When the horizontal driving mechanism indirectly drives the spray pipe 1 to rotate on the horizontal plane, the pull rope 62 opposite to the rotation direction is gradually straightened; when the transverse supporting plate 41 rotates to the maximum angle or returns to the minimum angle position, the pull rope 62 with the opposite rotating direction stretches and pulls the bearing block 63, the bearing block 63 slides in the through hole 412, the return spring 64 compresses, so that the supporting effect of the limiting block 422 by the limiting block 422 which is abutted to the bearing block 63 is cancelled, the mounting column 421 descends until one limiting block 422 above abuts to the other bearing block 63, the mounting column 421 stops descending, and the outlet end of the spray pipe 1 descends by a certain height; when the nozzle 1 rotates in the reverse direction in the horizontal plane, the return spring 64 returns to its natural state, driving the bearing block 63 to slide and return to its original position.
