaft (4).

The stair folding and leg locking linkage according to claim 4, characterized in that said first link (21) is rotatably mounted on said first support (11) by means of a first connecting shaft (24), said second link (22) is connected to said locking shaft (4) by means of a second connecting shaft (25), said linkage assembly (2) further comprises an elastic member (23), two ends of said elastic member (23) are respectively disposed on said first connecting shaft (24) and said second connecting shaft (25) in a one-to-one correspondence.

The stair folding and leg locking linkage according to claim 3, wherein the second support (12) comprises a first mounting rod (121) extending obliquely, a first mounting frame (122) arranged on the first mounting rod (121) and located below the first mounting rod (121), and a support rod (124) extending from the upper end of the first mounting rod (121) and bent downward, the first pedal (13) is mounted on the first mounting frame (122), and one end of the support rod (124) far away from the first mounting rod (121) is used for abutting against the upper end face of the frame (7) when the folding stair (1) is folded and unfolded.
