Description
技术领域
本发明涉及中药配方技术领域，具体为一种调理用中药配方及其使用方法。
背景技术
目前由于人们缺少锻炼，且多熬夜，身体处于亚健康状态，免疫力低下，这种情况需要进行调理，对于身体的调理，中药比西药更加具有功效性，传统经方不再能完全适应当今种植药物的药效，与古代药物出现明显差异的问题，我们在行医用药过程中不但发现了古今药材的明显差异，并在多年的实践中根据当前环境改变及药材药性的普遍差异问题作出配方调整，故提出本配方发明。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于提供一种调理用中药配方，以解决上述背景技术中的问题。
为实现上述目的，本发明提供如下技术方案：一种调理用中药配方，包括茯苓两份，党参两份，紫菀一份，川芎一份，桃仁一份，甘草一份，荆芥穗一份，防风一份，紫苏叶一份，白芷一份，路路通一份，款冬花一份，百部一份，白术一份，旋覆花一份，姜黄一份，皂角刺一份，苏木一份，香薷一份，藿香一份，续断一份，厚朴一份，桑寄生一份，大枣一份；
其使用方法为：准备3.5L以上土陶药罐；步骤二、将上述配方放进药罐中，加入天然矿泉水，水至少高于药面2厘米，浸泡时间为30分钟；步骤三、用大火熬开转中火，开锅后8分钟关火，滤出汤药。
与现有技术相比，本发明的有益效果是：
1.健脾胃，益气血，润肠通便，安神；
2.发汗解表，宣发肃降，调理肺气，通鼻窍，祛痰止咳；
3.促进血液微循环，疏通经络，活血化瘀，利水消肿行气止痛；
4.透疹消痈止痒，祛寒湿；
5.补肝肾，强筋骨，疗伤续折；
6.疏肝理气，通经；
7.解暑化湿止呕；
临床结果：脾胃健运，五脏通调，经络通畅，正气恢复，该配方的成分及配比不但符合当代化学研究的安全成分，同时也符合专业中医最严格的安全有效标准。
具体实施方式
下面将结合本发明实施例，对本发明实施例中的技术方案进行清楚、完整地描述，显然，所描述的实施例仅仅是本发明一部分实施例，而不是全部的实施例。基于本发明中的实施例，本领域普通技术人员在没有做出创造性劳动前提下所获得的所有其他实施例，都属于本发明保护的范围。
本发明提供一种技术方案：准备茯苓两份，党参两份，紫菀一份，川芎一份，桃仁一份，甘草一份，荆芥穗一份，防风一份，紫苏叶一份，白芷一份，路路通一份，款冬花一份，百部一份，白术一份，旋覆花一份，姜黄一份，皂角刺一份，苏木一份，香薷一份，藿香一份，续断一份，厚朴一份，桑寄生一份，大枣一份，将上述药材放置3.5L以上土陶药罐；加入天然矿泉水，水至少高于药面2厘米，浸泡时间为30分钟；步骤三、用大火熬开转中火，开锅后8分钟关火，滤出汤药；将汤药一天分三次让有症状患者服下，以30天为一疗程，30天后患者身体状态明显好转。
本配方另一实施例，是将其通过干燥后进行混合研磨成制成粉末，制成的粉末通过开水冲成汤药也能起到同样的效果，或者将粉末与辅助剂一起制成药丸皆可以。
需要说明的是：因为社会、自然环境的改变，或者药材生长及药材药效的改变，该配方将来都有可能面临改进和替换。比如茯苓这位药材的环境、生产流程改变了，药效无论是更好或者不好，或者发现或培养出更好的替代药材，我们就得在整体配方中作出调整，或添加另外的药材、或用别的药材替换，或增减剂量等等。
尽管已经示出和描述了本发明的实施例，对于本领域的普通技术人员而言，可以理解在不脱离本发明的原理和精神的情况下可以对这些实施例进行多种变化、修改、替换和变型，本发明的范围由所附权利要求及其等同物限定。

1.一种调理用中药配方，其特征在于，包括茯苓两份，党参两份，紫菀一份，川芎一份，桃仁一份，甘草一份，荆芥穗一份，防风一份，紫苏叶一份，白芷一份，路路通一份，款冬花一份，百部一份，白术一份，旋覆花一份，姜黄一份，皂角刺一份，苏木一份，香薷一份，藿香一份，续断一份，厚朴一份，桑寄生一份，大枣一份。
2.根据权利要求1所述的调理用中药配方的使用方法，其特征在于：包括步骤一、准备3.5L以上土陶药罐；步骤二、将上述配方放进药罐中，加入天然矿泉水，水至少高于药面2厘米，浸泡时间为30分钟；步骤三、用大火熬开转中火，开锅后8分钟关火，滤出汤药。
3.根据权利要求1所述的调理用中药配方的使用方法，其特征在于：将上述配方研磨制成粉末，通过开水冲成汤药。
4.根据权利要求1所述的调理用中药配方，其特征在于：将上述配方研磨制成粉末，通过辅助剂制成药丸。
