In addition, a hand-buckling part is formed on the slider assembly 130, so that the user can move the slider assembly 130 through the hand-buckling part, the massage head 140 is prevented from being pressed against the wearing bracket 101, the power supply to the massage head 140 is prevented from being influenced, and the danger of electric shock after the user wears the neck massage instrument 100 is avoided.
In some embodiments, the wearing support 101 is capable of elastic deformation, and the rail 111 deforms along with the deformation of the wearing support 101. It will be appreciated that the wearing support 101 is capable of adapting to different neck sizes by elastically deforming to allow adjustment of the dimensions of the annular structure formed. And establish slider assembly 130 at the outside of wearing support 101 for slider assembly 130 can be comparatively stable connect outside wearing support 101, when wearing support 101 and carrying out elastic deformation, avoids slider assembly 130 to drop from wearing support 101.
In some embodiments, wearing cradle 101 includes cradle protrusions (not shown) disposed on the sides of wearing cradle 101, and rails 111 are disposed on the cradle protrusions. Therefore, the rail 111 is arranged on the bracket projection, so that the rail 111 projects out of the wearing bracket 101, the rail 111 is more stable and reliable to use, and the sliding block assembly 130 slides on the rail 111 more conveniently and reliably.
In some embodiments, the wearing support 101 includes an outer shell 112 and an inner shell 113 fastened to the outer shell 112, the outer shell 112 is a hard elastic outer shell, the inner shell 113 is a soft elastic inner shell, the rail 111 is disposed on a portion of the outer shell 112 protruding from the inner shell 113, and the protruding portion of the outer shell 112 protruding from the inner shell 113 forms a support protrusion. In this way, by setting the inner case 113 as a soft elastic inner case and the outer case 112 as a hard elastic outer case, the wearing bracket 101 has good elasticity, thereby improving the elastic deformation performance of the elastic wearing bracket 101. In addition, the rigid housing 112 provides better support for the slider assembly 130, making sliding of the slider assembly 130 on the donning support 101 more efficient. Furthermore, the structural strength of the rail 111 is improved by constructing the support protrusions using the housing 112, so that the slider assembly 130 can slide on the rail 111 well.
In the embodiment shown in fig. 2 and 3, the wearing bracket 101 includes an outer shell 112 and an inner shell 113 fastened to the outer shell 112, the width of the outer shell 112 is larger than the width of the inner shell 113, and the rail 111 is provided at a portion of the outer shell 112 protruding from the inner shell 113.
Thus, since the width of the outer shell 112 is greater than that of the inner shell 113, the outer shell 112 can be conveniently assembled with the inner shell 113 after the rail 111 is arranged on the outer shell 112, and the production efficiency of the neck massager 100 is improved. Meanwhile, the use of the rail 111 protruding from the surface of the housing 112 makes the structure of the housing 112 simpler, which facilitates the manufacture of the housing 112, thereby improving the production efficiency of the neck massager 100. Moreover, since the rail 111 protrudes from the surface of the housing 112, the sliding contact of the slider assembly 130 with the rail 111 is more simple and reliable.
Specifically, when the rail 111 protruding the surface of the housing 112 slides with the slider assembly 130, the slider assembly 130 contacts the rail 111 and slides only when sliding is required, and the slider assembly 130 may be stopped by interference with the rail 111 when the slider assembly 130 does not need to slide. Like this, compare in slider assembly 130 set up with sunken in the track 111 of shell 112, set up the track 111 on the convex surface of shell 112 can reduce and even avoid the contact between the side of the slip side of slider assembly 130 and the shell to avoid the sliding friction that the side of the slip side of slider assembly 130 brought, be convenient for slider assembly 130 slides and can reduce sliding friction and the sliding loss that slider assembly 130 produced when sliding, let slider assembly 130's life obtain the extension.
Moreover, when the outer shell 112 and the inner shell 113 are assembled, the outer shell 112 and the inner shell 113 are buckled and assembled to simplify the assembly process between the outer shell 112 and the inner shell 113, so that the production efficiency of the neck massager 100 is improved, the buckling connection mode has good connection stability, high reliability can be achieved between the outer shell 112 and the inner shell 113, and the reliability of the neck massager 100 is improved.
Further, still can let when using the lock to connect fixed shell 112 and inner shell 113 still have good detachable ability between shell 112 and the inner shell 113, on the one hand can simplify the production procedure of neck massager 100, promote the production efficiency of neck massager 100, on the other hand, good detachable ability can also be convenient for neck massager 100's dismouting, let neck massager 100 obtain simplifying in the process of carrying out maintenance and maintenance, with the maintenance and the maintenance efficiency that increase neck massager 100.
In the embodiment shown in fig. 2 and 3, the number of the rails 111 is two, the two rails 111 are spaced apart along the width direction of the housing 112, and the rail portion 131 is in contact fit with both of the two rails 111.
It can be understood that the two rails 111 disposed on both sides of the width of the housing 112 allow the massage head 140 to be engaged with the rails 111 through the rail receiving portion 131 when sliding, and compared to the engagement manner embedded in the rails 111, the friction is smaller when the rail receiving portion 131 and the rails 111 slide outside the rails 111, so that the sliding of the massage head 140 becomes smoother. In addition, the slider assembly 130 which is easy to slide can adjust the position of the massage head 140 quickly when adjusting the massage position of the massage head 140, thereby increasing the applicability of the neck massage apparatus 100 in use.
In addition, the two rails 111 are provided on the housing 112, so that the friction force generated when the rail receiving portion 131 is slidably connected to each rail 111 can be reduced, and the sliding wear of the rail 111 and the rail receiving portion 131 after the rail receiving portion 131 and the rail 111 slide can be reduced, thereby increasing the safety and reliability of the rail 111 and the rail receiving portion 131. Meanwhile, because the friction force applied to each rail receiving portion 131 when the massage head 140 slides is low, the sliding block assembly 130 is prevented from being jammed when sliding, and the sliding smoothness of the sliding block assembly 130 is improved. Moreover, the rails 111 are disposed on both sides of the width of the housing 112, so that the structure of the housing 112 is simplified, the production efficiency of the housing 112 is improved, the assembly of the slider assembly 130 is facilitated, and the production efficiency of the neck massager 100 is improved.
As shown in fig. 2 and 3, the wearing stand 101 includes an outer shell 112 and an inner shell 113 that is engaged with the outer shell 112. The slider assembly 130 includes: a slider inner shell 132, a catch 134 and a connector 135. The slider inner case 132 is located on the side of the inner case 113 facing the user, the slider inner case 132 has a rail portion 131, the stopper 134 is located between the inner case 113 and the outer case 112, the connecting member 135 penetrates the inner case 113 and the slider inner case 132, the stopper 134 is connected to one end of the connecting member 135, and the massaging head 140 is connected to the other end of the connecting member 135.
Thus, by providing the rail receiving portion 131 on the side of the inner case 113 close to the human body, the rail receiving portion 131 is engaged with the rail 111 and can perform sliding friction, so that the sliding connection between the rail receiving portion 131 and the rail 111 is more simple and convenient. When the massage heads are assembled, the inner slider shell 132 may be provided with a through hole suitable for the connecting member 135 to pass through, so that the connecting member 135 can be installed to avoid a position, the connecting member 135 can be more conveniently connected to the massage heads 140 and the blocking pieces 134, and the connection stability between the massage heads 140 and the blocking pieces 134 connected to the connecting member 135 is higher. On the other hand, after being equipped with the through-hole on the slider inner shell 132, when wearing support 101 and wrench movement warp, the through-hole can carry out the suitability adjustment with connecting piece 135, connecting piece 135 can carry out the adjustment of central point promptly, thereby absorb partly the distortion effect of wearing support 101, let the distortion effect that massage head 140 received reduce, promote massage head 140's strength of use, promote massage head 140's life, make the life who promotes neck massage appearance 100 under various overload condition.
It should be noted that the overload condition refers to that the neck massager 100 is subjected to a large twisting action, and the twisting action is greater than the twisting strength allowed by the normal use state of the neck massager 100, so that the neck massager 100 in the overload condition is subjected to twisting actions from radial, axial and circumferential directions, so that the neck massager 100 has a twisting deformation exceeding the twisting deformation in the normal use state, or in other words, when the deformation range of the neck massager 100 exceeds the allowable deformation range, the neck massager 100 is considered to be in the overload condition. The neck massager 100 under the overload condition has high structural strength and service life consumption, the consumption degree of the service life of the neck massager 100 under the overload condition can be reduced by arranging the through holes, and the safety of the neck massager 100 is improved.
As shown in FIG. 3, the middle of the blocking plate 134 has a wire passing hole 136, and a wire 150 passes through the wire passing hole 136 and the connecting member 135 to connect with the massage head 140. Thus, the wires 150 in the neck massager 100 can pass through the wire through holes 136 for electrical connection, which facilitates the arrangement of the wires 150, so that the wires 150 can be arranged more neatly and more beautifully after being arranged through the wire through holes 136, thereby improving the assembly efficiency of the wires 150.
Referring to the particular embodiment shown in fig. 3, the wire 150 includes a retractable wire segment 151, with the retractable wire segment 151 being positioned between the outer housing 112 and the inner housing 113. It should be noted that the retractable wire segment 151 has a retractable feature, and can be extended or shortened along with the movement of the massage head 140, so that the wire 150 can be retracted along with the movement of the massage head 140 when the massage head 140 slides, thereby preventing the wire 150 from being pulled by the massage head 140 when the massage head 140 slides, and preventing the wire 150 from being broken when the massage head 140 slides, thereby prolonging the service life of the neck massage apparatus 100.
Referring to fig. 3, the inner housing 113 is formed with a chute through hole 114, and the connecting member 135 is adapted to slide along the chute through hole 114. Thus, the sliding chute through hole 114 is formed in the inner housing 113, so that the massage head 140 can slide back and forth along the sliding chute through hole 114, thereby facilitating the adjustment of the massage position of the massage head 140. In addition, when the massage head 140 slides, the blocking sheet 134 can block the chute through hole 114, so that the internal structure of the neck massage instrument 100 can be protected, the influence and damage of external environmental factors such as dust on the inside of the neck massage instrument 100 can be avoided, and the service life of the neck massage instrument 100 can be prolonged. Meanwhile, when the blocking piece 134 is used to block the sliding slot through hole 114, the internal structure of the neck massager 100 can be prevented from being exposed to the outside, so that the appearance of the neck massager 100 is more beautiful.
As shown in fig. 4, a plurality of abutting pieces 139 are distributed on the side of the blocking piece 134 away from the neck of the human body, and the abutting pieces 139 abut against the inner side of the shell 112. Thus, the abutting piece 139 provided in the stopper 134 is brought into contact with the housing 112, and the reliability of the stopper 134 can be increased. It is understood that the wearing bracket 101 is twisted and deformed when the massage head 140 is slid left and right or when the neck massage apparatus 100 is adjusted in the massage range. The abutting pieces are arranged, so that the blocking pieces 134 can be prevented from tilting in the length direction, the blocking tightness of the blocking pieces 134 is improved, and the sealing tightness of the blocking pieces 134 to the neck massage device 100 is further improved.
In some specific embodiments, as shown in fig. 4, the side of the abutment tab 139 that contacts the housing 112 is provided with a rounded corner R. Thus, when the contact piece 139 slides in contact with the housing 112, the rounded angle R reduces the sliding friction force between the contact piece 139 and the wearing bracket 101, thereby increasing the smoothness of the sliding of the massage head 140 on the rail 111.
In some embodiments, the slider assembly 130 includes an inner slider shell 132 and an outer slider shell 133 coupled to each other, the inner slider shell 132 coupled to the massage head 140, the inner slider shell 132 and the outer slider shell 133 configured to engage the rail portion 131 with the rail 111. Thus, the rail portion 131 is formed by coupling and fitting the slider inner case 132 and the slider outer case 133 so that the rail portion 131 can be brought into contact with the rail 111, whereby the massage position of the massage head 140 can be adjusted.
In some embodiments, at least one of the inner slider shell 132 and the outer slider shell 133 is provided with a resilient arm 138, the resilient arm 138 is used for contacting with the track 111, the inner slider shell 132 and the outer slider shell 133 are sleeved on the outer portion of the wearing frame 101, and the resilient arm 138 is resiliently deformed. Therefore, the elastic arm 138 has high elasticity, when the inner slider shell 132 receives the pressing force from the neck, the elastic arm 138 is preferentially deformed to absorb the pressing force from the neck, the elastic arm 138 stops deforming when the distance between the elastic arm 138 and the rail 111 is reduced to a certain degree, the sliding friction force to prevent the sliding of the slider assembly 130 after the resilient arm 138 is completely brought into contact with the rail 111 is large, meanwhile, the elastic arm 138 can absorb the proper impact force of the sliding block assembly 130 during the deformation process, the elastic arms 138 can be appropriately deformed at the time of assembling the slider assembly 130 to make the assembling process of the slider assembly 130 easier and more convenient, thus, the elastic arms 138 mounted inside the neck massager 100 can be changed according to the distortion of the neck massager 100, thereby improving the reliability of the neck massager 100.
In the embodiment shown in fig. 2, the inner slider housing 132 is provided with a resilient arm 138, one end of the resilient arm 138 is connected to the inner slider housing 132, and the free end of the resilient arm 138 and the outer slider housing 133 form a rail portion 131.
It should be noted that, during assembly of the slider assembly 130, the resilient arms 138 may be in a pre-stressed state, so that the rail contacting portion 131 can be pressed against the rail 111 after the assembly of the slider assembly 130 is completed, and after the rail contacting portion 131 is pressed against the rail 111, a certain static friction force is generated between the rail connecting part 131 and the rail 111, and the massage head 140 is prevented from sliding, so that the massage head 140 is positioned, preferably, when the pre-stressed elastic arms 138 are used for assembly, the elastic arms 138 have certain elastic effects, can drive the massage head 140 to move to a fixed position, therefore, the stability and reliability of the massage head 140 are improved, meanwhile, the elasticity of the elastic arm 138 can also act on the slider assembly 130, the limiting effect of the slider assembly 130 at a fixed position is more obvious, and the shaking of the slider assembly 130 at a fixed position can be avoided to improve the stability of the slider assembly 130.
The elastic arm 138 is disposed obliquely, and one end of the elastic arm 138 facing the track direction is arc-shaped. Like this, the elastic arm 138 of arc shape can let the elastic arm 138 have higher elasticity to make the pre-compaction ability of elastic arm 138 stronger, can accept bigger deformation and absorb more effort, thereby let the elasticity of elastic arm 138 when compressing tightly bigger, and can avoid elastic arm 138 to break off, thereby increase elastic arm 138's stability, and then increase neck massager 100's structural reliability. Moreover, the extending direction of the elastic arm 138 faces the direction of the rail 111, so that the elastic arm 138 can absorb more acting force, the deformation range of the elastic arm 138 is larger, and the structural stability and the structural reliability of the slider assembly 130 are increased. It should be noted that, at least one set of elastic arm 138 may be disposed on one side of the inner slider shell 132, and the set of elastic arm 138 has a fixed end and a free end, and the inclined direction of the fixed end and the free end is opposite to each other, so that on one hand, the set of elastic arm 138 can absorb more acting forces, and the slider assembly 130 is more stable and reliable, and on the other hand, the deformation range of the set of elastic arm 138, which is opposite to each other in the inclined direction, when the deformation is performed is not affected, so that the deformation range of the elastic arm 138 is increased to increase the stability and reliability of the slider assembly 130.
The elastic arms 138 can reduce the friction between the rail portion 131 and the rail 111 when the neck massage apparatus 100 slides, so that the massage head 140 can slide. Thus, in the case where the sliding of the massage heads 140 becomes simpler and more reliable, the elastic arms 138 having higher elasticity allow the massage heads 140 to slide along the rails 111 more frequently, thereby increasing the number of times and the lifetime of the neck massage apparatus 100.
In the process of using the neck massager 100, the slider inner case 132 can slide along the inner case 113, and can partially deform and return through the elastic arms 138 when the neck massager 100 is used. Meanwhile, the rail portion 131 provided at the free end of the elastic arm 138 can be engaged with the rail 111 so that the massage head 140 can slide to engage with the user for massage. It should be noted that, when the slider assembly 130 is assembled, the elastic arm 138 may be in a pre-pressing state, and the rail connecting portion 131 at one end of the elastic arm 138 is in a pressing state when contacting the rail 111, so as to position the massage head 140, and the assembled massage head 140 is at a position of the neck massage apparatus 100, where the massage head 140 is relatively fixed, so that the assembled neck massage apparatus 100 is more stable and safer. In addition, the use of the elastic arms 138 in the pre-compressed state can also increase the reliability and stability of the slider assembly 130 after the assembly, i.e., the massage head 140 fixed in one position can stabilize the neck massager 100 after the assembly.
In some specific embodiments, the elastic arm 138 is provided in plural, and the plural elastic arms 138 are spaced along the extending direction of the rail 111. In the description of the present invention, "a plurality" means two or more.
Like this, be equipped with the atress on a plurality of elastic arms 138 can equally divide every elastic arm 138 to let the atress on every elastic arm 138 reduce, promote the stability and the reliability of elastic arm 138, simultaneously, use a plurality of elastic arms 138 can promote slider assembly 130's stability, and after some elastic arms 138 lost the effect promptly, all the other elastic arms 138 can replace the elastic arm 138 that loses the effect and continue to work, thereby let the life increase of neck massage appearance 100.
As shown in fig. 2 and 3, the slider assembly 130 further includes a slider outer shell 133, the slider outer shell 133 is disposed on a side of the outer shell 112 facing away from the user, the slider outer shell 133 is wrapped on a side of the slider inner shell 132 facing away from the human body, the slider outer shell 133 is wrapped on at least a portion of the slider inner shell 132, and the slider outer shell 133 covers the rail portion 131.
Like this, through letting slider shell 133 parcel deviate from human one side at slider inner shell 132, can play good guard action to slider inner shell 132. It can be understood that, because the slider inner shell 132 is overall structure near one side of the human body, and the one side that deviates from the human body is open structure, open structure has lower security, so use slider shell 133 cladding in order to promote the intensity of use of the one side that the slider inner shell 132 kept away from the human body in the outside of slider inner shell 132, provide certain protective capacities for slider inner shell 132, can increase the security of slider inner shell 132 to let the use reliability of slider assembly 130 obtain promoting.
In the embodiment shown in fig. 2 and 3, the inner side surface of the slider housing 133 is provided with a boss 137, and the boss 137 slides in contact with the side of the wearing frame 101 facing away from the human body. The bosses 137 are in contact with the rails 111 from the inner side surfaces of the slider inner shells 132, and the contact area between the bosses 137 and the rails 111 is small, so that friction when the slider assembly 130 slides is reduced, specifically, when a part of the bosses 137 slides in contact with the rails 111, the area for sliding in contact and friction is small compared with the area for sliding in contact with a certain part of the inner sides of the slider outer shells 133 or the area for sliding in contact with the rails 111 completely, so that the friction force when the slider assembly 130 slides can be reduced, and the sliding of the slider assembly 130 is smoother; meanwhile, the boss 137 is arranged on the inner side of the slider outer shell 133, a certain space is formed between the inner side of the slider outer shell 133 and the inner shell 113, a certain deformation space is reserved when the wearing bracket 101 is subjected to twisting deformation, and the deformation amount of the twisting deformation of the wearing bracket 101 can be in the range of the deformation space, so that the twisting deformation of the wearing bracket 101 is absorbed in the deformation space, and the structure of the neck massager 100 is more reliable.
In some embodiments, the massage head 140 is fixedly coupled to the slider assembly 130 via a threaded member. It can be understood that the massage head 140 and the slider assembly 130 can be fixedly connected in a bolt connection manner, on the one hand, the massage head 140 and the slider assembly 130 are fixedly connected in a bolt connection manner, the connection reliability is good, the massage head 140 can be changed along with the position change of the slider assembly 130, on the other hand, the bolt connection has good detachable performance, the production and assembly of the neck massager 100 are facilitated, the production efficiency of the neck massager 100 is improved, the maintenance of the neck massager 100 can be facilitated, and the service life of the neck massager 100 is prolonged.
