An embodiment of the present invention provides a display terminal viewing control method, and referring to fig. 2, fig. 2 is a flowchart illustrating a first embodiment of a display terminal viewing control method according to the present invention.
In this embodiment, the display terminal viewing control method includes:
step S10: after the display terminal is in a preset child mode, detecting whether a film watching object in the picture output direction of the display terminal is a preset child object or not;
the preset child mode is a mode for protecting children preset in the display terminal, and after the display terminal is in the preset child mode, the display terminal is indicated to start guiding proper motion and combination of viewing for the viewing objects of the children, so that the phenomenon that the motion is lacked due to long-time viewing is avoided.
When the image output direction is to view the film of the film viewing object, the image output direction is the direction of information (current state of the display terminal, film and television programs, operation guide and the like, wherein the operation guide may be text information and the like preset in a pop-up window and an information prompt box, or symbol identification and the like, which is not limited in this embodiment) displayed by the film viewing object.
The preset child object is a viewing object in the picture output direction of the display terminal which meets the child age condition preset in the display terminal.
The viewing objects are users who view programs in the picture output direction of the display terminal, and may be one or multiple users, and are not limited herein, the viewing objects are preset children objects, and the subsequent motion states of the viewing objects are detected, and energy supplement is performed when the motion states reach standards, for example, if the viewing objects a, B, and C are preset children objects, the motion states of A, B are respectively detected, if the motion states of a and B reach standards, energy supplement is performed according to the motion states of a, and if the motion states of A, B reach standards, energy supplement is performed according to the motion states of A, B.
Specifically, the step of detecting whether the viewing object in the picture output direction of the display terminal is a preset child object includes: acquiring the face characteristic of a film watching object in the picture output direction of a display terminal through an intelligent camera, wherein the intelligent camera can be a device carried by the display terminal or externally connected with the display terminal, estimating the age of the film watching object through the face characteristic, comparing the obtained age of the film watching object with a preset age range, judging whether the obtained age of the film watching object is in the preset age range, wherein the preset age range is an interval preset in the display terminal and used for judging whether the film watching object is a child, if the age of the film watching object is in the preset age range, judging that the film watching object is a preset child object, if the age of the film watching object is not in the preset age range, judging that the film watching object is not the preset child object, and if the film watching object is not the preset child object, not carrying out subsequent motion detection on the film watching object, thereby avoiding the scenes of watching the film by children and the motion of adults.
The age of the viewing object here may be an age range, for example, 9 to 12, or may be an estimated specific age value, for example, 10, and is not limited herein.
If the detected age of the viewing object intersects with the preset age range, it is determined that the viewing object is a preset child object, and if the detected age of the viewing object does not intersect with the preset age range, it is determined that the viewing object is not a preset child object, for example: and the preset age range is 0-12, and if the ages of the film watching objects a and b are detected to be 12-13 and 13-15, the film watching objects a and b are judged to be preset child objects, and the film watching objects b are not preset child objects.
Step S20: if the film watching object is a preset child object, detecting whether the motion state of the film watching object meets a preset motion standard;
the motion state may be the motion amplitude of the torso, limbs and/or head of the subject, such as the leg raising height, the arm raising height, the twisting amplitude of the torso, etc.
For the film watching object detected as the preset child object, detecting the motion state of the film watching object as the preset child object, namely: detecting the motion amplitude, comparing the detection result of the motion state with a preset motion standard, and judging whether the detection result meets the preset motion standard, wherein the preset motion standard is a uniform agreement preset in a display terminal for judging whether the motion state of the child reaches the standard, and if the detection result meets the preset motion standard, the motion state reaches the standard and the residual energy required by playing programs by the display terminal is supplemented; if the preset motion standard is not met, the motion state does not reach the standard, and prompt information is displayed on a display panel of the display terminal to remind children of increasing the motion amplitude.
Step S30: and if the motion state of the film viewing object is detected to meet the preset motion standard, supplementing the residual energy required by the program playing of the display terminal according to the motion state of the film viewing object.
After the child mode is opened on the display terminal, the residual energy of the display terminal is initialized to a preset default energy value, so that a video can be normally played for a period of time after the child mode is entered, and the preset default energy value is an energy value meeting the residual energy preset condition of normal playing. For example, if the remaining energy satisfying the normal play is greater than 30, the preset default energy value may be any value greater than 30; or, if the remaining energy satisfying the normal play preset condition is less than 100, the preset default energy value may be any value less than 100.
The residual energy is the amount of the preset default energy value which is remained after the energy is deducted from the subsequent broadcast program and the energy is supplemented by the movement, and is used for controlling the display terminal to broadcast the program, if the residual energy is enough, the display terminal normally broadcasts the program; and if the residual energy is insufficient, the display terminal stops playing the program.
Specifically, after the motion state of the film watching object is detected to meet the preset motion standard, the corresponding motion standard interval is selected from the preset motion standard interval mapping table according to the motion state, energy supplement value is selected according to the corresponding motion standard interval, and finally, the residual energy required by playing the program on the display terminal is supplemented according to the selected energy supplement value, so that when the film watching object is a child, the residual energy required by playing the program on the display terminal can be supplemented when the motion state of the film watching object meets the standard, and the continuous film watching of the child is realized.
In the embodiment, after the display terminal is in the preset child mode, whether the viewing object in the picture output direction of the display terminal is the preset child object is detected; if the film watching object is a preset child object, detecting whether the motion state of the film watching object meets a preset motion standard; if the motion state of the film viewing object is detected to meet the preset motion standard, supplementing the residual energy required by the program playing of the display terminal according to the motion state of the film viewing object, namely: under the preset child mode, the standard motion state of the child is captured and converted into the residual energy required by the display terminal to play the program to control the display terminal to play the program, the situation of mistakenly supplementing energy is avoided, the residual energy encourages the child to move in the process of watching the program of the display terminal, the situation that the child forgets or does not move for a long time due to long-time movie watching is avoided, and the movie watching requirement is met on the basis of ensuring that a movie watching object moves sufficiently.
Further, referring to fig. 3, in another embodiment of the display terminal viewing control method according to the present invention, based on the embodiment shown in fig. 2, before the step S10, the method further includes:
s11, receiving a starting instruction, and opening a child mode of the display terminal;
after the display terminal receives a starting instruction of a remote control device for controlling the display terminal (the triggering mode of the starting instruction comprises voice triggering, key triggering and the like), a display terminal film watching control program is started, and a child mode of the display terminal is started.
S12, initializing the residual energy of the display terminal to a preset default energy value;
initializing the residual energy of the display terminal to a preset default energy value so that a video of a period of time can be normally played after entering a child mode; and the intelligent camera is started so as to facilitate the follow-up detection of the age and the motion state of the film watching object.
S13, deducting energy from the residual energy of the display terminal according to the playing time of the program played by the display terminal;
specifically, the energy value is deducted in the process of playing the video, a corresponding time gradient range is selected from a preset time gradient range mapping table according to the playing time of the program played by the display terminal, an energy deduction value is selected according to the corresponding time gradient range, and finally the energy is deducted from the residual energy of the display terminal according to the selected energy deduction value.
For example, the preset time gradient range mapping table is: the playing time is within 60 minutes, the energy deduction value is 1/minute, the playing time is 60-120 minutes, the time energy deduction value after exceeding 60 minutes is 2/minute and the like, if the playing time is 90 minutes, the preset default energy value is 150, the energy is deducted for 1 minute in the first 60 minutes, the energy is deducted for 2 minutes in the last 30 minutes, and the residual energy is 150-60 x 1-30 x 2-30 x 30.
In this embodiment, the energy value of the remaining energy preset condition that predetermined acquiescence energy value was satisfied normal broadcast to can normally broadcast a period of time video after getting into children's mode, improve and see the shadow and experience, open intelligent camera when broadcasting video, can in time acquire children's motion state, avoid appearing the problem that children's motion was not detected at the beginning.
Further, in another embodiment of the display terminal viewing control method according to the present invention, referring to fig. 4, if the viewing object is a preset child object, the step S20 of detecting whether the motion state of the viewing object meets a preset motion criterion includes:
s21, acquiring human skeleton points of the film viewing object, and establishing a human body model of the film viewing object based on the human skeleton points;
human skeletal points include, but are not limited to, the top of the head, the neck, the right shoulder, the left shoulder, the right arm, the left arm, the right hip, the left hip, the right knee, the left knee, the right ankle, the left ankle, and the like.
Human skeleton points of the film watching object are obtained through the intelligent camera, and a human body model of the film watching object is established based on the human skeleton points so as to detect the motion state of the film watching object more accurately.
S22, calculating the motion amplitude of the film watching object according to the human body model;
the motion trail of the film watching object is monitored by an intelligent camera, the position and the moving direction of each skeleton point in the motion trail of the film watching object at the starting point of the motion trail are obtained by combining the human body model of the film watching object, then respectively calculating the height difference of the positions of the skeleton points at the starting point of the motion trail, combining the moving direction of the skeleton points to obtain the motion amplitude of the film watching object, for example, the motion track of the arm lifting of the object to be observed is monitored, the positions e and f of the arm skeleton points before and after the motion in the motion track are determined by combining the human body model of the object to be observed, the moving direction is upward (upward can be obliquely upward or vertically upward, and similarly, downward can be obliquely downward or vertically downward), and then establishing a coordinate system by using e and f, and calculating the height difference h between e and f, wherein the motion amplitude of the film watching object is the arm lifting height h.
And S23, judging whether the motion state of the film watching object meets a preset motion standard according to the motion amplitude.
Specifically, judging whether the obtained motion amplitude of the film watching object is smaller than a preset motion standard threshold value or not; if the motion amplitude is not smaller than a preset motion standard threshold, judging that the motion amplitude meets a preset motion standard, and supplementing residual energy; and if the motion amplitude is smaller than a preset motion standard threshold value, judging that the motion amplitude does not meet the preset motion standard, and displaying prompt information that the motion state does not meet the standard on a display panel of the display terminal to remind the child to increase the motion amplitude.
For example, the motion amplitudes acquired to the viewing object are: the leg lifting height of the left leg is 11cm, the lifting height of the right arm is 25cm and the like; and the preset motion standard threshold is: the leg lifting height is 10cm, the arm lifting height is 20cm and the like (the actions of leg lifting, arm lifting and the like do not limit the left, right or left and right); and comparing the motion amplitude of the film watching object with a preset motion standard threshold, and judging that the motion state of the film watching object meets the preset motion standard if the motion amplitude of the film watching object is not less than the preset motion standard threshold obviously.
In this embodiment, establish the human body model based on sight shadow object skeleton point, the motion orbit of sight shadow object is monitored through intelligent camera in order to obtain the position and the moving direction of each skeleton point at this motion orbit initial point, then calculate the difference in height of each skeleton point at the position of this motion orbit initial point respectively, combine skeleton point moving direction to obtain the motion amplitude of sight shadow object, compare it with predetermined motion standard threshold value, be favorable to accurate detection children's motion state, standardize children's motion, and then carry out accurate replenishment to display terminal's residual energy, in order to realize children's continuous sight shadow.
Further, if it is detected that the motion state of the viewing object meets the preset motion criterion, in step S30, after supplementing the remaining energy required by the display terminal to play the program according to the motion state of the viewing object, referring to fig. 5, the method further includes:
s31, detecting the residual energy in real time, and judging whether the residual energy meets a residual energy preset condition;
