Detailed Description
It should be understood that the specific embodiments described herein are for purposes of illustration only and are not intended to limit the scope of the invention.
Referring to fig. 1, fig. 1 is a schematic flow chart of a first embodiment of a video playing method according to the present invention.
The embodiments of the present invention provide embodiments of a video playing method, and it should be noted that although a logic sequence is shown in the flowchart, the steps shown or described may be performed in a different order than the sequence shown or described herein under certain data.
The video playing method comprises the following steps:
step S10, if the user is detected to get up, acquiring a first time corresponding to a clock system in the intelligent television, and if the user is detected to sit down, acquiring a second time corresponding to the clock system.
The intelligent television is provided with a camera device for detecting the position of a human body at a preset position, wherein the camera device comprises a camera and a camera, the preset position can be the upper part, the lower part, the left side and the right side of the intelligent television, the camera device shoots video data in front of a screen of the intelligent television in real time, and the video data is transmitted to the intelligent television. The intelligent television analyzes each frame of video in the video data, if the intelligent television detects that the change range of the head position of the user in the video data is larger than the preset range, the intelligent television determines that the user has a rising action, namely determines that the user rises, then acquires the first time corresponding to the time of the clock system in the intelligent television, and determines the first time as the first time corresponding to the rising of the user. For example, if the preset range is 15cm (centimeters), and the smart television detects that the change range of the head position of the user in the video data is 160cm, the user is determined to get up.
After the user starts, the smart television detects whether the body part of the user exists in the video data, including but not limited to the head, the hands and the legs, and if the smart television detects that the body part of the user does not exist in the video data, the smart television determines that the user has left the screen position of the smart television. If the intelligent television detects that the user is at the body part of the user, the intelligent television determines that the user does not leave the screen position of the intelligent television. After the user leaves the screen position of the intelligent television for a period of time, if the intelligent television detects the body part of the user and detects that the body curvature of the user is greater than or equal to the preset degree, the intelligent television determines that the user sits down, wherein the body curvature is the shrinkage degree of the body, then the second time corresponding to the clock system at the moment is acquired, the second time is determined to be the second time corresponding to the user sitting down, and then the first time and the second time are stored in a database of the intelligent television. If the intelligent television detects that the body curvature of the user is smaller than the preset degree, the intelligent television determines that the user does not sit back. For example, if the smart television detects that the height of the user is 175cm, the preset degree is set to be 35, and if the smart television detects that the flexibility of the body of the user in the video data is 40, the user is determined to sit down.
The preset range is determined according to the model of the smart television, and the imaging devices of the smart televisions with different models are different, so that the embodiment is not limited.
Further, the smart television can detect the user gesture and the user body curvature in the video data to determine whether the user is rising. The preset degree is set by the smart television according to the height of the user, and the embodiment is not limited. The first time and the second time may be input by a user through a remote controller or a touch, which is not limited in this embodiment.
In this embodiment, for example, when the smart television detects that the user starts up, the first time corresponding to the clock system is 2020-9-9-15:00:15, and then the first time corresponding to the user starting up is 2020-9-9-15:00:15. And when the intelligent television detects that the user sits down and the corresponding second time is 2020-9-9-15:15:30 in the clock system, determining that the corresponding second time of the user sitting down is 2020-9-9-15:15:30.
Further, the step S10 includes:
step a, if the user is detected to rise, and the body part of the user is not detected within a preset time length, acquiring a first time corresponding to a clock system in the intelligent television;
and b, if the user is detected to sit down and the user is not detected to rise within the preset time length, acquiring a second time corresponding to the clock system.
Specifically, the smart television detects that the user gets up, detects whether the body part of the user exists in the video data within a preset time period, and if the smart television detects the body part of the user within the preset time period, the smart television determines that the user gets up, but does not leave the screen position of the smart television, and the user may sit too long before the screen of the smart television, get up and relax. If the intelligent television detects that the body part of the user does not exist in the video data within the preset time, the intelligent television determines that the user starts and leaves the screen position of the intelligent television, and then obtains the first time corresponding to the clock system at the moment. And d, after a period of time, the intelligent television detects that the user sits down, detects whether the user rises in the video data within a preset time period, and if the intelligent television detects that the user rises within the preset time period, the intelligent television determines that the user leaves the screen position of the intelligent television, and the step a is executed. If the intelligent television detects that the user does not play in the video data within the preset duration, the intelligent television returns to the screen position of the intelligent television to continuously watch the corresponding playing video after the user leaves, and then the second time corresponding to the clock system at the moment is acquired. The preset duration is set according to the requirement, and the embodiment is not limited.
In this embodiment, for example, the preset duration is 2s (seconds), the smart television detects that the user starts up, and detects the hand of the user within 2s, and the smart television determines that the user starts up, but does not leave the screen position of the smart television.
Step S20, if a video playback start instruction is detected, acquiring a current playing time of a currently playing video in the smart television based on the start instruction, and determining a corresponding offset time based on the first time and the second time.
If the intelligent television detects a starting instruction of triggering video playback by a user, the intelligent television determines that the user needs to play back the video, then obtains the current playing time of the current playing video in the intelligent television, obtains the first time and the second time in the intelligent television database, obtains a corresponding calculated value by calculating the first time and the second time, and determines the calculated value as offset time corresponding to the first time and the second time.
Further, the step S20 includes:
step c, if a video playback start instruction is detected, acquiring a playing progress bar of the currently played video based on the start instruction, and acquiring node time corresponding to the playing progress bar;
and d, determining the node time as the current playing time corresponding to the current playing video.
Specifically, if the smart television detects a start instruction of triggering video playback by a user, the smart television determines that the user needs to play back the video, acquires a playing progress bar corresponding to the currently played video in the smart television, determines node time corresponding to the playing progress bar at the moment, and converts the node time into the current playing time corresponding to the currently played video at the moment. The playing progress bar is a control mark for controlling the progress of playing videos, each playing video has a playing progress bar, the number of node time in the playing progress bar is determined by the playing time length of the playing video, for example, the playing time length of the playing video is 40mins (minutes), namely 2400s (seconds), namely 2400 node time in the playing progress bar, and each node time can be converted into a corresponding playing time, for example, node time 1818, and the corresponding playing time is 30 minutes and 18 seconds.
And e, performing difference between the first time and the second time to determine the offset time.
Specifically, the smart television subtracts a first time value corresponding to the first time from a second time value corresponding to the second time to obtain a time difference value corresponding to the second time and the first time, and then determines the time difference value as offset time corresponding to the second time and the first time.
In this embodiment, for example, the first time is 2020-9-9-15:00:00, the second time is 2020-9-9-15:30:15, the first time 2020-9-9-15:00:00 is subtracted from the second time 2020-9-9-15:30:15, the time difference is calculated to be 30 minutes 15 seconds, and the smart television determines that the offset time corresponding to the second time and the first time is 30 minutes 15 seconds.
Step S30, determining a corresponding target playing time based on the current playing time and the offset time, and playing a target playing video corresponding to the target playing time.
The intelligent television calculates the difference value corresponding to the current playing time and the offset time, obtains the time difference value corresponding to the current playing time and the offset time, determines the time difference value as the target playing time corresponding to the current playing video, namely the video playing time needed to be jumped back by a user, then obtains the video playing address corresponding to the target playing time, and sends the video playing address to the server through a preset communication protocol, wherein the preset communication protocol is a special protocol or algorithm between the player and the server in the intelligent television, the server obtains the video data stream corresponding to the video playing address in a database of the server after receiving the video playing address, returns the video data stream to the intelligent television, and plays the video data stream through the player in the intelligent television after receiving the video data stream, and the video data stream is in a format of video data.
Further, if the user has cached the currently played video to the smart television, the smart television may directly obtain the video playing address corresponding to the target playing time in the local memory.
It should be noted that before the smart tv and the server perform data communication, the smart tv and the server need to be connected through an intelligent network, where the intelligent network includes, but is not limited to, WIFI (Wireless Fidelity, wireless local area network) and an intelligent gateway. In the case that the interference is not considered, all the played videos are played from the head to the tail, and no jump exists in the middle.
In this embodiment, for example, the current playing time is 36 minutes 26 seconds, the offset time is 30 minutes 15 seconds, the smart television calculates the corresponding time difference to be 6 minutes 11 seconds, determines the 6 minutes 11 seconds as the video playing time needed to jump back by the user, and the video playing address "http:// v.ysbang.cn/data/test 0.mp4" corresponding to the 6 minutes 11 seconds, wherein the player playing server in the smart television plays the video data stream returned according to the video playing address "http:// v.ysbang.cn/data/test 0.mp4".
Further, the step S30 includes:
f, if the offset time is detected to be smaller than or equal to the current playing time, performing difference between the current playing time and the offset time to obtain a first target playing time corresponding to the current playing video;
step g, obtaining a first video playing address corresponding to the first target playing time, determining a corresponding first target playing video based on the first video playing address, and playing the first target playing video.
Specifically, the smart television detects whether the offset time is smaller than or equal to the current playing time, if the smart television detects that the offset time is smaller than or equal to the current playing time, the smart television determines that the current playing video of the current playing page in the smart television is not switched in the period of time when the user leaves the screen of the smart television, then subtracts the offset time from the current playing time to obtain a first target playing time corresponding to the current playing video, then obtains a first video playing address corresponding to the first target playing time, sends the first video playing address to the server, obtains a first video data stream corresponding to the first video playing address in a database of the server after receiving the first video playing address, returns the first video data stream to the smart television, and plays the first video data stream through a player in the smart television after the smart television receives the first video data stream.
Further, the video playing method further comprises the following steps:
and h, popping up a corresponding instruction inquiry floating window, and detecting whether a starting instruction corresponding to video playback in the instruction inquiry floating window is triggered or not.
Specifically, after detecting that a user sits down, that is, before and after the intelligent television detects that the user sits back on the screen of the intelligent television, the intelligent television pops up a corresponding instruction inquiry floating window and sends corresponding prompt information to prompt the user whether video playback is needed or not, then, whether the user triggers the instruction inquiry floating window or not is detected, the instruction inquiry floating window is a trigger window of a video playback corresponding starting instruction, a yes key and a no key are arranged in the trigger window, if the user clicks the yes key, the video playback corresponding starting instruction is triggered, and if the user clicks the no key, the video playback corresponding starting instruction is not triggered. If the intelligent television detects that the user clicks the 'yes' key, namely, a start instruction corresponding to video playback is detected, the intelligent television performs video playback operation, and if the intelligent television detects that the user clicks the 'no' key, namely, a start instruction corresponding to video playback is not detected, the intelligent television continues to play videos.
The embodiment is realized by acquiring a first time corresponding to a clock system in the intelligent television if the user is detected to get up, and acquiring a second time corresponding to the clock system if the user is detected to sit down; if a video playback start instruction is detected, acquiring the current playing time of the current playing video in the intelligent television based on the start instruction, and determining offset time based on the first time and the second time; and determining target playing time based on the current playing time and the offset time, and playing a target playing video corresponding to the target playing time. Therefore, in the video playback process, the current playing time of the current playing video is automatically obtained by automatically obtaining the first time corresponding to the user rising and the second time corresponding to the user sitting down, if the starting instruction of the video playback is detected, then the corresponding offset time is automatically determined according to the first time and the second time, the target playing video corresponding to the target playing time is automatically determined according to the current playing time and the offset time, the video automatic jump and the video playback are automatically realized, and the regulation by a manual mode is not needed, so that the video playback accuracy is improved.
Further, a second embodiment of the video playing method of the present invention is provided.
The second embodiment of the video playing method is different from the first embodiment of the video playing method in that the video playing method further includes:
step i, if the offset time is detected to be greater than the current playing time, a video play list is obtained, and a corresponding switching video is determined based on the video play list;
step k, determining a second target playing time corresponding to the switching video based on the current playing time and the offset time, and obtaining a second video playing address corresponding to the second target playing time;
and step l, determining a corresponding second target playing video based on the second video playing address, and playing the second target playing video.
Specifically, if the smart television detects that the offset time is greater than the current playing time, the smart television determines that the current playing video of the current playing page in the smart television is the playing video after switching in the period of time when the user leaves the screen of the smart television, then acquires the playing video corresponding to the latest playing record in the video playing list, determines the playing video as the corresponding switching video, switches the current playing video of the current playing page in the smart television to the switching video, then subtracts the current playing time from the offset time to obtain the corresponding playing time, then acquires the video duration of the switching video, subtracts the playing time from the video duration to obtain the second target playing time corresponding to the switching video, then acquires the second video playing address corresponding to the second target playing time, and sends the second video playing address to the server.
In this embodiment, for example, the video duration of the switching video is 45 minutes 30 seconds, the current playing time is 30 minutes 15 seconds, the offset time is 36 minutes 26 seconds, the smart television calculates the playback time to be 6 minutes 11 seconds, then subtracts 6 minutes 11 seconds from 45 minutes 30 seconds to obtain 39 minutes 19 seconds, and determines 39 minutes 19 seconds as the second target playing time corresponding to the switching video.
In this embodiment, if the offset time is detected to be greater than the current playing time, a video playlist is obtained, and a corresponding switching video is determined based on the video playlist; determining a second target playing time corresponding to the switching video based on the current playing time and the offset time, and acquiring a second video playing address corresponding to the second target playing time; and determining a corresponding second target playing video based on the second video playing address, and playing the second target playing video. Therefore, in the process of determining the second target playing time, the embodiment detects whether the currently playing video is the playing video after switching, then determines the corresponding switching video, and jumps to the required playing time corresponding to the switching video, thereby accurately obtaining the playing time of the video required to be played back and improving the accuracy of video playback.
In addition, the present invention also provides a video playing device, referring to fig. 2, the video playing device includes:
