Further, the colorant is at least one of iron oxide red, titanium dioxide, iron oxide red, iron oxide yellow, phthalocyanine blue, phthalocyanine green, permanent violet and precipitated barium sulfate.
Further, the amino resin is at least one of a fully methylated melamine resin, a mixture of the fully methylated melamine resin and a partially methylated amino resin, and a mixture of the fully methylated melamine resin and a high imino methylated melamine resin.
Further, the curing agent is any one of dicyandiamide, polyamine, acid anhydride and polyphenol.
Further, the defoaming agent is aliphatic polyamine or alicyclic polyamine; at least one of a low molecular polyamide and a modified aromatic amine.
A preparation method of a water-based silicon-modified polyester coiled aluminum coating is characterized by comprising the following specific steps:
1) mixing water-based silicon-modified polyester, amino resin, water, rosin and a catalyst, and continuously stirring and mixing for 2-3 hours to obtain a first mixture;
2) mixing the first mixture, the modified silica gel, the leveling agent and the cosolvent, adding into a stirring kettle, and continuously stirring and mixing for 1-2 hours at the rotating speed of 500-1000 a/min to obtain a second mixture;
3) mixing the second mixture, the catalyst and the water-based adhesion promoter together, and continuously stirring for 30-50 minutes to obtain a third mixture;
4) and adding a defoaming agent, a curing agent and a film-forming agent into the obtained third mixture to obtain the water-based silicon modified polyester aluminum coil coating.
