本发明公开了一种混动+ePTO动力驱动的新式混动环卫车,包括垃圾收集专用上装装置、强混动底盘、上装驱动电机、动力电池、自动离合器、底盘驱动电机和齿轮泵,所述垃圾收集专用上装装置与强混动底盘紧固连接,所述上装驱动电机与强混动底盘的车架侧面紧固连接,所述动力电池与强混动底盘的车架侧面紧固连接,所述自动离合器将强混动底盘的底盘燃油发动机与底盘驱动电机相连,所述底盘驱动电机通过变速箱驱动车辆行驶,所述齿轮泵与动力电池电性连接,且齿轮泵通过液压油驱动垃圾收集专用上装装置,既满足常规垃圾收集功能,又节能、减排、降噪,还符合国家环保政策的环卫车辆,降低客户运营成本,提高效率,满足客户需求。

Description

一种混动+ePTO动力驱动的新式混动环卫车
技术领域
本发明属于混动环卫车技术领域,具体地说,本发明涉及一种混动+ePTO动力驱动的新式混动环卫车。
背景技术
目前的环卫车辆是在燃油发动机的二类底盘上增加垃圾收集专用上装装置,二类底盘燃油发动机输出动力带动整车行驶至垃圾桶位置后驻车等待,但二类底盘燃油发动机不停机,通过相应的控制装置控制垃圾收集专用上装装置动作,实现垃圾收集转运工作。
但是,控制装置控制垃圾收集专用上装装置动作过程中,二类底盘燃油发动机要求必须连续工作,通过机械取力器将取自二类底盘燃油发动机的部分输出动力用于驱动垃圾收集专用上装装置,进而实现垃圾收集转运工作。
因此,传统燃油式环卫车辆普遍存在油耗高、二氧化碳等有害气体排放多,尤其是车辆驻车怠速状态下收集垃圾过程中一氧化碳、氮氧化合物等有害气体,工作过程噪声很大 、发动机维护保养频繁等缺点,不但为用户增加了运营成本,而且与当前国家的环保政策相悖,已成为整个行业的痛点。
针对上述问题,急需开发一款既满足常规垃圾收集功能,又节能、减排、降噪,还符合国家环保政策的环卫车辆,降低客户运营成本,提高效率,满足客户需求。
发明内容
本发明提供一种混动+ePTO动力驱动的新式混动环卫车,以解决上述背景技术中存在的问题。
为了实现上述目的,本发明采取的技术方案为:一种混动+ePTO动力驱动的新式混动环卫车,包括垃圾收集专用上装装置、强混动底盘、上装驱动电机、动力电池、自动离合器、底盘驱动电机和齿轮泵,所述垃圾收集专用上装装置与强混动底盘紧固连接,所述上装驱动电机与强混动底盘的车架侧面紧固连接,所述动力电池与强混动底盘的车架侧面紧固连接,所述自动离合器将强混动底盘的底盘燃油发动机与底盘驱动电机相连,所述底盘驱动电机通过变速箱驱动车辆行驶,所述齿轮泵与动力电池电性连接,且齿轮泵通过液压油驱动垃圾收集专用上装装置。
优选的,所述底盘驱动电机还与动力电池电性连接。
采用以上技术方案的有益效果是:
1、本发明的混动+ePTO动力驱动的新式混动环卫车,所述新式混动环卫车结合强混动技术和ePTO技术,以市场现有环卫车辆行驶过程和垃圾收集过程的工况特点为基础,对以传统燃油发动机为唯一动力源的二类底盘进行改造升级,改造为强混合动力驱动的混动底盘,并用ePTO装置代替传统机械式取力器,在新式混动环卫车辆低速行驶和驻车收集垃圾过程中,动力源来自动力电池,底盘燃油发动机不工作。
所述改造升级的强混合动力驱动的混动底盘,在车辆正常行驶时,在动力电池电量充足条件下,可以由动力电池提供功率给底盘驱动电机,用于实现车辆正常行驶;当动力电池电量下降到一定设定阈值时,底盘驱动电机停止工作,改由底盘燃油发动机开始工作,既可以用于驱动整车,也可以给动力电池充电。
所述ePTO装置代替传统机械式取力器,在车辆驻车收集垃圾时,用ePTO装置代替传统机械式取力器,在动力电池电量充足条件下,由动力电池提供功率给ePTO装置用于驱动垃圾收集专用上装装置完成垃圾收集工作;当动力电池电量下降到一定设定阈值时,底盘驱动电机停止工作,改由底盘燃油发动机开始工作,既可以提供功率给ePTO装置,也可以给动力电池充电,待动力电池满电后底盘燃油发动机停止工作,继续改由底盘驱动电机工作。
2、所述新式混动环卫车采用的强混动技术,它不需要充电,使用起来和普通汽车完全没有区别。从技术上说,其优势在于城区;比如:频繁的启停、刹车等工况,在此等工况下,可实现底盘燃油发动机少工作或者不工作,将原来汽车浪费的能量用电能的方式储存起来,这样更省油;而这一优势非常符合垃圾收集过程工况。
由于小区或村镇内的垃圾桶摆放比较零散且间隔距离较短,环卫车辆行驶过程将长期处于低速行驶状态且存在频繁的刹车、起步动作。本发明能够更好的实现环卫车辆节能、减排、环保性能,降低客户运营成本。
所述新式混动环卫车采用的ePTO装置,是从车辆动力电池取电并向负载提供动力输入的装置。它不仅能够有效解决传统机械取力器噪声大、油耗高、不可停机工作的行业痛点,而且能够有效降低用户运营成本。因此ePTO装置具有无噪声运行、能耗低、可停机工作等优点,非常切合当前国家节能、减排、降噪、环保的发展方向。

下面对照附图,通过对实施例的描述,对本发明的具体实施方式作进一步详细的说明,目的是帮助本领域的技术人员对本发明的构思、技术方案有更完整、准确和深入的理解,并有助于其实施。
如图1至图4所示,本发明是一种混动+ePTO动力驱动的新式混动环卫车,既满足常规垃圾收集功能,又节能、减排、降噪,还符合国家环保政策的环卫车辆,降低客户运营成本,提高效率,满足客户需求。
具体的说,如图1至图4所示,包括垃圾收集专用上装装置1、强混动底盘2、上装驱动电机3、动力电池4、自动离合器5、底盘驱动电机6和齿轮泵7,所述垃圾收集专用上装装置1与强混动底盘2紧固连接,所述上装驱动电机3与强混动底盘2的车架侧面紧固连接,所述动力电池4与强混动底盘2的车架侧面紧固连接,所述自动离合器5将强混动底盘2的底盘燃油发动机与底盘驱动电机6相连,所述底盘驱动电机6通过变速箱驱动车辆行驶,所述齿轮泵7与动力电池4电性连接,且齿轮泵7通过液压油驱动垃圾收集专用上装装置1。
所述底盘驱动电机6还与动力电池4电性连接。
以下用具体实施例对具体工作方式进行阐述:
实施例1:
本发明的混动+ePTO动力驱动的新式混动环卫车,所述新式混动环卫车结合强混动技术和ePTO技术,以市场现有环卫车辆行驶过程和垃圾收集过程的工况特点为基础,对以传统燃油发动机为唯一动力源的二类底盘进行改造升级,改造为强混合动力驱动的混动底盘,并用ePTO装置代替传统机械式取力器,在新式混动环卫车辆低速行驶和驻车收集垃圾过程中,动力源来自动力电池4,底盘燃油发动机不工作。
所述改造升级的强混合动力驱动的混动底盘,在车辆正常行驶时,在动力电池4电量充足条件下,可以由动力电池4提供功率给底盘驱动电机6,用于实现车辆正常行驶;当动力电池4电量下降到一定设定阈值时,底盘驱动电机6停止工作,改由底盘燃油发动机开始工作,既可以用于驱动整车,也可以给动力电池4充电。
所述ePTO装置代替传统机械式取力器,在车辆驻车收集垃圾时,用ePTO装置代替传统机械式取力器,在动力电池4电量充足条件下,由动力电池4提供功率给ePTO装置用于驱动垃圾收集专用上装装置1完成垃圾收集工作;当动力电池4电量下降到一定设定阈值时,底盘驱动电机6停止工作,改由底盘燃油发动机开始工作,既可以提供功率给ePTO装置,也可以给动力电池4充电,待动力电池4满电后底盘燃油发动机停止工作,继续改由底盘驱动电机6工作。
实施例2:
在实施例1的基础上,所述新式混动环卫车采用的强混动技术,它不需要充电,使用起来和普通汽车完全没有区别。从技术上说,其优势在于城区;比如:频繁的启停、刹车等工况,在此等工况下,可实现底盘燃油发动机少工作或者不工作,将原来汽车浪费的能量用电能的方式储存起来,这样更省油;而这一优势非常符合垃圾收集过程工况。
由于小区或村镇内的垃圾桶摆放比较零散且间隔距离较短,环卫车辆行驶过程将长期处于低速行驶状态且存在频繁的刹车、起步动作。本发明能够更好的实现环卫车辆节能、减排、环保性能,降低客户运营成本。
所述新式混动环卫车采用的ePTO装置,是从车辆动力电池4取电并向负载提供动力输入的装置。它不仅能够有效解决传统机械取力器噪声大、油耗高、不可停机工作的行业痛点,而且能够有效降低用户运营成本。因此ePTO装置具有无噪声运行、能耗低、可停机工作等优点,非常切合当前国家节能、减排、降噪、环保的发展方向。

1.一种混动+ePTO动力驱动的新式混动环卫车,其特征在于:包括垃圾收集专用上装装置(1)、强混动底盘(2)、上装驱动电机(3)、动力电池(4)、自动离合器(5)、底盘驱动电机(6)和齿轮泵(7),所述垃圾收集专用上装装置(1)与强混动底盘(2)紧固连接,所述上装驱动电机(3)与强混动底盘(2)的车架侧面紧固连接,所述动力电池(4)与强混动底盘(2)的车架侧面紧固连接,所述自动离合器(5)将强混动底盘(2)的底盘燃油发动机与底盘驱动电机(6)相连,所述底盘驱动电机(6)通过变速箱驱动车辆行驶,所述齿轮泵(7)与动力电池(4)电性连接,且齿轮泵(7)通过液压油驱动垃圾收集专用上装装置(1)。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种混动+ePTO动力驱动的新式混动环卫车,其特征在于:所述底盘驱动电机(6)还与动力电池(4)电性连接。
