Abstract
The invention relates to the technical field of printing ink, in particular to full water-based gravure printing ink which is prepared from the following raw materials in parts by weight: 10-15% of organic pigment, 12-18% of solid water-based resin, 60-80% of deionized water, 1-3% of dispersing agent, 0.3-0.6% of wetting agent and 0.2-0.4% of defoaming agent, wherein the total amount is 100%. The invention is safe and environment-friendly without adding ethanol solvent in the production process and the use process, can effectively reduce the emission, reduce the environmental pollution and improve the safety.

Background
The gravure ink is short for gravure ink and is suitable for various gravure printing. The ink does not contain toxic substances, is strong in adhesive force, good in wear resistance and good in glossiness, and has certain harm to the environment in the production, processing and using processes by adopting organic resin and the like as solvents, so that the invention aims to improve the formula of the traditional gravure ink to obtain brand-new zero-pollution and zero-emission full-water-based gravure ink, thereby better meeting the actual needs.

8. The all-water based intaglio ink according to claim 1 characterized in that said wetting agent is an aqueous substrate wetting agent.
9. The all-water based gravure ink of claim 1 wherein said defoamer is a TEGO Foamex825 defoamer.
