Optionally, a fourth vent (not shown) is disposed on the motor housing 121, and a part of the airflow passes through the vicinity of the capacitor plate and then enters the motor housing 121 through the fourth vent, so as to improve heat dissipation of the capacitor plate.
The rated voltage of the battery pack 200 is 10V or more and 26V or less, and for example, the rated voltage of the battery pack 200 is 10V, 12V, 15V, 18V, 20V, 24V, 26V, or the like. In one embodiment, the motor 120 is a brushless motor, the minimum rotation speed of the motor 120 is not less than 7000 rpm, and when the motor 120 is idle, the motor 120 can output a torque greater than or equal to 0.8 nm and less than or equal to 1.2 nm, so that the cutting efficiency of the cutting tool 100 can be effectively improved, and the overall size of the cutting tool 100 can be made smaller, so that the cutting tool 100 is convenient to carry and use.
Referring to fig. 1 and 3, the cutting tool 100 further includes a fluid reservoir system 170, the fluid reservoir system 170 including a fluid reservoir 171 removably mounted to the housing 110 for storing fluid. In one embodiment, the liquid storage device 171 may store one type of cooling liquid or non-cooling liquid, or two or more types of liquids, but when storing a plurality of types of liquids, the structure in the liquid storage device 171 may need to add a partition or other arrangement. Illustratively, the reservoir 171 is a kettle capable of storing cooling liquid water. The battery pack 200 and the motor 120 are disposed on the same side of the housing 110, and the reservoir 171 can be attached to the other side of the housing 110. The grip portion 113 is disposed above the motor accommodating portion 112 and the battery pack interface 150.
The battery pack interface 150 may extend along the direction of the first straight line 108 such that the battery pack 200 can be inserted into the battery pack interface 150 along the direction of the first straight line 108 to be connected to the housing 110, such that the battery pack 200 can balance the weight of the motor 120 and the abrasive disc 131, such that when a user holds the grip portion 113, a projection of a center of gravity of the cutting tool 100 along a direction perpendicular to the first plane 105 overlaps with a projection of the grip portion 113, or overlaps with a projection of the accessory mounting portion 130, or a projection of a center of gravity of the cutting tool 100 along a direction perpendicular to the first plane 105 is located between the projections of the grip portion 113 and the accessory mounting portion 130 in that direction. Optionally, the battery pack interface 150 extends along a direction perpendicular to the first straight line 108 and parallel to the first plane 105, so that the battery pack 200 can be inserted into the battery pack interface 150 along a direction perpendicular to the first straight line 108 and parallel to the first plane 105 to be connected to the housing 110, and the position of the center of gravity of the whole cutting tool 100 can be adjusted, thereby reducing the burden on the user when operating the cutting tool 100.
In one embodiment, when the liquid storage device 171 is not mounted on the cutting tool 100, a projection of the center of gravity of the cutting tool 100 along a direction perpendicular to the first plane 105 is located in the bottom plate 111, i.e., an orthographic projection of the center of gravity of the cutting tool 100 is located in the bottom plate 111. The balance of the whole machine is better, and the user can hold the cutting tool 100 more easily. In one embodiment, when the cutting tool 100 is not mounted with the liquid storage device 171, a projection of a center of gravity of the cutting tool 100 along a direction perpendicular to the first plane 105 overlaps a projection of the grip portion 113 or overlaps a projection of the accessory mounting portion 130, or a projection of a center of gravity of the cutting tool 100 along a direction perpendicular to the first plane 105 is located between projections of the grip portion 113 and the accessory mounting portion 130 in the direction. Wherein the projection is an orthographic projection.
The base plate 111 has a first position such that the cutting tool 100 is at a maximum cutting depth, and the linear distance of the first plane 105 to the lowest point of the grinding disc 131 is greater than or equal to 20mm and less than or equal to 35mm when the base plate 111 is at the first position. For example, the linear distance is 20mm, 22mm, 24mm, 26mm, 29mm, 32mm, 35 mm. The cutting depth of the cutting tool 100 can be smaller, the cutting tool is more suitable for the cutting working condition of the stone, and the cutting accuracy is effectively improved.
Referring to fig. 3, housing 110 further includes a shroud 114 disposed around the periphery of abrasive disc 131. In a direction perpendicular to the first plane 105, the top of the hood 114 is closer to the bottom plate 111 than the top of the grip 113, and a difference in height in the direction between the top of the grip 113 and the top of the hood 114 is set to 100mm or more, or 90mm or more. A grip portion 113 is provided at an upper portion of the cutting tool 100, the grip portion 113 including a handle for a user to grip, and an orthographic projection of the handle in the first plane 105 is located between the projections of the battery pack 200 and the motor 120 in the front-rear direction. The position of the handle is set to the rear of the output member 1311 in the front-rear direction, which facilitates the user to push the cutting tool 100, reducing the component force in the direction in which the user pushes the cutting tool 100. In the rearward extending direction, the handle has a tendency to extend downward, thereby facilitating the user to push the cutting tool 100 by operating the handle. Alternatively, the difference in height in this direction between the top of the grip portion 113 and the top of the shield 114 is 120 mm. The shield 114 of the cutting tool 100 according to the present embodiment is not provided with a movable shield 114.
Optionally, the liquid storage device 171 is disposed above the accessory mounting portion 130 and on the side of the grip portion 113. The output member 1311 is rotatable about a first axis 1312, and an orthographic projection of the reservoir 171 along the first axis in the first plane 105 is located within an orthographic projection of the outer contour of the housing 110 in the first plane 105 when the reservoir 171 is mounted to the housing 110.
Referring to fig. 3, the bottom plate 111 extends along the first plane 105, and the top of the liquid storage device 171 is closer to the bottom plate 111 than the top of the grip portion 113 in a direction perpendicular to the first plane 105. Illustratively, the difference in height between the top of the grip portion 113 and the top of the liquid storage device 171 in this direction is set to be 35mm or more. The reservoir 171 is prevented from obstructing the view of the saw cut indicator when the user is operating the cutting tool 100.
Referring to fig. 8 and 9, the reservoir system 170 includes a guide 172, the guide 172 being coupled to the reservoir 171 and capable of directing liquid within the reservoir 171 toward the bottom plate 111 and/or the abrasive disc 131. In one embodiment, the guide 172 may be a water delivery tube, such as a flexible or rigid water tube. It should be noted that if the guide 172 is a flexible conduit, a conduit fixing member may be added to fix the conduit in the accessory mounting portion 130, so as to prevent the guide port 1721 of the guide 172 from contacting the grinding disc 131 and damaging the guide 172. Preferably, the liquid stored in the liquid storage device 171 may be water. In one embodiment, the guide 172 has at least two guide ports 1721, and the guide ports 1721 are disposed toward the accessory mounting portion 130 and/or the housing 110. Alternatively, the guide 172 is provided with two water pipes, and the guide ports 1721 are provided on the accessory mounting part 130, or on the accessory mounting part 130 and the housing 110. The grinding disc 131 rotates around the rotation center, the guide ports 1721 are arranged in the front-back direction of the rotation center, optionally, the guide ports 1721 are arranged at the foremost end and the rearmost end of the grinding disc 131, liquid can be accelerated by the grinding disc 131, so that the liquid flows to the bottom plate 111 from the grinding disc 131, mud on the bottom plate 111 is taken away, and meanwhile, the water supply amount to the grinding disc 131 can be ensured, so that the grinding disc 131 is fully cooled by the liquid.
Alternatively, referring to fig. 8, three guide ports 1721 may be provided beside the guide 172 in addition to the foremost and rearmost ends of the grinding disc 131, so that heat can be sufficiently dissipated from the central portion of the grinding disc 131. The reservoir system 170 also includes system controls 174. System controls 174 are disposed on the fluid flow path of the reservoir system 170 to control the flow of fluid in the reservoir 171. Illustratively, the system control 174 is a water valve, such as a three-way water valve, coupled to the guide 172 by the three-way water valve 174.
When the abrasive disc 131 is mounted to the cutting tool 100, it extends along a second plane, and the tip of the guide 172 is disposed obliquely to the second plane, so as to increase the liquid area formed by spraying the cooling liquid onto the abrasive disc 131 and improve the heat dissipation effect. Alternatively, referring to fig. 16, the tip of the guide 172 is disposed at an angle α 3 of 10 degrees or more and 60 degrees or less from the second plane, which prevents the liquid sprayed from the guide 172 from deviating from the abrasive disc 131 while increasing the liquid area formed by the cooling liquid sprayed onto the abrasive disc 131.
Optionally, the fluid reservoir system 170 includes a water pump, and the connecting guide 172 is configured to connect to the first plane 105 when the user is cutting a wall using the cutting tool 100, such that the fluid in the fluid reservoir 171 is not sufficiently directed to the guide port 1721, and is delivered by the water pump to assist in the operation of the cutting tool 100. Optionally, the cutting tool 100 further includes an inertial measurement unit for detecting a relative posture of the marble machine, and when an angle between the first plane 105 and the ground is greater than a preset value, the controller controls the water pump to operate. Optionally, the water pump is turned on by user control.
The reservoir 171 includes a liquid outlet. Guide 172 is connected to a liquid outlet having a diameter of 1mm or more and 3mm or less, for example, a diameter of 1mm, 2mm, or 3 mm. The liquid flow rate of the liquid outlet is greater than or equal to 0/s and less than or equal to 2g/s, so as to ensure the heat dissipation of the cutting tool 100 provided by the present embodiment, and prevent the liquid in the liquid storage device 171 from running off too fast, so that the user does not need to supplement the liquid frequently. Referring to fig. 12, in the process of using the cutting tool 100, the hydraulic pressure decreases as the liquid in the liquid storage device 171 flows out, and taking water as an example, the water flow rate of the liquid outlet also decreases, when the liquid storage device 171 is filled with water, the water flow rate of the liquid outlet is 2.3g/s to 2.5g/s, and when the volume of the water in the liquid storage device 171 is only about 20%, the water flow rate of the liquid outlet is 0.4 g/s to 0.6 g/s.
Referring to fig. 7, 13-15, the bottom panel 111 includes a fender 1111 that is raised upwardly relative to the first plane 105. The cutting tool 100 is capable of cutting in the direction of the first line 108, and the base plate 111 has a first position such that the cutting tool is at a maximum cutting depth. When the grinding disc 131 is vertically disposed and the first plane 105 is horizontal, the bottom plate 111 is in the first position. The fender 1111 is installed behind the floor 111, and means that the fender 1111 is located relatively behind the floor 111 at a middle position, thereby preventing water and slurry on the floor 111 from being splashed onto the user. An exhaust port 1114 is provided in front of the fender 1111 to allow water and sludge to be exhausted directly from the exhaust port 1114 in front of the fender 1111. The side of the fender 1111 forms a stop surface 1112 to stop mud. The projection of the stop surface 1112 onto the first plane 105 should be considered as the extension of the entire fender 1111. At least part of the stop surface 1112 forms an included angle α 1 of greater than or equal to 100 degrees and less than or equal to 135 degrees with the first line 108 along the projection of the first plane 105 to the first plane 105 along the direction perpendicular to the first plane 105, so that mud is discharged to one side of the stop surface 1112 by the inclined angle of the stop surface 1112.
Optionally, the fender 1111 extends along a second straight line 109 in a projection to the first plane 105 along a direction perpendicular to the first plane 105, and an included angle formed between the second straight line 109 and the first straight line 108 is greater than or equal to 100 degrees and less than or equal to 135 degrees. The bottom plate 111 includes a center line 1113 through its center, the center line 1113 being perpendicular to the direction of the first line 108, and the second line 109 being offset from the center line 1113 of the bottom plate 111 in a direction away from the first line 108. typically, the user holds the cutting tool on one side of the abrasive disc, which arrangement causes the slurry to be discharged away from the user, thereby reducing the amount of water and slurry that is sprayed onto the user.
The included angle between the stop surface 1112 and the first plane 105 is greater than or equal to 10 degrees and less than or equal to 90 degrees, when the included angle between the stop surface 1112 and the first plane 105 is too small, the size of the base plate 111 can be relatively increased, the compactness of the whole machine is not facilitated, and when the included angle between the stop surface 1112 and the first plane 105 is too large, the probability that mud splashes to the rear part of the fender over the fender can be increased.
In operation fig. 18, an auxiliary fender 1115 is further provided at a distal end of the fender 1111 to further block mud and water from flying out from the distal end of the fender, and the auxiliary fender 1115 may be provided at either one side or both sides of the distal end of the fender. Optionally, an auxiliary fender 1115 is disposed on a side adjacent to the first line. The auxiliary fender 1115 may be L-shaped to provide an overall barrier to mud.
When the base plate 111 is located at the first position, the height of the mudguard 1111 along the direction perpendicular to the first plane 105 is not less than 11mm and not more than 15 mm. The space between the bottom plate 111 and the casing is fully utilized, and the effect of blocking mud can be improved.
Referring to fig. 14, in a direction perpendicular to the first plane, a projection of at least a portion of the stopper facing the first plane forms an included angle α 2 with the center line of 10 degrees or more and 45 degrees or less.
Referring to fig. 10 and 11, the cutting tool 100 includes a connection device 173, and the reservoir 171 and the housing 110 are removably connected by the connection device 173. The connecting device 173 is partially disposed on the housing 110 and partially disposed on the liquid storage device 171. The connecting device 173 includes a sliding member 1731 and a sliding slot 1732, wherein the sliding member 1731 slides within the sliding slot 1732 to unlock and lock the reservoir 171 and the housing 110. The sliding groove 1732 includes a first sliding groove 1733, a second sliding groove 1734 and a locking groove 1735, the first sliding groove 1733 and the second sliding groove 1734 are substantially perpendicular, and the locking groove 1735 and the second sliding groove 1734 are disposed on the same side of the first sliding groove 1733. When the user installs the liquid storage device 171, the sliding member 1731 is aligned with the first sliding groove 1733, the liquid storage device 171 is pushed toward the connecting device 173, the sliding member 1731 slides in the first sliding groove 1733, when the sliding member slides to the bottom of the first sliding groove 1733, the sliding member 1731 slides in the second sliding groove 1734 by relatively rotating the water bottle 171, and when the sliding member 1731 slides to the end of the second sliding groove 1734, the sliding member 1731 is placed into the locking groove 1735, so that the liquid storage device 171 is connected with the housing 110. Optionally, a spring is disposed at the end of the second sliding groove 1734 to maintain the sliding member 1731 in the locking groove 1735.
Alternatively, the connection device 173 is adapted to a city water supply, i.e., can be connected to a tap water pipe, and the user can connect the liquid storage device 171 or the tap water pipe with the connection device 173 according to the need.
Optionally, a portion of the guide 172 is disposed to contact the control chamber 161, and optionally, the guide 172 is disposed to extend in a "bow" shape on the side of the control chamber 161, thereby increasing the contact area between the guide 172 and the control chamber 161 and dissipating heat from the control plate 160 using the cooling liquid.
The cutting tool 100 also includes a trigger 107 and system controls 174. The trigger 107 controls the operation of the motor 120 and the system control 174 controls the circulation of cooling liquid within the guide 172.
The liquid storage system 170 further includes a linkage that connects the trigger 107 and the system control 174, and when the trigger 107 is pressed, the linkage drives the system control 174 to open. Optionally, the linkage device includes a linkage member and an elastic member 1741, the elastic member is connected to the system control member 174, when the trigger 107 is not pressed, the elastic member 1741 maintains the system control member 174 to close the guide 172, and when the user presses the trigger 107, the linkage member drives the system control member 174 to open, so as to facilitate the user to operate the cutting tool 100, save the cooling liquid in the liquid storage device 171, and reduce the number of times that the user needs to add the cooling liquid.
In one embodiment, the system control 174 is a motorized water valve that includes an electromagnet, and the cutting tool 100 further includes a controller that controls the displacement of the electromagnet such that the water valve 174 opens when the motor 120 is operated. Optionally, the controller is configured to, when the trigger 107 is pressed, first turn on the water valve 174, and control the motor 120 to turn on after N seconds, so as to optimize the heat dissipation effect; when the trigger 107 is pressed, the water valve 174 and the motor 120 are controlled to be opened simultaneously; when the trigger 107 is actuated, the motor 120 is actuated first, and the water valve 174 is controlled to open after N seconds, so that the cooling liquid can be saved. Optionally, when the trigger 107 is released, the motor 120 is controlled to stop, and then the water valve 174 is controlled to stop.
Optionally, the fluid storage system 170 further includes a vibration sensor, which controls the water valve 174 to open, cool the grinding disc 131 and other components, and clean dust and mud when the cutting tool 100 is vibrated and reaches a predetermined frequency.
When the electric water valve is adopted, the temperature rise of the electromagnet is high due to the fact that the magnetic circuit is generated through electricity, so that the electric water valve is arranged in the heat dissipation air path, or the guide piece 172 is arranged to contact the electric water valve, and cooling liquid in the guide piece 172 is used for dissipating heat of the electric water valve.
Optionally, the cutting tool 100 further comprises a water valve switch 175 connected to the water valve 174 control circuit, the water valve 174 control circuit being independent of the control circuit of the motor 120, such that a user may individually control the opening and closing of the water valve 174 via the water valve switch 175.
Referring to fig. 16, the front end of the housing 110 is also provided with a waterproof portion 115 including a chute 1151 extending downward for guiding water and mud to be discharged from the upper end of the housing 110. Optionally, the housing 110 further includes a third air outlet 116, the third air outlet 116 is open toward the battery pack 200, and a part of the air flow generated inside the housing 110 can flow toward the battery pack 200 through the third air outlet 116, so as to blow off water and mud on the surface of the battery pack 200.
In one embodiment of the present invention, the air inlet is disposed near the control room where the control board is disposed, so that when the fan operates, the air flows into the motor housing from the control room and then flows out from the motor housing, and the additional air inlet is not disposed on the motor housing, so that the heat dissipation air flow firstly dissipates heat to the control board and then dissipates heat to the motor, thereby ensuring the heat dissipation efficiency to the control board.
It will be appreciated by persons skilled in the art that the embodiments of the invention described above and shown in the drawings are given by way of example only and are not limiting of the invention. The objects of the invention have been fully and effectively accomplished. The functional and structural principles of the present invention have been shown and described in the embodiments, and any variations or modifications may be made to the embodiments of the present invention without departing from the principles described.

Claims (13)

1. A cutting tool, comprising:
a housing;
a motor supported by the housing;
the accessory mounting part comprises an output part connected with the grinding disc;
the transmission mechanism is connected with the motor and the output piece;
the bottom plate is arranged at the bottom of the shell and is provided with a mounting hole for the grinding disc to pass through;
the method is characterized in that:
the cutting tool further comprises:
a reservoir system including a reservoir for storing a liquid, the reservoir being removably mounted to the housing;
and the system control part is arranged on a liquid flow path of the liquid storage system and is used for controlling the flowing state of the liquid in the liquid storage device.
2. The cutting tool of claim 1, wherein:
a housing forming a motor accommodating portion and a grip portion;
the battery package interface set up in motor holding portion rear end, the annex installation department set up in motor holding portion side.
3. The cutting tool of claim 1, wherein: the cutting tool further comprises a control panel arranged at the front end of the motor accommodating part.
4. The cutting tool of claim 1, wherein:
the system control part is connected with the liquid storage device and can control liquid in the liquid storage device to flow out;
the reservoir system further includes:
and the guide part is connected with the system control part and can flow the liquid flowing out of the liquid storage device to the bottom plate and the grinding disc.
5. The cutting tool of claim 4, wherein:
the stock solution device includes the liquid outlet, the guide connect in the liquid outlet, the diameter more than or equal to 1mm and less than or equal to 3mm of liquid outlet.
6. The cutting tool of claim 5, wherein:
the liquid flow of the liquid outlet is more than or equal to 0.1g/s and less than or equal to 2 g/s.
7. The cutting tool of claim 1, wherein:
the cutting tool comprises a connecting device, and the liquid storage device and the shell are detachably connected through the connecting device;
the connecting device includes:
the sliding piece slides in the sliding groove to unlock and lock the liquid storage device and the shell.
8. The cutting tool of claim 7, wherein:
the spout includes first spout, second spout and locking groove, first spout and second spout are basically perpendicular, locking groove with the second spout set up in same one side of first spout.
9. The cutting tool of claim 4, wherein:
the guide includes at least two guide ports disposed toward the accessory mounting portion and/or the housing.
10. The cutting tool of claim 9, wherein:
the housing forms a control chamber that houses a control panel, and a portion of the guide is disposed in contact with the control chamber.
11. The cutting tool of claim 1, wherein:
the cutting tool further includes a trigger that controls operation of the motor.
12. The cutting tool of claim 11, wherein:
the liquid storage system further comprises a linkage device, the linkage device is connected with the trigger and the system guide piece, and when the trigger is pressed, the linkage device drives the system guide piece to be opened.
13. The cutting tool of claim 1, wherein:
the system guide part is an electric water valve;
the cutting tool further comprises a controller which controls the electric water valve to be opened when the motor is operated.
