The intelligent television can generate popup prompt information according to the generated image analysis result, and the popup prompt information is displayed in the current playing picture of the intelligent television. The popup prompt message can be displayed in a partial area arranged in the current display area of the intelligent television. The popup prompt message can be at least one of text content and screenshot data, and can also be a small window play of a live program, namely, a picture-in-picture. When a user normally watches other programs, the user can switch other programs in the current playing picture into recorded live programs by triggering a picture switching instruction when the intelligent television displays popup prompt information.
Further, referring to fig. 6, fig. 6 is a flowchart of a sixth embodiment of an information pushing method based on video recording according to the present invention, and based on the above third embodiment, the prompt information includes at least one of a message text, screenshot data and a video clip; the step S31 of determining a prompt message according to the image analysis result, and displaying the prompt message and/or pushing the prompt message to the user terminal includes:
step S313, pushing prompt information to the mobile terminal of the user according to the image analysis result;
step S313 further includes, after the step of pushing the prompt message to the mobile terminal of the user according to the image analysis result:
step S314, receiving a watching instruction which is generated and returned by the user triggering the mobile terminal, starting a playing picture according to the watching instruction, and switching the playing picture into the live program.
In this embodiment, when the smart television records a live program and plays the live program through the background, the smart television may be in a standby state, that is, the display screen does not display a picture. After the intelligent television generates the image analysis result, prompt information can be pushed to the mobile terminal of the user according to the image analysis result. After the user receives the prompt information, the mobile terminal can be controlled to return a watching instruction to the intelligent television through triggering operation. The intelligent television can start the playing picture of the display screen in the standby state according to the watching instruction and switch the playing picture into a live program so that a user can watch the live program through the intelligent television. It will be appreciated that the prompt received by the user's mobile terminal may be one or more of message text, screenshot data and video clips.
Further, referring to fig. 7, fig. 7 is a flowchart of a seventh embodiment of an information pushing method based on video recording according to the present invention, based on the embodiment shown in fig. 2, the step S30, after determining a prompt message according to the image analysis result and prompting according to the prompt message, further includes:
step S40, receiving a recording control instruction returned by the user according to the pushing prompt information, and executing corresponding control operation according to the recording control instruction, wherein the control operation comprises recording suspension, pushing suspension and video recording parameter adjustment.
In this embodiment, after receiving the prompt information pushed by the smart television, the user may trigger a corresponding recording control instruction. The intelligent television can execute corresponding control operation on the live program according to the recording control instruction returned by the user. The recording control command can be to pause recording, pause pushing, adjust video recording parameters and the like. For example, after receiving the prompt information, the user can control the intelligent television to stop recording through a pause recording instruction, or control the intelligent television to continue recording but stop pushing the prompt information through a pause pushing instruction, and can also adjust the picture parameters of the live program recorded by the intelligent television through adjusting the video recording parameter instruction, such as adjusting the definition, volume, bullet screen and the like of the live program.
It can be understood that the user can return the recording control instruction through the mobile terminal, and can trigger the corresponding recording control instruction through the remote control end of the intelligent television or the voice control instruction.
Further, referring to fig. 8, fig. 8 is a flowchart of an eighth embodiment of an information pushing method based on video recording according to the present invention, based on the embodiments shown in fig. 2 to fig. 6, the step S10 of receiving a recording instruction sent by a control device, performing video recording on a live program according to the recording instruction, and generating a video cache file includes:
step S11, receiving a recording instruction generated and sent by control equipment of the intelligent television when triggered by a user, and determining a live channel and a playing time point corresponding to a live program selected by the user according to the recording instruction;
and step S12, when the playing time point is reached, recording the video of the live program in the live channel.
In this embodiment, a user may perform a triggering operation on a control device of the smart television, so as to generate a corresponding recording instruction and send the recording instruction to the smart television. The recording instruction comprises a live channel and a playing time point corresponding to the live program set by the user. The intelligent television can determine the live channel and the playing time point of the live program by reading the recording instruction. When the corresponding playing time point is reached, the live channel can be jumped to, and video recording and background playing are carried out on the live program.
Further, referring to fig. 9, fig. 9 is a flowchart of a ninth embodiment of an information pushing method based on video recording according to the present invention, based on the embodiments shown in fig. 2 to 6, the step S30 of determining a prompt message according to the image analysis result, and prompting according to the prompt message includes:
step S32, judging whether the image analysis result is user attention information;
and step S33, if the image analysis result is the user attention information, generating corresponding prompt information and prompting according to the prompt information.
In this embodiment, after performing image analysis on a video image played in the background and generating an image analysis result, the smart tv needs to determine whether the image analysis result is information focused by a user. For example, in a sports event, an image analysis result obtained by performing image analysis on a video image may include a goal screen, a change screen, a stand audience screen, and the like; in a weather forecast program, the obtained image analysis result may include future weather information of each province. It can be understood that the stand picture or other future weather information of province and city in the sports event is not user attention information, and when the non-user attention information is generated, the corresponding prompt information can not be pushed to the user; when the user attention information such as the goal picture and the local weather information is generated, the corresponding prompt information can be pushed to the user for prompting.
It can be understood that the smart television may determine the image analysis result according to a preset rule, so as to determine whether the image analysis result is information focused by the user. The preset rule can be preset for a user, or can be obtained by acquiring the intelligent television from the cloud server.
In addition, the invention also provides a computer readable storage medium, on which an information push program based on video recording is stored. The computer readable storage medium may be the Memory 20 in the terminal of fig. 1, or may be at least one of ROM (Read-Only Memory)/RAM (Random Access Memory ), magnetic disk, and optical disk, and the computer readable storage medium includes several instructions for causing a smart tv having a processor to execute the video recording-based information pushing method according to the embodiments of the present invention.
It is appreciated that in the description herein, reference to the terms "one embodiment," "another embodiment," "other embodiments," or "first through nth embodiments," etc., means that a particular feature, structure, material, or characteristic described in connection with the embodiment or example is included in at least one embodiment or example of the invention. Based on such understanding, the technical solution of the present invention may be embodied essentially or in a part contributing to the prior art in the form of a software product stored in a storage medium (e.g. ROM/RAM, magnetic disk, optical disk) as described above, comprising instructions for causing a terminal device (which may be a mobile phone, a computer, a server, an air conditioner, or a network device, etc.) to perform the method according to the embodiments of the present invention.

Claims (6)

1. An information pushing method based on video recording is applied to an intelligent television and is characterized by comprising the following steps:
receiving a recording instruction sent by control equipment, recording a video of a live program according to the recording instruction, and generating a video cache file, wherein the recording instruction comprises a preset duration;
playing the video cache file through the background, and performing image analysis on video images played by the background to generate an image analysis result;
determining prompt information according to the image analysis result, and prompting according to the prompt information, wherein the prompt information at least comprises one of message text, screenshot data and video clips;
the step of determining prompt information according to the image analysis result and prompting according to the prompt information comprises the following steps:
determining prompt information according to the image analysis result, and displaying the prompt information and/or pushing the prompt information to a user terminal;
after the step of determining the prompt information according to the image analysis result and prompting according to the prompt information, the method further comprises the following steps:
receiving a recording control instruction returned by a user according to the pushing prompt information, and executing corresponding control operation according to the recording control instruction, wherein the control operation comprises recording suspension, pushing suspension and video recording parameter adjustment;
the step of determining prompt information according to the image analysis result and prompting according to the prompt information comprises the following steps:
judging whether the image analysis result is information focused by a user;
if the image analysis result is the user attention information, generating corresponding prompt information and prompting according to the prompt information;
if the image analysis result is not the user attention information, the corresponding prompt information is not pushed to the user;
the step of determining the prompt information according to the image analysis result and displaying the prompt information and/or pushing the prompt information to the user terminal comprises the following steps:
generating highlight prompting information according to the image analysis result, pushing the highlight prompting information to a mobile terminal of a user, enabling the mobile terminal to communicate with the intelligent television, and acquiring a data stream of the live program from the intelligent television;
the step of determining the prompt information according to the image analysis result and displaying the prompt information and/or pushing the prompt information to the user terminal comprises the following steps:
pushing prompt information to a mobile terminal of a user according to the image analysis result;
after the step of pushing the prompt information to the mobile terminal of the user according to the image analysis result, the method further comprises the following steps:
receiving a watching instruction which is generated and returned by a user triggering the mobile terminal, starting a playing picture according to the watching instruction, and switching the playing picture into the live program.
2. The method for pushing information based on video recording as claimed in claim 1, wherein the step of playing the video cache file through the background and performing image analysis on the video image played in the background to generate an image analysis result comprises:
playing the video cache file through the background, and intercepting video images played in the background according to a preset period;
and carrying out image analysis on the intercepted video image to generate an image analysis result.

The video recording-based information pushing method as claimed in claim 1, wherein the prompt information includes at least one of message text and screenshot data; the step of determining the prompt information according to the image analysis result and displaying the prompt information and/or pushing the prompt information to the user terminal comprises the following steps:
and generating popup prompt information according to the image analysis result, and displaying the popup prompt information in the current playing picture so that a user can switch the current playing picture into the live program by triggering a picture switching instruction.
4. The method for pushing information based on video recording as claimed in any one of claims 1 to 3, wherein the step of receiving a recording instruction sent by the control device and recording video of the live program according to the recording instruction includes:
receiving a recording instruction generated and sent by control equipment of the intelligent television when triggered by a user, and determining a live broadcast channel and a playing time point corresponding to a live broadcast program selected by the user according to the recording instruction;
and when the playing time point is reached, recording the video of the live program in the live channel.
5. The intelligent television is characterized by comprising a memory, a processor and an information push program which is stored on the memory and can run on the processor and is based on video recording, wherein: the video recording based information pushing program when executed by the processor implements the steps of the video recording based information pushing method according to any of claims 1 to 4.
6. A computer readable storage medium, wherein a video recording based information push program is stored on the computer readable storage medium, which when executed by a processor, implements the steps of the video recording based information push method according to any of claims 1 to 4.
