The invention provides an easy-to-wear neck massager.
Referring to fig. 1 and 2, in a first preferred embodiment of the wearable neck massager of the present invention, the wearable neck massager 10 includes a resilient arm 11, a first handle 12, a second handle 13, at least two electrode assemblies 14, and electrical components, which may be an electrical pulse generator 15 and/or a battery 17. The electric pulse generating device 15 is electrically connected to the electrode assembly 14. The first handle 12 and the second handle 13 are rigid housings, and the first handle 12 and the second handle 13 are fixedly connected to both sides of the elastic arm 11. The electrode assembly 14 is disposed on the elastic arm 11. The electric pulse generating means 15 is arranged in the first handle 12. For ease of operation, the present embodiment also includes a remote control device 16. The remote control device 16 is magnetically attached to either the first handle or the second handle, thus preventing loss of the remote control device 16.
Referring to fig. 3, the elastic arm 11 includes a first outer shell 111 and a first inner shell 112 fastened to the first outer shell 111. One of the first outer shell 111 and the first inner shell 112 is provided with a groove 113, the other is provided with a protrusion 114, and the protrusion 114 is embedded in the groove 113, so that the first outer shell 111 and the first inner shell 112 can be assembled relatively easily. In order to make the assembly between the first outer shell 111 and the first inner shell 112 more stable, it is also possible to further adhere the first outer shell 111 and the first inner shell 112 together by means of glue. In this embodiment, the material of this first inner shell 112 is silica gel, adopts the silica gel preparation, and is more skin-friendly comfortable, and the silica gel material is compared in prior art's plastic material with skin contact moreover, can increase the frictional force between elastic arm 11 and the human neck skin, does benefit to and wears neck massager 10 easily and twists along with the twisting of human neck, wears neck massager 10 more comfortable and be difficult to come off and laminate on human neck promptly, has effectively solved the old and difficult problem that the trade "acupuncture was felt" that leads to the fact because of electrode assembly 14 breaks away from skin sometimes. In addition, the sponge 115 can be filled between the first outer shell 111 and the first inner shell 112, so that the elastic arm 11 can be enabled to be plump, and the comfort of fitting the skin is further improved.
Referring to fig. 6, the first handle 12, the second handle 13 and the two electrode assemblies 14 enclose a circular area S for accommodating the neck of the human body in the unstressed state, and the first handle 12, the second handle 13 and the two electrode assemblies 14 are located on the circumference of the circular area S. It should be noted that the first handle 12, the second handle 13 and the two electrode assemblies 14 are located on the circumference of the circular area S, which means that the first handle 12, the second handle 13 and the two electrode assemblies 14 intersect with the circumference of the circular area S, and not that the first handle 12, the second handle 13 and the two electrode assemblies 14 are located entirely on the circumference of the circular area S. Wherein the first inner case 112 is provided with a protrusion 116 protruding toward the circular region S, and the electrode assembly 14 is mounted on the protrusion 116.
When the size of the circular area S is approximately equal to the thickness of the neck, the electrode assembly 14 can be well attached to the neck, and the deformation of the elastic arm 11 is very small, instead of being roughly dependent on the spring force of the prior art to clamp the neck, the circular area S is worn by relying on the "four-point clamping" manner of the first handle 12, the second handle 13 and the two electrode assemblies 14, so that the circular area S is more comfortable for consumers, and the acupuncture phenomenon caused by easily separating the electrode assemblies 14 from the neck due to twisting the neck is avoided due to the adoption of the "four-point clamping" manner.
In the present embodiment, the minimum distance d between the first handle 12 and the second handle 13 min Designed to be smaller than the diameter D of the circular area S, so that the easy-to-wear neck massager 10 does not easily fall off from the neck. It is known that in order to wear the easy-to-wear neck massager 10 on the neck, the first and second handles 12, 13 must be opened apart from each other to a distance corresponding to the diameter D of the circular area S. Thus, in the unstressed state, when the minimum distance d between the first handle 12 and the second handle 13 is min Approximately 1/4 of the diameter D of the circular region S, the first handle 12 and the second handle 13 need to be stretchedThe degree corresponds to more than three times of the gap in the unstressed state, and the stretching amplitude of the elastic arm 11 is too large in each use, so that the service life of the elastic arm is finally influenced, in addition, the electrode assembly 14 is not positioned on the circumference of the circular area S any more due to the too large deformation of the elastic arm 11, so that the neck of a human body cannot be attached well, and meanwhile, the stretching amplitude is too large, so that a great deal of inconvenience is brought to the wearing and the use of a user. In order to facilitate the wearing of the neck massager 10, it is preferable that the minimum distance d between the first and second handles 12 and 13 is in the plane of the circular region S min Take on values of 1/2 to 3/4 (including both end points) of the diameter D of the circular region S.
Referring to fig. 4 and 5, specifically, the first handle 12 includes a second outer housing 121 and a second inner housing 122 fastened to the second outer housing 121. In this embodiment, the materials of the second outer shell 121 and the second inner shell 122 are all plastic. The electric pulse generating device 15 in the first handle 12 can be better protected by adopting the harder plastic shell, and the electric pulse generating device 15 in the first handle 12 is prevented from being damaged due to deformation of the first handle 12 when the neck massager 10 easy to wear is used.
Referring to fig. 5, the second handle 13 includes a third outer casing 131 and a third inner casing 132 fastened to the third outer casing 131, in which the battery 17 is mounted. In this embodiment, the materials of the third outer shell 131 and the third inner shell 132 are all plastic. The use of a harder plastic shell better protects the battery 17 within the second handle 13 from deformation of the first handle 12 during use of the easy-to-wear neck massager 10, thereby damaging the battery 17 therein. The electric pulse generating device 15 and the battery 17 are respectively arranged in the first handle 12 and the second handle 13, so that the weight of the neck massager 10 easy to wear is balanced, and the four-point clamping and stable wearing is facilitated.
In order to increase the comfort of attaching to the neck, the first handle 12 further includes a silicone sleeve 123, and the shape of the silicone sleeve 123 is substantially equal to the shape of the second inner shell 122, and is attached to the outer surface of the second inner shell 122. In addition, the silicone sleeve 123 can also increase the friction between the silicone sleeve 123 and the neck skin, which is beneficial to the stable attachment of the electrode assembly 14. Similarly, the second handle 13 further includes another silicone sleeve 133, and the silicone sleeve 133 is attached to the outer surface of the third inner housing 133. Further, the sponge 124 may be attached to the inner surface of the second inner housing 122, that is, the sponge 124 is located between the second inner housing 122 and the electric pulse generating device 15, so that the electric pulse generating device 15 is protected by buffering, and the attaching feeling is increased. Similarly, the sponge 134 may be attached to the inner surface of the third inner case 133.
In actual use of the neck massager 10, the second handle 13 and the third handle 14 work together to clamp the neck of a human body. In order to avoid squeezing the carotid artery of the neck by the second handle 13 and the third handle 14, the inventors purposely designed the middle part of the second inner shell 122 to be concave inward and form a first concave part 1221 and a first convex part 1222 at both ends of the first concave part 1221. The first recess 1221 is just for avoiding the carotid artery. Similarly, the middle portion of the third inner housing 132 is recessed inward to form a second recess 1321 and second protrusions 1322 at two ends of the second recess 1321.
In this embodiment, the first handle 12 and the second handle 13 are separated from the elastic arm 11, that is, the first handle 12 and the second handle 13 are connected to the elastic arm 11 through the collar 18. Due to the limiting function of the collar 18, when the neck massager 10 is in actual use, the collar 18 can prevent the first handle 12 and the second handle 13 from deforming along with the elastic arm 11, so that the electrical components of the first handle 12 and the second handle 13 can be protected from damage. To further increase the rigidity of the first handle 12 and the second handle 13, electrical components such as the electric pulse generating device 15 or the battery 17 may be mounted by rigid brackets 125, 135.
Referring to fig. 6 again, the electrode assembly 14 is in a strip shape and is disposed along the extending direction of the elastic arm 11, so that the electrode assembly 14 can be better attached to the neck of the human body, so as to further prevent the problem of "needle-stick feeling" in the industry caused by the electrode assembly 14 being separated from the skin from time to time. In addition, the electrode assembly 14 is symmetrically disposed on the elastic arm 11 about an axis of symmetry L that lies on the plane of the circular region S, which is more ergonomic. In this embodiment, the angle β between the line between the two ends of the elastic arm 11 and the center O of the circular area S and the symmetry axis L is 60 ° to 180 °.
The reason for this is that the thickness of the neck of an adult is generally about 15 cm, and then when the angle β between the connection lines between the two ends of the elastic arm 11 and the center O of the circular area S is smaller than 60 °, it means that the length of the elastic arm 11 is about 8 cm, so that the elastic arm 11 cannot provide enough installation space to install at least 2 electrode assemblies 14 corresponding to the cervical vertebrae of the human body, which affects the massage effect, and because the length of the elastic arm 11 is short, it is more laborious to open the first handle 12 and the second handle 13. In addition, when the included angle β between the connecting lines between the two ends of the elastic arm 11 and the center O of the circular area S is greater than 180 °, the volumes of the first handle 12 and the second handle 13 are too small to normally install the electric pulse generating device 15 and the battery 17, and even if the electric pulse generating device can be installed, the distance between the first handle 12 and the second handle 13 is too small, so that the service life of the elastic arm 11 is affected due to too large opening width of the elastic arm 11, and in addition, the electrode assembly 14 cannot be attached to the neck of the human body well due to too large deformation of the elastic arm 11, and meanwhile, the wearing of the user is inconvenient due to too large opening width. In order to better balance the installation of the electrode assembly 14, the electric pulse generating device 15 and the battery 17, it is preferable that the angle β between the two ends of the elastic arm 11 and the line connecting the centers O of the circles S is between 90 ° and 120 ° (including two end points).
When the neck massager 10 is assembled, the electric pulse generator 15 is first installed in the first handle 12, and the battery 17 is installed in the second handle 13; then, the second outer shell 121 is buckled with the second inner shell 122, and the third outer shell 131 is buckled with the third inner shell 132; then the first outer shell 111 is buckled with the first inner shell 112; finally, the first handle 12 and the second handle 13 are connected to the elastic arm 11 via the collar 18.
When the neck massager 10 easy to wear is used, the first handle 12 and the second handle 13 are held by hand and are opened by a certain angle, and at the moment, the elastic arm 11 is elastically deformed; then, the first handle 12 and the second handle 13 are sleeved on the neck, and the electrode assembly 14 on the elastic arm 11 is attached and abutted with the neck; finally, the first handle 12 and the second handle 13 are slowly loosened, the whole of the first handle 12 and the second handle 13 is slightly clamped on the neck by means of the resilience force of the elastic arm 11, and the specific resilience shape of the elastic arm 11 can adapt to the thickness of the neck of different people, so that the electrode assembly 14 can be easily attached to the skin, and the pain caused by needling is avoided. It should be noted that, if the size is appropriate, the elastic arm 11 can be completely restored, i.e. the elastic force is not generated in theory, at this time, the first handle 12 and the second handle 13 are not clamped on the neck, and the entire easy-to-wear neck massager 10 is worn by relying on the "four-point clamping" manner of the first handle 12, the second handle 13 and the two electrode assemblies 14, so that the user is more comfortable, and the acupuncture phenomenon that the electrode assemblies 14 are separated from the neck due to twisting the neck is avoided due to the adoption of the "four-point clamping" manner; in addition, since the electric pulse generating device 15 and the battery 17 are respectively arranged on the first handle 12 and the second handle 13, the elastic arm 11 is prevented from being excessively bulky, and it is worth mentioning that the weight balance is reasonably brought about by the element distribution of the whole easy-to-wear neck massager 10, and the easy-to-wear neck massager 10 can further enable the electrode assembly 14 to be attached to the neck more comfortably by the downward action of the weight of the first handle 12 and the second handle 13 communicating with the electric pulse generating device 15 and the battery 17.
Embodiment two:
referring to fig. 7, a second preferred embodiment of the easy-to-wear neck massager of the present invention is different from the first preferred embodiment in that: the elastic arm 21 includes a first outer shell 211 and a first inner shell 212 fastened to the first outer shell 211, the first handle 22 includes a second outer shell 221 and a second inner shell 222 fastened to the second outer shell 221, the second handle 23 includes a third outer shell 231 and a third inner shell 232 fastened to the third outer shell 231, and the first outer shell 211, the second outer shell 221 and the third outer shell 231 are integrally formed. The first housing 211, the second housing 221 and the third housing 231 are made of plastic. Although the materials of the first housing 211, the second housing 221 and the third housing 231 are elastic deformation materials in an unconventional sense, since the first housing 211, the second housing 221 and the third housing 231 are connected together in a substantially C-shape, the first housing 211, the second housing 221 and the third housing 231 can still realize elastic deformation to a certain extent, especially the first housing 211 of the elastic arm 21.
Of course, although the first housing 211, the second housing 221 and the third housing 231 are integrally formed, the collar 28 may be added, and the function is similar to that of the collar 18 of the first embodiment.
It is to be understood that the materials of the first housing 211, the second housing 221, and the third housing 231 may be stainless steel sheets.
In the actual identification, the elastic arm needs to be identified according to the region where the elastic deformation actually occurs, but cannot be identified by the assumption of the individual person, for example, the region where the elastic deformation actually occurs should be the region between the collars when the neck massager is worn in actual use due to the limiting effect of the collars after the collars are added, and the region between the rigid brackets when the collars are not added.
Embodiment III:
referring to fig. 8, a third preferred embodiment of the easy-to-wear neck massager of the present invention is different from the first preferred embodiment in that: the electric pulse generator 15 is provided in the first handle 12 together with the battery 17, and the weight 19 is provided in the second handle 13, and the weight 19 has a mass substantially equal to the sum of the masses of the electric pulse generator 15 and the battery 17. Thus, the weight balance of the whole easy-to-wear neck massager 10 can be maintained, and the four-point clamping wearing can be better realized.
The foregoing description is only of the preferred embodiments of the present invention and is not intended to limit the scope of the invention, and all equivalent structural changes made by the specification and drawings of the present invention or direct/indirect application in other related technical fields are included in the scope of the present invention.
