实施列6:所述防水涂料包括如下重量份的成分组成:改性树脂38份,苯丙乳液28份,高纯石英砂18份,滑石粉12份,尿素7份,碳酸钙8份,云母粉10份,硅胶9份,活性稀释剂11份,松节油7份,二氧化硅4份,玻璃纤维7份,纳米银18份,成膜助剂3份,流平剂2.8份,增稠剂3.5份,和去离子水33份。
滑石粉用于增加张力强度,剪切强度,挠曲强度,压力强度,降低变形,伸张率,热膨胀系数。
碳酸钙可有效增加或调节材料刚性,韧性,以及弯曲强度等,并可改善流变性能,降低塑化温度。
云母粉具有绝缘性、耐高温、耐酸碱、耐腐蚀、附着力强等特性,是一种优良的添加剂。
玻璃纤维可以使涂料拥有更好的延展性,抗裂能力高且抗腐蚀能力更好。
所述改性树脂包括聚乙烯树脂、聚氯乙烯树脂、聚苯乙烯树脂、聚丙烯树脂和ABS树脂中一种或多种。
所述纳米银能抑制霉菌、金色葡萄球菌等多种细菌,兼具环保、抗菌性能。
所述活性稀释剂采用型号为TH-836型的环氧活性稀释剂,活性稀释剂主要是指含有环氧基团的低分子量环氧化合物。它们可以参加环氧树脂的固化反应,成为环氧树脂固化物的交联网络结构的一部分,不仅能参与固化反应,而且保持了固化产物的性能。
成膜助剂采用丙二醇丁醚,能促进高分子化合物塑性流动和弹性变形,改善聚结性能。
流平剂采用聚二甲基硅氧烷,促使涂料在干燥成膜过程中形成一个平整、光滑、均匀的涂膜。
增稠剂采用聚氨基甲酸酯,提高物系黏度,使物系保持均匀稳定的悬浮状态或乳浊状态。
高纯石英砂具有的耐高温、热膨胀系数小、高度绝缘、耐腐蚀。
本发明的防水涂料有效提高了涂层耐磨,有效地增长了其使用寿命,提高了应用价值,耐污耐化,易于保持材料清洁及其性能稳定;具有抗菌防霉功效,低气味、安全环保,不会危害人体健康;光泽易调,能满足多种光泽要求;施工稳定,涂布材料方便快捷。

1.一种防水涂料,其特征在于,包括如下重量份的成分组成:改性树脂30-40份,苯丙乳液20-30份,高纯石英砂10-20份,滑石粉4-14份,尿素5-8份,碳酸钙7-9份,云母粉6-12份,硅胶3-10份,活性稀释剂5-12份,松节油3-8份,二氧化硅2-5份,玻璃纤维5-8份,纳米银10-20份,成膜助剂1-4份,流平剂2-3份,增稠剂2-4份,和去离子水25-35份。
2.根据权利要求1所述的防水涂料,其特征在于,包括如下重量份的成分组成:改性树脂30份,苯丙乳液20份,高纯石英砂10份,滑石粉4份,尿素5份,碳酸钙7份,云母粉6份,硅胶3份,活性稀释剂5份,松节油3份,二氧化硅2份,玻璃纤维5份,纳米银10份,成膜助剂1份,流平剂2份,增稠剂2份,和去离子水25份。
3.根据权利要求1所述的防水涂料,其特征在于,包括如下重量份的成分组成:改性树脂40份,苯丙乳液30份,高纯石英砂20份,滑石粉14份,尿素8份,碳酸钙9份,云母粉12份,硅胶10份,活性稀释剂12份,松节油8份,二氧化硅5份,玻璃纤维8份,纳米银20份,成膜助剂4份,流平剂3份,增稠剂4份,和去离子水35份。
