Example 1 of the arc extinguishing chamber in the present invention:
As shown in fig. 1 and 2, the arc extinguishing chamber comprises a movable end cover 102, a guide rod 103 is assembled on the movable end cover 102 in a guiding manner, the guide rod 103 is connected with a movable end insulation pull rod 101, pin holes are formed in the movable end insulation pull rod 101 and the guide rod 103, the connection parts are positioned in a supporting cylinder 105 between the movable end cover 102 and a movable end assembly 104 through pin shaft connection, and an operation hole 106 corresponding to the connection parts is formed in the outer circumferential surface of the supporting cylinder 105. The pin is a pin for a circuit breaker as shown in fig. 3 and 4, and is used for being installed in a pin hole 41 on a piece 40 to be connected (an instant end insulation pull rod 101 and a guide rod 103 in the embodiment) in a penetrating way, and comprises a pin main body 10 and an anti-falling elastic piece 20.
The pin shaft main body 10 is of a cylindrical structure, one end of the pin shaft main body is a penetrating end 11, the pin shaft main body is used for penetrating out a to-be-connected piece 40 in use, and the other end of the pin shaft main body is a head 12. The outer peripheral surface of the penetrating end 11 is provided with a groove 13 for accommodating the anti-falling elastic sheet 20; the groove 13 is a flat bottom groove, and one end of the groove, which is far away from the head 12 of the pin body 10, penetrates the end face of the penetrating end 11 of the pin body 10 along the axial direction of the pin body 10.
The anti-falling elastic sheet 20 is positioned in the groove 13 and fixed on the bottom wall of the groove 13. Specifically, the anti-falling elastic sheet 20 has a V-shaped structure, and includes a support portion 21 and an overhanging portion, i.e., an elastic deflection portion 22. The angle between the support portion 21 and the overhanging portion is greater than 90 degrees.
In this embodiment, the supporting portion 21 and the overhanging portion are both straight sheet structures, and the connection positions of the two are in arc transition. The bottom surface of the supporting portion 21 is supported on the bottom wall of the recess 13, and the end thereof is provided with a fixing hole forming a fixing end, and is fixed to the pin body 10 by a screw 23 passing through the fixing hole. The fixing holes constitute fixing portions of the supporting portion 21, with a space between the fixing portions and the supporting portion 21, and portions of the supporting portion 21 corresponding to the space are adapted to be bent and deformed during detachment of the pin from the pin hole 41.
The support portion 21 extends along the axis of the pin body 10, the overhanging portion is provided at one end of the support portion 21 near the head portion 12 of the pin body 10, and is bent radially outward of the pin body 10 with respect to the support portion 21 to form an inclined structure, one end of the overhanging portion remote from the support portion 21 is closer to the head portion 12 of the pin body 10 than the other end, and the tip protrudes beyond the outer peripheral surface of the pin body 10.
In the process of inserting the pin shaft into the pin shaft hole 41, the elastic deflection part 22 formed by the overhanging part is used for being reversely pushed by the pin shaft insertion side opening of the pin shaft hole 41 to swing towards the head 12 of the pin shaft main body 10 until entering the cylindrical surface range corresponding to the cross section of the pin shaft hole 41; during the process of disengaging the pin shaft from the pin shaft hole 41, the elastic deflection portion 22 is used for being pushed back by the pin shaft penetrating side opening of the pin shaft hole 41 and swinging towards the penetrating end 11 of the pin shaft main body 10 until entering the cylindrical surface range corresponding to the cross section of the pin shaft hole 41.
In use, the pins are inserted into the pin holes 41 in the member 40 to be connected in the mounting direction corresponding to the arrow shown in fig. 4. With the increase of the insertion depth of the pin shaft, the anti-falling elastic sheet 20 will contact with the pin shaft insertion side edge of the pin shaft hole 41, at this time, the insertion force of the pin shaft is increased, and the elastic deflection portion 22 of the anti-falling elastic sheet 20 will swing towards the head 12 of the pin shaft main body 10 under the counter-pushing action of the pin shaft insertion side edge of the pin shaft hole 41 until entering the cylindrical surface range corresponding to the cross section of the pin shaft hole 41, so that the pin shaft can be continuously inserted into the pin shaft hole 41. After the elastic deflection part 22 of the anti-falling elastic sheet 20 enters the pin shaft hole 41, the deflection state is kept under the limit of the wall of the pin shaft hole 41 until the tail end of the elastic deflection part 22 moves to the penetrating side of the pin shaft hole 41, at the moment, the elastic deflection part 22 of the anti-falling elastic sheet 20 rebounds and returns to the natural state, and forms axial blocking fit with the side surface of the penetrating side of the pin shaft hole 41, so that the pin shaft can be prevented from falling out of the pin shaft hole 41, and the pin shaft is installed in place.
Of course, since the anti-falling spring 20 needs to be elastically deformed to meet the installation requirement, the stiffness is limited, and the anti-falling force which can be formed is limited, so the pin shaft of the present invention is suitable for the axial non-load or light load working condition. Preferably, in this embodiment, the material of the anti-falling elastic sheet 20 is spring steel such as 65Mn or 70Mn, or 50# carbon steel or 50# strip steel may be used. Of course, according to the usage characteristics of the anti-falling elastic sheet 20, other materials with better elasticity can be suitable, which can be selected by those skilled in the art according to the requirements.
When the pin shaft is disassembled, the anti-falling elastic sheet 20 can be pressed by manpower, so that the anti-falling elastic sheet 20 enters the cylindrical surface range corresponding to the cross section of the pin shaft hole 41, and the pin shaft can be pulled out from the insertion side of the pin shaft hole 41. If it is inconvenient to press the anti-release spring 20 from the exit side of the pin hole 41, the pin can be forcibly pulled out from the insertion side of the pin hole 41, and in the pulling process, under the reverse pushing action of the exit edge of the pin hole 41, the elastic deflection portion 22 of the anti-release spring 20 swings towards the exit end 11 of the pin body 10 to form a bend, and enters the cylindrical surface range corresponding to the cross section of the pin hole 41. At this time, the supporting portion 21 of the anti-drop spring 20 can swing toward the notch side of the groove 13 at the same time, which is more advantageous for the elastic deflection portion 22 to enter into the cylindrical surface range corresponding to the cross section of the pin shaft hole 41. Considering the fatigue performance of the anti-falling elastic sheet 20, the pin in this embodiment is not suitable for multiple disassembly and assembly.
Example 2 of the arc extinguishing chamber in the present invention:
This embodiment differs from embodiment 1 in that: in embodiment 1, a groove 13 is provided on a pin body 10, and an anti-falling elastic sheet 20 is provided in the groove 13. In this embodiment, as shown in fig. 5, a threaded hole 31 is provided on the end face of the penetrating end 11 of the pin body 10, the anti-falling elastic sheet 20 is a straight elastic sheet, one end of the anti-falling elastic sheet is provided with a fixing hole to form a fixing end, and the fixing end is fixed on a portion of the end face of the pin body 10, which is close to the outer peripheral surface, through a screw 23. Meanwhile, the through end 11 of the pin shaft main body 10 is provided with an avoidance groove 32, and the avoidance groove 32 is used for providing an avoidance space for the anti-falling elastic sheet 20 swinging towards the falling-out direction of the pin shaft, so that the anti-falling elastic sheet 20 enters the cylindrical surface range corresponding to the cross section of the pin shaft hole 41. The longitudinal section of the avoidance groove 32 is a right trapezoid, the groove bottom wall of the avoidance groove comprises a straight section 33 and an inclined section 34, one end of the straight section 33 extends to the end face of the penetrating end 11 of the pin shaft main body 10, the other end of the straight section is connected with the inclined section 34, and one end of the inclined section 34 away from the straight section 33 is closer to the head 12 of the pin shaft main body 10 than the other end.
When the pin shaft in the embodiment 2 is dismounted, a similar mode to the embodiment can be adopted, but no matter the pin shaft is mounted or dismounted, the anti-falling elastic sheet 20 with a straight structure only needs to swing by a small angle, and the fatigue resistance is better, so that the anti-falling elastic sheet can be better suitable for the condition that the pin shaft needs to be dismounted for many times. Of course, the pin in embodiment 1 can provide a larger anti-drop force than that in embodiment 2.
Example 3 of the arc chute of the invention:
This embodiment differs from embodiment 1 in that: in embodiment 1, the overhanging portion of the drop preventing dome 20 is arranged obliquely toward the head 12 of the pin body 10. In the present embodiment, the extending direction of the overhanging portion of the anti-falling elastic sheet 20 is perpendicular to the axis of the pin body 10.
Example 4 of the arc chute of the invention:
This embodiment differs from embodiment 1 in that: in embodiment 1, the anti-falling elastic sheet 20 is fixed on the pin shaft main body 10 through the screw 23, so that the replacement is convenient. In this embodiment, the anti-falling elastic sheet is welded and fixed on the pin shaft main body 10. In other embodiments, the anti-falling elastic sheet can also be fixed by other manners, such as riveting.
Example 5 of the arc extinguishing chamber in the present invention:
This embodiment differs from embodiment 1 in that: in embodiment 1, one end of the groove 13 on the pin body 10 for accommodating the anti-falling spring 20 penetrates the end face of the penetrating end 11 of the pin body 10 along the axial direction of the pin body 10. In this embodiment, both ends of the groove 13 in the length direction are of a closed structure, and one end of the groove 13, which is far away from the head 12 of the pin shaft main body 10, is provided with an avoiding section for avoiding the elastic deflection portion 22 deflected to the cylindrical surface range corresponding to the cross section of the pin shaft hole 41.
Example 6 of the arc extinguishing chamber in the present invention:
This embodiment differs from embodiment 1 in that: in embodiment 2, the escape groove 32 includes a straight section 33 and an inclined section 34. In the present embodiment, the avoiding groove 32 has a flat bottom structure, which is similar to the shape of the groove 13 in embodiment 1. Of course, in other embodiments, the relief groove 32 may be provided in other shapes, such as a shape in which the groove bottom wall is entirely sloped.
In the above embodiment, the anti-falling elastic piece 20 is provided at only one place, and in other embodiments, two or more anti-falling elastic pieces 20 may be provided along the circumferential direction.
Examples 1 to 6 of pin shafts for an interrupt circuit according to the present invention:
the pin for circuit breaker, which is described in any of the embodiments of the arc extinguishing chamber, will not be repeated here.
Example 1 of the circuit breaker in the present invention:
The circuit breaker in this embodiment is a column type circuit breaker, as shown in fig. 6 and 7, and includes a bracket 201, a lever box 203 is fixed on the top of the bracket 201, and an insulating support 204 and an arc extinguishing chamber 205 are sequentially fixed on the top of the lever box 203. An operating mechanism 202 is fixed on the side surface of the bracket 201, and the operating mechanism 202 is used for driving a movable end of the arc extinguishing chamber 205 to act through the crank arm box 203 so as to realize opening and closing of the circuit breaker. As shown in fig. 8, the lever box 203 includes an outer lever 206 and an inner lever 207, the outer lever 206 and the inner lever 207 are fixed on a lever rotation shaft 208, and the lever rotation shaft 208 is rotatably assembled on a bearing seat provided on a box body of the lever box 203 through a bearing. The outer crank arm 206 passes through an opening on the side surface of the crank arm box 203 and is connected with an output crank arm 210 of the operating mechanism 202 through a driving connecting rod 209, and two ends of the driving connecting rod 209 are respectively hinged with the outer crank arm 206 and the output crank arm 210 of the operating mechanism 202 to form a connecting rod mechanism; an insulating pull rod 211 is arranged between the inner crank arm 207 and a moving contact (not shown in the figure) of the arc extinguishing chamber 205, the insulating pull rod 211 is arranged along the up-down direction, penetrates through the insulating support 204, and the upper end and the lower end are respectively hinged with the inner crank arm 207 and a guide rod fixed on the moving contact. When the circuit breaker acts, the operating mechanism 202 drives the outer crank arm 206 to swing through the driving connecting rod 209, and then drives the inner crank arm 207 to swing, so that the moving contact action of the arc extinguishing chamber 205 is finally realized. The above-described structure is a common form of the existing circuit breaker, and will not be described in detail herein. Unlike the prior art, the driving link 209 is hinged to the outer lever 206 by the pin described in the above-mentioned pin embodiment 1 of the pin for the circuit breaker, the hinge part is located at the side of the sidewall of the lever box 203, and the end of the pin faces the sidewall of the lever box 203; the pin shaft comprises a pin shaft main body 10 and an anti-falling elastic sheet 20, and a driving connecting rod 209 and an outer crank arm 206 are used as to-be-connected pieces of the pin shaft. Because the spacing between the outer lever 206 and the corresponding side wall of the lever box 203 is limited, it is difficult to install cotter pins or circlips by tools, and with the pin shaft for a circuit breaker of the present invention, the operation can be performed from the side of the outer lever 206 away from the corresponding side wall of the lever box 203, and the disassembly and assembly are convenient. Of course, in other embodiments, the pin between the drive link 209 and the outer lever 206 may be the pin described in the remaining embodiments of the breaker pin described above.
