Referring to fig. 2, fig. 2 is a schematic flowchart illustrating a first embodiment of a method for determining a television viewing mode according to the present application.
While a logical order is shown in the flow chart, in some cases, the steps shown or described may be performed in a different order than that shown or described herein.
The method for determining the television viewing mode comprises the following steps:
step S10, when the television is started, obtaining the image of the user in the range of the television;
the application environment of the method provided in this embodiment is to be applied to an intelligent television, where the intelligent television may be an intelligent device with an IOS or Android operating system, and it should be noted that the method provided in this embodiment may also be applied to an intelligent terminal such as an intelligent large screen or a tablet computer, and is not limited herein.
The intelligent television is used for inputting and storing face information of each member in a house in advance, associating the face information of a user with a watching mode, and specifically, when the user opens the intelligent television, entering a setting interface of the watching mode through a UI display interface of the intelligent television, such as setting a child mode and a common mode; when the child mode is set, a user is prompted to input a child face in a voice or prompt box sending mode, when the intelligent television obtains the child face information, face characteristic parameters corresponding to the face information, such as eyes, a nose, a mouth, a cheek and the like, are extracted through the image analysis unit, and the face characteristic parameters are associated with the child mode. When the common mode is set, the user is prompted to enter the face of the parent in a voice sending or prompting frame mode, when the intelligent television acquires the face information of the parent, the face characteristic parameters corresponding to the face information, such as eyes, a nose, a mouth, a cheek and the like, are extracted through the image analysis unit, and the face characteristic parameters are associated with the common mode. It should be noted that, when inputting face information, in order to ensure the accuracy of the extracted face feature parameters, the same user needs to perform face input operations for multiple times.
After a user starts the intelligent television, the user image acquisition unit acquires images of the user in the range of the current intelligent television, wherein the image acquisition unit is composed of a camera capable of rotating an angle and is used for shooting images of the front, the left front and the right front of the intelligent television in real time.
Step S20, recognizing the image of the user to obtain the role of the user in the preset scene, and determining the current viewing mode of the television according to the role of the user in the preset scene.
When the intelligent television acquires a user image of a currently watched television from the user image acquisition unit, a face recognition mode is started, face recognition is performed on the user image, feature information of a face is detected, and a role of the user in a preset scene is determined based on the feature information, wherein the preset scene comprises a family scene, a school scene, a supermarket scene and the like. Specifically, taking a family scene as an example, extracting face feature parameters such as eyes, a nose, a mouth and the like in a user image, matching the face feature information with target face feature information to generate a matching result, and determining family members currently watching television based on the matching result, wherein the target face feature information is pre-stored face feature information corresponding to each family member respectively. For example: if the matching similarity between the face characteristic parameters and the target face characteristic parameters is 99%, and the user corresponding to the target face characteristic parameters is a child, the family member watching the television at present can be determined to be the child.
Optionally, the age value of the user may also be estimated according to the facial feature parameters, and the family members may be determined based on the age value, for example: the intelligent television estimates that the age value of the user is 5 years based on the current face characteristic parameters, and then the current family member can be determined to be a child; or detecting height information of the user, and determining family members based on the height information, for example: the height information of each member in the family is input into the intelligent television in advance, when the height value detected by the intelligent television is 100cm, the current member in the family can be determined to be a child, and when the height value detected by the intelligent television is 1.75m, the current member in the family can be determined to be a dad or a mom; or detecting the weight of the user, and determining family members based on the weight information, for example: the weight information of each member in the family is input into the intelligent television in advance, and when the weight value detected by the intelligent television is 16kg, the current member in the family can be determined to be a child and the like.
Further, when the intelligent television performs face recognition, whether face information is recognized or not needs to be judged, and if the face information is recognized, family members are determined based on the face information; if the face information is not recognized, displaying a password unlocking interface, and entering a common mode when a set password is received, wherein the set password is set by a user in advance, for example: the password can be a text password, such as numbers, letters and the like, and can also be a fingerprint password and the like.
When the television determines the role in the current scene, determining the current viewing mode based on the role, further, referring to fig. 5, the step of determining the current viewing mode of the television according to the role of the user in the preset scene includes:
step S21, when the preset scene is a family scene, determining the current watching mode of the television based on the role of the user in the family scene;
step S22, if the role of the user in the family scene is a child, determining that the current watching mode of the television is a child mode; alternatively, the first and second electrodes may be,
step S23, if the role of the user in the family scene is a parent, determining that the current watching mode of the television is a common mode; alternatively, the first and second electrodes may be,
step S24, if the role of the user in the family scene is a child and a parent, determining that the current viewing mode of the television is a normal mode.
When the preset scene where the user is located is a family scene, determining different viewing modes based on different family members, and if the family members are children, determining that the current viewing mode is a child mode; if the family member is a parent, determining that the current viewing mode is a common mode; if the family members comprise children and parents, the current watching mode is determined to be a common mode, wherein the common mode can be manually entered into a children mode.
When the smart television is in a child playing mode, the watching content and the watching duration in the child mode are obtained, video playing is carried out on the watching content based on the watching duration, wherein the watching parameters in the child mode are set by a user when the child mode is set. For example: if the watching content in the child mode is the content of the child channel, and the watching time is 45 minutes, after the watching content in the child channel is 45 minutes, the television enters the screen locking mode. Furthermore, the adjustment information of the screen font size, brightness and color in the viewing parameters can be obtained, and video playing is performed based on the adjustment information. Furthermore, to achieve better protection of the health of the child, the sitting posture of the child when watching the television program needs to be monitored. When the intelligent television is in the child mode, the intelligent television can shoot images of children through the camera, sitting posture information of the children is obtained based on the images, and when the sitting posture information does not meet set conditions, namely, the sitting posture is not standard, sitting posture reminding is carried out so as to remind the children to adjust the sitting posture.
When the smart television is in a common play mode, the common mode comprises children and parents, such as children and dad at home, when the children and dad watch television programs together, if the children are not suitable for the content in the television, and dad does not switch the play content in time, the smart television can automatically send a voice prompt to dad to switch the current play content; or within a set time (such as 1 minute), the user does not switch the playing content, and the intelligent television automatically switches the channel or directly closes the channel. The smart television determines whether the content is suitable for being watched by children or not through identifying the currently played content, for example: the intelligent television captures the current playing content in real time, sends the captured picture to the analysis unit, extracts keywords from the text information in the captured picture by the analysis unit, identifies the picture content, and determines whether the current content meets the requirements of children for watching according to the corresponding judgment rules. Furthermore, the smart television can detect the current family members in real time in the process that a user watches the television, when children and dad watch the television together, dad goes to the kitchen for lunch in the midway, at the moment, the smart television detects that only children watch the television program through the face recognition technology, and the smart television can automatically switch the current watching mode, namely, the common mode is switched to the child mode; in the process of switching the mode, if the current program channel is a juvenile channel or a cartoon channel, the current playing content does not need to be switched, and if the current program channel is a movie channel or an entertainment channel, the current playing content needs to be switched.
Optionally, if the current preset scene is a school scene, determining a viewing mode of the current television according to a grade of a student, for example: the watching mode of students from first grade to sixth grade is a child mode, and the watching mode of students from first grade to third grade is a common mode; or the current school scene is a kindergarten, the watching mode of students can be set to be a child mode, and the watching mode of teachers is a common mode.
If the current preset scene is a market scene, determining the current watching mode of the television according to the role of the shopper, for example: when the shopper is a child, setting the watching mode of the television to be a child mode; when the shopper is an adult, the viewing mode of the television set is set to the normal mode.
In the embodiment, when the intelligent television is started, the image of a user in the range of the television is acquired; and identifying the image of the user to obtain the role of the user in the preset scene, and determining the current watching mode of the television according to the role of the user in the preset scene. The current watching mode of the television is determined based on the roles in different preset scenes, and meanwhile, the watching content in the child mode is filtered, so that multimedia data suitable for children are presented, and the effect of protecting and controlling the children to reasonably use the television is achieved.
Further, referring to fig. 3, a second embodiment of the method for determining a television viewing mode of the present application is provided.
The second embodiment of the method for determining a television viewing mode is different from the first embodiment of the method for determining a television viewing mode in that, before the step of determining that the current viewing mode of the television is the child mode if the role of the user in the family scene is a child, the method further includes:
step S220, adding program channels meeting set conditions to a program channel list in the child mode, and setting the watching duration of the child mode;
and step S221, closing the channel searching function in the child mode.
Because the content played by the television may contain some content that is not suitable for children, such as pornography, violence, bloody smell, and the like, when the child mode is set, the content watched by the children needs to be filtered, the program channels meeting the set conditions are added to the program channel list in the child mode, the watching duration in the child mode is set, and the channel searching function of the television in the child mode is turned off. The program channel satisfying the set condition is a channel without children unsuitable content, such as a cartoon channel, a kids channel, an education channel, and the like. In an embodiment, a program channel list is set in advance in the television for storing television program information, acquiring program channels meeting set conditions and child viewing record information, determining the viewing preferences of children according to the viewing record information, such as favorite content, favorite channels, and the like, sorting the program channels meeting the set conditions according to the favorite degrees of the children, and adding the program channels to the program channel list in the child mode. Optionally, the children's age group may also be divided, and the program channels of the children are determined based on the age group, for example: when the age group is 2-4 years old, the program channel can be set as a cartoon channel, etc.; when the age group is 5-8 years old, the program channel can be set as a cartoon channel, a kids channel, an education channel, and the like.
In order to avoid that the time for watching television by a child is too long, the watching duration in the child mode needs to be set, for example, the watching duration each time is 30 minutes or 45 minutes, and the specific watching duration can be set according to the user requirement, which is not limited herein. Further, in order to prevent children from replacing program channels without permission, the channel searching function in the child mode needs to be turned off, and after the channel searching function is turned off, children can only select program channels in the program channel list, and selection of other channels is invalid. Optionally, in the child mode, in order to prevent the too high brightness from damaging the eye development of the child, the brightness of the television may also be set, such as turning the brightness down, or turning on the eye protection mode, etc.; in order to prevent children from watching the television in a short distance, reminding of the watching distance can be set based on the size of the television, if the watching distance of the 55-inch television is 3-3.5 meters, if the watching distance of the children is detected to be 2 meters, voice is automatically sent to prompt the children that the current watching distance is too short, so that the children can adjust the watching distance in time; the operation time of the child mode can also be set, such as setting the child mode to operate during 18-20 o' clock at night, and the volume level, the number of views in a day, and the like of the child mode can also be set.
According to the embodiment, the watching parameters such as the watching content and the watching duration in the child mode are set, so that the smart television can play videos based on the watching parameters in the child mode, a playing mode according with the characteristics of children is provided, and physical and psychological health of the children is guaranteed.
Further, referring to fig. 4, a third embodiment of the method for determining a television viewing mode of the present application is provided.
The third embodiment of the method for determining a viewing mode of a television set differs from the first and second embodiments of the method for determining a viewing mode of a television set in that, after the step of determining that the current viewing mode of a television set is a child mode if the role of the user in the family scene is a child, the method further comprises:
step S222, acquiring the current playing time length;
and step S223, if the playing time reaches the watching time, sending a reminding message to the child, and entering a screen locking mode.
After the smart television enters a child mode, the current playing time length can be automatically acquired, if the playing time length reaches the watching time length, reminding information is sent to the child, and the smart television enters a screen locking mode. Specifically, if the current watching time length is 45 minutes, 1 minute or 30 seconds ahead of time remind the child that the playing is finished in 1 minute or 30 seconds at present in a mode of sending a voice or a prompt box; after 1 minute or 30 minutes, the intelligent television automatically enters a screen locking mode, wherein in the screen locking mode, a user pre-learns the time for setting the screen locking, such as 1 hour, and after 1 hour, the intelligent television automatically enters a common mode.
Optionally, the smart television automatically counts the number of times, duration and content of watching the television by the child in the child mode and the normal mode in one day, and sends the count to the mobile phone of the parent, so that the parent can check and know the condition of watching the television by the child in real time. In addition, when the child watches the television program in the child mode each time, the smart television can automatically send a short message to a mobile phone of the parent to prompt the parent and the child to watch the television independently at home; if the watching time of the child is too long, the parent can remotely turn off the intelligent television through the mobile phone.
Further, referring to fig. 6, after the step of sending a reminding message to the child and entering a screen locking mode if the playing duration reaches the watching duration, the method includes:
step S224, if the face information of the parent is acquired, exiting the screen locking mode; alternatively, the first and second electrodes may be,
and step S225, if the set password is acquired, exiting the screen locking mode.
After entering the screen locking mode, the smart television exits the screen locking mode only when the face information of the parents is acquired or the set password is received. For example: the intelligent television can start a face recognition mode in real time, and quit a screen locking mode when the face of a parent is detected; or the user inputs an unlocking password through the mobile phone or the remote controller, and the screen locking mode is exited when the password is correct.
In the embodiment, whether the playing duration is sent to the watching duration is judged by acquiring the playing duration in the child mode, and if the playing duration is sent to the watching duration, a reminding message is sent to remind the child that the current watching duration is too long, and the child enters the screen locking mode; after entering the screen locking mode, the screen locking mode can be quitted only by the face information of parents or the set password, so that the situation that children watch television programs for a long time and are indulged in and influence the visual development is prevented, and the healthy growth of the mind and body of the children is ensured.
Referring to fig. 7, to better illustrate the solution of the embodiment of the present application, taking a home scene as an example, the method for determining the television viewing mode includes the following steps:
the method comprises the following steps: when a user turns on the television, the user manually enters a child mode, a face entering child mode switch is turned on, faces of family members (parents and children) are input, and the television is turned off.
Step two: the user turns on the television again to watch the television.
Step three: the face recognition mode is automatically turned on to recognize the identity of the user, which member of the user's family is currently watching tv, for example: only the face of the child is recognized.
Step four: enter the child mode.
Step five: when a plurality of faces are recognized or only the face of a parent is recognized, a normal mode is entered, and the normal mode can be manually entered into a child mode.
Step five: when the face is not recognized, a password unlocking interface pops up, and the password is required to be used for unlocking to enter a common mode.
Step six: under the child mode, the watching content and the watching duration can be subjected to relevant limitation, when the limited duration is reached, the screen is locked, the screen needs to be unlocked by a man face or a password, and otherwise, the television cannot be watched again.
The current watching mode of the television is determined based on the roles in different preset scenes, so that the problems that when parents are not at home, the children cannot be controlled to watch television content and watch time are solved, meanwhile, the watching content in the child mode is filtered, multimedia data suitable for the children are presented, and the effect of protecting and controlling the children to reasonably use the television is achieved.
