Example 1 of the arc chute of the invention:
as shown in fig. 1 and 2, the arc extinguish chamber comprises a movable end cover 102, a guide rod 103 is assembled on the movable end cover 102 in a guiding manner, the guide rod 103 is connected with a movable end insulating pull rod 101, pin shaft holes are formed in the movable end insulating pull rod 101 and the guide rod 103, the movable end insulating pull rod 101 and the guide rod 103 are connected through a pin shaft, a connecting part is located in a supporting cylinder 105 between the movable end cover 102 and a movable end assembly 104, and an operation hole 106 corresponding to the connecting part is formed in the peripheral surface of the supporting cylinder 105. The pin is a pin for a circuit breaker as shown in fig. 3 and 4, is used for being inserted into a pin hole 41 of a to-be-connected component 40 (i.e. a moving-end insulating pull rod 101 and a guide rod 103 in this embodiment), and comprises a pin body 10 and an anti-dropping elastic sheet 20.
The pin shaft body 10 is a cylindrical structure, one end of the pin shaft body is a penetrating end 11 used for penetrating out of the piece to be connected 40 when in use, and the other end of the pin shaft body is a head 12. The peripheral surface of the penetrating end 11 is provided with a groove 13 for accommodating the anti-falling elastic sheet 20; the groove 13 is a flat bottom groove, and one end of the groove, which is far away from the head 12 of the pin shaft body 10, penetrates through the end surface of the through end 11 of the pin shaft body 10 along the axial direction of the pin shaft body 10.
The anti-falling elastic sheet 20 is positioned in the groove 13 and fixed on the bottom wall of the groove 13. Specifically, retaining spring 20 is a V-shaped structure including a support portion 21 and an overhanging portion, i.e., an elastic deflection portion 22. The angle between the support portion 21 and the overhanging portion is greater than 90 degrees.
In this embodiment, the supporting portion 21 and the overhanging portion are both straight sheet structures, and the connecting position of the two is in arc transition. The bottom surface of the support portion 21 is supported on the groove bottom wall of the groove 13, and the end thereof is provided with a fixing hole forming a fixing end, and is fixed to the pin shaft body 10 by a screw 23 penetrating through the fixing hole. The fixing hole constitutes a fixing portion of the support portion 21 with a space therebetween, and a portion of the support portion 21 corresponding to the space is adapted to be bent and deformed during the detachment of the pin shaft from the pin shaft hole 41.
The supporting part 21 extends along the axis of the pin shaft body 10, the overhanging part is arranged at one end of the supporting part 21 close to the head part 12 of the pin shaft body 10, and is bent towards the radial outer side of the pin shaft body 10 relative to the supporting part 21 to form an inclined structure, one end of the overhanging part far away from the supporting part 21 is closer to the head part 12 of the pin shaft body 10 than the other end, and the tail end protrudes out of the outer peripheral surface of the pin shaft body 10.
In the process of inserting the pin shaft into the pin shaft hole 41, the elastic swing part 22 formed by the overhanging part is used for swinging towards the head part 12 of the pin shaft body 10 by the reverse thrust of the pin shaft inserting side opening of the pin shaft hole 41 until entering the cylindrical surface range corresponding to the cross section of the pin shaft hole 41; in the process of separating the pin shaft from the pin shaft hole 41, the elastic deflecting portion 22 is used for being pushed back by the pin shaft passing side opening of the pin shaft hole 41 to swing towards the passing end 11 of the pin shaft body 10 until entering the cylindrical range corresponding to the cross section of the pin shaft hole 41.
In use, the pin is inserted into the pin hole 41 of the member to be connected 40 in the installation direction corresponding to the arrow shown in fig. 4. Along with the increase of the insertion depth of the pin shaft, the anti-dropping elastic sheet 20 contacts with the pin shaft insertion side opening edge of the pin shaft hole 41, the insertion force of the pin shaft is increased at this time, and the elastic deflection part 22 of the anti-dropping elastic sheet 20 swings towards the head part 12 of the pin shaft main body 10 under the reverse thrust action of the pin shaft insertion side opening edge of the pin shaft hole 41 until the elastic deflection part enters the cylindrical surface range corresponding to the cross section of the pin shaft hole 41, so that the pin shaft can be continuously inserted into the pin shaft hole 41. After the elastic deflection part 22 of the anti-falling elastic sheet 20 enters the pin shaft hole 41, the deflection state is kept under the restriction of the hole wall of the pin shaft hole 41 until the tail end of the elastic deflection part 22 moves to the penetrating side of the pin shaft hole 41, at the moment, the elastic deflection part 22 of the anti-falling elastic sheet 20 rebounds to restore to the natural state, and forms axial stop matching with the side surface of the penetrating side of the pin shaft hole 41, so that the pin shaft can be prevented from being separated from the pin shaft hole 41, and the pin shaft is installed in place.
Certainly, the anti-falling elastic sheet 20 needs to be elastically deformed to meet installation requirements, so that the rigidity is limited, and the anti-falling acting force which can be formed is also limited, so that the pin shaft is suitable for the working condition of no axial load or light load. Preferably, in the present embodiment, the anti-dropping elastic sheet 20 is made of spring steel such as 65Mn or 70Mn, or may be made of 50# carbon steel or 50# strip steel. Of course, according to the use characteristics of the anti-falling elastic sheet 20, other materials with better elasticity can be suitable, which can be selected by those skilled in the art according to the requirements.
During disassembly, the anti-falling elastic sheet 20 can be pressed manually, so that the anti-falling elastic sheet 20 enters the cylindrical surface range corresponding to the cross section of the pin shaft hole 41, and the pin shaft can be pulled out from the insertion side of the pin shaft hole 41. If the anti-dropping elastic sheet 20 is inconveniently pressed from the penetrating side of the pin shaft hole 41, the pin shaft can be forcibly pulled out from the inserting side of the pin shaft hole 41, and in the pulling process, under the reverse pushing action of the pin shaft hole 41 penetrating out of the side opening edge, the elastic deflection part 22 of the anti-dropping elastic sheet 20 swings towards the penetrating end 11 of the pin shaft main body 10 to form bending and enter the cylindrical surface range corresponding to the cross section of the pin shaft hole 41. At this time, the support portion 21 of the anti-falling elastic piece 20 can swing towards the notch side of the groove 13 at the same time, which is more favorable for the elastic deflection portion 22 to enter the cylindrical range corresponding to the cross section of the pin shaft hole 41. Considering the fatigue performance of the anti-falling elastic sheet 20, the pin shaft in this embodiment is not suitable for being disassembled and assembled for many times.
Example 2 of an arc chute of the invention:
the present embodiment is different from embodiment 1 in that: in embodiment 1, the pin shaft body 10 is provided with a groove 13, and the anti-falling elastic sheet 20 is disposed in the groove 13. In this embodiment, as shown in fig. 5, a threaded hole 31 is formed in an end surface of the penetrating end 11 of the pin shaft main body 10, the anti-falling elastic sheet 20 is a straight elastic sheet, and a fixing hole is formed in one end of the anti-falling elastic sheet to form a fixing end, and the fixing end is fixed to a portion, close to the outer peripheral surface, of the end surface of the pin shaft main body 10 by a screw 23. Meanwhile, the passing-out end 11 of the pin shaft main body 10 is provided with an avoiding groove 32, and the avoiding groove 32 is used for providing an avoiding space for the anti-falling elastic sheet 20 swinging towards the falling-out direction of the pin shaft, so that the anti-falling elastic sheet 20 enters the cylindrical surface range corresponding to the cross section of the pin shaft hole 41. The longitudinal section of the avoiding groove 32 is a right trapezoid, the bottom wall of the groove comprises a straight section 33 and an inclined section 34, one end of the straight section 33 extends to the end face of the penetrating end 11 of the pin shaft main body 10, the other end of the straight section is connected with the inclined section 34, and one end, far away from the straight section 33, of the inclined section 34 is closer to the head 12 of the pin shaft main body 10 than the other end of the inclined section.
During the round pin axle in dismouting embodiment 2, can adopt the similar mode with the embodiment, however, no matter be the installation round pin axle or dismantle the round pin axle, the anti-disengaging shell fragment 20 of straight structure all only need the less angle of swing, and fatigue resistance is better, consequently can adapt to the condition that needs dismouting many times better. Of course, the pin shaft in embodiment 1 can provide a larger retaining force than that in embodiment 2.
Example 3 of an arc chute of the invention:
the present embodiment is different from embodiment 1 in that: in embodiment 1, the overhanging portion of the retaining spring 20 is arranged obliquely toward the head portion 12 of the pin main body 10. In this embodiment, the extending direction of the overhanging portion of the anti-falling elastic sheet 20 is perpendicular to the axis of the pin shaft body 10.
Example 4 of the arc chute of the invention:
the present embodiment is different from embodiment 1 in that: in embodiment 1, the anti-falling elastic sheet 20 is fixed on the pin shaft body 10 by a screw 23, so as to be convenient for replacement. In this embodiment, the anti-falling elastic sheet is welded and fixed on the pin shaft body 10. In other embodiments, the anti-dropping elastic sheet can also adopt other fixing modes, such as riveting.
Example 5 of the arc chute of the invention:
the present embodiment is different from embodiment 1 in that: in embodiment 1, one end of the groove 13 for accommodating the anti-falling elastic piece 20 on the pin shaft body 10 penetrates through the end surface of the through end 11 of the pin shaft body 10 along the axial direction of the pin shaft body 10. In this embodiment, both ends of the groove 13 in the length direction are closed structures, and one end of the groove 13 away from the head 12 of the pin shaft body 10 is provided with an avoiding section for avoiding and deflecting the elastic deflection part 22 in a cylindrical surface range corresponding to the cross section of the pin shaft hole 41.
Example 6 of the arc chute of the invention:
the present embodiment is different from embodiment 1 in that: in embodiment 2, the bypass groove 32 includes a straight section 33 and an inclined section 34. In the present embodiment, the evacuation groove 32 has a flat bottom structure, and is similar in shape to the groove 13 in embodiment 1. Of course, in other embodiments, the relief groove 32 may be provided in other shapes, such as a shape in which the groove bottom wall is entirely inclined.
In the above embodiment, the anti-falling elastic sheet 20 is provided with only one position, and in other embodiments, more than two anti-falling elastic sheets 20 may be provided along the circumferential direction.
Embodiments 1 to 6 of the pin shaft for circuit breaker according to the present invention:
the pin for the circuit breaker, i.e. the pin for the circuit breaker described in any of the embodiments of the arc chute described above, will not be described again here.
Embodiment 1 of the circuit breaker in the present invention:
the circuit breaker in this embodiment is a column circuit breaker, as shown in fig. 6 and 7, and includes a bracket 201, a crank arm box 203 is fixed on the top of the bracket 201, and an insulating support 204 and an arc extinguishing chamber 205 are sequentially fixed on the top of the crank arm box 203. An operating mechanism 202 is fixed on the side surface of the bracket 201, and the operating mechanism 202 is used for driving the moving end of the arc extinguish chamber 205 to move through the crank arm box 203, so that the opening and closing of the circuit breaker are realized. As shown in fig. 8, the crank arm case 203 includes an outer crank arm 206 and an inner crank arm 207, the outer crank arm 206 and the inner crank arm 207 are fixed to a crank arm shaft 208, and the crank arm shaft 208 is rotatably fitted to a bearing seat provided on a case body of the crank arm case 203 through a bearing. The outer crank arm 206 passes through an opening on the side surface of the crank arm box 203 and is connected with the output crank arm 210 of the operating mechanism 202 through a driving connecting rod 209, and two ends of the driving connecting rod 209 are respectively hinged with the outer crank arm 206 and the output crank arm 210 of the operating mechanism 202 to form a connecting rod mechanism; an insulating pull rod 211 is arranged between the inner crank arm 207 and a movable contact (not shown in the figure) of the arc extinguish chamber 205, the insulating pull rod 211 is arranged along the up-down direction and penetrates through the insulating support 204, and the upper end and the lower end of the insulating pull rod are respectively hinged with the inner crank arm 207 and a guide rod fixed on the movable contact. When the circuit breaker acts, the operating mechanism 202 drives the outer connecting lever 206 to swing through the driving connecting rod 209, and further drives the inner connecting lever 207 to swing, and finally, the moving contact of the arc extinguish chamber 205 acts. The above structure is a common form of existing circuit breaker and will not be described in detail here. The difference from the prior art is that the driving connecting rod 209 is hinged with the outer crank arm 206 through the pin shaft in the embodiment 1 of the pin shaft for the circuit breaker, the hinged part is positioned at the side of the side wall of the crank arm box 203, and the tail end of the pin shaft faces the side wall of the crank arm box 203; the pin comprises a pin body 10 and an anti-falling elastic sheet 20, and a driving connecting rod 209 and an outer crank arm 206 are used as to-be-connected pieces of the pin. Because the distance between the outer crank arm 206 and the corresponding side wall of the crank arm box 203 is limited, a cotter pin or an elastic retainer ring is difficult to install through a tool, and by adopting the pin shaft for the circuit breaker, the operation can be carried out from one side of the outer crank arm 206, which is far away from the corresponding side wall of the crank arm box 203, and the disassembly and the assembly are convenient. Of course, in other embodiments, the pin between the driving link 209 and the outer crank arm 206 may be the same as the pin described in the other embodiments of the pin for the circuit breaker.

Claims (10)

1. The pin shaft for the circuit breaker is used for being arranged in a pin shaft hole (41) on a to-be-connected piece (40) in a penetrating mode and comprises a pin shaft main body (10), one end of the pin shaft main body (10) is a penetrating end (11) used for penetrating out of the to-be-connected piece (40) when in use, and the other end of the pin shaft main body is a head portion (12); the pin shaft for the breaker is characterized by further comprising an anti-falling elastic sheet (20), wherein the anti-falling elastic sheet (20) is provided with a fixed end and an elastic deflection part (22), and the fixed end is fixedly connected to a penetrating end (11) of the pin shaft main body (10); when the anti-falling elastic sheet (20) is in a natural state, the elastic deflection part (22) protrudes out of the outer peripheral surface of the pin shaft main body (10) and is used for being matched with a to-be-connected piece (40) in a blocking mode along the axial direction of the pin shaft main body (10) so as to prevent the pin shaft from falling out of the pin shaft hole (41);
the elastic deflection part (22) is used for swinging towards the head part (12) of the pin shaft main body (10) under the reverse thrust action of the edge of the pin shaft insertion side opening of the pin shaft hole (41) in the process of inserting the pin shaft into the pin shaft hole (41) and entering the cylindrical surface range corresponding to the cross section of the pin shaft hole (41); and the pin shaft swinging mechanism is also used for swinging towards the penetrating end (11) of the pin shaft main body (10) under the reverse thrust action of the pin shaft penetrating side opening edge of the pin shaft hole (41) to enter the cylindrical surface range corresponding to the cross section of the pin shaft hole (41) in the process of separating the pin shaft from the pin shaft hole (41).
2. The pin shaft for a circuit breaker according to claim 1, wherein a groove (13) is formed on the outer peripheral surface of the penetrating end (11) and used for accommodating the anti-dropping elastic sheet (20), and the anti-dropping elastic sheet (20) is fixed on the bottom wall of the groove (13).

The pin for the circuit breaker according to claim 2, wherein the anti-release resilient piece (20) comprises a support portion (21) having a bottom surface supported on the bottom wall of the groove (13), and further comprises an overhanging portion provided at an end of the support portion (21) near the head portion (12) of the pin body (10), the overhanging portion being bent radially outward of the pin body (10) with respect to the support portion (21), and having a distal end protruding beyond the outer peripheral surface of the pin body (10); the resilient deflection portion (22) is formed by an overhanging portion.

The pin for circuit breakers according to claim 3, characterized in that the fixing point between said supporting portion (21) and the pin body (10) is spaced from said supporting portion (21), the portion of the supporting portion (21) corresponding to said spacing being adapted to be bent and deformed during the detachment of the pin from the pin hole (41).
5. A pin for circuit breakers according to any one of claims 1 to 4, characterized in that said elastic deflector portion (22) extends obliquely towards the head (12) of the pin body (10).
6. A pin for circuit breakers according to any of the claims 2 to 4, characterized in that said recess (13) is a flat bottom groove.

The pin shaft for the circuit breaker according to claim 1, wherein the anti-drop elastic sheet (20) is fixed on the end surface of the penetrating end (11) of the pin shaft main body (10); the anti-falling elastic piece is characterized in that an avoiding groove (32) is formed in a penetrating end (11) of the pin shaft main body (10), the avoiding groove (32) is used for providing an avoiding space for the anti-falling elastic piece (20) swinging towards the falling-off direction of the pin shaft, and the anti-falling elastic piece (20) enters the cylindrical surface range corresponding to the cross section of the pin shaft hole (41).

The pin for the circuit breaker according to claim 7, wherein the longitudinal section of the avoiding groove (32) is a right trapezoid, the bottom wall of the avoiding groove (32) comprises a straight section (33) and an inclined section (34), one end of the straight section (33) extends to the end surface of the through end (11) of the pin body (10), the other end is connected with the inclined section (34), and one end of the inclined section (34) far from the straight section (33) is closer to the head (12) of the pin body (10) than the other end.

The arc extinguish chamber comprises a movable end cover (102), a guide rod (103) is assembled on the movable end cover (102) in a guiding mode, the guide rod (103) is connected with a movable end insulating pull rod (101), pin shaft holes are formed in the movable end insulating pull rod (101) and the guide rod (103) and connected through a pin shaft, a connecting part is located in a supporting cylinder (105) between the movable end cover (102) and a movable end assembly (104), and an operation hole (106) corresponding to the connecting part is formed in the peripheral surface of the supporting cylinder (105); the method is characterized in that: the pin is used as a pin for a circuit breaker according to any one of claims 1 to 8.
