2. The intelligent inspection robot according to claim 1, wherein the outdoor disinfection mechanism (300) comprises a first disinfection tank (301), and the first disinfection tank (301) is mounted inside the vehicle body (101);
a first sealing cover (302) is arranged at the top of the first disinfection box (301);
the front end surface mounting of first disinfect box (301) has quick-operation joint (303), the one end that first disinfect box (301) are kept away from in quick-operation joint (303) is installed and is run through automobile body (101) front end surface and extend to the outside sprinkler head (304) of automobile body (101).

The intelligent inspection robot according to claim 2, wherein a servo motor (305) is mounted on the rear end surface of the first disinfection tank (301), and the output end of the servo motor (305) is connected with a screw rod (306) which penetrates through the rear end surface of the first disinfection tank (301) and extends into the first disinfection tank (301) in a coupling manner;
and an extrusion plate (307) is arranged on the outer wall of the screw rod (306).
4. The intelligent inspection robot according to claim 1, wherein the indoor disinfection mechanism (200) comprises a second disinfection tank (201), and the second disinfection tank (201) is installed inside the vehicle body (101);
a second sealing cover (206) extending to the outside of the inner vehicle body (101) is arranged at the top of the second disinfection box (201);
and a connecting pipe (202) is installed at the top of the second disinfection box (201), and an atomizing head (203) is installed on the outer wall of the connecting pipe (202).
5. The intelligent inspection robot according to claim 4, wherein a water-absorbing sponge (205) is installed at the top inside the connecting pipe (202), and a water-absorbing cotton stick (204) is installed at the bottom of the water-absorbing sponge (205);
one end of the water absorption cotton stick (204) far away from the water absorption sponge (205) extends into the second disinfection box (201).
6. The intelligent inspection robot according to claim 1, wherein the intelligent detection mechanism (400) comprises an infrared temperature measurement sensor (401), a depth camera (402), and a display screen (403);
the depth camera (402), the infrared temperature measurement sensor (401) and the display screen (403) are all installed at the top of the vehicle body (101);
the depth camera (402) has face recognition, camera shooting and route navigation functions;
a storage module, a wireless sending module and an alarm module are arranged in the vehicle body (101);
the storage module is used for storing images shot by the depth camera (402);
the alarm module is used for sending out an alarm;
the wireless sending module is used for being connected with an external terminal and sending image and alarm information to the external terminal.
7. The intelligent inspection robot according to claim 6, wherein the depth camera (402), the infrared temperature measuring sensor (401), the storage module, the wireless transmitting module and the alarm module are electrically connected with a storage battery.
8. The intelligent inspection robot according to claim 6, wherein mounting holes (404) are formed in the front end surface and the rear end surface of the vehicle body (101), and an ultrasonic distance meter (405) is mounted in each mounting hole (404).
9. The intelligent inspection robot according to claim 8, wherein the ultrasonic range finder (405) is electrically connected with a controller and a storage battery which are arranged inside the vehicle body (101);
the controller is electrically connected with the driving motor and is used for controlling the driving motor to be turned on or turned off.
